Volume 1, Chapter 6 : Orchid Argo, Part 1

Arc : Undercover

Nazarick Surface Entrance

After spending the entire day preparing for their undercover operation, Pandora and Narberal instructed McCear and Zara to meet them outside Nazarick's surface entrance at dawn.

As the sun began to rise, casting a golden glow over the landscape, Pandora and Narberal donned their disguises, stepped out of Nazarick, and made their way towards the meeting point.

The two arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and waited for McCear and Zara to arrive. As they stood there, Pandora couldn't help but think about the previous conversation he had with Narberal yesterday.

The thought of Narberal confessing her feelings for him had been weighing heavily on his mind. He was not ready to confront his own emotions and was unsure of how to respond.

Pandora knew that their mission was of the utmost importance, and he couldn't afford any distractions or complications. However, deep down, he couldn't deny the growing connection he felt towards Narberal.

As they waited for McCear and Zara, Pandora made a silent promise to himself to address the situation once their mission was complete, knowing that their future together would be forever changed.

There was only silence in the air, punctuated by the occasional sound of their synchronized breathing. Pandora was unsure how to address yesterday's encounter with Narberal.

He knew that bringing it up now would only complicate their current mission and potentially jeopardize their success. Nevertheless, the lingering tension between them made it increasingly difficult for Pandora to focus solely on the task at hand.

After a few minutes of silent contemplation, Pandora decided to confront the issue head-on. He believed that open communication was crucial for their partnership to thrive and for them to overcome any obstacles that may arise.

Taking a deep breath, he turned towards Narberal and began,

"Narberal, I think it's important for us to talk about what happened yesterday."

"We don't have to settle this right now; I'm sorry if I caused any distress," Narberal interrupted, her voice filled with remorse. "I understand the importance of addressing our concerns, but perhaps we can find a more suitable time to discuss this matter in depth."

Pandora nodded understandingly, realizing that pushing the conversation at that moment might only add unnecessary tension.

"My apologies, Narberal. I'll leave this topic for now, and we can revisit it when we're both in a better state of mind."

After a few minutes of awkward silence, McCear and Zara arrived at their meeting point and greeted Pandora and Narberal with warm smiles. The tension in the air seemed to dissipate as they exchanged pleasantries, shifting the focus to a more positive and productive atmosphere.

"Apologies for the wait, Lord Pandora and Lady Narberal. We overslept a bit and lost track of time," McCear explained, his voice filled with sincerity. "But we're here now and ready to get down to business."

"I don't mean to delve into your personal matters, but I couldn't help but notice the exhaustion in your eyes. McCear, Zara, just how long were you both doing it before finally getting some rest?" Pandora asked, concern evident in his voice.

McCear and Zara exchanged a knowing glance before McCear chuckled softly.

"Well, it was quite a marathon, I must admit," he replied with a playful wink. "But we managed to wrap things up just in time for this meeting."

The tension in the room dissolved further as laughter filled the air, signaling the start of a more relaxed and lighthearted conversation.

"Well, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to have sex for hours," Narberal added with a mischievous grin.

"After all, it's a great way to release stress and unwind. I hope you had enough because you both aren't going to be doing it again any time soon. As of now, we need to focus on the task at hand and stay professional," said Narberal, trying to steer the conversation back on track.

The room fell silent as everyone shifted their attention back to the meeting agenda, leaving behind the playful banter and returning to a more serious tone.

"Our mission will start momentarily," Pandora continued, his voice commanding attention.

"I want you both to limit your magic to only the 6th tier of tier magic. This world is not prepared for the full extent of our power, and we must maintain a low profile to avoid unnecessary attention. Remember, our objective is to gather information discreetly and blend in with the locals," Pandora emphasized, his eyes scanning each team member for their understanding.

The room nodded in agreement, their determination evident as they prepared themselves for the upcoming mission.

"McCear, you will pose as a paladin; your role is to draw the enemy's attack to yourself. Zara, you'll be our ranged expert, providing cover fire from a safe distance. Narberal will continue to take on the role of support mage, ensuring that our team remains protected and healed throughout the mission. Lastly, I will act as the main fighter and lead the charge against the enemy forces. Together, we will utilize our individual strengths to achieve victory and complete our mission successfully. Let's stay focused and trust in each other's abilities as we embark on this challenging endeavor."

