Chapter 1 Pilot

"Goodbye Vegeta... You're not as cold-hearted as you believed yourself to be. A heart of stone can't shed tears the way you did." -Goku to Vegeta in his dying breath on Planet Namek

Trunks took flight with a worried expression amongst his face, pumping the last dredges of his ki into giving it all he had to get back to his Time Machine. He had to escape, by any means possible.

His plan was to time travel back to a state where Cell had been unactivated and destroy him from there, travel back to the future, and travel back, sounded easy enough. But Cell had somehow been expecting his arrival. He knew not when or how the monster had figured it out.

Where did he screw up? None of it made sense, the androids were defeated, so did they warn him in any shape way or form?

None of it mattered now, what mattered was figuring out how to get the hell out of there as soon as possible.

He swerved to the right mid-flight to avoid a Special Beam Cannon fired from the foe, it took almost all he had to dodge that technique, why the hell had piccolo made it so fast? It's speed put even the Kamehameha Wave to shame.

Using the clone technique he had stolen from observing Tien's training he split off into two and hoped to god that Cell would follow the wrong one in his escape from the fused creature.

All he needed was a second. That was more than enough, and luckily, he did follow suit. The Android rocketed towards the 'false' Trunks, radiating the intent to kill the whole way.

Landing abruptly, sending stones and rubble crashing as he did he hurriedly embarked into his Time Machine pod, punching in random codes he knew not where of where he was going.

But he needed to go now, he knew that much. Cell was far too strong in this timeline, he couldn't understand why, had he been training due to the other Androids not existing for him to absorb?

Offering a silent prayer to the residents of this universe he hastily made his escape. He felt horrible for leaving them here with this monster.

The purple-haired youth vowed to come back, if only to save the people. He was a hero at heart, and he couldn't accept the feelings of guilt that would be left upon leaving this threat to the world. Even if it wasn't his to deal with.

The pod taking flight his feelings of shock and nervousness came flushing back. Now he was no pro at sensing ki, due to having to fight Androids for a majority of his life, who didn't give off a ki signature, he could damn sure feel the pressure of an attack imminently approaching his ship.

Casting a glance to the right he could perfectly see a Kamehameha Wave approaching the ship. But the beast was too late, he hoped. The ship was already getting ready to send him away, he stuck up the bird in a form of victory.

And he knew Cell would be able to see it.

The Machine flickering in and out of existence, the signature of its departure he let out a breath he didn't know he had been holding. One could brush up with death only so many times before needing a break from it. And he had been on his escapades non-stop. Maybe it was time for a break.

Then he heard it. 'Error', 'Error', that wasn't supposed to happen. Though he punched in a random code he didn't understand why the machine had gave that response, if anything he would end up far off into the future in a distant modern world from his own, or even go backwards enough to meet the dinosaurs.

On the other hand a 'Error'? Errors didn't happen with this machine. It just wasn't possible, then it clicked, although he wasn't hit by the ki wave Cell had shot out in a last ditch effort to take him down, he had most likely grazed the ship. And that grazing was definitely enough to throw the ships course off even further.

It seemed no matter the timeline Cell was a constant thorn in everyone's side. He immediately noticed something was off in this teleportation. Mainly due to the fact it was upside down now, if he didn't have his seatbelt on he was sure he would've smacked face first into the glass, his hair following the gravity of the teleportation it flew upwards as if he was in the midst of a transformation.

The Time Machine was never supposed to teleport upside down. It followed the trajectory of whichever way the timeline/universe he had set its course too.

Then again he didn't know which course he set this time around, and Cell had taken it a step further by attacking the ship.

This was coming to annoy Trunks heavily, but he calmed down easily, 'Look on the bright side, at least I'm not six feet under.' That fact alone was a plus for him.

He'd rather go see dinosaurs then see Cell.

The blonde was effectively beyond pissed off. Furious even. He had reverse-tracked his way to Pein's base. A tree hidden amongst the forest's of Konoha. How had he not noticed? How had no one noticed?

It didn't make sense. He would have to tell Granny Tsunade to up the security and defenses around Konoha by a tenfold after it was rebuilt, they had been attacked from the forest. Them, a Nation built around forests.
That was supposed to be their natural fighting grounds basically!

And they hadn't sensed an enemy in their midsts? Everything was serving to piss him off even more, alongside the deaths of numerous people close to him. Jiraiya, Kakashi, It seemed this Pein was fixed on destroying any mentorship relationships the sibling student had.

Jumping through the hightop trees he could see Pein's location in the distance, but something was off. He sensed ...something, he knew not what of but it did not feel natural in any sense.

After becoming a Sage even his base senses had gone up by a slight degree, and whatever he was sensing just didn't feel right.

Landing beneath the trees he took off in a mad dash towards the orange-haired psychopath.

A loud 'Clang' was then heard, along with a 'Boom'. A very loud one. Followed by the falling of what sounded to be many trees, it almost resembled a Rasenshuriken with the way the trees sounded to be shredded.

Pumping more chakra to his legs he had soon arrived to the clearing. Wait, a clearing? He didn't see a clearing in the direction of Pein's base anywhere before, so where had this come from?

He did however see what looked to be a yellow metal container with spider looking legs land. And it looked to land exactly where his nemesis was stationed.

Staring in slight confusion for a couple minutes he used the time to gather up Senjutsu chakra to bolster his senses more, and strength should he need it.

His jaw slightly dropped in shock, Pein was being crushed, by splintered trees stacked up and being held down even more by the heavy metal object, it seemed to weigh a few tons as well, only adding on to the crushing of the man and his companion, he knew not the companion of the man but Naruto was confused.

Had he summoned this in a last ditch effort to ward off the confrontation of the sibling students? Did he scare the man that much that he would rather kill himself than meet him face to face?

It wasn't like Naruto was gonna use a Sage enhanced Rasengan to mow the place down or anything, he genuinely wanted to ask the man how he had came to be like this, hear him out or something.

Sensing some more he could sense that there was another life signature inside the metal egg-shaped container, though his chakra was completely weak even compared to a civilian, he had as much as he needed to live and function and that was it.

Huh, he could sense gender differentiations in chakra. Interesting, it only seemed through the more usage of Senjutsu chakra he would only improve with time.

Probably because he hadn't used a perfected and fully trained version to battle against Pein.

He heard a noise that sounded like a 'Pop' and Naruto's jaw dropped once more when whoever was inside floated out. Yeah, floated, 'What fucking jutsu lets you fly?!' Naruto raged in his mind.

And he hadn't even felt the usage of chakra come from the act, if the man performed even a single Bunshin he was sure the guy would perish on the spot, but flying?

Without chakra? What the hell was going on, Naruto hadn't a clue, but if the man came looking for a fight, then a fight is what he would get.

Though what he said next caught him off-guard, "What year is it?" Year? Okay, weird, but he would answer nonetheless. "XI306." The man's face scrunched up in what looked like an equal amount of confusion to the blonde before he said, "It isn't 2020? Or anything close to it?"

Alright, Naruto had never heard of no 2020, that seemed like in another a thousand plus years, "Uh, no dummy." The youth that sat around his age had to be dumb or something.

Trunks put a finger to under his chin taking upon a thinking pose before observing Naruto more carefully, he realized then that he didn't recognize anything that Naruto wore, it wasn't a gi, or the average civilian clothing Goku's timeline or his used, and he wore some sort of headband with a pointer circle on it.

His appearance completely perplexed him, and he didn't recognize the year that Naruto used at all, it didn't even sound like BC or something remotely normal to him. Where the hell had he ended up?

It was clear to him though that he was a civilian, or he was suppressing his ki, because Naruto couldn't come up on his sensing radar what so ever. Mind you he wasn't too well versed in it anyway.

"Ok, mind taking me to a place where I can get some food?" Wait, wait, Naruto didn't come out all this way to come back and feed some guy. No. He came to confront Pein, and he'd do that first.

