Though Rarity like everyone else in the small town was excited and happy about the Summer Sun celebration, and seeing the princess of course but..their was one person who she truly wanted to meet the most,who also lived in the capital city of Canterlot. Though she could've seen him and knocked on his door. When she last went there,but she was hesitant,and didn't know what she was going to say or do,or if he was going let her speak at all. Sense he was rumored to be very "reclusive". And of course she heard of what happened to that famous photographer and didn't want to risk herself getting blasted by his magic. Though Rarity did hear he was handsome due to a girl who she was delivering a fancy dress to told her. She did hear this from a few other residence that have seen or have studied with him when he was not in his tower home which wasn't often. But before they could go in however… The Mayor felt inclined to ask Dusk what happened to his hair. Which he patiently answered. This was caused by a prankster. He told her. As Mayor and her aid continued to walk she couldn't help what that young man was referring to as to her who pulled that prank on him. Though she knew two kind of people who pulled punks since this is still a small populated town though it's starting to grow more. First person she thought could was that girl who worked in that bakery. No she's probably busy just like everyone else is on a day like this. Since it can't be her. She thought. Oh miss Mayor I'm glad you're here. What is it? She ask the aid. The princess sent a letter saying that she sent someone to check the celebration activities. Oh really? Said the Mayor. Yeah she sent her royal protégée Dusk Shine to supervise everything till the Celebration is over. Daid the aid. Any indication what he might look like? The asked her.Well according to the letter it says he has dark sapphire hair with a red streak,violet eyes,and he wears a long length lavender coat. Say uh miss Mayor. Her aid that walked with her said. Doesn't that match the description of the man who we bumped into after we exited.Town hall Remembering the encounter the man did in fact match,but remembering what he said, and what Rainbow Dash did to him. The grey haired Mayor ask one of her aids to fetch her head ache medication as she sat at her desk hopping the celebration ceremony would go smoothly.

Hearing this the imp assistant tried to come up with an up with an excuse. Wait big bro. He told him. Let's so go talk to her,after all she did all this work we should we should at least give her a complement. With an annoyed face. Dusk simply said. Dusk said confused. What in name of Celestia happened to your hair,it's so.. frizzy and messy I can't even stand looking at it. Don't worry I plan on taking care of it when I get to the library. Dusk assured her. No! Rarity told him. I can't let you go around looking like that. My principles wouldn't even allow it. She grabbed Dusk by the arm and said to him while smiling. Fortunately for you I own a salon/boutique in this town and I can give your hair a much needed hair treatment. Oh great. Dusk tried to make an excuse to leave her. Hey what about your other work. Hmmm? Said Rarity. Don't you have get this done before the ceremony. He told her. Plus I have to check on one more thing before heading on to the library. Despite Dusk's reluctance and stubbornness Rarity managed to get him into a chair where she started getting his hair back to the way it was. Spike chipped in and helped too despite his brother's scornful eyes,as he was more focused on getting Rarity affection. Though Rarity appreciate it she hardly acknowledged him,and asked Dusk who or what cased his hair to become the monstrosity that it was. Well...he said. It was a blue wing rainbow girl that cased it to be the way it is. Rainbow Dash". She said. Typical. You know her. Asked Dudk. Well I know of her but I'm not associated with her. Just like the other rebel rouser in town. Though she's not as bad as Rainbow Dash, and just like her she almost always playing pranks on everyone in this town. Even I am no stranger to her pranks. Maybe with Princess Celestia maybe I'll can stay with him in cantorlot this would be so romantic. Than realized. Oh I got to finish up the city hall building. But… she had to clean up the boutique as well but still.. She couldn't believe the royal protégé of Canterlot was here. Hiding Behind a tree Dusk looked over and saw Rarity was nowhere in sight. Relieved Dusk dropped Spike when he was entangled in his arms with his mouth covered by his left hand. Hey what's the big idea? That's what you get for wasting our time. A frustrated Dusk scolded him. We are are on limited time and you decided to let your hormones get the better of you. I just wanted to introduce myself. Spike protested.But you decided chase to me. And besides at least meeting her got your hair back to normal. Agitated Dusk yelled.That was the last thing on my mind, I was going to it done when got the library, but no. I had to put up with anther crazy girl because of you. Dusk is that you? As they heard Rarity voice as they were not too far from from her boutique? Thinking fast Dusk quickly scooped up Spike and quickly carried him off once again onto a dirt trail.
