Reviews:

Zairaaquino: Cinder's not exactly like Ozpin now, and as for using her semblance should she ever take over, I think that's a yeah since it's her in control.

blaiseingfire: Trust me, was heavily considering killing Glynda first but I thought this worked better, and trust me, both sides will take a blow as they are both going to be losing major pieces.

Robbeeyy: No, it won't, but revenge never ends well anyway...

ReDestrobo: Trust me, Jaune will become the very thing he hates and we'll see if he's able to get Weiss to work for him, maybe Cinder is making him more angry and hateful, and if she is, it seems to be working. Trust me, the next chapter is where everything really begins...

Kaze: Remant is going to burn and yeah, nothing could justify those actions, but here's the next Chapter, Let's see what happens.

Guesty Boi: Believe it or not, Pyrrha has a much bigger role in the story and Cinder has found something far better than the Maiden powers, which isn't a good thing for our heroes...

Adro-Sama: I hope you liked the story so far and Yes, Ambrosius would able to separate them if one had another body available.

David Garrido: Was slightly inspired by "Captain Dragon" but I also got the idea because I wanted to see a revenge story that involved Jaune getting mad at both Salem and Ozpin.

Synderr: Trust me, it's only going to get heavier!

JEMNI, CFVY, and Cardin were sitting in JEMNI's room as Jaune explained the plan that he had to the group on how to deal with Adam and Winter, and how they could take the roles of the new pieces. It was a complex plan but if done right, everything should work out well.

Jaune looked at all of them, "With this plan, we can infiltrate both sides and then slowly destroy them,"

Cardin looked at Jaune, "All of this hinges on Winter saying "No" to your offer," Cardin said, "What if she says "Yes"?" he asked.

"Doubtful," Emerald said, "She's been under Ironwood's thumb since she graduated and is one of his most trusted specialists, She's a loyal dog," Emerald said.

Cardin nodded, "Alright so that's a guarantee, and after that, are you sure the rest of the plan to go smoothly?" Cardin asked.

Jaune nodded, "As long as we make sure we do our part, we're good," Jaune replied.

Velvet looked at Jaune, "Jaune... what are we gonna do about Weiss?" Velvet asked. "Once se hears Winter is dead, she'll be broken,"

"I know... but she's got her team, they'll help her out," Jaune told them. "And we'll help her out as well,"

"Even though we're the ones who planned her sister's death?" Velvet asked. "How can we look her in the eyes after this?"

Jaune let out a sigh, "We're just gonna have to," Jaune said sadly. "As I said, we're going to do whatever it takes to put Ozpin and Salem in the ground, and we're gonna have to do things that are going to hurt us, but we need to do this, or else we'll forever be in this game," He told Velvet.

Velvet knew this was wrong and it was gonna break Weiss, but she already agreed to join, she already was ready to make sure that Ozpin and Salem paid for what they'd done, but still... she felt completely wrong about everything.

Jaune knew how much this plan was going to hurt Weiss and how much this was going to really affect her, but... he knew, deep down inside him, that he could use her grief to his advantage and possibly get Weiss on his side. He knew it was manipulative and very, very messed up, but he did whatever it took to get his revenge.

Inside of him, Cinder smiled, loving just how much the blonde was becoming so much like her, knowing she was going to love it when her plan finally came together.

The next day, Winter and JEMNI were on one side of Beacon that still needed construction and they were currently killing out some of the Grimm that were in the area, After making sure the Grimm were killed, they notified that it was safe for the construction crew to come in and start their job, and they would be watching out for any Grimm that came too close.

Now, most of the team was resting and waiting. Winter was resting, sitting at one of the makeshift tables that the construction crew made, she was watching the crew work while also turning back to the area and looking for any signs of Grimm.

However, she was taken out of these thoughts when Jaune took a seat across from her, a calm and simple smile on his face. "You ok?" he asked.

Winter gave him a nod, "I'm fine, Mr. Arc," She told him. "What about you?" she asked.

"A bit tired but I'm still good to go," He told Winter.

Winter nodded, "That's good to hear,"

Jaune nodded, "Yeah," He asked, "Have you heard anything from Weiss?" He asked.

Winter shook her head, "No, she's enjoying her time away from our father with her teammates, and I think that's for the best,"

Jaune nodded, "Make sense," Jaune said, "Though, I don't know why you're not mad,"

Winter was confused by his comment, "Why would I be mad?" She asked.

