High in the atmosphere was SHIELD flying HQ. Only the best of the best got to join Nick Fury's elite team. In one wing of the flying headquarters, several unknown heroes were going through basic training to see if they made the cut. On the other end were the prison cells for the most dangerous individuals on the planet. One cell held a young woman with vibrant red hair and royal purple streaks that matched her eyes. There was no denying the female was hot. Her immaculate alabaster skin, hourglass figure, and well-endowed chest. Yep, she was, without a doubt, desirable.

However, right now, she appeared bored. She despised her prisoner uniform, which didn't flatter her figure. "Ugh! Couldn't they at least come up with something fashionable for us to wear?" she muttered as she continued to file her nails. Her vivid violet eyes narrowed from the cat calls coming from the other cells. The redhead was the only woman in the cell block and had been for nearly 20 years. "Come on, hot stuff! Take it off! Give us a show!" hollered one of the jailbirds, three cells down.

Taking a deep breath, the redhead calmly slid off her bunk. She sauntered to the force field that kept her inside the cell. She then made eye contact with the disgusting pervert. "You'd really like some of this?" she questioned sweetly as she stood seductively.

"Come on! Give us more!" he called again. The woman flipped her long, fiery locks and smiled dazzlingly.

"Oh, believe me, darling. You'll get your show soon enough. For now, please go to sleep," she replied charmingly. To everyone's astonishment, the degenerate yawned and went immediately to sleep.

She waved cheerfully at the others before going back to her bunk. "Ugh, men. It's one thing to have people heap compliments on my magnificence. It's another to think I'm just some whore!" as she finished filing her nails.

Back at the training area, a young woman in her mid-thirties was going through the obstacle course. Her short aquamarine hair complimented her costume. She soared gracefully through the suspended hoops, then danced through the battle drones before her heterochromia eyes twinkled, and the world around them transformed.

She took them into another galaxy before conjuring up a sword to slice down the last of the drones. After that, her eyes flickered again before everything returned to normal. The instructor of this elite organization stepped forward. Well done, Captain Creativity! That's your best time yet! I see you've extensively improved on using your creative skills to assist you in combat," he praised the young woman.

"Creativity will help one more then just brute force, Sir. Too many heroes rely on brute strength instead of opening their minds to the possibilities. Even with my superhuman stamina, endurance, and durability, plus fight? I much rather find an innovative solution then punch someone lights out."

"I love your mindset, Captain Creativity. You can go hit the showers for now."

"Thank you, Sir!" as she left to get cleaned up. Meanwhile, that sensual redhead in lock-up was getting ready to make her move. A younger guard was patrolling the cell block that day—a charming twenty-one-year-old lad.

"Well, hello there, young man. How are you doing today?" she cooed happily at him. Again, you must pay attention to hear the undertone she utilized genuinely.

The young lad was caught off guard by the woman. Like many others his age, it wasn't challenging to seduce him when an attractive older woman showed interest. He walked over to her. "I'm doing very well. However, I can imagine you're not doing well, Vivian," addressing the prisoner by her actual name.

"Oh, Morgan, you are the only one who honestly cares about me in this entire place. I look forward to seeing you. You're so thoughtful and kind. I want to thank you again for getting me my favorite color of nail polish," as she continued to flirt with him.

"Well, Vivian, you don't deserve to be here. So you dealt narcotics to teenagers nearly two decades ago. Yet you've improved since then, and it seems this is the wrong place to lock up a one-time drug dealer."

"I know I made some mistakes. But again, that was nearly twenty years ago. Perhaps you could help me make some amends?" she cooed again.

"Already got that taken care of," Morgan replied as he deactivated the force field, allowing her to walk free.

Vivian smiled happily. "Thank you so much, Morgan. I trust you secured me an escape pod?"

"Meet me in the hanger in ten minutes, and we'll both escape this gilded cage," he replied in a lovesick tone.

"Okay!" as she hurried away to escape. She had to chuckle to herself. Young men were the easiest targets regarding her persuasion capabilities, for she could persuade anyone into doing what she wanted them to do! However, this ability of hers worked best on young males. Older people with stronger wills were more challenging to charm. Still, the young and foolish were so effortless to manipulate. It didn't take long for her to get to the escape pod.

