THUMP! N woke up and rubbed his head. The bunker he woke up in was different from the large spire of Drone carcasses… Or Uzi's room. Though Uzi was there along with V, who'd gone with him to figure things out about the mansion they'd constantly had flashbacks to. But this place had something heavy in the air and it wasn't the smell of gunpowder and death. This was something else… something that seemed to baffle N. "Guys? Do you know where we are?"

Uzi was the first one to answer, shaking her head. "Unless you count rubble and what looks to be oil smeared on the walls, a normality on copper nine. Then no," she said with an air of curiosity. Though that's to be expected when half the time things are barely told to you. "V, got any ideas?"

V stood up and looked around. A lot of the equipment seemed to either be damaged or well worn. A map of a dig site and a few other oddities such as pictures of 4 staves and a question on a piece of paper. Who is Samantha? Along with things V couldn't read but assumed were records or something she shrugged and looked at Uzi. "You got any idea about what this says?"

"Does it look like I read and speak German? I barely know why there's a brain in a jar!" Uzi pointed to the jar on the table. Eventually the three began to piece things together. they weren't on copper nine nor was the year 3070 it turns out they'd been sent back over 1100 years to the trenches of WW1. "How is this? Why?" She was speechless as to how this was possible. It shouldn't be. It shouldn't have happened.

N looked at them, his eyes becoming concerned with the reports and diary entries of a "Doctor Richthofen". "This person was writing about undead humans coming back to kill they're comrades and more… but what is most concerning is that a weird element seems to be connected to it." He looks out and sees something begin to rise out of the dirt.

A series of groans and moans came from outside the bunker and long with screams and cries. It looked like multiple people were running to them or at them. A few were crawling as well. The three began to backup. N decided to use his rocket launcher while V chose a pair of swords Uzi looked around and found a C96 Mauser and a few stripper clips. She stands up and turns to the charging corpses. Eventually what looks to be a little girl and boy look down at the three action figures. "Hey Samantha. Where did you get those?" The boy asked it was a weird question for them but Samantha didn't mind.

"The kind old man gave them to me. He said they would be important later. And he also said that you were too Eddie. Along with me. I… I don't know how to feel about that. But it felt odd having been called important. Especially by Dr. Monty.

"Well tell me when it's my turn. They seem Interesting." Samantha knew he didn't mean harm but she never did like playing with him. Uzi on the other hand felt every last bit of pain she'd been scratched and had rockets land near her sending shrapnel into her.

"Do you see anymore coming this way?" The other two spoke their heads. "I guess that's a good thing, right?" Her tone betrayed the worry she felt. She then checked what lay beyond a staircase none of them noticed. Though the expansion held a massive machine. One which they had no idea how to work it. V kicked its side while Uzi tried to pull down on the massive piston. Eventually it started and two tanks on either side of it began to fill with a strange glowing blue liquid.

N looked at it then to a heavy metal door. Something he could cut through or find a way to open. Walking up to it seemed to do the trick though he felt cautious about the place rain pelted the area and the mud wasn't anything terrible but he knew in some places it wouldn't be so kind. "We should get going. Who knows what lies beyond this bunker," N said, his eyes never taking themselves out of the trenches tops.

Uzi shooed him away. "I'm trying to figure out how this machine works," she said, her confidence high and mighty. She assumed that it drew the blue liquid from the earth or something similar to it and liquefied it to use as a power source. "Imagine if we had these on Copper-9!"

N shook his head. "It wouldn't do us any good. Especially since we don't know what the stuff in the canisters is." Uzi had to acknowledge the truth about it. But she was determined to find more. "But let's go. Before another wave of those things attacks us."

Samantha scratched her head. She hadn't thought of that before. "Why did you have them say that Eddie?" She asked, not understanding his motive and reasoning.

"Eh, it seemed right for the situation and who they are," Eddie replied, he "knew" how they would react. Though that's a flaw he often had. He was short sighted and always after a turn. He loved the toys just as much as Sam. But he just thought that blue eyes were better. A simple opinion for a simple kid. "And look they're not going to want to stay in the bunker the entire time."