The team members exchanged determined glances, ready to face whatever obstacles awaited them.

"Zara, what weapon did you bring with you?" asked Pandora.

Zara smiled confidently and replied, "I have equipped myself with a collapsible compound bow that is lightweight and highly versatile. I brought many different arrow types as well, including ones with different tips for different situations and bow-to-sniper conversion kits for long-range precision shots."

Pandora nodded approvingly, impressed by Zara's preparedness.

"Excellent choice, Zara," he commended. "Your weapon will undoubtedly prove invaluable in our mission, especially when it comes to stealth and strategic maneuvers."

"McCear, what about you? What weapon have you chosen for this mission?" Pandora asked, turning his attention to McCear.

"I brought a broadsword, a chainsword, and a shield for close-quarters combat, and a wrist-mounted crossbow for ranged attacks," McCear replied confidently. "I believe in being versatile and adaptable in any situation we may encounter. With these weapons, I can engage enemies both up close and from a distance, ensuring our team's success in any scenario."

Pandora nodded, impressed by McCear's well-rounded arsenal.

"Your choice of weaponry shows great foresight, McCear," he commended. "Together, with our diverse array of weapons, we will be a formidable force on this mission."

He waited for a moment, then turned in the direction of their next objective.

"Let's move out. To E-Rantel."

E-Rantel, Re-Estize Kingdom

After walking from Nazarick for hours, Pandora, Narberal, McCear, and Zara finally reached the outskirts of E-Rantel. The city's bustling streets came into view, filled with people going about their daily lives.

As they approached the city gates, Pandora couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation for the mission that lay ahead. They get in line for the city gates, joining the steady stream of travelers and merchants.

The guards inspected each person's belongings and questioned their purpose for entering E-Rantel. Pandora observed the thoroughness of the security measures, realizing that their mission would require utmost discretion and caution within the city walls.

"Welcome to the fortress city of E-Rantel," a guard greeted them as they finally reached the front of the line.

"State your names and reason for entering," the guard continued, his voice firm but not unkind.

Pandora exchanged a quick glance with her companions before speaking confidently,

"We are travelers seeking refuge and rest in E-Rantel. Our journey has been long and arduous, and we hope to find respite within your city's walls."

The guard nodded, his gaze assessing their weary appearance before granting them entry.

"Remember, abide by our laws and respect our customs while you are here," he warned, emphasizing the importance of their conduct within the city.

Pandora and her companions nodded in agreement, understanding the gravity of their responsibility as visitors to E-Rantel.

"May we ask the direction to the adventurer guild?" Pandora inquired politely.

"Go to the central square," the guard replied, pointing towards a bustling area in the distance.

"You'll find the adventurer guild there, marked by a prominent sign. Just follow the main road, and you won't miss it."

Pandora thanked the guard for his guidance, and they set off towards the central square, eager to begin their quest in E-Rantel. They walked through the busy streets, taking in the sights and sounds of the lively city.

As they made their way towards the central square, they couldn't help but notice the diverse range of adventurers bustling about, each clad in unique armor and wielding impressive weapons. It was clear that E-Rantel was a hub for adventurers from all walks of life.

The people looked at their unusual appearance; they had never seen armor or clothing quite like theirs before. They stood out amidst the crowd, attracting curious glances and whispers from the locals. Everyone watching was fixated on the two tall men and two women;

One man was completely covered with a half-burnt cloak that smelled like charred wood with two large sword handles protruding from his back, while the other had black leather-plated body armor with a torn cape and a top hat, a shield, and two swords strapped to his back.

The women were equally intriguing, with one completely covered with the same cloak as the first man, with claw marks all over it, and the other wearing a black knee-length, chin-high trench coat covered in weapon scratches, completely zippered with her hood up and three long metal quivers strapped to her back.

Their presence exuded an air of mystery and danger, captivating everyone passing by. People couldn't help but wonder what adventures and battles these individuals had faced and what secrets they held within their enigmatic personas.

The aura of intrigue surrounding them seemed to ignite a spark of curiosity in the onlookers, leaving them yearning to uncover the stories behind their unique appearances. People watched as the four mysterious strangers entered the adventurer's guild, their confident strides and purposeful gazes drawing the attention of even the most jaded adventurers.

