One day, Priya was hanging out with Millie and Julia. They were in New York for the weekend. All 3 ladies were hanging out at Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York.
"How great is this?" Julia asked.
"I know," Millie answered. "We're gonna have a lot of fun together."
"Where should we start?" Priya asked.
The 3 of them went to the B&B Carousell. A horse in particular caught Millie's attention on the other side of the ride.
"I get this one," she said.
Julia got the one in front of her.
"I have this one," Priya said.
As the ride started, the horses started going up and down.
"Giddy up pony pal," Millie said.
The other ladies giggled.
"You know," Priya said. "You should start making books about experiences you have instead of invading others' privacy like you did back on that island."
"You got that, right," Julia said. "Although, I still think Millie had the right to worry about the abuse you went through just to win those trophies."
"Oh yeah," Priya said. "I won several."
"Priya," Millie started. "The abuse you went through with your parents is bad enough. Chris McLean made it worse."
"We don't want you getting killed like that," Julia said.
"I get it," Priya sighed. "But everything worked out in the end, right?"
"It did," Julia answered. "You two making up was brilliant. You two might make a cool couple one day."
"Wow," Millie said. "That sure is something."
When the ride ended, the girls made their way into Deno's Amusement Park. They stopped at the tilt a whirl first. While riding, Priya asked Julia if she was enjoying herself at the park.
"I am," Julia answered. "After this ride, I was thinking we should try the bumper cars next."
They were all on board. It was an hour later when they decided to take a little stroll through a park nearby.
"How great is Coney Island?" Millie asked.
"So great," Julia answered.
"I know," Priya said. "This water ice is delicious as well."
The other 2 ladies were in agreement.
The girls found a tree to sit under. Millie and Priya removed their footwear the second they did.
"Any reason for removing your shoes?" Julia asked.
"We did it once before," Priya said. "You should try it too."
"Okay," Julia said.
She did just that, which was surprisingly okay.
"Wow," she said while starting to walk across the grass. "It feels so soft beneath my feet."
"We knew you'd like it," Millie said.
"Let's get a picture to remember this by," Priya said.
"I'm in," Julia said.
She got her camera out and was able to get a selfie of all 3 of them in their bare feet.
"Hashtag barefoot sweet hearts," Julia said. "And post."
That was when a dog came over and knocked Julia to the ground before licking her.
"H-hey!" she said while laughing. "Where'd this dog come from?"
"I think she likes you," Millie said while giggling.
"And they say I'm crazy for believing gross things are fun," Priya said.
Julia then came up with a devious idea.
"If you think gross things are fun," she said. "How about this?"
Julia covered Millie's feet with her water ice, then told the dog to lick them.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Millie said. "PLEASE! THIS IS TOO M... MUCH!"
"Is that how you wanna play?" Priya asked.
She then did the same thing to Julia.
"HEY!" Julia said while laughing. "TR... TRAITOR!"
"You started it," Millie said.
"Actually," Julia started commenting. "It w... was the dog wh... who started it."
"Don't blame the dog," Priya said while laughing.
Then, the others did the same with Priya.
"Y-you girls," Priya said while laughing.
"There she is," a voice said.
That ended the laughter within a few seconds. That voice was Sky, a Total Drama classic player.
"Hi," Sky said. "I'm Sky. This is Sammy"
"I'm Julia," she said. "This is Millie and Priya."
Those 2 said hi as well.
"Is this your dog?" Millie asked.
"She's mine," Sammy answered. "Her name's Valerie."
"I think Valerie likes us," Julia said. We let her play with us."
"By putting water ice all over our feet," Priya said. "Look how drenched they are."
"We can tell," Sky said.
Priya and Millie then looked down at their feet.
"You like going barefoot too?" Millie asked.
"Not just like it," Sammy answered.
"We do it 24/7," Sky said.
"Does anyone else you know do it too?" Julia asked.
"Oh yes," Sky said. "A whole bunch.
"We call ourselves the barefoot beauties." Sammy then said. "We'll take you to our house."
The girls grabbed their shoes and went with them.
"Trust us," Sammy said. "You won't be needing those after this story."
Julia, Millie and Priya wanted to know what she meant. Either way, they went with her, Sky and Valerie.
When they arrived, Millie, Priya and Julia were surprised.
"This is your house?" Millie asked. "Looks more like a mini-hotel."
"Wait until you see inside," Sky said.
