A month passed since Zelda and Link moved into Gerudo Town with Lady Riju. Both Princesses kept their pregnancies from the public, but begin the process of informing key individuals first before their conception is revealed. This eventually leads to Link spending time with his favorite Sheikah...

Zelda, Riju, and Link were all in Korok Forest, staring up at the enormous living tree. They had just explained everything that has happened in the past recent months to him. Link stood in the middle, while both the Princess and the Chief of Gerudos wrapped their arms around his own romantically. The ancient one was a bit perplexed at the sight, primarily because it was very...untraditional...for humans at least, but understood that they needed support, not a lecture. After all, he was a tree, not a human, and knew that their hearts were pure. He turned his attention to Zelda.

"It must haven taken you a lot of courage to finally tell him, Princess. From the bottom of my roots, I am happy for you two, and for the future heir that you two will bring into this world." he declared with a big smile.

It was a call back to when Zelda wanted the Great Deku Tree to tell Link that she loved him all of those years ago. She knew now why he told her to tell him herself, and she was rewarded with everything. She clutched her knight's hand even more, as he looked at her and smiled warmly. On the other hand, Riju was happy for them as she looked at the two, but still felt left out. The Great Deku Tree saw this, and like the grandfather that he was to all of them, he spoke out to her directly.

"Sage of Lightning - Chief Riju." he called out to her.

This snapped the crimson beauty from her envy. She looked towards the giant plant as its mouth curled into another smile.

"Y-Yes Sir?" she responded confused.

He could tell that his appearance still shocked her, but did his best to make her focus on the more important matters at hand.

"Regardless of the circumstances of your conception, I know that your child will be a beacon of hope and light to all of Hyrule, just like his father." he assured her.

His voice was calm and strong as it echoed throughout the general area. Riju's eyes slowly brightened up as this was what she needed to hear. As soon as she thought that things couldn't get any better, she felt Link pull her in closer to his body, as he looked down at her smiling warmly. Even Zelda peaked her head over to the other side with a grin. The chief looked back at the smiling tree and bowed respectfully.

"Thank you!" Riju said.

The wind breezed across the afternoon air as it naturally cooled off their bodies. "Now then..." the giant tree began. "It looks like you three are still on a journey to inform key individuals around the kingdom." he pointed out. All three of them nodded at him. Zelda spoke out in excitement.

"That's right! And we're headed off to...w-we're headed...off to..." but her words trailed off.

Everyone turned their attention to the Princess, and Link's eyes flared. In a split second, the blonde beauty's eyes started to roll back, and her body began to collapse.

"Zelda!"

Both Link and Riju caught her before she could even faint to her knees. This allowed Zelda to concentrate and realize what just happened. "I'm...I'm sorry. I'm fine. Just a little light headed." she apologized regaining her senses.

Everyone knew that this was a side effect of her pregnancy. Even still, The Great Deku Tree frowned, since he realized that she was not entire okay. Zelda was still struggling to keep her balance, and her legs still felt like jelly.

"I recommend that you get some rest inside of my forest, Princess. You can use the bed that is located inside of my roots. With a nap, it will restore your health." the enormous plant suggested.

While he was in no position to give her orders, his words did hold a lot of weight and respect for the royal family - especially to Link and Zelda. Still, the Princess was determine to not look so weak in front of everyone.

"I appreciate the offer, Great Deku Tree, but-"

"-she will gladly take that offer." Riju declared cutting off her friend.

Zelda wanted to protest, but Riju gave her that look that told her to not try it. Link said nothing, but he had to admit - Riju was giving the vibes of Lady Urbosa. It wasn't a bad thing, but it was nice to see that Zelda had someone else that was capable of looking out for her wellbeing even when she was unwilling to do so.

"...and I'll stay with her for an extra layer of protection while our big and strong hero over here goes to Kakariko Village." Riju added to the Great Deku Tree.

Link nodded, especially since he knew better than to try and argue with the Chief at this moment.

"...b-but Riju, I'm okay...really." Zelda pouted.

Riju leaned closer to her, right across Link's chest, and whispered violently to her like they were seasoned spouses.

"Really?! Then how much water have you drank today?" she asked Zelda.

Zelda's facial expression and silence said everything.

"Yeah! Exactly! You've been in the desert for too long, which requires more care for non-Gerudos. This responsibility falls on me too, not just Link! Because of that, you're going to rest for now, and I'll be right by your side." she declared.

Even though she was whispering, The Great Deku Tree could hear everything, and he did his best not to chuckle. Riju's eyes seriously flustered Zelda's. They were green just like hers, but were powerful like all Gerudos were. Dare she say it, it was slightly attractive. Although, there was another warrior that she had eyes on.

"But...what about Link?" Zelda said looking up at him.

Link locked eyes with the Princess' emerald pairs, but then quickly turned his head as Riju's green eyes gazed at his as she grin confidently.

"Link will take care of himself, isn't that right?" she whispered to him.