Everyone inside the building watched the four strangers walk towards the reception desk, their eyes filled with anticipation and curiosity. Whispers filled the air as they theorized about the origins and motives of these enigmatic individuals.

Some speculated that they were seasoned warriors seeking a new quest, while others whispered of hidden agendas and secret alliances. The atmosphere in the guild crackled with excitement as everyone eagerly awaited the moment when the strangers would reveal their true intentions.

"Good afternoon, ma'am. We would like to register as new members of your guild," one of the tall strangers said, breaking the tension in the room.

The receptionist smiled warmly and motioned for them to approach the registration desk. As she handed them the necessary forms, she began asking them for their identities.

"Names, ages, and roles?" The strangers exchanged a quick glance before the tallest one spoke up confidently,

"I am Pan, 20 years old, and I specialize in close-quarter combat. This is my companion, Nabe, also 20 years old, and she excels in support magic. This one is Makkuria, 18 years old; he is our group's defense expert. Lastly, she's Zee, 17 years old; she is our ranged combatant."

The receptionist nodded, quickly jotting down their information.

"Thank you for providing your details," she said. "Please proceed to the waiting area until your group is called."

The strangers followed her instructions and took a seat, anticipation filling the air as they waited for their turn. As they waited, they could feel every present eye curiously watching them; they could hear some of them doubting them as soon as they heard their age.

However, they remained unfazed, knowing that their skills spoke louder than any doubts. They ignore the judgmental stares to not blow their cover and maintain their composure. After about ten minutes, the receptionist called their names, and they approached the counter with confidence.

The receptionist greeted them warmly and handed them four necklaces of chopper plates with their names engraved on them.

"Your registration is complete. Here is your necklace with your current rank, Chopper. You can pick up a job based on your rank and start your journey as a professional. The board is just right over there. Please ask me anything if you have any questions or need assistance. Welcome to the professional guild," the receptionist said with a smile.

"Thank you, miss. Excuse us, we'll go to the board and take a look at the available jobs," one of the new members replied, expressing their gratitude.

They made their way towards the board, looking at the various job postings and discussing their options. They were excited to see a wide range of opportunities, from simple delivery tasks to more challenging quests that required advanced skills. As they scanned the board, their eyes landed on a particularly intriguing job that seemed to match their abilities perfectly.

Eagerly, they took the paper and walked back to the reception desk, saying, "Excuse me. We would like to take this job opportunity," they said to the receptionist with a hopeful smile. "Could you please provide us with more information about the requirements and how to apply?"

The receptionist widened her eyes in surprise but quickly regained her composure.

"I'm sorry, sir. But this job is for Mithril rank or above. Your group is currently a chopper rank and therefore does not meet the qualifications for this particular job. However, we do have other positions available that may be suitable for your skill level. I can provide you with more information on those if you're interested."

The group exchanged disappointed glances. "Miss. This is a perfect job for us; we have the necessary skills and experience in this field," one of the group members said. "We understand that we may not meet the rank requirement, but we are confident in our abilities to successfully complete this job. Is there any way we can be considered for it?"

The receptionist paused for a moment, contemplating their request.

"I'm sorry, sir. But rules are rules, and all who register must abide by them. No exception."

The group members sighed in frustration, realizing that their plea had fallen on deaf ears.

"Very well. Can you find us the hardest job of our rank?"

The receptionist nodded sympathetically, understanding their disappointment.

"I can certainly try to find you a challenging job within your rank. Let me check the available options for you."

The group members felt a glimmer of hope, grateful for the receptionist's willingness to assist them despite the limitations. Every adventurer watching them began to joke about their seemingly impossible request; they thought that they were too stupid to live by picking a job way beyond their abilities.

However, the group remained unfazed and pretended they didn't hear the mocking comments. The receptionist called them over to her desk and started going through a list of available positions, explaining the requirements and responsibilities of each one.

As she spoke, the group noticed a loophole in one of the quests. They looked at each other as if signaling each other to pick up the quest. One member of the group, who had always been known for their quick thinking, raised his hand and confidently expressed their interest in taking on the challenging task.

"Miss, this job is monster extermination. Does it have a maximum limit on the number of monsters we can eliminate?" he asked. The rest of the group eagerly awaited the answer, hoping that they could potentially take on an even greater number of monsters than initially anticipated.

