"We are gathered here today to bid farewell to our friend, sister, mother and wife Camilla Stark-Mikalson.
The minister stood before the coffin that was covered in heaps of white and red roses. Pink carnations, red poppies and yellow dahlias. The crowd that had gathered, mostely dressed in black and dark blue, sat amonest gravestones going back hundred of years. Camilla´s mom and sister sobbed into crumpled tissues. Camilla´s dad was stronger than most in handling of grief. Even now, he held his head up high as he put his arm around his wife, and looked straight ahead.
"Into your gentle arms we commend her gracious spirit. Take her yourself and give her safe haven and let her know your blessed peace." The minister spoke in a peaceful, yet powerful tone, trying hard to deliver his message while everyone was in midst of grief.
Elijah Mikalson sniffled, tears falling down his cheeks. Klaus sat on his right and Rebekah on his left, each trying to console him and the small child who were hiding his face against his fathers chest as he sobbed for the loss of his mother. Klaus´s face were expressionless. Rebekah remined calm and kept her grief inside.
Stefan Salvator´s eyes watered as he looked angrily towards Elijah Mikalson. Damon Salvator was stoic as always, but deep inside, his dead heart was breaking.
Elena, Bonnie, Caroline and Alaric, were at the end of the front row. Caroline could not hold back her tears at all.
"For as much it has pleased the Almighty God to take out of this world the soul of Camilla Stark-Mikalson, we commit her body to the ground, earth to earth, ashes to ashes, dust to..."
"Wait a second. Hold on. Your probably wondering why my storie begins with my funeral. Am i right? If you asked my friend Bonnie, she would tell you my death was set in stone the day i met the man who would one day become my husband. But what Bonnie didn´t know was that my fate had all ready been decided for me. Way before Esther Mikalson decided to make her children immortal. But i guess you´re wondering how her choice impacted my death. if my fate had been decided so many years before. You confused? So was i when i learn the truth about what I´m. If you want to know how we got here to the day were i was laide to rest, i have to take you back to the beginning.