They all went inside. Inside were some of the other ladies of Total Drama and the Ridonculous Race. Those ladies are Carrie, Gwen, Courtney, Kitty, Emma, Star, Jasmine, Ella, Dawn, Bridgette, Crimson, Katie, Ellody, Jen, Laurie, Dakota and Zoey.
"Hi," Gwen said.
"Sky and Sammy told us you'd be coming over," Courtney said.
"I know," Julia said. "Looks like the 'going barefoot' trend is something you ladies beat us too."
"Man!" Millie said. "You all like going barefoot too?"
"Indeed," Emma answered.
"We're the barefoot beauties," they all said while showing Julia, Millie and Priya their feet.
"That's cool," Julia said. "And you enjoy it?"
"A lot," Dakota answered.
Ella then sang, "having nothing on our feet makes us so light and free. I'm sure you ladies can happily agree."
Millie, Julia and Priya clapped it up for her.
"Awesome," Julia said.
"You have a lovely voice, Ella," Millie said.
"Thanks," Ella said. "So, you gonna tell Priya?"
"Tell me what?" Priya asked.
"Well," Kitty started. "It's hard to explain."
"It's about your parents," Jasmine said while hugging Priya. "Your parents got taken in."
"Taken in?" Julia asked.
"It means her mom and dad are spending the next 20 years behind bars for their crimes," Zoey answered.
"I knew there was reason to worry!" Millie exclaimed. "Although, I'm stumped about what's gonna happen next."
"Me too," Priya said. "Does this mean I'll be homeless?"
"You could let me bunk in," Julia answered.
"Or," Bridgette suggested. "All 3 of you could move in with us."
"Can we?" Millie asked.
"Of course," Star said. "We already brought most of your stuff here."
"But will there be enough room?" Millie asked.
"Come with us," Dawn said.
The ladies showed their new friends new bedrooms on the 5th floor. Millie and Priya got to share a bedroom together.
"My awards," Priya said.
"My notebooks," Millie said.
"There's also a twin bed for 2," Star said.
"And a friendship poster with the two of you on it," Bridgette added.
"Wow!" Millie said. "Now everyone knows we're two of a kind."
"I know," Priya said.
She then hugged Millie. It was then Julia's turn to see her bedroom.
"You like trends, right?" Jen asked.
"Yeah," Julia answered.
However, the bedroom she got really surprised her.
"Surprise!" the girls said.
"You thought of everything I like?" Julia asked.
"Yeah, we did," Jasmine said.
"You said you enjoy nature," Dawn said. "So we downloaded soothing music for you."
"You can use it while doing yoga or preparing for bed," Bridgette said.
"We also heard you love trends," Gwen said. "So we looked online."
"And picked the trendiest colors to paint your room," Courtney added.
"There's apricot crush," Jasmine said.
"Butter yellow," Emma said.
"And cherry red," Kitty added. "The ice cream love seat was my idea."
Julia took a seat on it.
"So soft," she said.
"Also," Ella said. "We're walking on crystalized flooring."
There was also a king sized bed. The pillows on it said 'Lindsay rules' and 'We love Dakota' on them.
"Our friends: Tom, Brick and Justin helped with this next stop on this tour of your new room," Dakota said.
The wardrobe closet also has a 2012-ish clothing selector.
"That did not just happen," Julia said.
"Yes it did," Jen said.
"And finally," Dakota said. "Your own makeup area."
It even came with an installed hair dryer. Afterwards were the little details. Most of which were callbacks to past Total Drama seasons. This was able to include the following: A guitar like the one Trent plays, a spotify collection with all the songs from Total Drama: World Tour, pictures of everyone from The Ridonculous Race and the camera Carrie and Devin had from when they were in Zimbabwe.
"I think I'm gonna like living with you guys," Julia said.
"We all will," Millie said. "I can't wait for what new adventures come our way."
Everyone else was in total agreement.
"I should probably put my trendy kicks back on," Julia said.
"Or," Dakota said. "You ladies can leave them behind like we did."
"You're part of our club now," Jen said. "This club loves going barefoot 24/7."
"Sweet!" Julia said. "I heard it promotes a healthier body image."
"Okay," Millie said. "My feet and I are in."
"Same here," Priya said.
"Looks like it's unanimous," Julia said.
And it was. The barefoot beauties have 3 new members not only in their club, but living with them too. New adventures were definitely in store. Which ones? Only time can tell.