"There is no limit, but you still need to bring back proof of each kill to verify their elimination; the proof must be of the same body part, so for example, if you cut a left ear for proof, then all other kills must also have a left ear as proof," the receptionist explained.

The group exchanged glances, realizing that this loophole could be very easily abused. They understood that some members might resort to dishonest tactics, such as reusing the same body part as proof for multiple kills. However, they also recognized the importance of maintaining integrity and agreed to follow the rules strictly, ensuring that their accomplishments were genuine and their reputation remained untarnished.

"One more question. Does the severity of the monster's threat level affect the number of points we receive for defeating it? For example, does a goblin and an orc both count as one point, or does the orc carry more weight due to its higher threat level?" Makkuria asked, seeking clarification on the scoring system.

The receptionist nodded and explained, "Yes, the severity of the monster's threat level does impact the points awarded. Defeating a higher-level threat like an orc would indeed earn you more points compared to defeating a lower-level threat like a goblin. By killing higher-level threats, you demonstrate greater skill and bravery, which will help you rank up faster."

The receptionist further elaborated, "However, it's important to note that the scoring system also takes into account other factors such as the rarity of the monster and the level of danger it poses to society. So, while defeating an orc may grant you more points, it doesn't necessarily guarantee a higher rank if you haven't proven yourself in other aspects as well."

Makkuria nodded, understanding that a well-rounded approach was necessary to climb up the ranks efficiently.

"Thank you. Then we'll take this job," Makkuria said confidently, knowing that by successfully completing the job, they would not only earn points for defeating the monster but also demonstrate their ability to handle dangerous situations and rare creatures, ultimately increasing their chances of climbing up the ranks.

They exited the guild building and walked around the city to find an inn where they could rest and prepare for their upcoming mission. As they strolled through the bustling streets, Pandora decided to ask him about the plan.

"McCear, I like your quick thinking; the job has a massive loophole that we can exploit to our advantage. However, I'm curious about how we should approach the monsters. Do you have any specific strategies in mind?" McCear smiled confidently, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

"Well, sir, we could ask Lady Aura to provoke every monster from the nearby woods to come out and attack us and this city. I doubt even every adventurer here could defend the entire city from a massive onslaught. We could then defend this city from the attack; there will be eyes everywhere, so everyone will practically witness us protecting their lives. Should everything go as planned, we will be recognized for our bravery and granted a rank upgrade, probably even bypassing a few ranks. It would solidify our reputation as the most formidable defenders in the land."

Pandora was impressed by McCear's devious plan to defend the city. He knew that their success would not only ensure the safety of the citizens but also elevate their status among other adventurers.

"Well done, McCear. I'm superbly impressed by your strategic thinking," Pandora praised. "With this plan, not only will we be safeguarding the lives of the people, but we will also establish ourselves as true heroes in the eyes of our fellow adventurers."

"Thank you, sir," McCear replied humbly.

They continued to walk for a few more minutes before stopping in front of a cheap-looking inn with a worn-out sign swinging above the entrance. Despite its appearance, Pandora knew that appearances could be deceiving and decided to give it a chance.

As they entered, the smell of stale ale and damp wood filled their nostrils, but Pandora remained hopeful that this humble inn would provide them with inconspicuous lodging for the night. The innkeeper, a grizzled old man with a non-friendly demeanor, glanced up from behind the counter and eyed them suspiciously. Pandora approached him, hoping to ease his skepticism and secure a room for the night.

"Good evening. We would like two rooms, please." The innkeeper grunted, his gaze lingering on Pandora for a moment before he reluctantly nodded.

"We have two rooms available, but I'll need payment upfront—five chopper per room per night, meals not included," he grumbled, his tone still guarded. Pandora reached into his pocket and handed him the necessary coins, hoping that their stay would be uneventful despite the innkeeper's obvious wariness.

"Two rooms, no meals." The innkeeper took the coins and handed them two sets of keys.

"Rooms 205 and 206," he muttered, pointing towards the stairs. Pandora nodded in gratitude and headed towards the staircase before being blocked by a man's leg.

He didn't pay him any attention and continued to walk, swiping the man's leg out of his way with a swift motion. As he reached the stairs, he glanced back to see the man scowling at him.

"Hey, that hurts, you asshole." The men then glanced at Narberal and Zara with lust-filled eyes, making Pandora's protective instincts kick in.

