ONE PIECE X RWBY Volume 1: The Beginning of the Straw Hat pirates
Hello again! This is the third trailer about the uncoming story of the Volume 1 of the crossover of One Piece and RWBY. This time prepare your cutlery and prepare to take a look of one of the most iconic places of One Piece and the home of a special chef. Here we come!

TRAILER: BLUE
Around the city of Vale there are several types of shops: clothing stores, supermarkets, banks, bars, collection centers and, finally, restaurants. The latter are the most prominent places in the city. Any foreigner visiting Vale needs to try the delicacies that this city offers. However, among all the food centers, there is one that could be said to be mandatory to visit. To get there, you just must take a boat to the center of the city's huge lake. Floating in a great landscape is a huge and elegant restaurant-boat with a prow in the shape of a cod. This place is known as the Baratie, one of the most famous restaurants in all of Remnant. Inside, the restaurant has three floors. The first floor is a big dining room with three levels where the clients eat the delicious dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. The second floor is where the big kitchen is placed. There, twenty-five professional cooks from different kingdoms of Remnant prepared the food with extreme careful. Finally, the superior level is where the chefs lives and rest before being prepared to receive the clients.
At that moment, the fancy place is getting a lot of visitors: big families, businessmen, officers, teachers, students, and famous figures. The waiters are bringing in a delicate but fast form the dishes to the hungry commensals with a kind smile. Also, a group of jazz are playing relaxed music making more comfortable the environment of the restaurant. On other side, during this gastronomy show, there is an old man with a big and extra-long chef hat supervising the distribution of the food. The man has an olive complexion, blond hair, a goatee beard, and a long-tied moustache. He is wearing a red-and-white vertical stripped shirt, a complete chef uniform with a blue ascot and white apron, velvet pants, and only one black shoe … because he has lost his right leg being replaced a peg leg. The chef is looking with a big focus how the waiters were working when…. *PAFFFF*
From the door five criminals with black suit, red dress shirts, dark shoes, and dress hats entered with force to the restaurant. The musicians stop play their instruments and the clients become in panic, but they stay in their sits because anybody wanted to become a hostage. Then, a man with red glasses appeared among the criminals. He has a fair complexion, a dark hair along a beard and a moustache. With the red glasses, he was wearing a black vest over a white dress shirt, black gloves, a red tie, and black dress pants. Besides, he was bringing a big club on his shoulder, "Ladies and gentlemen, I'm sorry if we are ruining your dinner, but we are here to talk with that old man", the criminal leader said pointing to the man with the long hat.
"Well, well, well, looks like we can't have a relax day, what do you want Junior? You're in my restaurant and you really need to know that I'm not gonna stay crossed arms", the chef said.
"Otherwise, the Xiong family have been heard about the reputation of this restaurant. We're only here to know if is truth that this place can cook the best dishes of Remnant", Junior said.

"Huh! I don't need to prove anything, but If you insist", Zeff walks down to the lower level of the dining room with his arms crossed behind his back. When he arrived, he goes to one of his waiters who was shaking with fear, "please, prepared a big table for Junior and his henchmen".
"B-but why boss? They are the Xiong family, is a cruel crime syndicate. Besides, this could scare out clients and – "*BWAK!* Zeff kicks his waiter head with his peg leg making him fall, "Just do it!"
"Yes, boss!", the waiter stands up and was going to prepare the table. However, there was a slim young man who just end prepared the place. He has a fair complexion and blond hair which he keeps brushed over the left side of his face. He wears a black, double-breasted suit with golden buttons, a black tie, a long-sleeved buttoned blue shirt, and dark blue dress shoes. Also, a curious characteristic of his appearance is his eyebrows which forms a spiral at the inner end.
"Sorry, but I want to serve this time the food, is any problem with that?", the blond-haired man teenager said.
Zeff and the suited young man crosse gaze for a long moment. Then, Zeff goes up the stairs with his arms crossed at his back, "Fred, come on with me and called the rest of the waiters. Sanji is going to serve the food."
"Y-yes sir! Listen all the waiters, Sanji is going to serve the food!", quickly, from all the places, the waiters stop doing their workings and reunites with Zeff at the top level of the dining room while Sanji is coming to Junior and his henchmen.
