Another detective conan one shot, for mostly conan and ayumi. Some other ships are in there too.
Leila is genta's girlfriend. She has black hair and violet-red eyes. She is a cheerleader and daughter to food restaurant owners. She started liking genta for the way he eats as the phrase says "To get to a man's heart you have to get his stomach." But then she got to know him and liked him even more.
Shinran is Shinichi and Ran's child. Their couple name is an actual name meaning Sensitive, Leadership, Energetic, which fits them. He looks like Shinichi but has Ran's eye color for his eyes. Conan is his own person again.

A girl ran up the stairs. She had short brown hair, having some hair points sticking out on the sides of her face, her oylex eyes showing scared and excitement. She was smiling as she ran up the stairs. At the end of the stairs was a door. She opened the door and said, "Hi, sorry I'm late!" Her name is yoshida ayumi.
A boy who was looking at the sky on the side of the roof. Then he sat up and looked at the door. He then did a mischievous smirk to her. His dark brown hair which mostly hangs downwards with also a few strands that stick up at the front and back of his head with glasses covering his eyes. His sapphire eyes sparkle with mischief in them. His name is edogawa conan. "Finally decide to let us meet your presence."
Ayumi blushed saying, "Sorry the girls from my club texted me before it was time to leave." Conan frowned knowing the girls in her baton club like to talk not innocently. He would like his friend who is a little bit innocent to stay that way.
Ayumi then walked over to sit beside him. They were on the roof of their middle school. The gang decided since it was their last night, since graduation was in the morning, they decided to have a sleepover at the school. The school acknowledge and allowed it.
She then looked around and then back at him. "Where are the others?" Ayumi asked. Conan started chuckling and then answered "Since you took a while, genta got hungry and so he and leila (Genta's girlfriend) went to get food. Mitsuhiko and Ai went with him to some snacks and stopped him from using all his money."
Ayumi laughed at that saying that's sound like genta. Conan looked at her while she laughed and smiled. "So you were picked to stay here." Ayumi asked, "No, I chose to stay, in case you came." Conan says looking at her with his eyes screaming "stupid" at her. Ayumi blushed saying thank you. They looked to the sky and to see it was dark since dawn had just started.
Ayumi felt great, she giggled. Conan looked at her wondering why "What's up?". Ayumi shook her head saying "Just a little happy that we are graduating and going to high school." Conan then nodded.
The wind blew at them and it was a little bit cold. Ayumi then hugged her knees to her and put a hand in her hair to see. Conan was also having a struggle with his hair. The wind then stopped and they breathed again to get air in their lungs again. They looked at each other and both faces were pink because of the wind.
"Well that was different?" Ayumi says laughing. "Yeah now I got ran-neechan didn't want me to leave the house this evening." Conan said, putting his hair back to the way it was. "How's she doing?" Ayumi asked. "Doing well, Shinran has been learning more for he will be going to preschool next year." Conan answered.
"Aw, how cute." Ayumi says, smiling at that. "Sure, cute when he runs into my room to have me read to him, even though I was preparing for the tests." Conan says grumbling. "Aw, now that's definitely cute. I wonder if ran-neechan can get a picture." Ayumi says, squealing.
"What's with you women and cuteness?" Conan asked, annoyed. "Oh please mr. detective who used his cuteness to let him through when on cases at six years old." Ayumi rebukes and conan blushes at that. He then turns away because of that. "How long do you think the others are going to take?" He says trying to change the subject.
Ayumi raised her eyebrow at that but decided to let it go. "I don't know, it shouldn't take long since some stores should still be open now." She replied. She then looks up at the sky to the stars sparkling. She then lays down to enjoy it.
Conan looked up and then felt something pull his shirt. He sees ayumi pulling on his shirt and she smiles telling him to lie down too. He did just that and saw the stars shining over him. He then heard a voice humming. He turned to see ayumi humming as she had her eyes closed. Conan rolls to his side listening and just to look at her.
She was wearing a star printed mesh insert high waist mini A-Line skirt with a white shirt with black outlines around the holes of her neck and arms and a pink jacket to cover her arms. She opened her oylex eyes to the sky, smiling. He was wearing a red jacket with a white shirt and blue jeans.