Digging through the rubble he found the real Pein's legs, "Hold, up, give me a minute I've got stuff to do first." It was obvious whatever this guy did to the older student of Jiraiya, he didn't mean to. He probably didn't even realize that he landed on top of the man with his strange ship.

With Senjutsu enhanced strength he yanked and pulled, 'Damn! He's pretty stuck, I've gotta pull harder!' Getting a tighter grasp on both of his legs he pulled as hard as he could, cleanly ripping the mans legs off, he heard a squeal under the rubble and winced slightly as he forgot all about his own power for a minute.

Getting your legs pulled off probably hurt, but hey, he didn't feel much remorse in the first place, hence his roughness with the man. He murdered people for god sake, "Ouch." He heard the boy in back of him say, wincing to the same degree he did.

Naruto gave out a sigh before giving up on this side and doing a high jump over the rubble to the other side of the destroyed trees. Lifting through them he found the man in question he was looking for, "MY LEGSS!" He was sure he heard the man screaming the entire time, ripping a piece of his shirt off he gagged the man.

"I wanted to know, why you did the things you did and your reasons for them." He had no time for screaming the last dredges of his life out, he wasn't going to waste Naruto's time now. "Why did you destroy my village?" He remembered Nagato saying that his own village was ravaged by wars that the Leaf participated in.

But there wasn't a war now, he had no reason to take his arduous past out on the present leaf, lending hatred to the cycle more than he had too, if the man desired peace as well what point did he see in this?

Removing the gag for his response he could see the life flickering in his purple eyes, now that pissed him off. Now the man was going to just die, and get an easy release? No. Not on Naruto's watch.

Picking up the by the scruffs of his skin, if that was humanly possible, he yanked him from underneath all the rubble, splitting his body apart even more, affectively killing the man. "I'm not done talkin' to you yet!"

No one had ever annoyed Naruto like this. He could feel the life leaving the mans body with his bolstered senses. It was official, there was no one he hated more. He never knew he could hate a man for dying.

He shook the body roughly, sending guts spraying from the stomach area as he yelled, "I didn't say you could up and die on me after I came out here to hear you out!"

Getting annoyed he huffed out another sigh and dropped the dead man like a rag doll, "Dude, you've got serious problems." Trunks said with a sweat drop, slightly green, he had no desire to see that much gore in his already weakened state. This guy definitely had some serious man power to do such a thing, even if he had no ki, which bewildered him greatly.

"Dude, he is the problem! He murdered my teachers!" Ah, that explained it, when Gohan had been killed as soon as he had gotten strong enough to fight the Androids he spun back with the intent to blast them to pieces, and he did.

But he didn't brutalize them to this degree, whoever this redhead man was died slow and painfully, then a thought hit him, "He only died like this cuz' you landed on top of him with your yellow metal spider-egg!"

He realized that all too late though, taking a glance around he could see that the yellow-haired young adult was definitely right. His ship landed perfectly on top of the man and some other individual who could only be observed to have blue hair.

Recoiling he replied, "Sorry man, didn't mean to take your foe." He enjoyed his revenge, enjoyed it all too greatly for as short as the feeling lasted, the satisfaction was immense and it gave him closure.

Gohan could rest in peace.

Naruto sighed once again and replied, "I wasn't planning on killing em' anyway, just wanted to at least hear him out." Hear him out? Huh? That threw him for a loop. "And then kill him." Oh, now that made sense.

The yellow pigmentation fading from his eyes, Naruto contemplated, he didn't kill often. When he did, he only brought that act upon those who truly deserved it, Pein happened to be one of those people. Unfortunately for him. "So, about that food." Trunks needed something, anything to sate his hunger at the moment, rejuvenate his strength too.

Naruto frowned at the thought that they couldn't get any Ichiraku Ramen at the time, hopefully Yamato could go out of his way to rebuild some of the buildings, including the much needed ramen stand.

Seems they were gonna have to resort to the multiple cup ramen he had stored away in scrolls and some fish from a nearby river.

He was hungry too anyway, "The village just got destroyed, so food is gonna be scarce for a while. But I've got options, C'mon." Before stopping to turn and look at the opposing teen. "Name?"

Trunks scratched the back of his with a bullish look, he had totally forgotten, "Trunks Briefs, you?"

"Naruto Uzumaki, next Hokage, come on."

The blonde would return to the village soon enough. Though he didn't know he came too late and missed his welcoming party, even though it was much less of a welcoming party due to the absence of, well, everything. Food included.

"So how are you flying without chakra? Been meaning ta' ask." Naruto said, slightly slurred due to the chewing of a large fish he had caught. They had set up camp near a river, and he had a spare clone doing fishing for them, surprisingly the purple-haired youth was able to do the same somehow, without handsigns or the use of chakra.

Which Naruto was entirely surprised by. "Chakra? Never heard of it, but I use ki, channel it throughout my body and just use it to aim the trajectory of my body in mid-air." That was the best way he could explain it to him.

Naruto quirked an eyebrow, so he truly wasn't a user of chakra, but never hearing of it? Now that's just weird. "What village you gotta be from to not use chakra?"

He heard a chuckle from the man before getting his next response, "I'm not from any village, believe it or not I'm a time traveler."

To be honest Naruto wasn't surprised, he had time traveled before and met the man now known as his father after all, and it did make sense seeing as this guy didn't use chakra to make clones or even fly around.

He also was strong enough to punch the lights out of a gigantic fish without the usage of chakra. Somehow he wasn't surprised though, he could feel the aura of strength radiating off of him, even if he couldn't sense his actual power.

Nodding, "So where are you from, twenty years in the future? How did you get here? That machine?" So he had questions, of course he did, "At this point I'm starting to think I'm in the wrong dimension entirely, you don't have Androids, dinosaurs, capsules, or like, anything that remotely resembles where I'm from. The year sounds foreign, and you keep talking about big villages instead of towns, cities, or a state." He summarized.

"What continent are we even on as a start?" Naruto frowned at his summarization, he didn't recognize anything the boy said as well. Maybe he did come from a different dimension, the hell was a dinosaur? Or an Android for that matter. "The only continent, the Elemental Nations of course." What else could there be?

"Yep, that confirms it, because no matter what year or how far back I travel theres always around three to seven continents. But this? This only affirms it for me." Naruto let out a whistle at this, just their single continent was big enough, but three? Or even SEVEN? Nah, wherever he was hailing from was huge. He could tell that much.

"Cool, cool, so whats this ki you keep talking about?" He wasn't about to go crazy about this guy being from another dimension, he hadn't the energy nor the chakra, he was running on below half after all. That was rare for even him.

Trunks took a bite out of his fish, distinguishing that this taste was far more natural than any fish in his own world, "Ki is the energy that's everywhere, inside you as well, just locked away until you unlock it. I can even sense some in you, as abysmal as it is. We need it to live after all."

Huh, so it worked like chakra? Interesting, interesting as hell, maybe he could fly too if he got some of that ki. That would definitely put him head and shoulders above Sasuke.

"Even cooler! How bout' we make a deal, I teach you how to utilize some chakra and you teach me how to use ki?" He wasn't done his Sage training after all so he would just count his disappearance as part of this as well!

Trunks however just raised a eyebrow, he couldn't see many perks to learning how to use chakra, he couldn't tell if it was weaker or stronger than ki nor if it could do more interesting things, the guy couldn't even fly.

Taking his eyes from the weirdly shaped fish he looked over, "So? What can you do with it?" The grin he saw the other similarly aged boy could've took even the sun by surprise. "Watch this!" Placing his hands in a familiar cross seal, he shouted out the jutsu, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Six more of the blonde then appeared, each appearing as if they held a different personality from their stances and looks about them.

