Troy

Many Years Ago

Ten Years.

Ten long years it had taken for the great City of Troy to be destroyed in one night. War had raged between the Greeks and the Trojans after a pair of Star Crossed Lovers had taken their place. A Prince of Troy; Alexander and the Queen Helena of Sparta had found the other, their love like all other pairs of star crossed lovers would end in bloodshed, this pair more than any others that came and went over the centuries.

Kidnapped from her husband King Menelaus the pair sparked a war that sent a thousand ships to her rescue her. Hero's made their marks in the war as the years went by, Hector, Achilles all died for the love they shared.

To end the war in one strike, a plan was made. Abandoning the beach the Greeks had held outside the city gates for the last decade, they left behind a large wooden horse as a gift to their enemy to find.

In the dead of night,as the city celebrated its victory, the warrior Odysseus descended from the hollow wooden belly of the horse they had built to house 40 men through the cities defenses.

Not a single Greek ship could be seen as Helen watched the sea from her window, in the palace her husband celebrated with his family as she tended to her you sleeping son, who hadn't been roused by the music and joyous voices that blazed inside the city walls as wine flowed like a downstream river.

Once the drink and music had dried out, the city went to sleep wherever they had ended up during their celebrations, Odysseus's plan was coming together as he and his soldiers slipped out of the wooden horse as quietly as they could to open the gate for the army that was ready and waiting on the other-side of the city walls. Cutting the throats of sentries that had stayed awake and on duty. While one group broke apart the makeshift boards of the Scaean Gate, the same gate the horse was brought through, another opened the city gates. Without waiting for Agamemnon's army, they turned inwards and went to work.

The Trojans were caught by surprise as they were awoken to the screams and smell of smoke around them. They tried to fight back but for every Greek killed by a sword, spear or arrow, three more appear to cut you down. Merciless wasn't even the word to describe the way they fought as they made their way into to palace to find their prize in the face that launched a thousand ships.

No matter what happened to him, his loves would live. Now a man of thirty, Paris as he liked to be called other than his birth name cut down any stray Greek that got in his way of getting to his love, ignoring the screams from women around him and the warm wet blood that coated his face, arms and clothes The magic bean in his hand was their only hope of them getting away from this brutality. One final gift from Aphrodite herself, she told him it would take him and Helen to another world were they would be able to live out the rest of their lives in peace and not stuck behind the same city walls.

Coming upon their shared bedroom he found his wife holding their son in her arms as she desperately held onto her him like she was waiting for Menelaus to come through the door and not him to kill her baby boy and take her back to a place she would never call her home again. Her body may be taken back to Sparta, back to her husband to possibly bare more children to him, but her heart would remain in Troy.

Seeing her love, the former Queen of Sparta closed the distance between herself and her love carrying their son in her arms as they were gathered in a loving embrace by their husband and father uncaring of the fresh blood that covered him as the Prince of Troy held his family close to him for the last time. Pulling away from her loves shoulder the former Queen placed her head upon her loves.

"This is the end isn't it?" Helena asked her husband her eyes meeting his from under her eyelashes.

"For me, yes" Paris tells her "But for you and Bunomus, there is another land for you to find. One were you both will be safe, one where your Father and the Gods who favor us will protect you, our son and our son's son will live full lives while you find your father on Olympus" he tells her taking her hand and shoving the bean into her palm "Take this and run far from here, to a place even the Gods would be envious of" he adds with a smile upon his face. Taking her face with his hands the former herder placed his lips upon his wife's forehead the Prince lingered for as long as he could before the screams of terror got closer to their room.

"Go my love. I will find you in the Elysian Fields". With one last kiss to his wife the Prince of Troy looked over to his son a boy of eight summers clutching onto his mother for dear life as words escaped the heart break he felt of leaving his son behind to allow him and his mother to escape.

"Goodbye Bunomus. May the King of the Gods watch over you my son" at that the Prince turned to leave to stop any Greek soldier on their way to find her for Menelaus.

The flash of light that seemed unnatural to the fire that raged in the city was all he had to see to know that Helena and Bunomus were gone from this land to find another, one in which magic and belief ran rife and the God's couldn't find them.

Storybrooke, Maine.

Day's Ago

With the plan made to travel to the Underworld to find their recently departed loved ones, the Charming family and the extended family went to work gathering what weapons they would need to take to a place no one had ever dared to do. Before now that is. By splitting both Emma and Regina's heart they would bring back Hook and Amelia who were cheated out of their sacrifice for the greater good. One to defeat the Darkness once and for all. And the other to prevent another great to replace it in Juno.

As the others gathered their coat to leave and meet up once again at the lake where they had to part way with their loved ones the night before, the blonde savior noticed the former Captain still lingering at the breakfast bar looking down at his new-born daughter with furrowed brows and his arms crossed over his chest deep in thought. Was he second guessing this venture?.

"John?" Emma called out to the man making him come out of his thoughts to look at the leader of the venture "Aren't you coming?" she prompted the man as Regina overheard the question stopping to listen closely to the pair. Out of everyone she thought he'd be the first to go down under to find the mother to his children.

"Do you believe your plan will work?" the privateer asked her looking straight at her looking for any clue that she was lying. The question had catching the attention of the others in the room.

"I do" she answered him with conviction in her two-worded answer, holding his gaze "I know it will" she adds.

"Then do it" he tells her as glancing over to the former Queen "But you'll have to go without me".

"Why's that?" the former Queen questioned him hearing him say this.

"If it's Helen, I'm sure the fairies will be able to look her and little ones just fine" Mary Margaret tried to reassure the man.

"It's not Helen" he replies "Its something else. Something I haven't even told Amelia about. Just know ff I came with you, it could ruin any plan you have of leaving with her and Hook".

"I'm sure it wouldn't" Emma tried to argue with the man, the needed all they help they could get.