"Huh, check this out guys, our waiter is a simple kid with ridiculous eyebrows", Junior said mockingly while his minions laugh with him. However, Sanji is not seemed to be angry about this commentary, at least in his exterior.
"Welcome gentlemen, this is the famous and recognized restaurant Baratie", Sanji takes some menus from a stand and gives to the criminals, "Here are the cards with the list of dishes that we have been serving this day."
The five criminals and his leader read for some seconds the menu until, with a sadistic smile, turns their gazes to the teenager, "Well, we'd like to order five courses of that famous fish soup, Boullabaisse, and if it's not too much trouble, a bottle of your finest wine as well."
"Of course, sir. We are going to bring your orders in 30 minutes", Sanji retires without knowing that there where a naughty trap hided among the criminals.
"Henchmen, you know what to do, right", Junior said.
"Of course, boss. I have saved this thing for this moment", one of Junior's henchmen said.
"Good, now it's time for the Xiong family to recover his reputation. We're going to show those hooligans what syndicate is the most intimidating.", Junior said with a demonic expression.
Arriving at the second floor where the kitchen is, Sanji rolls up the sleeves of his jacket and shirt while the rest of the cooks observe him carefully, "All right gentlemen, we don't have enough time. It's time to cook!"
"On command, sous-chef Sanji!", all the cooks said.
30 minutes later
Sanji is coming from the stairs and brings a plate shiny tray with the plates of soup, a fancy bottle the wine and five glasses while the chef Zeff and the rest of waiters are watching him pass. Then, he approaches to the table of the criminals who were putting their feet on the table staining is the beautiful décor, "Just in time, maybe we were underestimating, Mr. Eyebrows."
"As you ordered, there are five soups Boullabaise with a bottle of our best wines. I hope you have a pleasant meal", Sanji said while he is returning to the kitchen to return the tray.
"WAIT A MOMENT!", Sanji turns to Junior who has drawn a sinister smile. While this happens, the henchmen of the Xion Family are softy laughing about what is going to happen.
"How can I help you, sir?", Sanji said.
"Tell me, can you explain what is this little friend that I find in my soup?", the blond-haired teenager achieves to Junior's plate and sees something gross … there was a big death cockroach floating in the soup, "I don't care if you know who I am, but even for my questionable reputation this a real offense in the healthiness code". Junior stands up with the soup in his hand to show to everyone of the restaurant, "As you see, this restaurant, knows as the home of "all the delights of Remnant" is only a fraud. How you can justify this bad treatment!" The entire place is in silence, but suspectly Zeff is not worried.
At that moment, a smile is being drawn in Sanji's face, "I apologize, sir. I don't know what to say … because my knowledge about bugs is very limited." Surprisingly, instead of being embarrassed Sanji was so relaxed and his last commentary is being take like a joke for Junior. The clients are covering their mouths to do not show their laughing and these is pissing of a lot of Junior. Immediately, the leader of the syndicate takes his club and destroy the table along the plates of soup. Then, the henchmen bring their axes and pistols and point to Sanji.
"ARE WE A JOKE TO YOU?! You have no idea who you're messing with", Junior said pointing his club to Sanji's face.
However, despite being threatened, Sanji knelt and inspected a bowl of soup smashed by Junior's attack, "If I had removed the insect, it would have eaten it with no problem. It took us three whole days to cook and foam up all the dirt of this soup".
Seeing this, Junior stomps Sanji's hand with a lot of fury, "Do you really want to have problems, huh? We're the Xiong Family! The syndicate that once held this city in the palm of their hand, and now we have come to reclaim what is ours and reclaim their reputation that was once taken from us!"
"Power is not enough to satisfy your greed?", Sanji said while his eyes are in a dark shadow.
"What?", Junior asked with a confused tone.
"I repeat: Power is not enough to satisfy your greed?"
"What the hell are you – "*BWAK!*
Unexpectedly, Junior was kicked so fast that was sent to other table destroying it with his body. The henchmen were shocked about what happened to his boss. Then, they turned their gazes and see Sanji in a battle pose showing their legs extended, "Food is never wasted. To irritate a cook in this world is the same as wishing for death. Don't forget that", Sanji said too serious.