Jaune smiled, "I don't know, I'd be mad if someone tried to throw one of my sisters into a war they didn't know they were fighting," Jaune said.

On the inside, Winter freaked out a little bit, realizing what he was talking about, but from the outside, she appeared calm. The eldest Schnee daughter decided to play it off cool, "I don't know what-"

"Please, don't bullshit me," Jaune told her, "You already know what I mean because I know that Ironwood went behind Ozpin's back and sent you to keep an eye on me, right?"

Winter was surprised he figured it out but should have known, after all, he had figured out about Salem, so he was not to be underestimated.

Jaune waved it off, "It doesn't matter though, because Ironwood does have a right to worry," Jaune told her, "But don't take that out of context, I'm not siding with Salem at all, no, he's going to die, but... so is Ironwood and so is Ozpin," He said darkly with a small smile.

Winter glared at him, suspicious as to why he was openly admitting everything to her, the person he called out for being a spy. "Why are you admitting all of this to me, knowing very well what my mission is?" Winter asked.

"I'm telling you all of this, Winter, because you have a choice, a very important choice that decided whether I make you an Enemy or not," Jaune told her. "Join me in destroying both Salem and Ozpin and I'll tell you the secrets I've learned from my team about what Cinder Fall knew and what Ozpin is hiding, or, I'll kill you and you can die like the rest of Ozpin's pawns," Jaune told her, a smile still on his face.

Winter glared at him, "I don't take threats lightly, Mr. Arc," she told him.

"Not a threat unless you make it one," Jaune replied. "So, what's it gonna be Winter, You want the truth, or you want to be played with like a game piece?"

Winter continued to glare at the blonde knight, not wanting to back down, "I won't betray anyone, Mr. Arc," She told him. "This is a very dangerous game you're playing, and you think you can play it better than them? What would your friends think? Are you truly willing to go to war and are you prepared for what that comes with?"

Jaune looked at her, still remaining calm and composed with a smile, "Winter, I was ready the moment I discovered what was really going on, I will have my revenge no matter the cost, I will steal everything away from anyone that gets in my," Jaune told her, "Oh... and before you think you can walk away right now and tell Ironwood any of this, know that right now, I have a blade to you're neck,"

Winter was confused by what he meant until Neo suddenly popped into existence next to Winter. The petite girl's rapier was pointed directly against her neck, and Winter was horrified and shocked that she didn't notice the woman.

Jaune smiled at Winter's expression, his eyes flickering to orange for a split second before going back to blue. "Funny things, illusion semblances, Emerald's semblance affects all five senses meaning that she simply wanted you to focus on the conversation we're having, and Neo, well Neo was Roman's assassin and she's pretty good, right, silent and deadly, and can take the form of anyone, how amazing is that?" Jaune told Winter, "How lucky am I?"

Winter realized the position she was in and knew she was in danger, yet, she couldn't act, because if she did, she was sure that the woman next to her would pierce her neck.

"Ozpin and Ironwood aren't the only ones with eyes," Jaune told her, "Unlike you, my eyes can remain unseen, and Neo will be watching you a lot, so, I suggest you stay hush-hush about this and not say a word to Ozpin and Ironwood, or you might just find yourself dreaming forever," Jaune told her.

"She can't follow me everywhere I go," Winter said, calling his bluff.

Jaune smiled, "True, but that's part of the fun, because now, you'll be watching you're back and looking everywhere in fear, wondering if Neo's nearby or close, and when you think you're safe, she'' be right next to you, waiting eagerly for you to slip up," He told Winter.

A shiver was sent down the eldest Schnee's spine and she knew that Jaune was right.

"Could you really kill me? Knowing how Weiss would feel?" Winter asked him with a glare and a raised brow. "If she finds out you kill me, if you kill me of course, do you really think she'd join you?" She asked.

Jaune chuckled, "Ever heard of making it look like an accident?" Jaune asked, "I can place the blame on anyone, Salem's circle or White-Fang, doesn't matter, I'll make it so it doesn't look like I do it, I am willing to do whatever it takes to win this, no matter what,"

"Are you telling me that, or yourself?" Winter asked with a glare.

Jaune didn't answer and simply got up and walked away and Neo disappeared, Winter wondered if she left and followed Jaune or if she was still next to her, but she just resumed her job while thinking of a way to get out of her current situation and inform Ironwood when she could.

Jaune had moved his piece, and now he would wait for his next turn and decide what to do next, but he did know one thing, Winter Schnee was going to die, and she was going to die soon, no matter what...