"Six? Nice, but I've seen this one before." As if the other youth's grin couldn't get any wider he then said something that even had him shocked, "Yeah, but I learn all of they're memories once they dispel, making me able to train six times harder!"

This made that jutsu extremely useful even to him, he could have these so called shadow clones do scouting, make sure his mother was safe at all times, hell, he could even use them to learn every martial art technique in present Earth, or even the future!

That was something Trunks absolutely had to get his hands on. Upon seeing the purple-haired teen's eyes widen and eyebrows shoot to the top of his head, he knew he had him with this, "That's not all, and I can do stuff like this."

Walking over to a nearby tree he placed his hand on the bark, it was silent for a moment. Then the sound of something being shredded was heard, then the middle half of the tree was sent spiraling away, sending splinters everywhere in the opposite direction.

He had created a rasengan in the tree, something he hadn't thought of doing to this day, but he had to show off the coolness of chakra in some way.

Holding up the spiraling blue orb in his hands he informed the boy of his next technique, "This is the rasengan! A technique anyone could use, doesn't take a lot of chakra but takes a lot of chakra control. Taught to me by my late master, Jiraiya the Gallant." God bless his pervy soul.

Now Trunks jaw had actually dropped, the technique actually had him astounded. 'Imagine if you used that technique in someones body. It would scramble them to bits!' And it would bypass durability, unless someone had organs of destruction at least.

Such a technique was not capable with ki, ki was far more destructive in nature, morely used for vaporizing objects, or people. Ki was not such a thing that could be controlled to the point of having millions of densely revolved energy packed in a small ball.

He was sure that technique was the equivalent to a ki chainsaw! Or a chakra chainsaw, didn't matter, same thing. But if he could replicate that with ki ...the possibilities were endless. What the hell would cell do if he scrambled his heart?

The beast could regenerate from everything, but he was sure a rasengan to the brain or heart would destabilize him long enough for Trunks to pull off a entire combo breaker on him. Much like one of those old streetfighter games he played.

"Okay, you got me. Im interested, what papa likes papa gets." It was supposed to be a joke but judging from the straight face he received he knew it didn't fly.

"So how do I use this chakra?"

Naruto took up a thinking pose, he was never the greatest at explaining chakra, Konohamaru's teachings being great proof of that. He almost blushed thinking about 'catra', a term he put to use multiple times in the past.

But he had never been properly taught in the academy so why would one expect him to know? He only knew what he had been able to observe from outside of the classroom either in the hallway or from a window, loosely heard words like 'catra' and special energy were the only things he had to go off of.

His thoughts spiraled back to Jiraiya and his teachings to the boy, 'Chakra is the resulting form of energy when two other forms of energy that reside in the body are fused together. Physical and Spiritual energy.'

Giving himself a nod he spoke up. "Chakra is a energy only made when the two other forms of energy inside yourself become fused together. That being your physical and spiritual energies. Your physical energy can be obtained through body conditioning, training, stimulants, combat, and training." Trunks intently listened and offered a nod of his own so the other man knew he was listening.

Naruto cleared his voice, "However spiritual energy builds up off of the mind's consciousness, and can be increased through meditation, studying things, and experiences in life." That made sense, so he should already have this chakra they spoke of.

That he did.

"How do I access it, like, I understand what you said, but I don't feel any chakra, if anything I always feel my ki flowing throughout my body." That was the truth, going off of what he had just learned he should have chakra by now.

Naruto shrugged for a moment before giving a response, "Well, I don't know, you've got more muscles then me so you should have chakra, but thats not to say you don't. When I was in Sage mode earlier I could clearly sense you've got it, its just pushed down, deep. Somewhere inaccessible to you, which should be impossible."

But was it? Villagers had the same problem, some villagers. Rendering them incapable of becoming powerful ninja, Trunks interrupted his thoughts all in one moment, "Yeah I had the same problem with my Ki, but Gohan helped me unlock it by funneling his ki through the center of my body."

Trunks was embarrassed to admit, though reason being he was the son of a royal Saiyan heritage, meaning he should've had access to ki from the moment he could breath, but the human side of him won over in the end.

Naruto gave it a thought, 'So ki comes from the center of the body as well? Do they have pathways and all too?' "So you've got like a ki pathway system or somethin'?"

That perplexed Trunks, "No? Not that I'm aware of. Ki is just your own fighting spirit materialized either outside or in the body, used for making yourself stronger, faster, or doing stuff like this."

Standing up from his place on the ground he raised a hand up, taking aim at one of the trees that towered over the two of them. Faster than Naruto could see he fired out a beam that completely vaporized the tree, and its surroundings.

'What the fuck?' Naruto's jaw slacked, if he could do that he could very well take out just about any ninja, he couldn't even see how fast the beam of light went, he blinked and missed it.

"Well ...thats something alright." Something indeed. This ki definitely was more destructive than Naruto had ever thought it could be, it didn't even leave a piece of tree left. No branch or even a leaf.

It actually reminded him of his own technique Rasenshuriken, but it took far more preparation and actually had to take time to cut down everything it was hitting down into a million pieces.

This? he had done it faster than one could say ramen.

Yep, he was going to get his hands on some of that. "Okay, just make sure you don't hit me with one of those blasts." Trunks gave a chuckle, that wasn't even close to half of his strongest techniques, maybe this guy wasn't as strong as he thought he was. "Crystal clear."

Though if he did hit him with one Naruto was sure a Substitution Jutsu would suffice in saving his life. "Alright, so I'm gonna take your advice, and channel some chakra into you to unlock your chakra reserves." He didn't know how else he was gonna get him to learn it fast.

Might as well try this method first, taking a step forward he placed a hand up just above his core, emanating as much chakra as he could to the boy, trying to get him to feel something, anything.

Trunks frowned and closed his eyes, crossing his legs and folding his arms, 'I'm not feeling a thing.'

And he wasn't. Hopefully the meditative state of the boy would assist in this endeavor. "You sure you're doing it right?"

No! Naruto wasn't sure if he was, he had never done this before. but he didn't reply as he persisted.

First it was five minutes, then ten, then a hour, two, and three.

Naruto was almost out of chakra at this point, he felt as though he had been using multiple high level ninjutsu for a good portion of that time, as if he had been casting his Rasenshuriken back to back for hours.

"I feel something!" Naruto stopped channeling chakra at that same time.

So maybe he wasn't that bad of a teacher, even if this method was just mentioned by Trunks and not him.

Trunks had been experimenting for the better part of the next hour, too entirely intrigued with the newfound power source to play with, he hadn't enough to form physically outside of his body, so he had taken to fusing it with his ki to perform tasks similar to his.

He even had an abridged version of his Shadow Clone Jutsu, except this clone could take a hit, and he remembered some of what this clone could do. Two-Sixths to be exact, but that was enough to have the boy ecstatic.

He didn't have a pure well of chakra though due to this, and quickly squashed thoughts of trying to open others chakra's. He had no where near the amount required, he could tell simply due to fusing his ki sense with chakra, although unintentional.

The blonde to his right had a ridiculous amount, to compare the two would be like comparing an ocean to a leaking faucet in a basement.

He couldn't even accurately read just how much he had, but that didn't matter. It wasn't like he was a enemy after all.

The guy was just too friendly, but fusing his ki with chakra had made his ki all the more potent. He was pretty damn sure he could go stomp the lights out of Cell with just a month's amount of training with this, or maybe even a week.

The young Briefs had enough speed and power in his ki/chakra infused state to completely put his past records to shame, he would never know how strong he was until he tested his newfound power in a gravity room back home.

But he didn't know if it was just a feeling, or if he truly did, but his perception increased all the more to an almost astronomical view. He could only use the ki/chakra infusioned state for a short amount, fifteen to thirty seconds at best, but even observing a fly looked like he was traveling in slow motion to him.

He could run a full hundred laps around it before it even could finish flapping its wings.

