Sitting behind her new desk inside the oval office, President Kamala Harris was surrounded by several staff members secretaries bombarding her with information at what people are calling the event known as the Pennsylvania Avenue Massacre.
"All the drones we sent to control the protest were destroyed," one staff member said.
"So far at least sixty-three people were reported killed, and dozens more wounded," a second staff member said.
"We're still trying to figure out why the drones attacked," a third staff member informed.
"Madam President, the military and our law enforcement are asking questions about the drones, due to recent events at the protest. How should we respond to this?" the second staff member asked.
Before President Harris could respond, the doors opened and walking in was Vice President Hillary Clinton as she approached the president's desk.
"Calm down everyone. It's all under control. Everything is fine," she said.
"Then what do you call our drones attacking the protestors, then our own military and police force?!" a secretary asked.
"The drones must have seen some weapons that some protestors were carrying and took action. As for the National Guard and the police, they murdered one of the drones commanding officers and retaliated in response," Clinton explained.
"She's right. Those protesters acted out first. And the drones took action," Harris said.
"What about the military? Most of our troops are demanding that these drones are to not be put in," another staffer said.
"President Biden had already started production of these drones before he died. He's wanting at least a few million to be made, and so far over five hundred thousand are made," Clinton answered.
"And in order for our drones to be put into full production at a faster rate, we simply have to get congress's approval and raise taxes to fund the creation of these drones. They don't come cheap you know," Harris added.
"Of course they don't. They are not cheap looking," one of the secretaries said.
"Advanced technology is never cheap," a staffer said.
"So what about our military?"a secretary asked.
"Will put in the drones and if they complain let 'em. If they leave, oh well. We don't need them anyway. The drones are all that we need," Clinton answered.
"Right. The drones will provide the U.S. with all the protection we need without suffering many casualties," Harris added.
As the president continued her meeting with her staff, Clinton's phone buzzed, catching her attention. She pulled her phone out from her pocket as saw a text message from Arthur Watts. The message read, 'Just remember to pay your end of the bargain for all this.'
"LOL. Salem will get her share, Watts," Clinton muttered with a satisfied smirk.

Headmaster's Office
Meanwhile back at Beacon Academy, Professor Ozpin was sitting behind his desk with Glynda standing next to him. Teams GRMA, CFDT, and Jesse and Jacket were all standing in front of the headmaster's desk, with all the American students looking incredibly angry.
"The entire world is aware of the massacre that took place in Washington. Director Gordon had recently given the president an angry phone call over the event and had been asking many questions," Ozpin said.
"Yeah I'll bet. It looked like the government ordered the drones to kill those protestors," Kendra said.
"And now from what I can find, over two-thirds the military is now starting to turn against them," Allen said.
"The president has just stated that these drones will be put into the military," Kelly said.
"That'll piss them off even more," Jacket said.
"Unfortunately there are those that approve of all this crap," Ricky said.
"Yeah. The Left is so caught up with their fanatical ideals, that they thought having these drones replace law enforcement would solve police brutality and corruption, and that no more lives will be lost once put into the military," Jesse said.
Suddenly, a holo-screen appeared over Ozpin's desk and beeped, catching everyone's attention. The screen showed a message that read 'INCOMING CALL: KEATON GORDON.'
"Answer," Ozpin replied, as the screen then switched to a live feed of Keaton.
"Professor Ozpin. We've got a situation in the U.S.," Keaton said.
"Yes, we know about the massacre at Washington," Ozpin said.
"No, not that. Something else is happening right now," Keaton said.
"What is it?" Jacob asked.
The screen switches to a live news feed. Everyone watched the screen as they did, their expressions turned to stunned horror. After a moment of silence from everyone, Britney was the first to break the silence and spoke.
"So it's now down to this, huh?"

Conference Hall
Meanwhile inside the conference hall of Evernight Castle, Watts, Tyrian, Adam, Gillian, Bram, and Vermillion were all seated at the table with Hanlon standing out in the corner of the room.
"It's all going according to plan now that the Americans will be at each other's throats," Watts said.
"The Americans were so divided that all it took was one little push to get them to tear each other apart," Vermillion said.
"And once the Americans are fully occupied and out of the way, China will soon begin moving its forces into Taiwan," Gillian said.
