Act 4
Miles was standing in the shadows with his hands ignited by his venom blast while an alien with the same name was burning right in front of him. Miles was making sure the venom symbiote would never hurt him or anything else ever again. Then he looked up and saw the woman he just tried to save. The one who made all this possible. The one he couldn't seem to control himself around. She was jumping into the danger he told her not to...and now she was falling. He doesn't remember how this happened. How it started anyway, but he knew how it was going. It wasn't going well. Miles would follow Gwen down the tower and pick her up, swinging her to safety but unknowingly banging her head against the clock. She was barely alive from the head trauma and Miles was lucky he had friends who could help her. While she was being hospitalized he never left her side. He wasn't sure how long he was there but it was for a very long time. He couldn't stop himself from hugging her when she woke up but he had to stop himself from sitting around while she was recovering. Miles left Champions HQ and went back to Brooklyn to search for someone to take out his anger on, to distract him from the thoughts in his head, from the fact that no matter what happens he always hurts Gwen.
