Note: This is a ongoing series of my main character Adean traveling through the multiverse realizing that there's more to her world then meets the eye even in the dimension of Berk where Hiccup and Toothless coexist they still see her as the Milhaven dragon no matter what dimension she may be in and still as Adean.
This is just the beginning of Adean's multiverse adventures as well as adventures in her universe ut still on a mission to save the multiverse from harm.
I don't own HTTYD all rights go to Dreamworks so I don't own the characters to HTTYD but I do own my original character Adean and that's about it so far.
Thanks and enjoy this Fanfiction series starting with Adean reading a good but then gets transported into the book.
Enjoy.
on a rainy summer evening Adean was reading a book about Vikings with pet dragons when something weird happened, she got transported into the book she was reading.
The light was blinding her when she noticed she was in the ocean as a big ship with a dragon's head for the mast and a tail as a poop deck that started to sail up to her.
Adean was desperate to find dry land when a black dragon swooped down and grabbed her and put her aboard the ship.
"Wha?! What's going on?! Where am I?!" Adean shouted.
"You're fine, your aboard our ship the Dragon of Dreams the finest ship in Norway," a Viking named Gobber announced.
There were dragons aboard the ship with the Vikings which made Adean's heart pound out of her chest.
"You're Vikings with dra-dra-dragons!!" Adean stammered in total anxiety.
"What's wrong with that?" The young Viking known as Hiccup hinted.
"You vikings are noting but barbarians who own vicious beasts!! You savages!!" Adean screamed.
"Savages? Why do you ever think we're savages?" Hiccup asked.
"You dress wild, smell and keep dragons like they're puppies!!" Adean roared.
Adean's face was turning pale as if she was starting to gain seasickness after Hiccup's dragon Toothless dragged her aboard their ship with the rest of his tribe.
"Maybe you should rest in the cabin for a while, you look terrible," a female Viking named Astrid emphasized.
"No! I'm fine," assured Adean.
"You look like you're seasick, come, Stormfly and I will get you in bed," Astrid advised.
"No! Not your dragon! Get it away! Get it away!" Adean complained.
Astrid immediately put Adean in a bunk in the ship's cabin to help get her over her seasickness.
"Where did she come from? Also why does she dress like a dork?" Ruffnutt questioned.
"Yeah, is she here to steal our dragons?" Rufftutt grunted.
"I have no idea, Toothless and I just found her in the water," Hiccup explained.
the ship's deck was shifting from one wave to the other, The Dragon of Dreams was Hiccup's finest ship ever. Adean couldn't care less about the ship, it was freezing on board along with the Vikings continuing to brag how awesome their dragons are.
Adean wanted to say to them if she had a dragon then she'd be more up-to-date with her dragon living with her in her house and treating it like a real pet, not some furnish cow.
Gobber thought Adean was just being hilarious when all she had to say was it wasn't amusing, she was serious moreover wanted to be set on dry land immediately.
Astrid told Adean that they'll soon find dry land for her to rest her feet and get her off the ship for a while.
Adean had to admit she was getting tired of being seasick and was ready to go ashore.
"Land ho!" A Viking sailor called out.
"Here we are, you best get ready," replied Astrid.
Gobber realized that The Dragon of Dreams mast was all crippled so they needed to go ashore anyway to get her fixed.
Hiccup felt the same, they had to find extra lumber to repair her mast.
Gobber prepared the longboats to sail out to shore as Hiccup and the others got aboard the boats while Adean was moving slowly, dragging her feet but was bent on being back on dry land again even though she solely depended on the Vikings to help her out even though she loathed the Vikings and their so-called pet dragons.
She wished she was back in her bedroom with all her stuffed animals right now where it was warm and cozy instead of cold and freezing.
Deep down Adean felt kind of jealous that the Vikings had their own pet dragon companions however Adean wasn't allowed to have any pet where she lives, not even a goldfish.
Adean explained what real ships are like and that if she had a dragon as her companion she would give it a proper house with running water, a comfy bed and healthy food for it to eat. These vikings would do vulgar things with their dragons like play games with a herd of sheep like they were chew toys. Adean said that is not a way to provide a dragon especially where she is from.
Hiccup expected Adean to help out gather lumber for the ship and help feed the dragons.
"what do you expect me to feed them? Rats?!" Adean laughed.
"Just help out!" Hiccup growled.
Adean decided to wander off when Hiccup's looking but they kept a sharp eye on her especially Gobber.
Adean lied to Gobber and the rest of the Viking tribe that she was going to get some firewood for the fire.
Gobber and the others let her go to help them out with the supplies. Adean felt far too cleaver for the likes of Hiccup's tribe and their loud dragons so she decided to wander off.
The valley got wider as Adean left the Vikings and the dragons on the beach to do all the work themselves.
"Who do they think they are? Treating me like a common seaman, I'll be back once they're done," Adean mumbled to herself.
She passed the wide valleys and climbed down a slope till she fell down a ditch.
"Ow, I should've took the long way," replied Adean.
She glanced at a cave, there seemed to be nothing living her when it started to rain.
Adean ran for cover in the cave to stay sheltered from the torrential downpour. She realized the climate was way different on this island then back at her home world.
Before she started to settle down she felt something hard underneath her.
Adean took a glance at a pile of gold inside the cave, it was treasure, hoards of it everywhere.
"Gosh! There's so much here, a handful of this will make me rich, I'll use this to go on a very luxurious vacation, a real adventure and Hiccup and the others aren't getting any of it," mumbled Adean.
Adean was better off without the Vikings and their dragons.