"I will consider forgiving your rude behavior if you let these gorgeous babes please us tonight."

Narberal and Zara exchanged a disgusted look, clearly uninterested in the man's proposition. Pandora's protective instincts intensified, and he walked closer to the men, but McCear beat him to it.

McCear stepped forward and proceeded to choke the man and raise him off the ground, his grip tightening with each passing second. The man's face turned red, gasping for air as McCear's anger boiled over. Sensing the imminent danger, his friends stood up from their chairs and unsheathed their weapons, pointing them towards McCear.

McCear didn't back down and pulled his chainsword out with his free hand, its menacing hum filling the air. The sound sent a shiver down the spines of the men, but they stood their ground, unwilling to let their friend suffer. McCear's eyes narrowed with determination as he prepared for a confrontation that seemed inevitable.

"That is enough. No fight will be allowed in this establishment." The innkeeper stepped forward, his voice filled with authority.

He gestured towards the door, signaling for McCear and the men to take their conflict elsewhere. The tension in the room grew thicker as everyone awaited McCear's response, unsure if he would comply or defy the innkeeper's command.

McCear put his sword back into its sheath and headbutted the man he still held in his choke. There was a crack as the man's nose broke, and he crumpled to the ground, unconscious. The room fell silent, stunned by McCear's unexpected act of aggression.

McCear then turned to the man's friends and said, "If any of you want to challenge me, step forward now. Otherwise, I suggest you all leave before things escalate further."

The men exchanged hesitant glances, realizing the futility of fighting against McCear's overwhelming strength and determination. Slowly, they began to disperse, leaving McCear standing triumphantly in the center of the room.

"I'm sorry, innkeeper. I didn't mean to cause a scene," McCear apologized, his voice filled with remorse.

The innkeeper nodded understandingly, relieved that the situation had defused without any further violence.

"Makkuria, let's just go to our room." Pandora sighed, feeling a mix of relief and disappointment. He knew that McCear's fiery temper had the potential to cause trouble, but he also admired his unwavering loyalty and protective nature.

As they made their way upstairs, McCear apologized again and again to Pandora for his outburst, which could blew their cover before they even started their mission. Pandora reassured McCear that everything was fine and that they needed to focus on the task at hand.

Despite the tense moment, they both knew that their success relied on maintaining a low profile and blending in with the locals. Narberal and Zara retreated to their room with Zara frowned at McCear the whole time.

She couldn't believe that he had jeopardized their mission with his reckless behavior. McCear, feeling guilty, avoided Zara's gaze and silently vowed to make it up to her by being more cautious in the future. Narberal closed their door and take off her cloak and hang it on the hook by the entrance.

As they settled in, Zara immediately let her thoughts spill out, "That fool almost almost put the entire mission at risk," Zara muttered under her breath, frustration evident in her voice.

She couldn't help but worry about the consequences of McCear's actions and how it could potentially impact their mission's success.

Narberal, sensing Zara's unease, placed a comforting hand on her shoulder and reassured her,

"We will find a way to salvage this situation and ensure our mission's success, even with McCear's mistake. And hey, at least he's being a gentleman; he tried to protect who he loves, you. So that's something to be grateful for."

Zara sighed, her frustration momentarily replaced by a small smile.

"You're right," she replied, her voice softening. "I didn't know he could be this sweet to me, especially after everything that has happened between us. It's a reminder that there is still hope for us to rebuild our relationship. If he keeps this up, he'll be a great father to our child."

Narberal chuckled before realizing something that made her pause.

"Wait, did you just say 'our child'? She asked, her brows furrowing in confusion.

Zara realized what she just said out loud and quickly tried to backtrack.

"Oh, I didn't mean it like that," she stammered, her cheeks turning pink. "I just meant that he would be a great father figure, you know, if we were to have a child in the future."

Narberal's confusion turned into suspicion as she studied Zara's reaction. She couldn't help but wonder if there was something more to Zara's slip of the tongue, causing her to question the true nature of their relationship.

"Zara, what did you mean by that?" Narberal asked, her voice tinged with uncertainty. Zara's eyes darted nervously, avoiding direct eye contact.

"I... I just meant that he's responsible and caring," Zara replied hesitantly, her words lacking conviction. Narberal's suspicion only grew stronger, sensing that there was indeed a hidden meaning behind Zara's slip of the tongue.