"And glorious chaos and destruction will then follow. Especially when our divine savior will unleash the Grimm when the time comes," Tyrian said with a sinister chuckle.
"Speaking of which, Merlot has been experimenting with some of the Grimm. He has made them even more dangerous than before," Bram said.
"Yes. That mad doctor's experiments would be really useful once they are unleashed out into the open," Adam said.
"And with the entire world distracted, it will be much easier for us to find the Maidens and use them to unlock the vaults so that we can take the relics within the Huntsmen Academies," Watts said.
"And what about that girl Cinder? The UHL had announced that she's back,still the Fall Maiden, and now an android like Dr. Polendina's creation," Hanlon said.
"Salem has been made aware of this. She has said that until Cinder redeems herself, she is to not return. And if Salem finds herself a new vessel for the Maidens, then Cinder is to be hunted down, have her Maiden powers extracted by the new vessel, and dealt with accordingly," Watts explained.
"Oh, that's too bad," Tyrian said before cackling.
Hanlon turns his head to look out the window to see down below. His expression shifted to horror upon seeing what was happening down below. A Beringel is seen crawling out of one of the black, tar-like pits, with Salem herself standing close by. She then uses her magic as Nevermore wings suddenly sprout from the back of the Beringel. The Beringel gets used to its new appendages, before flying up to join many other Beringels also grafted with wings.
Down below the winged Beringels were several other Grimm consisting of Beowolves, Creeps, and a Deathstalker. However these Grimm different in appearance. The Grimm's their eyes and markings were green instead of their usual red, and the spikes on them took on an appearance similar to glowing green crystals. The Deathstalker's tail and fangs were also green. These Grimm had been mutated and experimented on by Doctor Merlot.
Salem looks up to the army of Grimm she has gathered, before turning around and using her magic on the black pools again.

Library
Back at Beacon Academy, Teams RWBY, JNPR, and OBSA, and Watson and Azumi were inside the library sitting at some tables close together waiting for Teams GRMA and CFDT to return from Professor Ozpin's office.
"How could this happen?" Blake asked.
"I don't know. The drones just suddenly shooting out of nowhere really caught us off guard," Mercury said.
"I've got a feeling that this isn't over," Azumi said.
"Guys!" a new voice called out to them.
Everyone turned around to see the Ferrer twins approaching them.
"Rin! Ronin!" Ruby exclaimed.
The twins walked up to the table where Team RWBY was seated.
"How are you guys doing?" Nora asked.
"Slight headache, but fine," Ronin answered.
"And it looks like our silver eyes do actually work," Rin added.
"Yeah, and this is awesome! I'm not the only silver-eyed warrior here!" Ruby exclaimed excitingly.
"So did you guys hear about what had happened in Washington?" Ren asked.
"Yeah," Rin sighed.
"I'm still trying to process what the hell had happened," Ronin said.
"Yeah, things are going batshit insane," Watson said.
"So what are you guys up to?" Rin asked.
"Right now we're waiting for GRMA and CFDT to come back from Professor Ozpin's office," Emerald answered.
"As well as Jesse and Jacket," Azumi added.
"Speaking of which, here they come now," Ilia said, pointing out to the doors.
Everyone turned their heads to the doors as Teams GRMA and CFDT walked inside. As they looked at the two Terran teams, they noticed that they had stunned and worrying expressions on their faces. Teams GRMA and CFDT spotted their friends and approached them.
"So how'd it go?" Jaune asked.
"Keaton had called while we were meeting with Professor Ozpin," Jacob answered.
"And he told us that the situation back in the states had just gotten much more worse," Ricky added.
"What happened?" Ren asked.
"It's better you see this for yourselves," Rebecca said.
Britney pulls out her phone and presents it to everyone. The screen showed a live news feed of dozens of American soldiers and police officers in a shootout with dozens of drones within the streets of Washington D.C.
"A massive shootout has broken out between the National Guard and law enforcement, and the drones. We're getting word that President Harris will be putting these drones into law enforcement and the military as this resulted in over two-thirds of all troops in the U.S. military and most of the police departments to turn against the federal government. Washington D.C. isn't the only city turned into a warzone," the reporter said.
The screen switches to footage of a crowd of armed Trump supporters in a shootout with more drones.