"It would only make things worse. You have to trust me on this" nodding in agreement the family continued to prepare to leave as the former Queen approached the Captain who seemed determined not to join them on their journey to get their friends back despite knowing their joint sacrifice was for nothing.

"You're staying then" she voiced to the man as she gently stroked Helen's cheek as she slept soundly in her car-seat "Do you really think that's wise? Staying here?" she questions the man.

"I am" he tells her "I don't expect you to understand-".

"No" she interrupted him "For once, I think I actually do. Your giving us our best chance".

"I am. That's all I've ever wanted" he tells her, trying to convey that everything he's done since coming the Storybrooke was to give Amelia and Tom their best chance, including leaving them to allow his first love to be happy with the woman in front of him. "You need to promise me you'll bring her back for Tom and Helen, they need her more than anyone".

"I promise" she swears to him "Whatever it takes" she add's to her promise. Using the words the redhead would use whenever she gave someone her word.

"Whatever it takes" he repeats to her.

Present Day

The town of Storybrooke was once again quiet with the absence of the Charming's and their extended family as its settled into new routines. One routine took the resident librarian and the wife of Rumpelstiltskin to the Convent with three bottles of formula with the town's newest residents. Mary Margaret and David's infant son; Neal. Helen, Amelia and John's new-born daughter and Robin's and Zelena's unnamed daughter.

The Convent was also the temporary, residence of one John Smith whom Belle found sleeping slumped in one of the armchairs that furnished the temporary nursery.

The former Captain preferred the environment of the convent than the empty apartment he and Anastasia shared as he found himself trying to come to terms of living in a world where his first love had died in, while their son traveled down to the Underworld to find her with the family he found without even looking. He didn't seem to be the only one disturbed by resent events as his new-born daughter refused to settle for the night since coming into the world. But with the help of his old friend and the fairies he was finding his feet once again as the days went by.

Stepping into the nursery, the librarian was yet again greeted with the familiar form of her friend uncomfortably slumped in the armchair he had fallen asleep in as light snores left his nose, his head resting on a pillow one of he friaries must have given him during the night with a blanket loosely draped over his jean clad legs. A quietly as she could not to disturb the awake and cooing babies in their cots the brunette made her way over to the man, placing a gentle hand on his shoulder, giving it a gentle squeeze and shake to rouse the man awake for the day ahead.

Feeling the hand on his shoulder, the Captain jumped in his chair with a sharp intake of breath as his eye's shot open to find the source of his disturbed sleep to see Belle stood above him with a gentle smile gracing her face.

"Mor'in" he groggily told his old friend as he tried to move his stiff muscles from sleeping in the armchair once again.

"Good Morning" she replied with a small smile "How was she last night?" she asks the man as she glanced over to the baby that was dressing in a light-yellow baby grow, hat and blanket ensemble next to Zelena and Robin's daughter in pink with Neal in cot by himself.

"Better. I think" he answered her as he stood from the chair to stretch his muscles out after the "Don't remember much after 1 AM. It's progress" he adds with his own smile that didn't reach his eyes.

The man wouldn't leave his daughter's side at first once the rest of the family had left for the Underworld in fear something would happen to her if he wasn't there. But with Belle's and Mother Superiors' encouragement he allowed himself to stretch his legs with walks between Granny's diner and the convent to get the food he needed to carry on caring for his newborn.

"That's good to hear" she muses to her friend as he starts his morning routine of folding the blanket that had fallen onto the floor as he stood up to put to one side before he focused on giving his daughter her breakfast.

"Why, hello, little ones" the librarian cooed at the infants as she lent over the rail to make a fuss of them "Hey. Did you sleep well? Yeah?" she gently spoke to them as Mother Superior strode into the nursery to find Belle and John already there.

"Belle. John" the Blue fairy greeted the pair surprised to see them there "What are you doing here?" she asks the pair as the Captain's brow furrowed in confusion at her question.

"Uh, formula for the babies?" Belle reminds the fairy holding up three feeding bottles of formula to her "And John's been here all night, remember".

Looking towards the man in questions she quickly saw the neatly folded blanket placed on the chair he had been sleeping in all night with the pillow placed on top, paired the the man's slightly unkempt hair, the fairy laughed off her mistake as she comes to stand over Baby Hood and Helen's shared cot.

"Of course. Here. I'll help" she offered taking the bottle with the yellow cap on from Belle's hand only for the young brunette to quickly stop her from giving it to the baby dressed in pink.

"Uh, the red one's hers. The yellow one is Helen's" Belle corrects the woman John joins his friend to stand behind her, reaching down to make a fuss of baby Neal in his cot, it reminded him of Tom at that age. He remembered having no idea what to do with his new-born son, neither of them did. They never thought they would have children, it was slow but they found a routine that allowed Amelia to get comfortable of her new life in motherhood.

"Oh" Blue chuckled nervously quickly giving the Captain his daughters yellow capped bottle to swap it for the red capped one in Belle's hand "Right. I don't know where my head is today" she chuckles before leaning over the railing to tend to the infant in pink.

The fairy gaze couldn't help but to slid over to the infant dressed in pale yellow as a grimace flashed upon her face seeing the girl that resembled her mother so much, reminding her of the redhead that scorned her time and again with her younger sister by her side.

Noticing the grimace on the fairy's face the librarian couldn't help but ask what made the woman look upon Amelia and John's daughter like that.

"Uh, Mother Superior, what... what's going on?" the brunette asked the fairy gaining John's attention from baby Neal.

"Nothing. Everything's fine" the nun insisted as focused her attention away from the infant in pale yellow to tend to Baby Hood.

"Mm..." Belle accepted the answer as she and John were taken by surprise as Mother Superior enter the room with a scornful look on her face as she faced her double at the cot.