This was definitely worth it, and if he trained enough to be able to pull of rasengans, he was damn sure he could one tap anyone with the technique.

Sparring with his clone had never felt better. They both had gotten stronger and faster in the blink of an eye due to this newly found release. Though seeing himself fight with himself from two different angles gave him an almost impossible headache due to feedback.

It wasn't something he wanted to get used too, he hoped with experience this feeling would fade.

"Ahem." Kicked out of his trance due to the throat clearing of the other present male he was reminded he had a duty to fulfill as well.

That was teaching Naruto the usage of ki. Bashfully smiling he floated down back to Naruto, "Sorry, got a little carried away, gotta say man this chakra stuff is great!" It was, what could he say?

If he added his Super Saiyan transformation on top of it he could only dream of how powerful he could get. But he wanted to get back to training, his Saiyan blood demanded it, and seeing the speed at which Naruto ran he could tell the boy was no where near his equal in a combat sense.

But that could easily be changed.

So he would do this quickly, and get right back to it. "It'll be the same exact method, I can barely sense your ki but I can help you draw it out from deep within you."

Seeing Trunks sit down with his legs folded inwards he copied the same with brisk. "So? So? I just gotta sit here and let you do your thing and wabam, I'm a ki user too?"

Trunks laughed lightly, "No, you've gotta focus too, and bring the ki from out deep within you, just search for an energy source that doesn't have anything to do with chakra." This almost reminded him of training with the Nine-Tails chakra. Too much almost, luckily he said it didn't have anything to do with chakra.

So something foreign, closing his eyes he let the other boy go to work.

Trunks raised up a hand before emanating his own power to the boy, almost basking him in its luminescent glow. "Feel that? Ki is a lot easier to get used to." He obtained usage of ki in a mere twenty minutes, but chakra seemed entirely more difficult.

That wasn't even counting that he had more chakra than he had ki, it was just the fact that ki was entirely more vigorous. Probably because one was the manifestation of a fighting spirit whilst the other was the spiritual and physical energy combined from within.

"It feels," Naruto could almost choke on the power, "Feels like im being suffocated." Ah, he had forgotten ki had a higher degree of potency around it, flooding it around the blonde probably was the equivalent to a technique, even he could feel how heavy the air had gotten. And he had placed it all around him.

But he had merely mimicked the blonde's own release for helping him activate chakra, it was sort of a silent contest between the two to prove who had more energy even though it was entirely one sided. His chakra was pathetic, and in the presence of Naruto's he felt he had to match up in some way.

Lowering the amount he used as a output he then directed the energy to Naruto's core, grabbing something from deep within and urging it to come out.

Though he noticed another power source, three of them to be exact, one was surely Naruto's chakra, the other? He didn't know. Maybe everyone had three power sources as well, Trunks had never done this so how would he know?

Though the energy felt almost as potent as his own, dark even, and was almost as massive as Naruto's original power source. It seemed.. red, if he could give it a color.

Then he felt it, the one he had grasped that was quite obviously his ki was surfacing. Smiling he opened his eyes, "Feel that?!"

He saw the blonde look immensely focused for a minute, before his eyes snapped open, following the sight of which the purple-haired teen was looking, just below his chest there was a small orange energy source, it felt almost... as if he could touch it.

He raised a hand up, losing focus and the energy seeped right back into his chest, having him feel almost queezy for a entire fifty seconds.

Inside of him however the Nine-tails was completely blown away, all the water in Naruto's sewer like mind had dried up in a instant, the color changing from a dark golden almost green to a complete clear yellowish orange, the many pipes that lined the place had vanished and he could even smell an amazing scent.

The scent the beast not knew of but it was entrancing, he had never smelled anything like this in his long nine hundred years on the planet. It was comforting to a degree, the entire aura inside of him changed.

If he could see through Naruto's eyes he would've actually been intrigued, whatever had happened had fixed Kurama's living quarters to a great degree, though he still wasn't fond of being behind bars, he could actually get good sleep in these conditions.

Turning tail and resting, he let out a heavy huff and comfortably rested within.

That dizzy feeling passing by he finally felt relaxed to a degree, "Woah, that was..." He was bewildered, it felt like he had become a different man entirely, he felt refreshed, new, strong even.

Though there was one thing on his mind. "Can I fly now?"

Their short spar was over. Trunks was left feeling disappointed but he didn't know what he expected, but he was impressed. The blonde though just unlocking the usage of ki the day before was able to actually put up some form of resistance against him, even though he wasn't anywhere close to being serious.

If he was to fight him two years prior though, he was sure the blonde would win. But that was two years ago, and that isn't now.

He could see out the corner of his eye the blonde watching him spar with his clone, 'He can keep up with this?' The young prophecy child was clearly following their movements with his newly enhanced eyesight.

Though his body couldn't keep up his eyes were all the more fit for keeping up with him. It seemed his clone noticed as well, doing a nod that seemed to almost traverse to the clone who also did the same, they turned it up another notch.

He was curious if the whisker faced teen could keep up with him to even this degree.

Naruto's eyes snapped in motions, 'Left,' 'Right,' 'Above,' 'Behind,' He had come to a conclusion through observing the man known as Trunks. If he had decided to fight with any of the Kage they wouldn't last a single second. And he wasn't joking.

He wouldn't even struggle with Pein, who had defeated Naruto. If Naruto hadn't access to ki he was sure a single punch would put a hole in his body from the violet time crusader.

He wasn't disappointed to say this man was a friend.

When they sparred Naruto could clearly see the fists coming but hadn't the speed nor power to counter and stop them, but Naruto could take a hit with his body enhanced by his ki/chakra infused body, so Naruto had resorted to his all time favorite technique.

Most definitely his favorite now that they could take a hit. A dozen of them for good measure. Now they were actually almost equivalent to the creator.

He could affectively outnumber and defeat any enemy now, currently he knew not of anyone in the Elemental Nations that could defeat him with his clones now, he doubted even Sasuke could match up.

Even with those special eyes of his.

Grinning at seeing a opening he formed a clone to throw him up in between the two fighters, catching Trunks off-guard with a right hook and a menacing smile upon landing it he entered a basic stance, one he learned from Jiraiya.

One hand guarding his face and another kept similarly in the same position, though this one he kept close to his chest he motioned Trunks to come at him.

He could now keep himself afloat with ki, he was no where close to being able to fly with it yet, but he could keep himself from falling in mid-air with it, and that was cool enough, even more enough for them to brawl.

Motionlessly another clone popped up behind him in the same stance, motioning for the Trunks clone to come at him, they all similarly held the same lust for battle it seemed, none wanted to be left out.

Trunks more so, he rocketed towards his opponent intent on faking him out and catching him with a haymaker. One hand rising up for a telegraphed punch he rushed towards Naruto's solar plexus, before vanishing in a burst of speed appearing above the blonde, coming down with a overhead, using gravity to accentuate his power, grinning even more upon seeing the man block it, though with obvious struggle.

Naruto felt like his hand could almost snap at the force Trunks used to throw that punch, and he could tell that wasn't close to his full power, but he would still counter nonetheless.

He threw a uppercut upwards that he knew Trunks could avoid, another clone appeared above the boy though it grasped the back of trunks head before charging down with him, intent on slamming him into his creators fist.

"Uzumaki Rendan! (Uzumaki Barrage!)" Upon landing that one Naruto felt as if his other hand could break, which he could quickly feel bruising, 'What the hell is this guy made out of?!'

It felt as though every shot he landed against his foe/friend/rival he was taking even more damage, but he wouldn't let it show, though both of his hands were quivering, "That was a good one, I almost felt that. Seems I can't take it too easy on you now." 'That was taking it easy?!'

He had hoped that was at least 50% of his strength, seemed he was wrong. Though the day prior he couldn't land a single hand on his opponent. Therefore he would exploit his clones to his maximum potential, they were actually viable for a fight without the use of barraging his opponent with hundreds of them till he saw a opening.

