Months Later
Skills and Peyton 's wedding brought us all back together and left us in a hopeful positive mood.
Lucas and I decided to turn it into a date night. Rachel volunteered to take Amy and Larry for the weekend. As the wedding eventually came to a close.
I knew I wanted this with Lucas one day. A celebration of our love for each other with the kids.
(Grandma Karen we miss you ) Amy said. Running over to hug her.
(Why don't we see you anymore?)Larry asked.
Since they turned 5. They were all about the questions.
Some easy to answer others more complicated.
(I've missed the two of you so much.) Karen replied. Hugging them tightly.
(How come we don't go to the cafe and you don't visit us anymore.)
(Why?) Larry asked.
(Did we do something wrong?) Amy questioned. Her hazel eyes filling with tears
(No not at all. If I had it my way. We would see each other all the time.)
(Just like before. But it's out of my control.) Karen replied.
(You're dad wants it this way.) Karen added in.
(Come on munchkins. Aunt Rachel wants to get you home now.)Rachel called out.

Brooke opened her eyes smiling as she turned around.
(I thought we could revisit such a special place in our relationship history.) Lucas explained.
(The cabin. I want to set our stuff down and get out there. It's stunning.) Brooke replied.
Lucas went into his pocket and handed her the keys.
(Go inside look around. Rachel said we could have this place she hasn't used it in years.)
(I'll bring in our luggage.) Lucas suggested.
Brooke laughed smiled and kissed him.
(So romantic. You planned this for us and I knew nothing at all.)
(I'm so ready for this weekend.) Brooke said.
As she got out of the car. And raced towards the cabin.
Lucas went into his other pocket and took out a small box.