"No, it's not" Blue argued as she stormed into the room with her gaze fully focused on the double at

"What.." John muttered in confusion as he looked between the pair of doubles, wondering if he still somehow dreaming.

"Who are you?" she demanded out of the double with her wand in her hand.

"Zelena" Belle gasped in realization of who was really there.

"You really are a clever girl" she drawls as Zelena morphs back into her normal appearance before looking to John "You however, not as smart as your wife".

"Regina sent you back to Oz" John argued with the woman. He knew that as fact. He thought he would never see the woman that had a hand in sentencing Amelia's execution in Camelot.

"All you need to know is that my sister can't keep me down" she looks at John venomously "I've come for my baby. So, if you two wish to remain alive, step aside" she warns the pair.

Picking up her daughter from the cot, the Captain held his breath as she bypassed his own crying daughter from the raised voices as her own daughter cries in her arms.

"Put her... put her down" Belle stuttered out the warning to the Wicked Witch.

"Or what?" Zelena scoffed "Hmm? You'll smite me with your book learnin', or get sailor boy behind you to take her since his wife can't do it anymore" she sneer's at the man as he takes a threatening step closer to the Witch that have managed to do so much damage in so little time only for a pair of slender hand to wrap around his strong arm to stop him from getting any closer to the witch.

"Oh, I have something more than that" Mother Superior tells the witch holding up her wand at the woman in warning.

"Please. Any of you would dare risk hurting my child" Zelena tells them.

"No, you don't want to hurt your baby" Belle tells her.

"No. But I don't mind hurting any of you" Zelena retorted holding her daughter close to her chest.

"Okay. We'll see" Belle says before reaching over to try and grab Baby Hood back, but the ground suddenly starts to shake violently, and the four of them try to hold onto the grip to keep steady.

The room shook violently as he reached out to grab Mother Superiors hand to help her get her to the cots to come to Baby Neal's aide as a he tried to get to his daughter who was being blocked from getting too by Zelena.

"Stop it! Stop it!" John yelled at the Wicked Witch as he tried to keep a grip on the cots "You're endangering everyone!" he continues as the four go to grip the edge of cribs. Looking towards his daughter the privateer hears her cry out in distress as he see's a small cut on her cheek bleed into her blanket, seeing the piece of cloth he had found in his wife possessions suddenly shine a bright gold before quickly dimming as the cut on his daughter's cheek disappear in a blink of an eye.

"It's not me that's doing it!" Zelena yells at the man as an fiery portal opens into the floor before them distracting the Wicked Witch long enough for Belle to take Baby Hood out of her mother's arms and jump into the portal with the infant in her arms.

"No!" Zelena yells after the younger woman in horror as she watches her daughter is taken away from her as she manages to stand. Looking down at the Captain, he saw a thought flash into her head of a way of getting her own back at the librarian as the witch looked back at the young new-born girl in pale yellow. She wouldn't. Would she?

His silent question was answered as the witch reached into the cot to take the baby girl only for him to quickly think of the only way to stop her from taking his daughter.

"No!" he yelled out as he used every bit of strength he had to launch himself towards the Wicket Witch to grab her shoulder and drag her towards the fiery portal, making them both fall into wherever it took them and away from his daughter, leaving her and Neal in Storybrooke in the safe hands of the fairy's as he is taken to the last place his grandfather warned him to never visit in the fear of the what the man in charge of the place would do to him or his family.

Underworld

Present

The sound of Baby Hoods cries rouse the privateer out of the darkness as his head caught up with the last few moments of his life. He felt himself on his side as he forced his eye's open only to wince them shut again as he felt his head thump against his skull as a stinging sensation on his forehead as he forced himself onto his back with a groan escaping his lips.

Forcing his eye's open this time he was met with a blurred vision of a red sky above him as the cry's rang in his ears. His back protested in pain as he sat himself to find himself on the ground sat in-between Belle holding a pink bundle in her arms and Zelena to the other side as his vision cleared to find them all outside the convent sitting in snow of all things.

Reaching his hand up to swept the hair that had gotten in his face his fingers instead met the deep gash on his forehead "Ahh" he hissed to himself as he quickly drew his hand back to see fresh blood on his fingers. Great he was bleeding.

"W-What happened?" he heard Belle say as she groaned in pain "How did we get out here?".

"My baby" Zelena gasps when she sees her daughter crying in Belle's arms "My baby! Is she hurt?! Aah!" she attempts to move towards Belle, but can't stand because she's injured. She attempts to heal herself with her magic, but it doesn't work "Oh, my magic!" she complains out-loud as the Captian demanded an answer from the Wicked Witch.

"Zelena, what did you do to us?" John asked the witch himself.

"I didn't do anything!" she snaps a the Captain "This wasn't me!".

"Okay, then" Belle trialed off "If it wasn't you, then who was it, and... and where are we? And why is the sky red?" at the question both John and Zelena look up to the sky above them as they realize where they are.

"Oh, no" he muttered to himself load anough for the women to hear him "No, no ,no" Belle heard John panic to himself as he looked up at the red sky again as he frantically stood up to survey the rest of his surroundings as dread filled Zelena's face.

"What?" the librarian asks the pair.

"We're in the Underworld" Zelena tell her looking at the Captain.

"Okay" Belle composes herself "Then, uh, t-then Rumple must need my help. That's why we're here" she figures out as she stands up.

"Wait. Hades. We're here because of me" Zelena tells the pair "And now I know why... my baby".

"What? Hades wants your baby?" John questions the woman in confusion.

"Hand her over. Please" Zelena begs the librarian holding out her arms for the woman to hand her child back to her.

"No. No, nothing good ever came of anyone trusting you" Belle says as she starts to put as much distance between her and Zelena as she could with Baby Hood in her arms.

