I ran into the orphanage to find Audrey. 'This ends here and now' I thought to myself. It was dark, go figure. My main focus was finding Audrey alive. I go a little deeper into the darkness, when I find Audrey.

"Audrey! Oh my god". I take the tape off of her mouth. "Emma, you shouldn't have come here! He may still be here and you can't get us both out of here". As I'm in the middle of untying her, a voice calls out through the darkness.

"Emma?! Emma, Audrey!" It was Kieran! He came running through the darkness, over to where we were. "Kieran! What are you doing here?" I asked. "I had Noah ping his phone. Are you guys okay?" I was relieved Kieran was here.

Kieran didn't wait for a response. He grabbed me and pulled me in his embrace. The fear, anger, and exhaustion... on top of my PTSD we're all so much for me. I began shaking.

"Emma we need to get you and Audrey out of here, okay?" I knew he was right. I had just about finished untying Audrey when...

"Emma!" I turned my head to find Eli charging in. "Emma, you need to get away from him! Kieran is the killer! I was on my way in here when Kieran stabs me from behind!" I was confused. Kieran looked angry. "Emma, he has an unhealthy obsession with you. I didn't stab him! He's lying to make you scared of me. To turn you against me".

"Emma, Kieran has been the one with the violent outbursts. Remember at the carnival when he beat me to a pulp? He will hurt you". At that point I didn't know what to believe. All I knew was I had to get Audrey to the hospital.

"Emma. I love you. I wouldn't hurt you. I beat Eli because I needed to protect you". Just then, Eli pulled out a knife. Before anyone could comprehend what was happening, he stabbed Kieran. "No! Kieran!" Eli just laughed.

"Em, untie me! Hurry!" I untied Audrey, but just then, Eli tackled me to the ground. "Emma, Emma, Emma". He laughed "You're a monster" I told him. "Audrey, get Kieran and go!" I tried to fight against Eli, but it was no use. He was too strong. I was tired of fighting. It was the end for me. "Any last words, Emma?" "Kieran, I love you!"

Just then, there was a loud pop!

The weight of Eli's body was really heavy. "Em, are you okay?!" Audrey was making sure I hadn't been shot. "Kieran!" Kieran was at my side in an instant.

"Oh, Emma. I'm here. It's okay. You're okay. It's over". Kieran took me in his arms and held me. All I could do was shake and cry. "Emma? I promise you really will feel safe again".

Just then we heard the sirens and we knew we were going to be okay. Audrey, Kieran, and I walked out of the orphanage and over to the ambulance. We were taken to the hospital and reunited with our friends. I remembered Brook was stabbed. "Any word on brook?" Noah looked at me. "Is it over?" I smiled a little. "Yeah, it's over. Kieran shot Eli. He's dead". Noah sighed in relief. "Brook is going to be okay".

I went to find Kieran. I had to see him, so I would know he was okay. I got to his room and knocked. "Miss Duval, get your butt in here, now". I went to his bed and he moved over to give me some room. I laid next to him and cuddled into his side. "Baby? You will feel safe again, I promise".
