Author's Note: I am Handicapped with Aspergers, Dyslexia, OCD, ADHD and a whole lot more so please bare that in mind if my spelling is off. I use spell checker. I also have a slight mental disability so please excuse any mistakes. I do the best I can with writing these stories and trying to post chapters. Also, I am a very sick person so there will be periods where I don't update. But ALL my stories will be updated eventually.
Also, when I come up with a story idea, I can't stop myself from writing it down and posting it. I literally can't sleep to I have written it down. So that is why there are so many stories.
At the moment I am having problems with my brain chemistry and it is hard to write for my older stories even through I know where they are going. So please, please hang on in there. I haven't abandoned ANY of my stories. But with my brain chemistry problem and my Mum's deteriorating health everything has been crazy.
Happy 31st Birthday too me! Also, Happy 57th Birthday to my Dad!
Enjoy!

Chapter 1: Home Sweet Home
A ragged man sits on his horse shifting uncomfortable. As he starred out to the city of Paris. A place he hadn't been in many, many months. He had been away so long he was afraid what had become of his Brothers.
He had been captured and tortured while on a mission. It was only luck he escape and he didn't know how. Even to this day he didn't know how. He was captured for 2 Months and then the village he found himself in had nursed him back to health.
They had taken a chance on him and he surprised them by fighting like hell to survive. He had his Brothers to think of and the woman he loved. He wanted to get back to them. And he sure as hell fought to be able to be back at their side.
Even through it had taken 9 months in total to be able to make this journey. He was proud he was now insight of the City and he was so much closer to his Brothers and the life he had known up until 9 Months ago.
But he was worried. He had been servery injured by his torturers. And for some time, the Doctor and Healer didn't know if he would ever be able to walk again. But he proved just how stubborn he was and was able to gain his right leg back. But it still caused him problems every now and then and because of all the head injuries he suffered headaches. And they would unlikely to lessen in time. So, the man didn't know if Treville would allow him back.
But he had trained hard when he could in the village. He started with throwing knives and daggers and got so good he NEVER missed a shot. He had taken to helping the Inn/Tavern Owner with keeping the peace and soon everyone learned just how good he was with his knives and daggers.
Next, he trained with pistols and muskets and then started to lightly spar while training the teens to use swords. He even started getting used to riding again with a special saddle.
He had been in the village for 7 months and had finally be announced well enough to make the long journey home. And the villages had surprised him with a few gifts.
Including the beauty of a horse he was riding. Midnight looked just like her name. She was beautiful and she had been trained just for HIM and his injuries. And he didn't know what he did for the villagers to be so kind to him. The only thing he had done expect for a few minor jobs was defend the village from a group of bandits that found out how dangerous his throwing knives were.
He had promised those people he would return and repay them for all their kindness. He was going to make sure of that!
Now he just wanted to see everyone again. See his home again. Well, he hoped he still had a home.
He tilted his hat to cover his forehead and part of his eyes and made sure his scarf was around his neck. Then he slowly guides Midnight down.
Looking at the Paris streets they were just like he remembered them. People looked at him but they couldn't tell who he was. His clothes disguised him and the fact his hair was long and tried back. As he had grown it long to hide a few scars.
He winced at the noise. He didn't know it was always this loud. But then again, he had once for some time lost a couple of his senses and the others had compensated for it. Now they were always heightened. It did have its perks. But sometimes it just added to his headache.
He kept pushing on towards the Musketeers Garrison. But his nerves were shot just going through the streets. He didn't realise just how much he was on edge till now. How much he wasn't used to this much sound.
But when he came in sight of the Garrison, he felt his confidence climb.
"Home sweet home", he mutters, "…Finally…"
As he realised soon, he would be in a place he knew he would be safe. At least he hoped. As he was pretty sure his Brothers were going to go into Mama Bear mode and not let him out of their sights in a hurry.
"This will be fun", the man mutters, "I wonder how long it will take for them to drag me to the infirmary when they see the state of me"
He sees the Musketeers on the watch towers and lifts his head so his face could be seen by the men. Lucky, he recognised one of the men being Henri a senior Musketeer. Who should know him by sight. Even in this state the man should know who he was.
"Henri do you mind letting me in?" the man calls roughly startling the Musketeer.
(Line Break)
The Musketeers eyes widen at who he was seeing. He didn't believe what his eyes were seeing. This shouldn't be possible.
The man was ragged and looked to have been on the road for a while. But when he tilted his head to meet his eyes. Henri saw the familiar eyes of one of his Brothers-in-Arms.
There in front of him was…
Charles D'Artagnan…
The Missing AND presumed dead fourth member of the Inseparables…