Zelena tries to follow her, only for her ankle to stop any chance of catching up the librarian "Give her to me! Belle, please! Give her to me! I can keep her safe! Please! Aah! Belle?! she groans out in pain and frustration at not being bale to stand up "Belle?!" she scream out to the retreating young brunette.

"Hey, hey hey, you're hurt you need to calm down" John tried to calm the witch as he takes a hold of her arms to steady her on her injured ankle.

"Why don't you stop her!" Zelena screams at the man as she tried fight him off her to get to her daughter.

"Because if my Uncle is after your baby, you're in not fit state to keep her safe" John tells her truthfully making the woman stop fighting him looking straight at the privateer in confusion at the revelation.

"Belle and Gold are her best chance against him. I don't know how the hell you know him but trust me when I say; Belle will keep her safe" Zelena wanted to trust the man as he held onto her with a trail of blood slowly etched it's way down from his hairline.

"Do you trust me?" John asked the woman as she looked into his eye's. The same one's that knew what it felt like to lose their child, to lose their family. With a gulp and silent nod the Wicked Witch relented to allow the former Captain to help her.

"Come on, I've got a pretty good idea where everyone is" he said as he wrapped a strong arm around the woman's waist as they slowly made their way towards the loft he knew everyone was. They needed some help.

With the Author's Pen now in play to try and find out Hades story to defeat him, the group of hero's and former villains sat and stood around the breakfast bar in the loft minus Snow and Charming as they looked over a new storybook page that Henry had written that morning, with an illustration of the Charming couple sat in the diner

Amelia sat between Robin and Regina to her left on the breakfast counter as they looked over a new story book page Henry had just written with the pen, it illustrated what Snow and Did were getting up to in the Underworld. Breakfast at Granny's.

"Riveting tale" Hook sighed out to the young teen "Snow likes oatmeal. Is my morning breakfast in there, too?" Hook asked him sarcastically earning a glare from Regina and Amelia from the counter "Henry, I thought you were gonna use your author powers to get us to defeat Hades".

"I don't even remember writing this" Henry explained to the adults "I just woke up and had it done" he told them as Tom and Anastasia watched from the staircase.

"Okay. It's... really well-written" Emma complimented her sons' work.

"Yes, and the illustrations are lovely" Regina added.

"Maybe if you focus harder..." the blonde suggested.

Henry looked clearly annoyed with two of his mother's "Oh. So you're all authors now?" he snapped at the pair "Everyone's a writer. Everyone's got an idea. I'm doing my best" he complains as he gathered up the pages he wrote "Maybe if you just laid off for a little bit... "Henry grabs his papers and heads towards the stairs. Anastasia jumps up to let the angry teen up the stairs as Tom moves aside for his younger brother.

"Henry, where are you going?" Regina asked her son as she watched him whirl around heading for the stairs.

"Upstairs" he told her as he started to stomp up the stairs with Tom quickly following him to his room.

"Well, we officially have a teenager on our hands" Emma tells Regina as Amelia saw the amused smirk and raised eyebrow from Hook across from her.

"Welcome to the club Swan" Amelia drawled at the blonde as she lightly slap's Robin's arm knowing he was trying to suppress a smile Amelia turned in her seat to scold her friend as a loud knock comes from the front door interrupting the pair of old friend play fighting as they all turned to look at the offending item in confusion.

"And a visitor in our Underworld apartment" Regina adds turning to look at it.

"That's never good thing down here" Amelia drawls out to the others as she and the other's stand from their seats to slowly approach the door to see who was visiting ready to face whoever was on the other side of the door.

Answering the door, Emma hesitates looking back to see everyone included Anastasia with a hidden blade poised to strike. Opening the door the group were stunned to see Zelena and John Smith stood in the doorway side by side as the Wicked Witch leaning on the door frame

"Zelena?!" Robin worded the groups surprise of seeing the pair in the doorway.

"John?" Amelia and Anastasia breathed out in unison seeing her first love and one night stand stood there in a mix of concern and confusion etched on their faces as Regina looked at the blonde assassin in confusion.

"Amy" he sighed in relief seeing his ex-wife as the redhead's feet had a mind of their own as she and the privateer closed the distance between them for the strong man to gather the slim framed redhead in his arms as her arms wrapped themselves around his neck as the man lifted her off the wooden floor, holding her tight as he could without hurting her as Anastasia made herself look away from the loving reunion as her hidden blade slipped back in her gauntlet.

It felt like someone was holding her heart in her hand in that moment as it clench in her chest seeing someone she was quickly falling for and she wanted to fall for hold his first love in his arms once again.

"So, someone finally did you in" Regina said to her sister with grin as Amelia pull herself away from her first love warm embrace to see the trail of dried blood on his forehead.

"Sorry to disappoint, but I'm very much alive" she tells the group before added "So is sailor boy over there" she says as the redheaded assassin looks towards one of the people responsible for her first 'death' in Camelot.

"Hello Amelia, how's the afterlife so far dearie?" the witch asks the assassin with a wide smirk.

"Come closer and I'll show you sweetheart" the other redhead hotly retorted to the Wicked Witch as she pulled herself out of her ex-husbands arms to step towards the woman with a closed fist and fresh memory of Camelot as she took such delight in standing over the chained and trapped assassin who had become a thorn in her side ever since meeting her.

"Amy calm down" John quickly told his ex-wife as he pulled her away from the Wicked Witch. Now wasn't the time to get even with the woman partly responsible for the Assassin's death.

"How did you both get here?" Robin asked the pair.

"Through a portal" John supplied to the other's.

"And we didn't come alone" Zelena added for the Captain.

"Who else is here?" Regina asked her sister.

"Our baby" she tells the thief "And she's in danger".

At the news that Robin's daughter was in the Underworld with Belle, the Duchess quickly volunteers to help the man as he jumped to action to gather his bow and quiver full of arrows to start their search.

"Where are you going?" Zelena asks Robin as he goes to find his weapon of choice before stepping outside in the Underworld .