She gave him a gently yet firm nudge, which made him look back at Zelda and nod to her. From there, the Chief slowly unhooked herself from her lover and took a hold of the Princess. She gently but forcefully walked Zelda into the Great Deku Tree. Zelda looked back at Link one more time as her hair blew gently in the wind. This was the first time in a while that they were going to separate again, but both parties knew that they would see each other soon. Ever since Zelda and Link had moved in to Gerudo Town with Riju, they had held off on having sex together. Out of the three of them, Link suffered the most, but he still survived. While you were successful in defeating the Demon Dragon, we need to be sure that Ganondorf or his loyal servants do not attempt overthrow Hyrule once again." he informed him.

Link had no idea who or what these two wolves were, but he decided to keep that at the back of his mind. From there, he used his Purah Pad, and teleported himself to Kakariko Village.

At Kakariko Village, Link found the retired Chief of the Sheikah Tribe, and proceeded to explain everything that has happened in the past couple of months...

"...and to think, all of this happens once I have given up the mantle..." the old lady sighed.

Link was a bit uneasy, but knew that informing his previous mentor was the right call to make. They were in the main house of Village. Despite this trust in her, the silver haired lady placed a fist over her mouth, closed her eyes, and shook her head at the situation, as if she was disappointed.

"I really ought to scold you, young man - to deflower both the Princess of Hyrule and the Gerudo Chief out of wedlock, and on top of that, you got them pregnant - this is setting a poor example for the future generations of Hyrule. You should know better than to make a venereal mess like this, Link." Impa huffed at the hero.

The golden haired young man lowered his head and looked away in shame. She made a fair point. Naturally, citizens look up to the royal family, and on top of that, they see a stable and traditional family as the standard. Of course, Hyrule has not been the same since the Calamity, but it still effects those around the kingdom. Link thought of how young men or young women will see him, Zelda, and Riju, and begin to form their own "open relationships". Perhaps people will stop trying to marry altogether and settle for sub-marriage roles - all because the Princess and Chief allowed Link to do so. The swordsman clutched his fist until they were pale. He was frustrated at the realization. Impa saw this, and was glad that he was taking accountability. She got her point across, so now she was going to support him.

"Well...that's what I was suppose to say, but then again..." she added.

This snapped Link out of his head as he looked back up at her. To his shock, her wrinkled mouth curled to a smile.

"...Chief Riju and Princess Zelda initiated the contact to you respectively, and it was all out of mutual love. Not only that, but you three have saved Hyrule and this world from complete annihilation on multiple occasions. For that, I believe that your misjudgment can be pardoned." she clarified to him.

Just like that, Link's guilt and shame washed away. He couldn't help but smile a bit. Although, Impa looked at him funny, as if she was still trying to figure something out.

"Still, I didn't expect the blood of the hero to be able to mix with her grace's reincarnation..." she murmured to herself.

The hero didn't respond to that, but instead sought to simply hear what she had to say. Impa narrowed her eyes at the young man, and spoke out once again.

"Link, listen to me carefully." she said. "Now that Ganondorf is gone, a new male Gerudo will surely be brought to life in following year. As an upcoming father of the next Chief of Gerudos, as well as the legendary hero across this time period, it is imperative that you keep an eye out for this Gerudo in particular. This could mean the difference between peace and a war between the Gerudos, and our beloved kingdom."

Link understood the assignment, and nodded firmly. Impa then looked at the table, saw a pile of letters that were on it.

"One another thing..." she said, "...there will be several Princes from other lands whom will stop by and attempt to court Princess Zelda in the near future. As you know, she is now a young woman, and her body is in her prime. Her beauty will surely attract the finest bachelors around the world. But most of all, they will attempt to bribe her with financial support and economic security since Hyrule has been devastated by the Calamity and the Demon King. Link realized what his mentor was getting at, and calmed down. He nodded at the information, but knew that this was far from over. The retired chief sighed again, as if she was tired. She was not use to talking this long these days, but this was an exception.

"Link - I know that I am not the Chief anymore, but allow me to give you some wisdom and guidance once again: For the next few days, focus your attention on collecting and hoarding rich materials that you find in the depts, the sky islands, and across regions of Hyrule. They will come in handy down the road when the kingdom of Hyrule needs to trade with other kingdoms to reset our economy." she guided him.

Link nodded without hesitation. This time, he finally gave her a verbal response.

"I will." he added.

Impa was glad to hear his voice. Then on cue, she turned around and grinned.

"I'm sure that my successor can be of help to you on this new task. She has been dying to see you again, isn't that right, granddaughter?" Impa called out to her.

Link was confused at first, but realized what she was saying. Slowly, the door opened and the current chief of the Sheikah Tribe entered the room. She held her hat with her hands in front of her, and looked slightly embarrassed.

"You were the Chief of the Sheikhas for nearly a century. I can't be too surprise." Paya noted to her grandmother.

Impa chuckled to herself. The young woman's attention then turned to Link, who was a bit stunned at her presence. She saw him staring at her and couldn't help but smile.

"Hello Master Link. It's nice to see you again." she greeted him with a bow.

It was pretty obvious that her confidence had grown throughout these years, even to the little details of how she walked and carried herself. This really caught the attention of the swordsman's eyes.

"Hello Paya..." he greeted back with a bow.