Trunks vanished in a burst a speed almost untraceable by his opponent, appearing behind him and placing both fists with devastating force into his back, the sound barrier audibly breaking as he did so.

Naruto coughed up a wad of spit at the well placed attack, he felt his spine slightly go out of place, but he had to focus on the fight. 'Nothing the fox cant fix up for me real quick!'

Moving with the motion of the attack he did a spin mid-air, forming a rasengan as he did so that couldn't be seen behind the back of his hand, slamming it into Trunks' side.

It seemed to do nothing to the boy however, obviously pumped up with ki for protection, so he tried to finish off with a spinning kick to the side which was caught, Trunks brought a elbow down intent on injuring the blonde further or forcing him to yield, but was then surprised by the sound of a 'Puff' and a Naruto in a different position appeared, fist already flying forward to attack, 'That Substitution Jutsu!' Now that was annoying, he would admit that much.

Looking over to his clone for a split second he could see that the clone had been kicked straight in the chin by the original, rattling his brain for a second. His arms game up in the defensive position of a 'x' to guard against the clones punch.

Naruto gave a foxy grin at catching the clone and his original off guard, if even for a moment. The clone's Trunks' made didn't have the strength nor durability of the original so he could safely deal with them much easier than he could the real Trunks.

Even if he couldn't match it in strength he could definitely knock at the doors of its physicality, using the already made motion from the kick he kept going with a heavy left to the temple, intent on scrambling his brains even more, but was then surprisingly snatched with a fist that came up and twisted his back, "Agh!" he then was ready to punch Naruto's lights out but was caught with what felt like a dozen kicks and punches to his back, throwing him off balance he growled.

"Damn clones.." When he could make as many clones as he did frequently he could only imagine how difficult he'd be to fight, Naruto now freed from his grip took refugee amongst the clones, hiding himself in there midst.

The original Trunks had destroyed the Naruto clone, with a ki blast to the face of course. He flew over next to his clone to have a facedown with the Naruto's.

A singular leaf flew by, signaling their second bout, charging at each other yelling battle crys all the way.

It had been a month now since his stay in the Elemental Nations, and he had to say, the ramen here was the best ramen he had every tasted. Konoha's Ichiraku Ramen of course.

The village he said had been destroyed had been steadily rebuilt, each villager had homes, some shared homes, orphanages and the not.

He was seen quite frequently with Naruto, and a tale of a 'Flying Stranger' was rumored amongst the villagers, who some had claim to have seen a flying man with a purple coat. They had been called blasphemy however by others and quickly shut down.

Trunks found it funny, however he really enjoyed the feel of this world, it felt far more natural than his own for some reason, he could easily let his guard down and just enjoy the nature.

Probably because trees dominated the area along with the hefty smell of the primeval world. The Androids, natural and man-made gases and more had destroyed that in his world. Mostly the Androids though, due to their Iron Fist on his world for a majority of his growing life.

"Hey, Naruto you said you were about to go retrieve this Sasuke guy? Who's he?" Slurping up a noodle he questioned this to the other teen, "My best friend, he's a dumbass and can never see whats really important despite the special pink eye he has." He'd heard about the special eyes enough to get the joke so he laughed a bit.

He had to increase his spiritual energy by studying and the not, so finding out about the Uchiha's eyes when they were a huge topic in Konoha somehow despite the clan's absence wasn't hard.

"Best friend? How long have you known him?" He saw an almost wistful look cross the blondes eyes for a split second, "All my life, ever since I was a child." Damn, that was pretty long, but the village was small after all, even compared to most modern day cities.

"Hey small world am I right?" He joked, every time the blonde talked about being a child the mood turned sour for a bit, usually that would go unnoticed but he was the only one he spoke too in this village on a day to day basis so he was used to it enough to notice himself.

Naruto chuckled at knowing how big his world was in comparison, after all they had traded stories to pass the time. "I'm starting to not even feel like going out there to get him, my promise to Sakura is still a promise and I'm a man of my world, but me and him are no longer equals."

He was damn sure about it too, he thought the same after obtaining sage mode, but ki on top of it was overkill. He enjoyed the challenge of facing off with his self proclaimed brother on a equal stance, and he knew Sasuke felt the same, no matter how much he denied it.

If he showed up and just manhandled Sasuke it would destroy their rivalry. And that was something Naruto had cherished ever since Sasuke became the first person to ever acknowledge him.

Then a thought came to his head, what if he just taught Sasuke ki too? That would surely solve everything, but he wasn't sure how to do it. After all he didn't even know how to use a single technique with it yet, whilst Trunks' could use clones, bootleg rasengans, illusions and more.

He almost wished he had smaller reserves just for the sake of doing Genjutsu himself. But he hadn't that luxury so he would make due with what he had.

Upon his ki fusing together with his chakra reserves he felt as though he could sense people for miles, and it was only certain individuals that had a ki amount that could be perfectly located with his senses, and in Sage mode that affect only was further enhanced.

Even now he could clearly feel Sasuke traveling, with three others in toe, one who held a chakra signature closer to his if that made sense, no where close in reserves but they were massive, almost reaching Sasuke's, but she felt... he didn't know. Like family if it made sense.

Like an extreme amount of familiarity came with it, like he had been around it all his life. Sasuke's however was easy to make out, massive, dark, and dangerous. Those were the only ways to put it.

So when he went out to retrieve Sasuke he could go straight there and just pick him up and drag him back with probably little to no resistance, after all the fighting he did with Trunks he was damn sure if he just grabbed Sasuke there wasn't shit he could currently do about it.

Though he wasn't looking forward to getting zapped continuously with millions of volts, but thats what clones were for!

Trunks looked over to see the clarity in Naruto's eyes and could tell he had came to a decision, the whiskered youth placed their bills down before standing up, "Alright, Trunks! We've got a mission!" after becoming a Sannin himself he had gained traveling rights after all, no one could say anything if he just up and left and brought someone with him.

He'd remember to thank Jiraiya for all the perks the man gave him, even in death.

"A mission? Sounds fun, but don't forget I've gotta get going soon, stuff to handle in future timelines, my own and all that." passerby's that heard him scoffed at the boy or just shook their head muttering 'crazy kids.' words that both of them heard.

Naruto grinned, "Don't worry, it'll be quick, and don't forget I wanna come visit you're home too, you sure when we get back nothing'll have changed?" let it be known Naruto was no pro when it came to time traveling, so he didn't know exactly how that was supposed to work.

He hoped Trunks was right though, because that was a huge boon, "Yeah, you'll be back almost at the exact time you left. It's pretty neat." He stated nodding.

"Great! Then how can I complain?" Naruto then took off in the direction of the village gates. Trunks of course followed suit, on the way there he had noticed a girl with an odd pink colored hair that sort of reminded him of his own in a way. She had a massive forehead though, but she was sporting super wide hips that he took note of.

"Naruto? Are you leaving the village? You just got back-" Naruto cut her off raising a hand up issuing her to stop, "I've gotta go retrieve Sasuke, I've got err.. Intel on his current location." He could see the girls eyes widen to an impossible degree, her green eyes almost bulging out her head for a moment.

"Wait! I came to tell you that we're gonna ha-" Naruto cut her off once again by walking off, before waving a hand for Trunks to follow. 'Every time I leave the village she tries to stop me to push another problem onto me, she needs to leave those in her massive forehead cuz' I'm not dealing with it!' He thought in annoyance.

Trunks almost bursted out laughing at the short event before doing a slight jog to catch up, enjoying the girl blushing at his muscled appearance 'Heh, I've still got it!', "Ey but Naruto did you see that though? She had some serious ass on her, I'm not even gonna lie."

