Chapter One- The Dream!

Soifon's Dream*

A young woman could be seen walking through a dense, dark forest. Her stormy gray eyes looked like the dark sky itself. "What is this place?" she whispered to no one in particular. The only response was a loud howling sound coming from the wind that blew past her, causing her braids to sway and clink together, creating a soft sound.

The young captain stepped forward, keeping alert to her surroundings just in case something or someone would jump out at her. Soifon turned her head toward the sound of a twig snapping from behind narrowing her eyes as she stopped in her tracks she reached for her zenpakuto the only thing her fingers grasped was thin air where her sword once was.

' Odd.' The Captain thought her stormy gray eyes were wide with shock' I could have sworn I had Suzumebachi with me.' The woman let her hand drop back to her side her eyes narrowing once a figure of a man walked toward her his red cloak blowing in the wind behind him his piercing red eyes looking straight at her.

The captain took a step back once he stopped in front of her, Soifon eyed him with a suspicious look in her stormy eyes" Who are you?" She questioned her voice quiet as the wind itself she didn't know who this guy was but she could feel that he was powerful by the feeling of his energy.

Once the man stopped in front of her Soifon could see him better. The man's face was fair-skinned and long hair that spiked in the back and most of his right eye was covered by his bangs he wore a red outfit that looked like armor, and his eyes, well his left eye sense the right eye were covered.

Soifon opened her mouth to ask who he was again but the man beat her to it" You do not belong here!" He said his tone cold as ice.

The captain's gray eyes widened as she heard his words, What was this guy talking about? Where did she not belong? The Soul Society? Why would he say that she didn't belong in the Soul Society? It was her home.

" What do you mean that I didn't belong here?" The small captain asked she knew she should chase this guy away but she couldn't get herself to move or even be hostile to him and she didn't understand why.

The man didn't answer as he looked at her his red eye starting straight at her" You do not belong here, this life you are living is a lie!" He continued not fazed when she blurted her question out, sweat beaded down her forehead.

" What do you mean by that?!" Soifon demanded again her hands clenched at her sides Her eyes started to narrow she didn't know who this guy was and why he was talking in riddles and it was annoying the young captain to no end.

After no response from the man Soifon took a step forward" Answer me, damn it!!" She shouted loud enough to scare the birds out of the trees that were resting in the tree tops above them" Who the hell are you?" Soifon asked her gray eyes cold as ice.

The man didn't budge or flinch at Soifon's outburst as he watched her take a step towards him" You will soon find out!" He said as he took a step forward as well their noses were almost touching.

The captain lifted her head so she could look straight into his eyes since he was ten times taller than she was. Her body started to feel tense not just because he was too close to her, but because of his energy which was even stronger than hers, She swallowed as she felt sweat roll down her face her gray eyes wide open.

Soifon could feel her breathing slowly going faster her heartbeat started to thump as the man raised his hand and rested the palm of his hand on her cheek.

The small woman's body tensed more once he laid his hand on her cheek she watched him lower his head and spoke again" Don't trust anyone even those you are close to! Everything will be clear to you soon my child!" He warned as he moved his hand away from the captain's face.

Soifon couldn't help but let out a deep breath once he stepped back and she looked at him with a questioning look in her gray eyes. What did he mean by don't trust anyone? Does that mean she can't trust her former mentor Yoruochi anymore? She didn't trust others much but there were a few.

The captain watched as the man turned his back to her" W- Wait!!" She begged her tone was quiet but it was loud enough for him to hear her, the man turned to her" What is it?" He asked, Soifon swallowed before dhe spoke" Who are you?" she asked her tone calmer.

A sharp laugh escaped the man's throat as he looked at Soifon over his shoulder" You will soon find out little one! Don't take my message lightly!" he told her and with a blink of an eye the mysterious man was gone leaving the tiny woman standing alone in the dark forest.

Present Day*

The small captain's eyes slowly opened once the sun started to seek through the window blinds beside her bed letting her know it was morning already.

A sigh escaped her lips as she got up from the bed her feet tapping the cold hard floor, flicking a glance at her clock to check the time seeing that it was seven in the morning.

She walked to the bathroom to get washed up for the day and start on the morning training for her squad The dream that she had was running through her mind' What did the dream mean?' She thought with a frown she wondered if the man from her dream was telling the truth.

She shook her head to clear the dream out of her mind' It was just a dream and it could be nothing!' She declared as she thought it over in mind.

Soifon had reached the bathroom once she got her uniform and captain coat to put on once she was finished with her shower and then she would head out to meet with her squad.

It didn't take the tiny woman long to get cleaned up and dressed for today's training.

Later Time In The Day*

It was a sunny day with a cool breeze in the air, a small woman stood on top of a staircase watching her squad train, a static look on her face, her huge lieutenant standing beside her eating his rice-fried crackers like he usually did.

She let out a sigh as she tried to ignore his annoying crunching, thankful that a hell butterfly fluttered towards her putting a finger out for the small bug to land on it.

" The captain commander wants every captain to a captain's meeting!" Its wings flapped as it gave the message Soifon moved her finger, so the butterfly could fly away it took off to the sky to let the other captains know.

She turned to leave from watching her squad leaving Omeada to watch the last bit of the training giving him to let them stop about ten or twenty minutes. Flash stepped off the staircase and to the first division.

Once she arrived at the first division two big doors opened letting her in the huge room being one of the first captains there she walked to her spot on the left side of the room she looked around as she got to her spot.

Seeing that only a few captains were here before her, seeing Captains Unohana, Hitsuyagya, Ukitake, and Kuchiki. As the rest of the captains walked in and took their signed spots the head captain stood in his place in front of the other captains.

Hitting the floor with his cane on the wooden floor meaning the meeting starting, his old eyes scanned the room. He opened his mouth to speak" I thank you for coming! Now let's begin" he replied, he looked at the captains in front of him" I'm going to send a few squad members with two captains! There is another world!" He began as Soifon looked at him with interest.

" But it's not any new world but to a few captains, it might be! The world protectorsare ninjas that live in hidden villages!" He replied as he looked around seeing a few curious looks" And I'm going to send Rukia Kuchiki, Renji Abari, along with captains Soifon and Ukitake you to go to the hidden village of the Leaves and speak to their Hokage which is the leader the village! I was thinking about becoming allies with them!" He replied.

Soifon had a smirk on her face, but it disappeared as soon as it was placed. Captain Ukitake looked at the head captain" When do we leave?" He asked knowing why he was chosen since he knows about the world" About three hours! Now I want you guys to go to the 12th division to get communicators, so you can check in every week! Get ready and be careful! Dismiss!" The head captain roared.

Soifon waited for the rest of the captains to leave the room and walked over to Ukitake " See you at the 12th in the next two hours!" She replied the white-haired captain nodded both leaving the first division to their division to get ready to leave.

Once the two captains parted Soifon headed to her division to get ready and let her lieutenant know that she would be gone for a while, even if she hated leaving anything to him especially for a long period of time after a long walk to to her division a small frown was imprinted on her beautiful face.
