Chapter 1: She's rich, at least she's not spoiled.
On that day, I knew my life would never be the same.
We woke up in the dorms, like normal, and I went to the kitchen to make breakfast. On the way, I ran into Uraraka and Shoto. "Hi Deku!" she said. "How did you sleep?" "I slept all right, thanks." I replied. She beamed. "What about you, Todoroki?" "I was fine too," he replied. We walk in silence to the kitchen. We arrive to find Denki and Momo. "Wow," I say. Denki "You guys are up early. Denki smirks. "We could say the same thing." "True," I replied. "Hey Yaomomo! whatcha makin?" Uraraka asks. "I am making a special breakfast for the class today! Some real, fresh, eggs and bacon!" "What's the brand?" Uraraka asks. "Luxury farms!" "Isn't that brand super expensive?" An exasperated Uraraka asks. "For 50k yen, I'd say it's on the cheaper side." Momo replies. Uraraka looks like she's about to explode. I put my hand on her shoulder, laughing. "Don't say anything." "on the cheaper side!" she scoffs. "Says the girl who lives on daddy's money! I can't wait for life to hit her in the face!" she mutters. Uraraka has grown up living just above poverty. That's one of the main reasons she became a hero. "Hey!" Kaminari whispers. "Don't complain. It's more than my weekly salary." I turn to Momo. "thanks Momo!: She beams. I take a bite. My mouth bursts with flavor. "WOW! This is amazing!" "Thanks!" She replies. "I'm glad I didn't mess it up!" She grins, then goes back to cooking. Uraraka takes a bite, and her eyes widen. She starts shoveling it down. Todoroki takes a bite. "This is very good, thanks." Momo blushes. "Thank you so much!" She says as she stares at him. He continues to eat, then looks up, to find Momo still staring at him. "Everything all right?" he asks. Momo blushes. "Oh! Uh…right!..Yeah.." She goes back to cooking, her face red. Uraraka grins at me, and I grin back. "I wonder if Todoroki realizes?" I whisper to Uraraka. She nods in agreement. "I do." Me and Uraraka turn in shock to see Shoto grinning.``wha…bu…then why aren't you…?" Uraraka stutters. "Oh i like her too, i'm just letting her gather the courage to ask me." Momo always struggled with self-doubt and perfectionism. We finish eating, thank Momo, and go to our dorms to change into our costumes. After we change, the three of us go over our patrol route.