Naruto did see it, he saw it often, to the point that it just didn't impress him anymore, he chased after that fat ass since he got out of the academy. No longer, he was a better man now, Jiraiya had taught him to control his desires after all, though the man could barely control his own, "Yep, thats Sakura and I can already feel she's going to end up trying to follow us so when we hit the trees we gotta take off man."

He was entirely intent on flying straight to Sasuke, knocking his lights out, and bringing him back so they could talk, fight, chill, and be friends again. He had killed Itachi so he shouldn't be having any more problems with coming back right?

The prophecy child was sure Danzo would try to throw him in jail, but he had no problem throwing a Rasenshuriken at his head should he try to mess with them.

He never liked the man, and he was sure no one did either. Him taking up the position of Hokage only fueled this anger. Him also coming up with the mission for Jiraiya to investigate if Pein was truly residing in the Rain Village only set it on fire.

After all, the man had dealt with Pein so he knew of his godly power. His killing of the Toad used to summon him back before the village got destroyed being proof of that.

That man had better not let Naruto catch him lacking, oh no, Naruto hoped he caught him lacking.

Approaching the village gates he showed the two a golden tag which held the traveling rights notion of the Sannin upon it, seeing it they gave Naruto a well deserved nod of respect offering him the access of leaving the village with no qualms. Though they looked in confusion to the oddly dressed teen beside him who stood a full head shorter than the blonde.

Strutting out of the village he could feel the chakra signatures of Sakura, Kiba, Shino, and what had to be Lee (Due to his abysmal reserves) approaching.

He almost sighed at the fact she could have them at her beck and call in an instant to come chase after him, or beat him to Sasuke, or whatever the girl was planning on doing. "Lets go Trunks, follow me I know where to go."

He wasn't a expert on flying yet, so he took to the trees to get massive jumps that allowed him to freely glide at high speeds towards his directed location.

It was official, Sasuke was disappointed. Pulling his pants up he left the chambers of Karin Uzumaki. She wasn't ugly in the face or anything, but all the bite marks around her body were a serious turn off for him.

That many men had laid their hands and teeth on her? He could almost shiver at the touch, he gave her dick out of pity he would admit. A simple pity fuck, because one, he needed to get a nut off, two she had been begging for it for god knows how long, three? Well, he was bored and angry.

Angry at the fact that Konoha would make Danzo of all people a Kage, but not a single Uchiha. Now that was cause for some righteous anger, anger that he let release on Karin's body.

He couldn't help but wish she could at the very least have some ample breasts or well shaped hips for breeding, but these days he would take what he could get.

The raven-haired bishounen almost missed Konoha. If only for the attention of the women. He could almost go back and punch his younger self for the neglect he did to them. Though he hadn't even started puberty at the time he left, at this given moment he would've stayed if only for the women.

He had too much post-nut clarity at the end of that session with Karin to enjoy it. The moment the nut came out a scowl appeared on his face and ruined it for him. He needed a walk, or something.

Sasuke wished Jiraiya was still alive and offered him a prayer as he took out one of his books. The fact that a book could do better than Karin was.. frightening, to her pride as a woman of course. Sasuke was cruel, but he wasn't that cruel so he wouldn't throw that in her face.

The last Uchiha was truly like his late Sensei in many regards, that included the urge to Chidori Sakura, and these god-given books. He had gained a newfound respect for Kakashi after picking one up himself.

Kakashi was one hell of a man for reading this in front of whoever. Even a Kage. He felt his respect for the man go up another several notches. What a guy.

Whilst reading he noticed someone come in the room he resided, casting a silent Genjutsu over the book he allowed it to look completely black, all so they would never notice what he actually was reading. Darkly giggling in a low tone that could never be heard by anyone but a Jinchuriki he flipped the page to the next one. "Jugo, you've come. Why?"

Jugo was staring him down, and it was slightly annoying as he was tryna enjoy the groove of the book. "The leader of Akatsuki is dead, I don't see why we should join them, they are being lead now by a shadowy figure."

Sasuke sighed before turning a page, nowadays Sasuke was just moving. No goal in sight, just moving, he felt as though his entire life was just pointless. Everything he had done had been for nothing.

The entire reason for his mindset was to destroy Itachi, to be an avenger, to avenge his clan, to prove his strength, to bring glory back to the Uchiha.

But what was there to glorify? His clan had essentially been murderers, they were full and well set on destroying every civilian and every other clan in Konoha regardless of age just to become Kage's themselves, therefore Itachi wiped them off the face of the map.

Then he had trained his entire life to kill Itachi, which he eventually did, only to find out that he did it all to protect him, just for him to kill Itachi, he originally swore vengeance on Konoha for Itachi, but upon further thought he came to realization that if he went out of his way to destroy Konoha he'd be effectively shitting on everything his older had been trying to do in the first place.

Protect the village, protect his brother. Nothing truly ever went as planned, did it? Here he was, a registered missing-nin with a hefty bounty on his head.

There truly was no point in his life, everything had come tumbling down the moment he left Konoha. All to get stronger to kill his brother, a psychopathic maniac, just to find out he in fact wasn't a psychopathic maniac, and sacrificed his entire life to keep him safe.

From a war with the leaf, and then the world, from himself, from the clan, from orochimaru, and even in death he tried to protect him from Madara.

Now, he was just trying to move on, becoming part of the Akatsuki was part of that, he had no idea what the Akatsuki did, but he knew they went after Naruto once in the past, more specifically his brother.

Maybe he could be hidden from the world and went to go do god knows what by himself, just like his brother did. All Sasuke wanted was to follow in his brothers footsteps in being an ally to the world. But Akatsuki had slowly been making a name for themselves that even Sasuke hadn't expected.

He had come to find that they attacked and destroyed the village, Konoha, after that Sasuke was ready to give up on joining the now terrorist alliance.

The youth truly had no where to go now. He made himself a wanted criminal for no reason.

"We aren't joining the Akatsuki anymore Jugo. We're moving on, as Taka always does." Jugo hummed approval before exiting through the door, the masked man be damned, he had come to meet Sasuke days before but Sasuke had no intention of giving him leeway again.

If his brother wanted him to stay away from him he had great reason to do so. It seemed Itachi never made a wrong decision before so how could he now? He'd trust his brother's intentions.

Turning a page he gave off another dark chuckle that was almost too silent for even a human who enhanced their hearing with chakra.

Hours passed at once, before he received intel that Danzo, the newly stated Kage had plans to leave the village soon for the five Kage meeting.

So maybe he did have plans.

That was until the loud sound of many crashing floors interrupted his casual reading course. Sharingan blazing into existence, yet to bleed into their new form he squinted his eyes as dust filled the room along with rubble, blocking off all exits.

"Who dares?" He could see light, how the fuck had whoever this was went this deep underground straight to him? He wasn't even on the last floor for fucks sake! a

Not getting a response quick enough he charged chakra into his hands before bringing them together in a large clap that quickly sent the dust hurdling back towards the unfortunate intruders.

He heard coughing a second later, "Damnit Sasuke, we meet again for the first time in six months and you go throwin rocks and shit in my eyes! Fuck you man!"

His eye twitched, they threw it first in all actuality, even if they didn't mean too, why did he recognize that voice? Was that, "Naruto?"

The smoke clearing he could clearly see Naruto standing there along with some purple haired guy who had it tied back in a ponytail, sporting a figure of absolute muscles, it almost made him feel inferior. But then he remembered his status as a Uchiha elite of course.

He puffed his chest out in response to the man, who seemed to... Chuckle? He did not just fucking chuckle at him. No one chuckled at him. "Alright then, if you want a fight Naruto, let me handle the small fry first."

The cackle of lightning thundered madly before he took off in a speed that Naruto of the past wouldn't have been able to see. That is before the sage training and the not.

Naruto almost facepalmed at the Jutsu, that wasn't going to work on Trunks, Trunks could eat a full powered rasengan for lunch. Well, maybe not a ki/chakra infused rasengan but only time would tell.