Paya covered her mouth with her hat to conceal her big grin at him, but it only made her cuter. Although, something else was occupying his mind.

"How much of that did you hear?" he asked her.

But before Paya could answer that, Impa stretched and yawned loudly. "Weeeeell...I think that I ought to call it a night. I'll leave you too alone now." she said as she got to her feet. Silence fell as she walked passed Paya and slowly out the room, but before she left them, there was one last thing that she wanted to tell Link.

Instantly, Paya's face turned crimson. She turned around, but saw that the old lady's back was turned.

Impa laughed as she exited the room. Slowly, Link and Paya met each other's eyes. There was a lot of unspoken words that were being sent across each other, but something was very clear to them. While it came across as a joke, Impa essentially gave her blessings to the hero of the wild. This tugged at Link's gut hard, especially given his future circumstances. Does that mean that they should do it? Right here? Right now? The silence created more wait in the room until eventually Paya spoke out.

"We should probably start collecting materials now. We don't have long before we get our first visit." she suggested.

The color in Link's face returned, and then he nodded slowly at her.

"Yeah..." he said.

As the Hero of the Wild and the Chief of the Sheikah Tribe walked towards the edge of the Village, they were greeted by Paya's colleague...

He stood in front of them as he essentially stopped them in their tracks. Paya stepped up.

"I'm going on an urgent mission with Master Link. We'll be back by sunrise tomorrow." she informed him.

Tauro's mouth parted in confusion.

"Mission? What kind of mission? Why is this the first time that I'm hearing this? I thought that we were going to go out and look for more Zonai in the Faron region. I...we had arrange time together, remember?" he reminded her.

Link examined Tauro's body language, and immediately knew what he was getting at. He turned to Paya to see her reaction, but she seemed very dismissive of this idea.

"There has been a change of plans. We will be going elsewhere: Into the depts, and into the sky islands to collect more material for a tight deadline." she informed him.

Link saw Tauro flinch in more confusion.

"The-The depts?! But that's too dangerous!" he cried out. Then in a bold move, he approached the Chief and grabbed her wrist tightly. Paya flinched as she didn't expect him to do so. "Please Paya, you promised that we'd visit the Faron region tonight, and I don't want you to get hurt." he pleaded with her.

Link wanted to intervene, but knew that he would just make things worse. He needed to let them settle it on their own.

"Tauro...let go of me." Paya calmly stated. She took her free hand and firmly shook his hand off of her, shocking him. She then walked back to the blonde young man and wrapped her arm around his own. "...and don't worry about my safety, I have my master and the legendary hero at my side with me." she declared.

Link looked at Tauro's face, and he could tell that he was jealous, even if he couldn't see his eyes. Perhaps Paya didn't notice, or ignore his feelings, but she powerwalked with Link out of the village. "Let's go, Master Link." she stated firmly.

The tall and brown-skinned man looked on as the beautiful chief held Link tightly as they walked. He clutched his fist as he stared at the back of Link's head.

Paya began their quest inside of an old Sheikah Cave in the nearby mountain. It was a quiet walk, but once they were inside, Link eventually spoke out...

"Hey...Paya?" Link finally said.

This caused her to smile and look at him.

Paya stopped in her tracks as she looked straight ahead of her path. This made Link stop too as he noticed that her expression became stoic, something that was abnormal for the beautiful Sheikah.

"Are you sure? I mean...I'm not trying to get in between you two-"

"-There is nothing to get in between."

Paya had no idea how Link healed her, but perhaps it was one of his magic abilities, at least that what she figured. From there, he gripped the page so hard that he ripped part of it off. Fury boiled in his blood.

Part of him knew that he should just leave now, but there was more digging that he desired. He needed to find a way to regain his lost time spent trying to win her over in vein. The tall and dark skinned man reach the part where Link defeated the Demon Dragon:

Link defeated the Demon King, even after her turned into a Dragon! I'm not surprised at this. The man of my dreams will always defeat any foe that stands before us. While my last attempt to seduce Link at my ceremony failed, I'll be sure to get him next time if he ever comes back to my village! I'll do everything in my power to isolate us and get him exactly where I want to. :) Ouuuuu how I would love to taste and swallow those delicious seeds of his! :)

Those words almost made Tauro want to vomit. To know that she would love to taste the seeds of another man twisted his stomach inside out. The image that he had of her - that pure, innocent, and sweet image of her - it all cracked and broke in his head.

Unbeknownst to him, a dark spirit was watching him. It then crawled closer to him, and slowly, it infused its astral energy into him like a symbiote without his knowledge. This only fed more and more negative thoughts into Tauro's broken heart and psyche.

So Link thinks that he's some womanizer, eh? He's probably laughing with Paya about me right now too! he growled.

From there, a devious and evil plan formed in his mind. He looked at Paya's diary, and took it - permanently.

Fine. Have it your way. If you want to use me and humiliate me, I'll use you and humiliate you, Paya. And once I'm done with you, I'll drag your reputation across the village so much that you will be forced to step down as Chief. I swear it!

He fled with her diary, as he was now attached to a dark spirit that would lead him to down a dark and lustful path.