"DESTROY HIM!", the henchman draws their axes and runs to Sanji with killer intentions.
Sanji picks from his suit a cigarette and lights on with a golden lighter. While he smokes, he turns his gaze to the musicians with a confident smile, "Hey guys, can you please give me musical accompaniment?"
"Of course, Sanji, here we go my friends!", The musicians take their instruments and begin to play a moving and energetic piece of music. (For clarify is the Sanji's battle music theme called Shinkenshoubu)
The henchmen corner Sanji with their weapons, but he places his hands on the ground and, supporting himself, unleashes a barrage of kicks that land directly at the criminals' heads, "Party table kick course!"
The henchmen lands so strongly at the floor of the restaurant becoming the most of them passed out. However, only one damaged henchman was still conscient and picked his scroll from his black dress suit, "All men of the ship, we need reinforcements!", the henchman said before turn completely defeated. At that moment, more henchmen appear from the door of the Baratie and goes fast to attack.
"These men don't learn", Sanji said with an angry tone. Then, jump over his enemies and launched multiple kicks to them, "Extra hachis!" After that attack, a henchman tries to cut the blond-haired chef with his red axe, but he saw it and dodge bending down to then kick his ribs, "Côtelette!" The man is sent flying towards the door of the restaurant where he then lands in the middle of the ocean.
Sanji is destroying the "dangerous" men who tries to dishonor the restaurant while customers are cheering and whistling for the show they are witnessing, "Go ahead Sanji! Destroy all those bastards!", a man said with happiness.
At that moment, a big henchman with an enormous bat appears and approaches to the young kicker, "I'M GOING TO SHOW YOU A LESSON FROM THE XIONG FAMILY!", the man said. However, Sanji jumps and the man destroys a big part of the center of the restaurant.
Because of the continuous destruction, Sanji was more furious, "Stop destroying this restaurant!". Black-leg Sanji jumps so high and then he begins flipping in the sky with a raised leg winning a lot of speed. Finally, he brings the heel of his foot down on the head of the giant henchman who was so scared about what is going to happen with him, "CONCASSÉ!"
The enormous henchman's head gets kicked so strongly than it seems that it sounds a "crack". It is too probable that the "poor" man's skull was being a little destroyed by that attack. After a few seconds, the big man falls. Then, Sanji kicks his body to a group of henchmen who try desperately to avoid the attack, but it was inevitable. The rest of henchmen who watch how one of the strongest members was easily defeated were too nervous when behind them Sanji appears smoking a cigarette and giving them a smile, "All right, who's going to be next?". Sanji said with a confident expression.
Outside the Baratie
COLLIER! AAAAGHHH! ÉPAULE! AAAAGHHH! CÔTELETTE! AAAAGHHH! SELLE! AAAAGHHH! POITRINE! AAAGHHHH! GIGOT! AAAAAGGGHHH!
The pain screams of the criminals and the sound of Sanji's kick is sounding too hard. Indeed, at the port of Vale, some reporters were reunited with their high technologic cameras and journalists ready to transmits what is happening in the restaurant Baratie. Suddenly, a lot of members of the Xiong Family are launched from the big door of the restaurant along Sanji's big war shouting, "MUTTON SHOT!"
The reporters are too surprised about what are seeing, "No way! Those men are not part of the Xiong Family?", a cameraman said.
"I don't have doubts, it's impossible for a citizen of Vale don't recognize those uniforms", a lady reporter said before turns her gaze to a pale- skinned woman who has a short white hair and wears a black suit jacket with a purple collared dress shirt underneath, "What do you think, Lisa?"
Lisa Lavender, a recognized journalist of the city of Vale, is seeing with a microphone in her hand how the self-proclaimed "dangerous" syndicate was being launched from a restaurant like an elimination of a plague of rats, "I think those criminals made the worst mistake of their lives."
After the rain of gangsters courtesy of Sanji, only a few members of the Xiong family were left knocked out on the ground in the center of the living room while the kicker is smoking another cigarette, "Well, this was my special for today. It's time to clean and return to work", Sanji said while he cleans his suit of dust.