"Don't you give me that half-hearted answer," Narberal snapped, her patience wearing thin. "I know there's something you're not telling me. Spit it out, Zara."

Zara swallowed nervously, her mind racing for an excuse that would satisfy Narberal's growing curiosity. "Tell me what you mean by saying he will be a great father,"

Zara stammered, her voice trembling. "I...I just meant that he has the qualities of a responsible and caring person, which are important traits for a father. It's just an observation, nothing more." Narberal's eyes narrowed, still unconvinced by Zara's explanation. She could sense that there was more to it than Zara was letting on.

"I'm going to ask you one last time, and if what comes out of your mouth is still a lie, I won't hesitate to force teleport you back to Regnum Dei," Narberal warned, her tone firm.

Zara swallowed nervously, realizing the gravity of the situation. She took a deep breath and mustered up the courage to speak honestly:

"Okay, fine. The truth is, we've been trying to reconnect before this mission, before we left from Regnum Dei. We also had sex on a daily basis before we left."

"Go on." Narberal's expression softened slightly as she listened to Zara's confession.

"One time when we were doing it, we got too carried away, and I pulled him into a tight hug during the climax, making him unable to pull out." Zara's voice trembled as she continued,

"I'm scared that I might get pregnant, and after we arrived in this world I began to avoid him, which caused our constant bickering after our daily training sessions." Zara's eyes filled with regret as she explained,

"Lately I've been feeling nausseus and craving specific foods. I took a pregnancy test, and it came out positive." She paused, her face turning pale.

"I don't want to burden him with this news, especially since we've been drifting apart. I'm not sure how he'll react, and I don't want to add more tension to our already strained relationship."

Zara's voice quivered with worry as she contemplated the difficult decision ahead of her.

"I need to figure out what's best for both of us before I share this information with him."

"And yet, you still agreed to come with us for undercover work? Are you out of your mind?" Narberal exclaimed, shocked by Zara's decision.

"You know what? I will relieve you of your current mission immediately and have you replaced. I'm not about to put a potentially, or most likely definitely, pregnant woman on a dangerous mission."

Zara's eyes widened at Narberal's words, horrified by the thought of being replaced and leaving the man that she loved. d behind.

"No, Lady Narberal, please! I can handle this mission, I promise," Zara pleaded desperately. "I understand your concern, but I've trained for situations like these. Let me prove myself and protect the man I love."

"Are you an idiot?! Narberal snapped, her voice filled with frustration. "This mission is far too risky, and your pregnancy makes it even more dangerous. I won't let you jeopardize your life or the life of your unborn child."

Zara's eyes filled with tears as she looked into Narberal's stern gaze. She knew her friend was only trying to protect her, but the thought of being replaced and leaving the man she loved behind was unbearable.

"Please, Lady Narberal," Zara whispered, her voice trembling. "I understand the risks, but I can't just sit back and do nothing. Let me prove that I'm capable of handling this mission and protecting my family."

"No way, Zara. There's no way in hell I'm letting you put yourself and your unborn child in danger," Narberal replied firmly, her voice filled with concern. "I will find another way to ensure the safety of both you and your family. Trust me, Zara, I won't let anything happen to you."

Zara's heart sank at Narberal's words, realizing that her friend's determination was unyielding. She knew she had to find a compromise that would satisfy both their desires for protection and independence.

"Then, how about a deal?" Zara proposed, her voice wavering slightly.

"What deal?"

"You let me continue this mission until I physically can't... and I'll tell you something that might get me divinely punished."

Narberal raised an eyebrow, intrigued by Zara's proposal. She hesitated for a moment before finally nodding in agreement.

"Very well," Narberal replied, her voice filled with a mix of curiosity and concern.

"I know the girl whom Lord Pandora rejected and what has happened to her since they're no longer in a relationship."

Narberal intrigued leaned in closer, her curiosity piqued.

"Tell me more," she urged, her voice filled with anticipation. "But remember, if this information proves to be false or insignificant, there will be consequences."

"I promise you, lady Narberal. I saw the entire thing with my own eyes. I was there when it happened."

Narberal's eyes widened with anticipation as she leaned in even closer, her curiosity reaching its peak.

"Please, do not hold back any details. I need to know everything that transpired between them," she implored, her voice laced with urgency.

"The girl in question was none other than..."

"What... the... fuck?"