"Chidori!(One Thousand Birds!)" He smacked the Jutsu full force into the man intent on at least charging fist first through the small one's chest, only for it to, not have an affect?

Sasuke was damn near stunned for a second, 'What Jutsu does he utilize to nullify attacks!?' He thought for a split second, he hadn't seen the man weave not a single sign, nor could he feel an impulse of chakra, the signature for attacks.

The man only seemed to have civilian amounts of chakra as well, so it didn't make sense for him to even be able to use a Jutsu of such caliber.

The raven-haired youth aimed to quickly hop back before a hand rose up faster than he could even move his body and caught his arm, "Naruto wants to have a conversation with you, not a fight yet."

What?

What the fuck? Why couldn't he move? Was this some sort of Genjutsu? No, his eyes could see through Genjutsu, and Naruto knew not of how to cast one, was this man just that physically dominant over him despite his size?

Nothing made sense, he cursed the fact that he didn't have the curse seal to amp his strength a dozenfold to aid him in this instance, he came to a conclusion quickly within his mind.

The Uchiha would act like he let him hold him in place here and hear out what the resident Dead Last had to say, then avoid all confrontation with the man infront of him. He was dangerous, that much had to be true.

He was like Rock Lee fused with Might Guy strength, on steroids.

"Alright, what is it?" Casting Naruto a side-eye he aimed to hear him out, and the smaller teen released his grip, 'It felt like my arm was about to break off just now, so it truly wasn't a Genjutsu.' Dangerous for sure.

Naruto gave his signature foxy grin before stating loud enough to wake up sleeping toads in the far distance, "Lets go back to Konoha!"

Sasuke gave Naruto what felt like the longest deadpan stare in existence before facepalming audibly, "You think I, a wanted criminal can just waltz back in? Besides, isn't the village destroyed?"

Naruto knew this was going to be the longest argument of his life, "I can just say I captured you and bam! Mission accomplished." Simple enough.

Well, if you could say the deadpan couldn't get any worse, guess what? It did. "Im gonna end up going straight to jail." For how long? Sasuke knew not, but that much was true, especially with his intentions for their new Kage.

Naruto thought for a moment, 'Sasuke's probably right, but once Granny wakes up I'm pretty sure I can convince her otherwise.' He did have a large amount of sway with her after all.

"I can get you a pass when the real Kage is back in action." He stated with the same wide grin. Somehow Sasuke didn't doubt that, wasn't there a story that he saved her life after all?

"Plus, don't ya wanna know how to do this?" He did a small leap and then started... floating? Sasuke's jaw slacked for a moment, 'What fuckin jutsu?' Sharingan spinning like a dangerous wheel he immediately got it down for copying.

"I already know how." He did a light jump for himself, only to land flat on his face. The only other two individuals in the room bursted out laughing, Naruto even more so, "The fuck?" He had to say that out loud.

Because there wasn't a Jutsu that he couldn't copy, that just didn't exist, it didn't happen. Kakashi the copy ninja being proof of that fact.

"Okay I'll give, how do you do that?" Because flying was useful. Imagine if he could just fly around shooting fireballs or fire dragons down at enemies, they literally couldn't do shit about it! Especially if they were surrounded by trees, or even flying around and shooting down lightning, now that? That was cool, he'd be like one of those ancient gods he'd read about.

And he couldn't copy it? That just didn't fly. No pun intended.

"Come and find out Teme!" Naruto said, laughing all the while, Trunks decided to stay out of this one, he didn't know the other man well enough anyway. Didn't stop him from laughing too though.

Sasuke, not one to take getting laughed at, especially when he himself had ended up jumping on his own face, something he was sure Naruto would never let him live down for the rest of their lives, took his book out and started reading.

He had to do something to seem uninterested and ward off the slight humiliation.

Naruto's eyes opened almost comically and his laughing stopped on the spot, "Teme... no... You're reading THAT?!" What? How did Naruto see the book?

Didn't it have a constant Genjutsu around it? Although it slightly weakened his reserves he was sure he had made it so it would constantly tug on his Chakra and hide its appearance, "I enjoy a good book every now and then." He was his rival was just surprised he was reading.

"ICHA ICHA?! You really are Karachi's copy!" Naruto said before reaching into his backpocket and pulling out his own book, Sasuke had almost fell on the floor at the realization, low to mid level genjutsu could never work on Jinchuriki, due to the tailed beast they held and their immense chakra.

It was just too much chakra to sway without actively attending to it yourself with a special ability like Mokuton or the Sharingan.

Wait, Naruto had one too? Squinting his eyes he realized he didn't recognize that edition, and he had read the whole damn franchise three times! THREE!

"You read those too?" He genuinely questioned, he was mostly curious about the one he held, but then again Naruto was the student of Jiraiya. So maybe he had copies that hadn't come out yet. Now that was all too intriguing. "Well yeah I do from time to time, I was the beta reader for these when he wrote em after all. And I'm about to come out with a few new editions myself so there's that."

"Matter of a fact, how would you like to be the beta reader for t-" "Deal." Sasuke was by his side in an instant. Naruto's eyebrows shot far off into his hairline, "Well that was easy." Almost too easy, was there some catch? "And give me that book you put in your pouch, I haven't read that one yet."

Ah, so Sasuke was a fellow man of culture, great! Even more so than himself it seemed, reaching into his ninja pouch he quickly pulled the book out, "This one hasn't come out yet though, I just finished writing it, my editor has it scheduled to drop a year from now." The raven-haired teen was feeling all too lucky to be able to read it before it even dropped. That put him head and shoulders above Suigetsu.

Who was stuck reading the same four volumes for the last three years.

He got to learn how to fly and read the best shit to grace the Elemental Nations? Yeah sign him up, not like he had anything better to do anyway.

Sasuke didn't mind the goofy ass way Naruto carried him back to village either, he was far too preoccupied in his new book after all.

He help him by the shoulders and kept a steady glide back with no fall, seemed he was getting better by the day with this flying stuff.

The Elemental Nations ended up with a new tale as well, 'The Man With Glowing Red Eyes Gliding Across the Skies, Book In-Hand' Why Sasuke needed the Sharingan to read Icha Icha? The world would never know, the world never even knew what he was reading.

But every Icha Icha enjoyer across the lands felt the need to find the man of this tale and kick him as hard as they could in the sack.

One thing that annoyed one of our current protagonist was how fast Sasuke got to flying. He figured it out in one fucking day. WHILE IT TOOK HIM OVER A MONTH.

He walked around the newly rebuilt village grumbling the entire way about stupid prodigies and their stupid plot armor kicking rocks and radiating negative energy his full trek, no one could understand him and his hard work.

Though Naruto felt a shudder go down his spine every time he turned around and he felt someone watching him but he couldn't make out who, his senses were to a T! How could they get passed him? It felt like Hinata, but surely didn't look like her! Hinata didn't look like a pole after all.

He had arrived back at the clearing in the forest which Trunks and him set up camp at, which had a new small house via capsule from Trunks which Sasuke and Trunks stayed at and had finally finished listening to story of Itachi.

"Hence why I'm gonna go kill Danzo." He could fly now for fucks sake, what the hell was Danzo gonna do, run? He almost cackled at the thought of it, he could waste his ki chasing him down then dart at him like a mad man full of chakra. He had two wells of reserves now, Naruto wasn't the only one.

'Wait, did that mean Naruto has three now?' Giving it further thought he frowned at Naruto and blatantly called him out, "Cheater." What else could be said? That damn fox was a cheat code and he knew it. "The hell?" Was all Naruto could say.

Anyways, back to the main topics at hand, Naruto's plan to bring Sasuke back just didn't go over well, mostly because Danzo was still in commission for the role of Kage.

He had all but demanded the boy be slain and his eyes plucked out of his body, until Naruto lied and said it was just a Shadow Clone, who Sasuke due to quick thinking quickly pulled a signless Transformation Jutsu, something that can only be done by masters of the technique.