At that moment, the musicians have finished to touch the music accompaniment and the commensals are clapping and greeting so hard, … when, "Not so fast, Swirling Brows.", at that moment, Sanji turns his gaze, and his eyebrows goes up for the shock. Junior, who had regained consciousness and has lost his red glasses, was pointing his weapon transformed into a bazooka at a young woman who was crying in fear, "Congratulations to defeat all my men. You're the second person who confronts an entire army of the Xiong family. However, this is when you realize that we don't play clean."
"Help!", the young girl said with tiers in her eyes.
It is a critic situation, even if Sanji could defeat Junior, nothing would avoid him to kill that beautiful woman. However, the blond-haired chef is watching in silence to Junior while he was preparing his weapon. "Listen, closely, give up and leave this restaurant or approach and this beautiful girl dies, what it's your election?"
Sanji takes another cigarette and turns it on with his lighter. As the kicker blows smoke out of his mouth, he looks confidently at the captive girl as if it's a way for her to calm down. Then, he turns a serious gaze to Junior, "Listen stupid, men mustn't hurt or kick women, that's common sense from back when dinosaurs were still around", Sanji said.
Junior has a confused expression while he still pointing the girl, "What sense has that phrase? Whatever, you're not in a good position to said stupid things."
"Oh, I know and I'm going to make you swallow your words", Sanji said.
"How? Remember, you come, the girl is death", Junior said.
"I have my own methods", at that moment, Sanji moves so fast like it was going to kick the air. Junior has a confident smile because he thoughts the teenage chef becomes mad, but… *BANG* A fire dust is shot from Sanji´s shoes, "SAUCE PICQUANTE!"
"AAAGGGHHH!", Junior is pushed and turned with fire by the bullet leaving the captive lady. Quickly, Sanji runs to the lady and takes her to put in cover.
Away of the battle arena, Sanji leaves the girl along the rest of regarded costumers and, before return to confront Junior he says some words, "Don't worry, lady. After this I'm going to bring you a romantic banquet. Courtesy of the house." Sanji said with a sensual tone making blush the young girl.
On other side, Junior is recovering from previous Sanji's attack with the help of his aura, "That's it, brat! I don't want to be ridiculed by a blond-haired person again!", Junior said brandishing his bazooka while Sanji has arrived again the center of the dining room.
"The feeling is mutual. I can't stand it anymore that people like you who destroy this restaurant, dirt our food, and MISTREAT A WOMAN!", Sanji said with a serious face.
"Huh, in that case let me end this!", Junior shoots many launchers by his weapon that are coming directly to black-legs Sanji. He jumps and with the help of his cybernetic shoes he shots many rocks dust to explode Junior's missiles- The criminal is upset and transform his rocket launcher into his club form to attack directly to Sanji. Both men crossed shocks their weapons making some sparks appear. Even if Sanji has a good experience in near- combat, Junior was not getting behind and in, a single moment, he achieves in hits Sanji's body with his club to then connect many attacks to him and sending him to a table, "Haha, this is the man who was gaining us? What a joke."
"Shut up your mouth!", Sanji said with an angry tone and continue kicks and shoots his dust bullets to Junior. The battle is in a big climax with Junior trying to destroy the fighter chef and Sanji eliminating the missiles to avoid destroy more the restaurant and kill innocent people. Junior changes his weapon to his club mode and, boosting with gravity dust, he flies in around the living room shouting so hard. Sanji does the same with his technological shoes to, then, shock their weapons. Some sparks appeared during the attack. After that Junior and Sanji fight in the middle of the air. Sanji tries to kick Junior's head, but unfortunately, he dodges it and hits his club to Sanji's chest. Sanji groans of pain and his aura glows a little, but this was not his end. The kicker launches many different kicks to different parts of Junior's body: Chest, legs, head, ribs, arms, among other ones. Junior dodge most of them with the help of his club but, in a single moment, Sanji moves away from Junior for a bit and then fires several ice dust bullets at Junior's gun, "SAUCE SÁCREE!". Junior's club was frozen making Junior shocked. This moment was the right for the blond-haired chef, so he approaches to him and fulminate with a gatling of kicks, "EXTRA HACHIS!"