Even if all those ridiculous trainees and full agents scrambled to find her by then, still, she hadn't waited this long to be free for nothing. She was just about to get inside the pod when she heard the cocking of guns. Turning, she saw herself surrounded by a group of men. "Hello, boys. Don't you think it's bad manners to be pointing handguns at a defenseless woman?" she murmured.

"Shut up, Chimera! We're more then knowledgeable of your charm speak! We've done enough mental training to not succumb to it!" the commander replied firmly.

"Well, I might not be capable of charming you. But don't you dare think I'm a helpless damsel!" she smirked as she snapped her right hand so her fingernails grew into claws.

"How did you?!" the leader attempted to question before the woman began to attack with her adamantium claws. The first thing she did was bloody up the group's commander.

"You genuinely thought I didn't have a backup plan all those years ago? Hello! I'm a genius and a chemistry, bioengineering, and genetics specialist! I wasn't just cooking narcotics for teenage mutants!" she laughed harshly. She did a graceful flip as she continued, "I've done more then enough experimenting on myself long before you all locked me up! I've waited nineteen long years for this day! The day all my biological advancements would ultimately finalize integrating into my body! And now that day has come!" as the battle broke out.

However, even with the best soldiers, SHEILD had to offer, more was needed for the one-woman army Chimera! She severely wounded and butchered a few sentries before meeting Morgan inside the escape pod. She let the wind blow her hair as they jetted into the sky. Finally, she was free! She truthfully felt remorse for what she had to do next. She leaned over to kiss Morgan.

He was so dumbfounded he didn't feel the initial symptoms of the poison rushing through his body. "I'm sorry, Morgan. You're a nice kid, and I hate I had to give you my viper kiss," she replied regrettably.

"Viper kiss?" he asked as he got woozy. She looked genuinely remorseful as he started to have trouble breathing.

"My kiss is poison, you poor soul. I've got immunity to any toxin in the world. Unfortunately for me, that means any toxic I'm exposed to comes out through lip contact. I'll make sure you're given a proper burial," as he perished. Again, she cried at having to kill the poor innocent boy. She quickly disabled the tracker on the pod before locating a proper place to bury the poor, unfortunate lad. While Chimera was looking for a respectful location to bury the body at SHIELD HQ, everything was in chaos.

All the recruits were being thrown head first into tracking down Vivian Dupree, AKA Chimera. Her chosen name, Chimera, was based on her being one. A human chimera has more than one DNA pattern in its body. This periodically occurs if an individual has twins and one is absorbed into the other. For Vivian, being a chimera gave her an advantage.

Since one DNA pattern was purely human and the other mutant. She could consciously decide which one dominated at any given time. Also, as stated, she was brilliant and quite a martial arts specialist. As Nick Fury gave them the rundown of their target, some couldn't help but ask why she'd been incarcerated here and not some other installation. Nick Fury clarified it went beyond her producing narcotics for teenage mutants to take.

Her other offenses were unspeakable experimentation on children, whether human or mutant. Plus, she had seduced multiple individuals. She used her natural beauty and charmspeak and had them perpetrate other transgressions to help her further her sick scientific research only to give them her viper kiss!

So they'd have to be super cautious in tracking her down. With a deep sigh, Nick commanded Captain Creativity to track her down with the authorization to use deadly force if necessary. The idea of killing anyone revolted the aquamarine-haired woman. Nonetheless, she did as she was ordered. She coordinated groups of three to investigate a five-mile radius. An hour into their search, they had come up with zip.

That's when Captain Creativity spotted something troubling. A footpath led out of the mountain woods below into a bustling city! Just great! Their prisoner presumably headed into the enormous metropolis for some new threads so she could blend into the crowd. Over their com-link, she briefed the others on the situation. She ordered them to start patrolling the city's outer edge and work their way in. She'd go in alone and try and track Chimera down. Landing in an out-of-the-way location, she creatively changed her costume into a pink t-shirt and denim capris.

Taking a deep breath, she entered the busy city and was immediately overcome by the rush of stimuli. Unbeknownst to the others on the team, Alicia Mavity, her real name, was on the spectrum. This caused her to have significantly sensitive eyes and ears. Employing her imagination again, she gave herself sunglasses and earplugs to drown out the excess noise. She then started searching for her target. The new hero attempted to think where Chimera would head first.