"To find our daughter" he tells her as he slips his quiver over his shoulder.

"What about a tracking spell?" Zelana asks her sister.

"We don't have anything of the child's" Regina reminds her sister. Even with her magic back she had nothing of the baby's to use to find her.

"I don't need magic" Robin tells the pair of sisters "I can find her. I lived for years in the forest. I can track anyone. I will find our daughter" he tells them looking towatds the one redhead he trusted with his life.

"Amelia" he called for his friend to help him search for his daughter.

"I should stay. Anya's more than capable to help you" she tells her friend "I need to talk to John anyway".

She needed to tell him that she wasn't going to come back. It had to come from her. She owed him that much anyway.

"Right" he says with a nod of understanding of what she needed to tell him. Heading to the door the thief was quickly followed by the blonde assassin and Zelena as Regina went to leave only for a hand on her arm to stop her. Looking at the hand that stopped her from leaving she met her love's greens eye's to see the conflict that lied within them.

"Regina.." she started knowing they weren't in a good place after she snapped at her the other day, hell ever since she told her she she wanted to move on, the former Queen had kept her distance from her. She just..missed her.

"I should go" the brunette tells her soulmate.

"I know" the redhead tells her "Just..be careful" she tells her Queen knowing that the woman in front of her knew what she was trying to tell her.

"Always" she tells the redhead leaning forward to leave a chaste kiss on the corner of her lips before she followed her sister out of the door leaving the redhead to tell her first love she wasn't coming back.

Time dragged for the Charming couple as they waited in line to use the phone booth so they could 'haunt' their infant son from the Underworld, they both missed him, they just needed him to hear their voices, to tell him they were still there and that they loved them.

Maybe this would be something they could get Amelia to do when the time was right. Make sure her daughter knew she was still there and that she loved her. Snow knew she was missing her daughter, she knew her friend better that what she let on, she knew that despite her wishes to move on.

"Who are we haunting today?" a teasing voice caught Snow and David's attention as they saw Ophelia stood next to them, not in the line but stood next to them closely following them as they line went forward with a bottle of amber liquid sloshing around the bottom of a nearly empty bottle.

"Ophelia" Snow exclaimed in surprise seeing the Assassin who they managed to convince to help them find Amelia's mother. Juliet Capulet.

"I found your girl" Ophelia went straight to the point of her visit to the Princess and her husband taking a swig of the drink in her hand.

"And will she speak to Lia?" Snow asked the Assassin.

"I'm sorry. What's going on?" David interrupted his wife and the stranger not quite up to speed to what his wife was planning with Regina and Anastasia.

"David this is Ophelia" Snow told her husband "She was an Assassin with Romeo and Amelia before.."

"She killed me in Wonderland" the Ophelia supplied for the pair with a smile, getting a good look at the Prince trailing her eye's up and down his form. "Hey blue eyes" she greets the Prince with a flirty wink of her eye making the man uncomfortably clear his throat being under the woman's lingering gaze. Like she was looking for any weak spot she could exploit in the near future. Everyone had them.

"Well?" Snow prompted the woman to tell her what she found.

"Oh I found her alright, had a lovely reunion by the way" the woman drawled as they took another step forward in the line "She know's her daughter's down here too".

"Will she'll find Amelia then?" Snow asked with a hint of hope lacing her voice.

"Nope" Ophelia told the Princess bluntly making the pixie haired teacher's stomach drop at the answer.

"Didn't you explain why?" she stressed to the assassin.

"Look you told me to find her. So I found her" Ophelia tells the younger woman "She's here with the rest of the souls, stuck down here for the rest of eternity. That's what you, Anastasia and the Queen wanted to know, wasn't it?" she reminded the Princess.

"Our deal never said that I had to get her to talk. My end of our deal has been met Princess I expect my unfinished business soon" she tells the couple as she starts to make her leave "Happy Haunting!" she yells back to them as David sees the dejected look on his wife's face.

"Snow, don't worry, we'll think of something else" David tries to keep her hope alive of saving their friend giving her hand a reassuring squeeze.

"That's the problem, there's no one left. They either hate her or have moved on" she sighs out "Maybe Ophelia was right, maybe we should be helping Lia move on instead".

"No" David tells his wife stopped her train of thought "Snow if the roles were reversed, do you think Lia would let you stay here?" she shakes her head "She would be doing everything she could to get you back, even if she dragged you out of here herself. We just need to convince her that she's worth being saved, maybe now more than ever. We need to make her believe that".

A smile grew on his wife's lips hearing his speech reaching up to peck him on the lips "Thank you" she whispers up to him making him smile down at her.

They would figure something out.

Back in the loft, after opting to stay behind with her ex-husband instead of helping in the search for her friends' new-born daughter, the redheaded assassin tended to the small cut on her ex's forehead from the rough landing into the Underworld. As she tended to the small cut she saw how his left hand and palm was wrapped up in a white bandage.

She vaguely remembered the man taking the powered up Apple of Eden out of their son's hand when she took back control of her body before Juno could kill him. That single thought and image is what woke her up from being pushed to the back of her mind by the deity.

It's power must've left a nasty burn behind from it being touched by someone that couldn't wield it.

"Ahh" John hissed in pain as bringing the redhead back to reality as she stood over him sat on one of the bar stools.

"Big baby" she hissed back at the man as she cleaned his skin from the dried blood from his head "Your lucky you don't need any stitches" she adds finishing up her work.

"Always Ma'am" he told her as he looked up to the woman with an innocent smile making a smile of her own quirked up on her lips as she wanted to ask him the question that had been on her mind since seeing him.

"How is she?" Amelia quietly asked her first love.

"Perfect" he answered her question about their daughter with a gentle smile.

"Really?" she replied in relief, hearing this.