Nevertheless the last living Uchiha was a missing ninja so he better damn sure be a master at that technique, "At least we can agree on something, Danzo needs to be dealt with." Naruto agreed, the man was a threat to the leaf, and everyone in it, even if they didn't know.

Sasuke nodded and gave Naruto a pointed look, who silently understood exactly what he wanted, "Alright I'll track em' down, follow me." The two walked out and the sound of ki blasting off from the position was heard shortly after.

Trunks, still sitting in his seat was all completely shocked by the story of Itachi and just sat there still divulging in the information, he wasn't a ninja who took in information like this everyday all day, sue him.

But damn did he come to a conclusion in the next five minutes, "Yeah that guy needs to die." He would shit and piss on Danzo's grave after Sasuke was done with him. The man was worse than the Androids, 'How the fuck do you become worse than the Androids?!' was all he could ponder.

Quickly leaving the house he hurried after the two, tracking down the only other two ki signatures in the area.

"HAAHAHA! RUN! SKIP! DO ANYTHING! TRY ANYTHING!" Sasuke cackled like a mad man from the air as he released multiple gusts of flames on top of the man who kept a steady usage of Izanagi to avoid the flying Sharingan user, upon dodging the next volley he counterattacked with a wind Jutsu that couldn't be heard from their position.

The entire village bore witness to this debacle, completely slack jawed and astounded that an event like this could even transpire after the destruction it had experienced.

'The Uchiha's back and he's flying!? Hes gone mad! And that looks like the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki up there watching him do it! Why isn't he stopping him?! He's not saving his Kage?!' The man was all too perplexed by the situation, it just didn't seem real.

Though due to his multiple sharingan eyes he knew all too well it was. This had been going on for the last five minutes and the man didn't see an opening, and his Izanagi were about to all be on cooldown, this wasn't good, this was bad, terrible even!

The old Warhawk hadn't any allies to call on no longer that weren't burnt to a crisp, the villagers wanted nothing to do with this, and it seemed as if the Uchiha's flames we from hell itself due to the abnormal strength of them, none of it made sense. He had nothing to fight back with, not even hand to hand combat because he couldn't reach the boy.

His last Izanagi ran out. "Damnit! Fu-" Were his last words. He tried to curse the boy in his last words at the very least to give him some sort of weird closure, but to no avail he hadn't the time.

Then he was splashed with water via Naruto with a bucket he got from god knows where, 'How had a bucket stopped the flames that not even multiple water jutsu could put out?! It was as if they could monitor the strength of said flames somehow.

He immediately came to the realization that at least one of his Izanagi should be back into motion by now, quickly trying to activate the Jutsu he noticed it just didn't work, he frowned at the site of his body though he could not mobilize himself to get up, or even speak.

His arm made of Hashirama cells had all but been cleanly burnt off, along with the eyes. 'A waste of good eyes!' He opened his mouth to curse the boys but nothing came out, only dry coughs and blood.

Danzo looked to the right and the left to anyone, anyone that could help him, where were the Jonin? The Konoha 12? Why were they out of the village at this time?!

Anger filled his very being to the brim as he tried to do anything to express his ferocity to the two.

The sound of unzipping pants filled the area.

'What?! What are they doing to me!?'

Sasuke let out a sigh of relief as he released himself on the dying man. Naruto whistling all the while as he did the same. "Ey! Trunks! Glad you could make it!" He observed another man appear in the clearing before completely covering his vision by taking out his own junk and pissing on him as well. "Couldn't miss this for the world! Registered peace of shit is gonna taste my shit!"

He couldn't see, fight back, or even talk shit back to them! He had never been so... humiliated or angered in his entire lifetime. Opening his mouth to try and at least curse them once more he only opened up for a bucket load of piss to enter his system.

Now, Danzo cried. It was all he could do. Tears flowed freely down his eyes as he had never been defiled so badly in his life. Was this what he wrought on himself? Had the young Uchiha figured out what he had done? Itachi told on him?

Silently cursing Itachi he vowed to find him in the after life and exact vengeance upon the man through mortal kombat. He never expected to pass from the world like this.

How could any of this get worse?

Then he smelt it.

One of them had took a shit on them.

His entire body trembled in rage.

The village watched and some who hated the man laughed a relieving and stress free cackle at this, even some from the heavens. Mostly the entirety of the Uchiha clan.

"Wait, Trunks you took a shit on him?" Sasuke stated with a surprised look on his face, the cheeky smile he got in return only served to let a single lone tear fall from Sasuke's eye.

"My man. Bring it in." His respect for Trunks had went up a dozen notches, he gave him a well deserved fist bump.

Now that they had officially killed the Kage, in front of what probably was the remainder of the leaf, they definitely were going to not be welcome no longer. Naruto honestly didn't care, the village had hated him since he was a child and they even tried to replace Tsunade even after all she had done for them.

Least he got rid the very last threat that came to them.

They had heard rumors that someone shit on the body of the newest Kage, and while it defaced the Leaf slightly there were many who hadn't liked the man and weren't surprised such a thing had happened to him.

Naruto gave Trunks a fist bump as well, "A man true to his word, that? I gotta respect." Trunks accepted both of the fist bumps with glee, the man had earned himself a spot next Frieza at the top #2 of his most hated, and that was Frieza's list for a reason.

Trunks notifier had been going off for the last couple of minutes now, "Well it's time to go Naruto, you said you wanted to visit the future right?" Now this was news to Sasuke, a time traveler? "The fu- what now?" That explained the flying

"Yeah hes a time traveler, but he came to a different world on accident, our world. So welp, here we are." Naruto quickly summarized, Sasuke's brain shut down for all of two seconds before quickly rebooting.

"Okay, don't know why I was surprised." The man could fly for Jiraiya's sake. Of course he was from some distant future world. Sasuke frowned for a moment, "I'm coming too."

Naruto raised an eyebrow for a moment before thinking about it, "Well, duh, where else would you go? We just got you a MAJOR bounty from the village, killing a Kage?" Wait he did participate too, he wondered how high his bounty would go. He never did find out if he had a bounty in the first place.

Trunks however had other thoughts, 'How cramped is it gonna be in my Time Machine now?' was all he could think. He didn't even know if he could reach the control panel properly without pressing a wrong button with three men in it, two larger than himself. And he was 5,7!

Though reminding himself of what the ninjas and himself had done it was clear the village wouldn't give them shelter for killing their leader most likely. So he nodded and stood up, "Alright! Let's go, it'll be compact though, not much space." The two ninjas did not care, they were all too invested in seeing another world and into the future.

Sasuke was making sure he had his books safely stored away in a seal on his person, Naruto took his headband off and tied it around his shoulder, and Trunks seeing them get ready merely tossed a capsule at the small house and it vanished in a flash.

The raven-haired teen was still not used to that, but it made sense, of course they had Sealing Jutsu to a degree, but a house? That was just crazy.

"Race you there, last one there is a rotten Danzo!" Naruto challenged before taking off in a burst of speed.

Sasuke humphed before following suit, eager to best his rival at the challenge.

Trunks shot forward and rocketed at speeds easily surpassing Naruto and Sasuke of course but a grin all too wide on his face. He never thought he'd made friends on his journey to stop Cell but hey, anything can happen right?

Like it, love it, or hate it let me know!

I wanted to do a DBZ/Naruto Fic with a different twist to it, one that didn't involve Naruto going all macho Saiyan transforming or a overpowered Naruto stomping all over his verse with Goku abilities.

It'll be Naruto and Sasuke, with a side of Trunks making journeys full speed in the DBZ Verse, Their way back home? Who knows if they'll figure out the conditions and code Trunks punched in to make it there!

Read to laugh and have a good time, this will be a humorous fic with some seriousness here and there of course, hope you enjoyed!