Junior is sent to the floor of the living room and, accidentally, breaks the chairs which were around the center of the first plant. The criminal leader gets up with his red aura glowing softly. When he regained his senses, he was surprised to find that his weapon was destroyed and with pieces of ice embedded, "COME ON! I recently bought it!". Unfortunately for Junior, that was not the right moment to complain because a blond-haired chef was in his behind lighting a cigarette, "This is damn dehjavu, what next, will you catch fire and send me flying from this place?!", Junior said with a scared tone.
"Really? How do you know that?", at that moment, Sanji begins to spin around his place. The consumers were so excited, the cooks, who decided to see the show, have confident smiles, and Zeff was so focused on how the battle was going to be end. When Sanji ends to spin, Junior was so shocked. The man with swirly eyebrows is in a fight position … and his right leg was turned in fire, "Prepared stupid criminal, because after this you must never come back again to this restaurant." With fire in his eyes, Sanji jumps so high pointing Junior who was in the same direction of the Baratie's door. Finally, the sous-chef goes so fast while the criminal has a tired face.
"DIABLE JAMBLE…"
"Not agai- "
"SHOT!"
*BOOM!*
Outside the Baratie
"AAAAAAHHHHHH", from the principal door of the Baratie, Junior is launched far away with a big explosion amazing the reporters and people who were watching the events in the port.
"BOSS!", the henchmen who were defeated and are floating in the ocean swim to rescue a knocked Junior. "Why this happened to me? Are all the blond-haired people going to humiliate me? I wish this don't prejudice my treat with Torchwick.", Junior said in his mind before being carried by his henchman and leave the Baratie to try to don't be caught by the police.
The customers are greeting and whistling happily to the sous-chef, the students are finishing to stream the battle from their scrolls, and the girls are reunited in a same point to contemplate the hero of the Baratie, including the girl who was saved by the blond-haired kicker. Sanji is cleaning the dirt of his suit when he notes the girls calling him. The kicker saves his cigarettes and his lighter to then achieve to her fangirls, "This was a good day, enemies defeated, food revenged, and multiple greetings from my spectacle. Just only one thing…"

"Hello ladies!", immediately, Sanji's eyes turn into hearts and his body was moving like a tornado. That moment was like a temporary paradise from the man with spiral eyebrows. But just I said, it was TEMPORARY.
*POW!*
Sanji's eyes get out of his face while a peg leg is arriving so hard to his head. At Sanji's behind, Zeff was crossed arms and so upset, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! It's no time for flirting. This is a business and as a chef you have a work to do!", Zeff said with a serious tone, "now, clean the rests of your fight and return to the kitchen, they're many customers that are waiting their food!"
After the strong hit, Sanji is sobbing his head which have a big bruise while he tries to cover his angry face. "Dawn geezer!", Sanji muttered before going for a broom to clean the dining room.
On other side, the injured henchmen who are still in the Baratie are trying to escape quietly, "On the other hand, damn criminals…", the sound of the hearts of the rest of the Xion Family are pounding so hard. "GET OUT OF MY RESTAURANT!", Zeff said before kicking the rests henchmen and expulse of the Baratie. The costumers clap this action while Zeff turns to them and bow with elegance, "Don't worry ladies and gentlemen, we apologize for the late. Right now, we're returning to our normal activities. Continue eating and enjoying the music because the Baratie is still working", Zeff said with a smile while the costumers greet happily.
At the night
After a day of hard work, a frustrated invasion, and a visit by journalist and federal to investigate the parade of the Xiong Family, the Baratie is closed, and everyone is helping to clean the restaurant. Meanwhile, Sanji is smoking at the entrance while he is contemplating the calm ocean. On other side, two cooks were watching him jealousy. One, whose name is Patty, is a big muscular man with over-sized arms. He has a shaved head, a black goatee and two heart tattoos in his left arm. Also, he wears a dark double-breasted shirt, matching shorts, a white apron, a pink ascot, and velvet shoes. The other one is called Carne and is a stocky, average sized man with brown hair and tanned skin. He wears a classic chef uniform, a blue ascot and sunglasses, and green shoes. Both were watching how the sous-chef was relaxing while they and the rest of cooks are cleaning the Baratie, "I can't believe he is the only one who have a time-out time while we are cleaning the disorder", Carne said.