"A few rough nights" he reports to her "But what can I expect, she is your daughter" he teased the redhead earning a playful slap to his shoulder making him chuckle.

The privateer quickly sobered "She was missing her Mom. And so was I" he admitted to her,

"John.." she started not liking the path of their conversation was going, it was only going to end in hurt and heartbreak for the both of them.

"I meant every word to you back in the Inn" he suddenly told her making her gut churn uncomfortably "I should've not have left, I should've kept fighting for you" he pleaded to her quickly grasping her hands in his making her pay attention "For us".

"There was no us to fight for anymore John. Our marriage ended the second I left to find Regina. And that's my fault" she tells him "Not, that it makes any difference now anyway" she noted to the man.

"Want do you mean by that?" his hand slipped out of her as she felt the chill on her skin again.

"I know what Emma's plan is to save Hook. But I'm not taking half of anyone's heart to get back home. I'm done John. I want to move on from here I'm not coming back to Storybrooke".

"No" John shook his head at the woman in denial as he felt his heart beat faster in his chest "You can't just give up just like that, after everything we've been through" his voice raised as Emma and Hook overhear the private conversation from the sofa across the room "You can't stay here!" he suddenly exclaims at her making her flinch in fear and take a step away from the man she once loved.

Hearing his raised voice Hook jumped from in his seat to quickly come to the redheads aide only for Emma to stop him from interrupting the fighting couple. Amelia could handle herself but if Killian involved himself in the fight it would only make it worse.

Silently staring back at her ex, the assassin allowed herself a second or two before replying willing her heart to slow down. "You can get angry all you want, but it won't change anything. You don't have any say it what I do anymore, especially after what you did to us in Camelot. After what happened to me".

That last sentence seemed to break his heart as he recalled the moment he thought he had lost her forever because he let Arthur and Zelena manipulate him so easily. By keeping her pregnancy a secret she was protecting them both.

"I know. And I'm sorry I let Arthur talk me into helping him, I was only trying to protect our children. I-didn't, I didn't-" he stuttered not wanting to complete that sentence struggling to keep his emotions at bay as he replayed that moment in his mind over again.

He didn't know what Arthur was planning.

"I know" she sighs out taking the heat out of the small argument "I didn't tell you to argue with you John. I was telling you because it what I owe you after everything. I needed to tell you what I wanted to do, before I couldn't".

"No, you don't understand. I can't be down here. There's a reason why I didn't join the other's to come down here to get you. If Hades finds out I'm down here, we're all in more danger than you already are" he tries to explain to his first love as she see's the hint of fear creeping into his eye's and voice as Emma and Hook's interest peak hearing this.

"What do you mean?" the redhead asks him.

"There's something I need to tell you, something I've kept from you since we met".

"John, your scaring me" she breaths out, feeling fear creep into her mind.

"John isn't my real name" he start's to tell the redhead "My birth name is Bunomus, Prince and heir of Troy".

Deep within Underbrooke's forest Robin, Regina and Anastasia led the search for Belle and Baby Hood with Zelena trailing behind the three with her sprained ankle the only thing slowing her down.

Seeing John reunite with his first love and her sister, the Duchess wasn't keen on staying in the loft any longer than she should with her own growing feelings for the privateer in question after their brief affair back home. Them possibly dying was just an excuse for her to take the leap of faith to kiss him, but she never thought he would even kiss her back let alone sleep with her.

She knew he still had lingering feelings for her sister, and they do have children together. Something she couldn't give him if they ever got together. But seeing them together felt like a stab in the heart as she started to feel something for a man that wasn't Dimitri. And that scared her more than anything.

"Before we find my daughter, would you do me the courtesy of sharing with me whatever horrid name you've saddled her with?" Zelena asked the thief at the front of the search party breaking the silence between the four as they trekked the woods "Probably something dreadful like Brittany or Nancy or... Oh, God, not Marian!".

Stopping their trek the thief stopped to turn and face the Wicked Witch at her questions, making the blonde assassin roll her eye in annoyance for a petty argument stalling their search.

"Zelena... I haven't named our child because I need to know her first to find out who she really is, which I haven't been able to do because I've been too busy protecting her from you!" the thief spat at her before turning and continuing their search.

"You weren't protecting her at all!" Zelena retorted angrily "You just left her so you could go on some heroic quest. I mean, how is finding some pirate and pathetic assassin more important than our child?".

"Helping friends, setting an example of heroism... That is important!" Robin told her sharply continuing on.

"You know, Zelena, I used to be just like you" Regina spoke up from in front of her older sister.

"Oh, please. Don't flatter yourself" Zelena scoffed at her sister.

"When I was the Evil Queen, I spent every day not giving a damn about anyone" Regina continued anyway despite her sister's protests coming to a stop so she could speak to the redhead "And in return, no one cared about me" she paused thinking about the one person that cared enough to put everything on the line to help her.

"I thought all I needed was my vengeance to keep me warm at night. But then something happened. My enemies became my family. And that's when I finally felt happy. That is why I'm here. They need my help, and when family needs help, you step up".

"I also came down here to save the woman I love. The one person that's always been there for me even in my darkest of days and now she needs me. She might not want to come back with me, but I'll be damned if let her stay here, even if I'm alone".

Hearing this Zelena blinked at her in disbelief before she saw the look on Robin and Anastasia's faces. The pain of losing the assassin became evident on their faces as the thief looked to the ground not wanting to give the woman that satisfaction of seeing him hurting.

But if she had made her mind, it didn't matter, she needed to find her daughter.

"In case you've forgotten, there is someone I love who needs my help my daughter!" she tells her sister "So, if we could get on with finding her, that would be just brilliant!".

She couldn't quite believe in what she was hearing from her first love. And she believed in some of the most impossible things. But this, this was something else. Her head spun from the mere fact that the stories from the books her mother had left were true. And she lived in the Enchanted Forest.

