Derek's Depression:
Derek Faye was feeling rather upset as everyone thought that he was gay as to them they had seen the signs of him being gay. This made him rather depressed as his friends and family had made up these assumptions about him and just couldn't understand why as he himself had not noticed the signs his friends and family were seeing.
In the end Derek changed his GP, he went to a different newsagents, he stopped going to his drama club, he stopped contact with his niece Tonya, he changed his travel agent, and he also got a new masseuse. He had done this as this was all down to these people who assumed that he was gay.
By doing this it would give Derek the change in his life he needed. Plus it would improve his mental health as well.