She turned to see conan staring and she blushed. "Why are you staring at me?" She asked. Conan looked at her and then asked "What were you humming?". "Hm, I was humming?" She asked back. Conan nodded and just kept looking at her. She then looks up and says, "A song I heard from my cousin, she taught me it."
Conan nodded at that and ayumi looked at him. "Do you want to hear it?" He looked at her, deciding and then nodded. She then sat and looked to the sky, taking a deep breath, she started to sing.

Conan closed listening to her sing. The songs she mostly sang were mostly upbeat but this one was soothing. It's really soothing, he thought, as his mind shut down.
Ayumi opened her eyes and looked to conan to see he was asleep. Ayumi was surprised and shocked at that. But then smiled at seeing the bags knowing he has been doing a lot. "Sleep well, conan."
Conan then woke up to snickering and saw his friends looking at him with phone in their hands. Ai, wearing a maroon shirt and blue jean skirt, came up to him and stopped beside him. She was smirking, saying, "Sleep well, detective?" As she pointed beside him. He then looked to see ayumi snuggled up to him, sleeping as well.
"Must've fallen asleep after me." Conan thinks then looks down to see a blanket on them. He looked at Ai to explain why it's on them. "We saw that it was getting cold so we went home to get covers and warm stuff. We had the professor drop us up." A voice in front of him said. Conan then turned to voice explaining that it was mitsuhiko, who was wearing a blue hoodie shirt and gray jeans.
He then saw genta who was black jeans and a gray sleeve shirt, and his girlfriend leila, who was wearing a green wool dress, bringing cups and something in the thermos. They poured and handed it to conan, ai, and mitsuhiko. Ai and mitsuhiko drank theirs and Mitsuhiko hummed in appreciation, "Ah, hot chocolate, it's good on a cold night."
Conan nodded as he drank, appreciating it. He then heard humming to see ayumi opening her eyes. She stretched then was surprised to see the others. Ai then walked to her. Ai's eyes softened saying, "Have a good sleep." Ayumi nodded saying yeah after I-hey ayumi want some hot chocolate? Conan interrupts her trying to get her to stop from telling what happened.
Ayumi's eyes lit up at hearing hot chocolate. "Hot chocolate?" She says turning to conan. Genta's girlfriend Leila nodded, handing her a cup. Ayumi took it happily while drinking it. Conan' face showed relief before looking at the others to see them smirking at him. Their eyes tell him "we will find out later"
He drinks his drink trying to ignore them. They all sat down talking about their time in middle school. How mitsuhiko was the ace in baseball, how they met leila and became genta's girlfriend and liked him for his eating, which surprised them.
They then played games and listened to the sounds around them. They also looked at the stars trying to see if they could find some constellations. They then fall asleep and enjoyed it being peaceful.
Conan still had Ayumi sit next to him with Ai and Mitsuhiko on his left and leila and genta on ayumi's right (all of them had their own blanket and covers now). He smiled at his friends hoping for time like with them, he then drifted to sleep as well.
Conan then woke up to an alarm going off and opened his eyes to look at his phone. He then pushed the alarm to dismiss it. Then got up and stretched, he then saw his friends closer to each other and ayumi closer to him. He brushed some hair from her face and smiled when her eyes were opening up.
She got up rubbing her eyes, saying what time is it? He then his head to his left showing the sun rising over the city. Ayumi's eyes sparkle and shine at that saying "wow" very loud waking up the others.
They all sat up to see what was wrong and looked to the sunrise. Everyone was amazed and kept looking at it smiling. They then got their stuff up and were ready to leave middle school.
Genta and mitsuhiko carried the blankets down. Leila and Ai carried the drinks and cups down. Conan and ayumi started cleaning up what was left. Conan then opened the door when he heard his name. He looks to see ayumi looking at him.
"Why did you stop me from saying I sang you to sleep to everybody?" Ayumi asked conan, wanting to know. It's a little embarrassing to be sung to sleep… ayumi then got annoyed and was about to say something but then conan continued. "But I was also being selfish." as he turned his head.
"Selfish?," Ayumi asked, confused. He then looked at her with a little blush and small smile saying, "I kinda wanted only you to only sing to me." Then walked out the door to calm himself down, before seeing the others.
Ayumi paused, letting that digest into her mind before blushing. "Conan, hold up! What's that supposed to mean?" Rushing out the door trying to reach the boy and get her questions answered. And the door shut ending their lives as middle schoolers.