The redhead lent against the wooden column she listened as much as she could as her first love explained his true origins to Emma and Hook in the living room sat on the coffee table in front of them.

"So, let me get this straight mate" Hook started the interrogation for the newly admitted demigod in front of him "All this time, you've been posing as a mortal while your grandfather is Zeus himself" he summarized for those listening to the former Captain.

"I am mortal" John corrects him as Emma simply watches on "He gave me a chance to take my labors when I was eighteen, but I turned him down. I didn't want to live forever on some cloud while I have to watch my friends die around me".

"And you didn't bother to tell your wife about your true origins?" the one handed pirate asks him continuing his questioning for his love and friend.

"I thought it didn't matter" was all that John could say.

"Right" Killian drawled out "And you wonder why your lovely ex-wife looks like she wants to murder you" at this observation the former Captain turns in his seat to see Amelia glaring at him from the wooden post like she was going to kill him there and then. Deciding not to poke the bear the man turned back to face Emma.

"This is the reason I couldn't come with all. My grandfather warned me of this place and of my Uncle. If Hades found out I'm here, he could come after Amelia or Tom. It was safer that way. Emma you have to understand".

"No, no I understand now" Emma tells the man "He's a lot

"Aye we do" Hook nodded in understanding knowing first hand what he was capable of.

"Helen" Amelia suddenly stated out-load to the others as the pieces came all together in her head "The face that launched a thousand ships. Your father kidnapped her-".

"He didn't kidnap her" John argued with her standing from the table to speak to "She left a loveless marriage to a King that was won for him by his brother"

"Yeah. I know the story" Amelia reminds him "What I don't understand is how you ended up in the Enchanted Forest".

"When the Greeks attacked. My father found us and have her a magic bean to escape the siege".

"Who exactly?".

"Aphrodite" he told her. The goddess that started the whole war when Paris chose her as the most fairest, seduced by the prospect of Helen and her famed beauty. The Judgement of Paris; her books called it.

And here she thought her family tree couldn't get anymore complicated than it already was.

"He saved you didn't he?" she asked him.

"Amelia" he tried to talk to her.

"You always said that we had the protection of the gods. Even in the biggest storms, while other ships capsized, we survived with a few scratches. When Angelo shot you and you fell into the water. Your grandfather saved you".

"Amy.." he didn't know what else to say as Emma and Hook watched the woman's world fall around her.

"You think I never noticed how strong you were?" John kept quite at his ex-wife's open question knowing "I asked Maleficent about the day she found you washed up near the Fortress, she told me there was blood but nothing to heal".

"And I lost my memories of you and Tom" he retorted "That was my price for surviving. I know I lied to you, but I gave up that part of my life before I even met you. I've never wanted to get into Olympus. But that never stopped my grandfather from protecting us for everything that happened to us during the war. He tried to make it up to us".

"Amelia you know me. I wouldn't lie to you on purpose. I dd it to keep you, Tom and Helen safe".

"No" she said feeling her throat close up as she tried to stop the man fro justifying his reason's for keeping something so important from her. It felt like a betrayal the way it hurt "I told you everything about my old life" Amelia answered lowly "There was always something you were keeping from me, but not this.." she trailed off shaking her head at the man in disbelief.

"I'm not even sure I even know who are you anymore" with that statement Amelia quietly walked to the loft door and let herself out of the apartment with John stood frozen as he let the woman leave.

Footsteps coming down the metal staircase with Tom and Henry stood at the top with disbelief etching the former's face seeing his father stood in the Underworld's version of Snow and David's apartment.

"Dad?".

As soon as his wife left the Captain was hot on her heels going after her.

He needed to explain why he had kept this to himself after so long. They weren't going to be able to talk to her with an audience of Emma and Hook. He needed to get them the hell out of there, the longer he was there the more chance Hades would be able to find him. he made his legs move as he tried to look for any sign of the red headed Assassin.

"Dad!" he heard Tom call after him making him slow down the teen easily caught up to the man "Where are you going?".

"To get your mother" he answered his son "I need to get both of you out of here and back to Storybrooke".

"So, you can leave again" the statement made the Captain top in his tracks to look back at his son. The look on his face broke his heart as he took in a deep breath. He knew this would be on his mind. Their time in Camelot had been overshadowed over this question of why he left but was left unanswered through the drama of helping Emma. The time he had spent alone only made him miss her and Tom more

"Tom" he started bracing himself for the conversation that was long overdue "I had to leave".

"No" Tom said shaking his head "You didn't have to leave. No one forced you to leave".

"You don't understand".

"Then make me understand!" he angrily snapped at his father "You left us".

"I was giving you your best chance" John told him "I wasn't' going to get in the way of your mother being happy, to have a life again. And I was doing the same for you, the same I'll do for your sister" he tell him before turning his foot to continue down his warpath to find his wife.

He could've tried, but his chance of returning to the Enchanted Forest was quickly growing smaller with Elsa, Anna and Kristoff. He wasn't the same man that fell off the Godspeed and neither was Amelia.

"It's that why you let me be taken away!?" the sentence made his blood run cold through his veins as he froze to look back at his son.

"Where did you hear that?" John's voice dropped low as he asked his son the question.

"Henry and I heard what you said to Uncle Rumple from the back of the pawn shop. Were you really going to let me be taken away?".

"Tom you don't understand" he argued "Your Mother was dying. I took I deal to get her back to the one place still felt like home to her. If you heard that, then you would've heard that I went back on the deal, and I paid my price for that. I lost my memories. I lost my wife and I lost you".

"Does Mom know?".

"Go back to the apartment" he simply told his son, done with the conversation "Now".

"Whatever" he heard Tom scoff to himself as he turned to head back to the loft. Shaking his head he turned his back on his son to continue his search for his wife unaware that behind him a figure in the shadows had snatch Tom off the street into an alleyway.