"Many other cities all over the U.S. have been turned into an active war zone as shootouts between the military, law enforcement and the drones were occurring. Civilians all over the country have taken up arms and are stocking up on as much ammunition as they can and joining into the fight as well. There was also a rumor that was spreading that a majority of state governors were starting to make plans to secede from the Union," the reporter said.
Teams, RWBY, JNPR, and OBSA, and Watson, Azumi, Rin, and Ronin were all stunned into silence upon listening to the news and watching the shootouts on screen. The silence was broken when Britney spoke.
"The time for talks is now over. As of right now, the Second American Civil War has officially begun."
"War?!" Oscar asked in shock.
"Are you serious?!" Jaune asked.
"Is this really happening?!" Blake asked.
"Jacob, what did your brother have to say? What does he want us to do?" Rin asked.
"My brother told us to just have us all head home for now once the day is done. He doesn't want us to get involved. At least for now," Jacob answered.
"That may be fine for you guys but what about me and Jesse here?" Jacket asked.
"You guys can stay with us for a while if you like," Rin suggested.
"You sure? We don't want to bother you," Jesse said.
"It's fine. I'm sure our parents wouldn't mind," Ronin said.
"Thanks," Jesse said.
"But we can't just sit around and do nothing!" Ruby shouted.
"I know, but those are our orders," Jacob said. "In times like this, the more people we save, the more enemies we make."
"I'm sure Director Gordon will give us a mission when the time comes," Rebecca said.
"I sure hope so. Because things are only going to get worse before they get better," Oscar said.
Southern Vale
Meanwhile somewhere out in a forest in Southern Vale, Victor and his remaining men were wandering through the woods, wondering what to do next.
"What do we do now?" one of the Neo-Nazies asked.
"Yeah. After you killed President Biden, you became one of the most wanted men in the U.S. Hillary told us that once that's done, we'd be on our own," another Neo-Nazi stated.
"I'll figure something out," Victor answered.
He stopped when he heard some wrestling into some nearby bushes. His men also stopped as well.
"Grimm?" one of the Neo-Nazies asked.
Soon something steps out of the bushes and sees several armed men stepping out. Victor and his men drew their weapons and pointed them at the unknown men.
"They're not Faunus," one of the men asked.
"They're definitely humans," another one of the men said.
"Who are you people," Victor asked.
"We... are the Silver Bullet Brotherhood," one of the men answered.
Author's Note: I hope you all enjoyed RWBY and Earth III: The New Frontier. Before I move on to RWBY and Earth IV, There are 5 more stories (maybe 6 depending on where RWBY x Justice League Pt. 2 will go) that are needed to get done before moving on. The next story coming up was originally intended to be released before RWBY and Earth III came out, but it had been delayed because of RWBY: Arrowfell coming up and the I felt that I had been making you all wait for so long for RWBY and Earth III to come out. Coming up soon will be that story which takes place right after the first RWBY and Earth story. Hope you all enjoy the trailer for the next story.
A couple of Mantas fly towards Atlas Academy.
"You all have a special assignment," a military officer said.
Several American and Canadian soldiers were shooting at several oncoming Grimm.
"For the next few months, you people and the Ace Ops will have to work together," Ironwood said.
"So military co-op operation, huh?" Alex asked.
Several helicopters fly down to a base.
"Holy shit! It's cold out here!" Cassandra said as he shivered.
Keaton and Steel sneak down a hallway of the Schnee Manor with Weiss leading them.
"You're telling me that there is another world out there that knows everything about us?!" Robyn asked.
A giant mech crashes out from a building.
Keaton angrily struck Harriet in the face with the blunt end of his rifle.
"Atlas security must be shit if these low lifes like these got their hands on all this tech!" Steel said, shooting at some thugs.
The Happy Huntresses face off against Team BRIR.
Keaton, Steel, Cassandra, Alex, and the Happy Huntresses are in a shootout with Atlas soldiers on top of a moving train.
Cassandra throws her rifle towards Marrow as he catches it in his arms.
Winter fights off several thugs as Keaton shoots at them from a balcony.
The Ace Ops and Cassandra and Alex face off against a giant mech possessed by three Geists as Doctor Merlot cackles in the background.
