A/n: Serena and Carter are being written out of character for the purpose of this story, I'm sorry if this makes anyone mad. Please don't leave bad reviews, because those really hurt my self esteem and flairs up my anxiety. Thank you in advance.
"Are you sure?" Lulu looked up at him , she didn't want to be mooching off of him.
"I wouldn't said that if I didn't want want you here, I've been dying to see you." Johnny's look was almost one of longing.
"I missed you, too. I don't know why I ever ended things between us. It's not like I was going to find anyone who loved me more than you did." Lulu ran her hand through her hair, she had to admit she was tired.
"Towards the end things were rough, I don't blame you for ending things. I don't blame you for anything, we weren't us anymore. I hate that I drove you into an abuser's arms, I really do." Johnny understood why she'd left Port Charles for years.
"You're right, I just wish I'd toughed it out instead of breaking up with you. Johnny, I did that myself. I should have known better than to date the first guy I saw." Lulu squeezed her eyes shut, trying not to remember things she didn't want to.
"You're tired. You must have had a long flight, you should get some rest." Johnny absentmindedly ran a hand through her hair.
"Only if you come with me." Lulu smirked, as Johnny realized what he'd done.
"Yeah?" Johnny chuckled, looking at her to see if she was being serious.
"Johnny, I need someone familiar. I physically need somebody sleeping next to me. The...nightmares of Logan and Carter just blur together now. I don't wanna be alone." Lulu admitted, all joking disappeared from her features.
"I don't have a problem sleeping next to you, I just don't want you to feel uncomfortable. I'm so sorry, you don't deserve to be tortured everytime you close your eyes. I understand, I've just been faking it until I make it...it's been tearing me up. Being alone. Lovett just moved out a month ago, the silence is... deafening." Johnny grabs her hand.
"Johnny, you could never make me uncomfortable. It's been nerve wracking not waking up to see you by my side, I've always had feelings for you. I can't imagine the day I won't. It's sickening having to relive it...I need to see a shrink so I can get medicine to help me. I'm not looking forward to everyone's reaction to being back. You and Ethan are the only ones who know. I didn't even tell Maxie. You've always got me, I've been alone for too many years...I couldn't take it anymore." Lulu threaded their fingers together, casting a glance over at him.
"I've always loved you...it would be an honor to lay by your side. I am... exhausted. I know that's going to be nerve racking but, you always got me for whenever it gets to be too much. Ha, Maxie is gonna be pissed. " Johnny noted how Lulu was blinking to keep herself awake.
"Lu, if your tired I understand." Johnny laughed, thinking about how adorable she looked.
"I want to keep talking to you." Lulu brushed him off, eyes fluttering from open to shut.
"Come on, you big goof." Johnny threw her over his shoulder, carrying her to the bedroom.
"Johnny, I did NOT give you permission to carry me!" Lulu giggled, secretly enjoying it.
"You loved it, allow me." Johnny smirks sitting her on the bed, taking off her shoes and jacket.
"Thank you, kind sir." Lulu reached up to ruffle his hair.
"I know how much you hate sleeping in jeans, you left a pair of sweatpants here that you never came back to reclaim." Johnny held up a pair of red and black plaid sweatpants.
"I WONDERED WHERE THOSE WENT!" Lulu exclaimed, letting out a loud laugh before grabbing the pants from him and taking her jeans off.
"That's a sweet ass you got there." Johnny nods his head in approval, giving her a low whistle.
"The best ass in Port Charles." Lulu smirked, pulling her sweatpants on, taking her bra off and falling back onto the bed.
"Damn straight." Johnny chuckled, changing into his pajamas laying beside her.
"You're taking me on a date tomorrow." Lulu informed him.
'i do owe you." Johnny counters with a shrug of his shoulders.
Port Charles airport*
"Who did Lulu Spencer think she was? Nobody left Carter Baizen high and dry!" Carter thought to himself as he collected his luggage from the baggage claim.
"What are you going to do?" Serena Vanderwoodsen asked, glued to Carter's side.
"I'll teach that little bitch a lesson, she wouldn't have made it these past four years without me. I made Lulu." Carter vowed to not take it easy on Lulu.