"Just only because he saved the day of those hooligans, he gains all that credit", Carne said.
"Anyway, I could do the same thing, not at all we're considered the restaurant of the rude cooks", Pathy said so confident.
"What are you talking about?! You may be strong, but you can't confront and entire crew of criminals, you may be beating up in some seconds!", Carne exclaimed.
"Are you gonna repeat that?! I can manage any problem that annoy our customers. One day of this I will prove it", Patty said.
"Oh yeah, well call me when that happened to prepare your funeral, Inflated muscles!", Carne said.
"Why are you calling me like that? My arms are not inflated, they have a lot of proteins that would beat anybody who don't want to respect this restaurant!", Patty exclaimed.
Both seems to enroll in a big fight when Zeff appears and kicks their heads with his peg leg, "What are you doing?! Stop fighting and return to the work!", Zeff said with a serious tone.
"At the order, Chef Zeff!" Pathy and Carne said before returning to the Baratie. Zeff looks and sees Sanji. Even if he is the most loyal worker of his restaurant as a child, he knows that his truth wish is not being there in his entire life. The chef approaches to the blond-haired cook with his crossed-arms and sees the ocean with him for a long minute, "Today was so productive. I don't know how only a transmission of a fight can increase the popularity of this place." Sanji gives a slight nod as he continues to gaze out at the vast ocean. "So, Sanji, this year you just turned seventeen years old. You know what it means in this world to reach that age, don't you?"
Sanji sees down while he lights on a cigarette, "Of course, but I have a debt that I must fulfill. The time is finite, but not short."
Zeff heaves a light sigh, "Airhead, you've already done a lot here, and you are not satisfied yet." At that moment, Zeff starts to walk away while Sanji continues to admire the ocean.
"Perhaps, one day, I will be able to go out in search of that place.", Sanji said in his mind.
Sanji was continuing lost in his thoughts when …. "Sanji, just only one thing. Our waiters renounced today. They said they can't support more the environment of the restaurant. While we are getting new ones, you'll serve the food, it's all clear?", Zeff said.

"Wait, what?"
Another trailer, another introduction, another character debuts, I feel that this, along the RED trailer for now, has more movement and has a little more work to write it. Sanji has a lot of different battle techniques that are so dynamic to write in this fanfic. One thing is that it is confirmed the presence of Zeff, Pathy and Carne who are part of the life of Sanji. On other side, at difference of the original story of One Piece written by Eichiro Oda, the Baratie is not in the middle on the ocean. Instead of that it is located near the port of city of Vale. However, I decided to put that the enter to this restaurant it is necessary the use of boats to make a little reference about the original story.
On another hand, the selected enemies were the criminal Xiong Family who wanted to try to restore their lost reputation. You can recognize them in the trailer of Yang Xialong, "Yellow", the first chapter of RWBY and the episode four of the second volume of the named series created by Mounty Oum. Of course, there's a few details that I didn't put in this trailer and as details I refer to Melanie and Miltia Malachite. I know that they are part of the Xiong Family, but, if we are talking about Sanji's principles, maybe they were a problem for him because of his principles. To justify their missing state I can said that they didn't come because they need to protect Junior's bar. However, don't worry, they are gonna appear later. Besides, there are indirected mentions that Junior said of a blondie girl who is part of team RWBY. If you recognize her, congratulations!
Finally, there are some details about Sanji's Remnant version. First, his weapons are so like Mercury's prosthetic legs. Also, his semblance is called "Diable Jamble". This Is like Cinder's Semblance instead that is more an effect than a control of the heat. With this power, Sanji is fireproof, and the more heat emanates from his body, the stronger his attacks will be. Add the detail that with his training with Zeff can control the temperature of his inner body and this semblance becomes so useful for him.

From the deepest forest of Mystral, there is a person who any criminal needs to be careful because, if you're a wanted person, there's any possibility to meet this expert of the swords. Just only one reason that why this swordsman is continuing to become stronger … it's to be the best swordsman of the world!