Unexpectedly, she encountered a vast department store having a sale. One glance at the stylish outfits made her decide to investigate here first. Again, despite not having money, she could effortlessly charm someone to pay for her. Also, Nick Fury mentioned that her prey was well known for being vain. So she started to look around for someone with red hair. She saw a few redheads scattered about, but none had purple in their hair. Eventually, she did uncover Vivian trying on a very short black and purple dress, which even Alicia had to admit she looked damn good in.

"Hmm, it flatters my figure while highlighting all my best features. Tell me, do you think leather boots or just normal heels would go well with it?" she questioned the female assistant.

"I think it might be better with boots. I'll get you some. Hold on a moment," the young blond assistant raced to the shoe department. Alicia started to make her move when Vivian stared at her.

"Don't even think about taking another step closer," she warned her.

"Fine, I won't. How about we talk about this then?" Alicia asked, to which her target violet eyes narrowed at her.

"What's to talk about? You want to take me back to prison! I've been locked up in that hellhole in the sky for nearly two decades! Now that I'm free, I want to live a normal life again!"

"Well, according to the head honcho, you did more then be a drug dealer. You experimented on kids and murdered people," Alicia pointed out.

"Did he happen to clarify the nature of my scientific research, or did he just say what I did was indescribable?" Vivian questioned.

"He said you did unscrupulous experiments on children and again killed people by kissing them."

"Then you know nothing of what I was genuinely doing! I'll take you back to my old residence and show you the truth. That is after I pay for this dress!"

"Well, don't expect to use your charmspeak on me! I'm not going to fall for it!"

"It scarcely works on females regardless! It works far better on men then women," she replied as the assistant brought over a pair of black leather boots. As promised, Alicia allowed Vivian to take her to her old apartment.

There, they took a secret elevator to her old lab. The lab had a thick layer of dust from non-use. But you could still see weird beakers and other unfamiliar equipment everywhere. It was a bit creepy. Chimera then booted up her computer to show her data and the CCTV footage. Alicia was stunned by the data and video displayed, for it wasn't what she anticipated. The experiments she'd been doing had been attempting to utilize her talents to help eradicate rare genetic disorders, further stem cell research, and again create enhancements to help people who suffered severe injuries.

Both the data and video footage proved she didn't kidnap any child. They're all brought here with their parent's consent. Most families were impoverished or shunned, so they had nowhere else to go for medical treatment. As Alicia analyzed the data, Chimera spoke up. "I won't lie to you. I've done a few questionable and dishonorable things to further my research.

But I don't belong to humans or mutants, as I'm both. I'm sure you understand how challenging it is to get funding for specific research projects. I also don't deny I gave that kid Nightcrawler a drug, which turned into a narcotic. It still haunts me how many got hooked on that drug."

"Why would it haunt you that you gave children drugs? You admit you've done a few illicit things to justify your research." Alicia questioned.

"Just because I'm a vain and prideful lady doesn't mean I'm downright immoral! I originally went to college and got chemistry, bioengineering, and genetics degrees because I wanted to help people! However, I made unwise choices nearly twenty years ago in achieving my goals. And if you think I just kiss people to kill them, you're wrong! I've been working damn hard to find a way to extract that from myself!

I wouldn't say I like the wrong type trying to hit on me. However, it doesn't mean I don't want to find a respectful partner one day! I've tried for years to withdraw the venom found in my lips! But again, I don't believe I should be branded downright evil because I made stupid choices. No, I don't think the ends justify the means! But neither does condemning someone for a wrong choice when they're only twenty!

So again, you want to take me back to SHIELD? Fine! But I like the truth of my work to be known! I'll tell you where I buried the bodies of everyone I ever gave my viper kiss to! But I don't want to be seen as pure evil anymore!"

So, after downloading the files to a flash drive, they returned to SHIELD. Vivian ultimately got to tell her side of the story and what she was trying to do. Forensic specialists confirmed the data and video footage were genuine. They also had a recruit who was a living lie detector. They also confirmed that Vivian was telling the truth.

Nick Fury said she was still their prisoner. Yet he would allow her to have supervised hours in a research lab. One that would counteract all her capabilities. She understood but was grateful to return to her research. It's not easy being both a scientist and a prisoner. Nonetheless, she could continue her work in a way that wouldn't be considered unethical.
