~ Abby's POV~

Abby paced the length of her living room anxious, this wasn't the type of woman she was. Abby didn't screw around with men who broke rules but, Ethan was just different. Still, she knew that telling Michael would just break his heart.

"I'm going to hell." Abby sighs, taking a sip of water to calm her nerves. There was a loud knock at the door, causing the glass to slip from her grip...water splashed all over the dull white carpet.

"I'm coming!" Abby yelled out, throwing a white towel over the wet spot on her carpet, answering the door. Michael Corinthos stood there with an innocent smile, having no idea his whole world was about to come crashing down around him.

"You look upset. Is everything okay?" Michael asked noticing her distress.

"Come inside, we need to talk." Abby steps aside so he could come inside, Michael shut the door behind him taking a seat on the couch.

"What's wrong?" Michael asked, feeling anxious.

"This is so hard to say but, you deserve to know. I've been sleeping with Ethan for a few weeks, it's not that I don't care about you because I do." Abby trailed off, seeing the look on his face.

"You cheated on me?" Michael had thought everything between them was going great, obviously she didn't want him.

"You could have just broken up with me, I would have understood Abby." Michael shook his head, getting off the couch.

"I don't understand it either, this isn't the type of person I am." Was all Abby could say.

"Obviously you are or you wouldn't have slept with Ethan." Michael walked out without a second glance at Abby, she'd scorned Michael.

"I'm a horrible person..." Abby bit her lip, sliding down the wall behind her and sobbed a painful sob.

~ Lulu's POV~

Lulu woke up that morning feeling more at peace than she had in a long time, stretching her arms out she looked beside her to see Johnny sleeping soundly.

"Good morning sleepyhead." Lulu whispers to him, Johnny smirked pulling her closer.

"It's always a good morning when I get to wake up next to you. Ugh, I have to get going...Lovett and I have a lot to do today." Johnny groaned at the thought of leaving her, if it were up to him they'd spend all day in bed.

"I'll be fine, you don't have to worry. I need to talk to Maxie anyhow." It was cute that Johnny was worried about her but, he didn't need to.

"Yeah, before Maxie starts a riot. I'll have Marc on duty today, he's one of my guards...he's my favorite. Marc is from Romania, he has a wife and three kids. You'll like him." Johnny cuddled her once more before getting up.

"You know Maxie so well. Thank you, even though I'm away from Carter I still have this anxious feeling that he's going to come for me. Kind of like the feeling I had when Logan was alive." Even though she'd had a good night with Johnny, there was still this nagging feeling that something wasn't right.

"Well, he's not getting you back. You know that I'll protect you from whatever or whoever, there's no safer place for you then right here." Johnny presses a kiss to her lips before heading to the shower. Lulu had to admit that she was happy, nagging feelings aside. Johnny made her feel complete and actually cared about her. Lulu stood up from the bed stripping her clothes from her body, changing into a white tight knit sweater, dark black jeans and black boots.

"Hey, you look beautiful." Johnny smiled at her, standing in the doorway.

"Thank you." Lulu smirked, looking up at him.

"I want to take you out on a date." Johnny put his hands on her waist, pulling her close to him.

"I won't argue with that." Lulu chuckled, looping her arms around his neck.

"Ugh I have to go, Lovett is blowing up my phone. I love you." Johnny heard his phone buzz for the fourth time that morning.

"Duty calls! I'll see you tonight, I love you." Lulu smiled, once she was done talking to Maxie she'd be looking for a job. Johnny kissed her before leaving, she sat down on the couch dialing her best friends number.

"It's about damn time!" Maxie's chipper voice rang through the line, Lulu stifled a laugh.

"I'm back in Port Charles, I should have called you. I'm sorry, California was just really bad." Lulu sighed, hoping Maxie wasn't mad.

"Listen, Matt and I saw a man that said he dated you back in California. We ran into him and some blonde bitch last night at Jake's. What exactly happened in California?" Maxie wanted to get to the bottom of this.

"Carter is here? Oh God. I dated Carter, I moved in with him. I was getting abused really badly and he was sleeping with his ex, that's the blonde woman you saw. Serena. Maxie, it was just awful. I'm at Johnny's, I'm staying here." Lulu explained, not wanting to think about Carter and Serena.

"Yeah, he was trying to get information about you from Matt. Oh Lulu, I'm sorry. Johnny's is the best place for you, I've gotta get to work but I'll see you soon." Maxie frowned, she was going to tear Carter a new one when she saw him again.

"Wow. I'll see you soon, it's really good to be back home." Lulu and Maxie hung up the phone, anxiety overtaking her whole body.

~ Carter's POV~

"Nobody leaves me, I'm going to find Lulu one way or another." Carter vowed as he and Serena ate breakfast.

"Over my dead body." Matt Hunter crossed his arms, striding over to their table at Kelly's.

"You're not going to stop us." Serena chuckled, the nerve of this guy!

"Maybe not, but I will. I think we need to have a little chat about my sister." Nikolas Cassadine crossed his arms, jerking Carter out of his chair.