The Jackdaw seemed to be the only place she could go to, to let the last hour of her afterlife sink in. Climbing up the ramp onto the deck the assassin's legs took her up the wooden steps to upper deck as she finds the place where she would always find her father. At the helm.

A sad smile grows on her lips as one of her earliest memories of her father comes to her mind. It was one of her first trip on the Jackdaw and Romeo had taken far out into the ocean. She was only a year or two into her training, she wasn't sure but she was stood at the helm with her Master looking out into the ocean, the sea salt wind billowed through her long red hair that made her stand out from the rest of the crew as they worked on the main deck below them. She could almost taste the smell even now after so long since she had been on the Jackdaw last.

Nothing compared to it.

They had nothing but open sea around them with cloudy sky above them as the random thought came to her mind;

Somewhere in the Middle of the Endless Ocean

Many Years Ago

"Master Romeo" she called out to the man behind her gaining is attention from their current course "Did you always know how to sail a boat?" Amelia asks her Master from the railing, looking back at the Captain.

"The Jackdaw is a Ship, Amelia. Not a Boat" Romeo corrects his eight year old apprentice from his place at the wheel as she turned around to lean her back against the wooden rail.

"But did you always know?" she pressed him.

"No" he answered her "No I learned after Master Claudius took me in".

"My mother said my father left on a boat" Amelia voiced to her Master, taking him by surprise "He had always talked about sailing a boat and making money".

"I suppose he did, to support take care of her..and you" he trailed off. She never spoke about what Juliet had told her about her father before now.

"Not me" she tells him with a shake of her head "Mother said he didn't know about me. She said he one wrote one a year and she never knew where to find him".

He couldn't help but feel his heart clench as this. He couldn't be as much as a father as he would've liked to have been. But he had to continue as normal after she was born. He had to continue to serve the Brotherhood despite his misgivings of it's future.

He would find Juliet working in the local tavern when he returned home, to earn herself and Amelia some coin to continue to live under Paola's roof, to earn their keep and to give her something to do. The times they did have together were fleeting at best.

"If he'd knew, he would've come home" he try to tell her "He would've moved the heavens and earth to come find you".

"Well...he must've been busy" she trails off dishearteningly.

"That wouldn't have mattered" he simply replies before refocusing on the horizon.

"Can I steer you Boat?" she suddenly asks him, after a pregnant pause.

"Boat? I see no Boat here. Do you?" he retorts.

"Ugh" she grumbles, rolling her eye's the same way her mother did as she joins him at the platform "I mean Ship, obviously. I don't see the difference anyway" she huffs up at him.

"Ah, its a very simple one Amelia. A Ship can carry a Boat, but a Boat cannot carry a Ship".

"Why then, everything's a Ship, large and small, but for my toy boat. The one I have in my room back home" she theorized to her master to make sense of his words.

He couldn't help but chuckle at the young girls thoughts "That's a clever way of seeing it" he tells her as Juliet comes to the forefront of his mind yet again.

"Is is hard to talk about Juliet, Amelia? About your Mother?".

"Hmm..no" she hummed out "She passed some years ago. I miss her, but its alright. She was happy for quite some time, and then not so happy. I don't remember her so much after that. And then Paola said she was gone".

"I..I'm sorry, I wasn't there" he somberly told his apprentice.

"It's alright. You're here now. And we're on an Adventure!" she exclaims in excitement.

"Only a little on I hope. I couldn't handle too many more surprises".

"Do you think we'll see a Whale?" she asks her Master.

"Yes! A very good chance".

"Hm" she hums in thought "And what about Pirates. Will I see Pirates?".

"No. There not much chance of that" he tells her "...I think" he adds trailing off in throught.

"Oh, that's sad. I should have liked to see one".

"Tell you what Amelia. As soon as these winds die a little. I'll let you steer the Jackdaw. One little trick at the helm before Sundown"

"Yay!".

She remembered how excited she was for their adventures, even as she got older and the missions got harder. It was the only time she got to have with him outside Monteriggioni and the others. The assassin had found herself stood at the wheel with a handle in each hand, feeling the weight of the ships rudder. She only ever held the wheel a few times in her life, each time she would have Romeo behind her taking the weight of it as she learnt how to sail it.

Romeo was the first man to lie to her to keep her safe. And the second man she loved lied to her as well. History seemed to enjoy repeating itself on her.

She didn't wasn't sure what she was more hurt about. The he had kept this from her all this time, or that he didn't trust her enough to tell her. She had told her first love everything about her life. Everything.

"Penny for your thoughts?" a voice asked from her right interrupting her thoughts to see a woman with shoulder length red hair stood watching her. She wore a black leather jacket with a lilac shirt underneath with long jeans and black ankle boot's, with a long red scarf wrapped around her neck.

"You could say that" she told the stranger offhandedly wishing the woman would just leave her be. But the woman didn't move as eyed the empty space on the bench near the Assassin.

"How do know this ship?".

"It was my fathers" she tells the stranger "Practicably grew up on it since the age of five after my mother died".

"Then I guess its yours now".

"I don't think it could ever be mine. I didn't know he was my father until it was too late. The last time I saw it, well, lets just say it wasn't sea worthy anymore".

"I'm sorry to hear that. But if you don't mind me asking, what brings you here now? Waiting for a sailor of your own?".

"More like trying to get away from one" Amelia corrected the woman.

"How so?".

"It's a long story" she tell her.

"Try and shorten it" the woman tell her making the assassin look at her with a raised brow "You look like you need to talk".

Letting out a huff Amelia decided to tell her story to the stranger "I died along with a friend of mine. Our family decided to follow us down to save us. So far it's only gotten them stuck down here with no escape and my ex-husband deciding to tell me that he's related to actual God's after all these years and now..now I don't know what the hell to think".

"Why didn't he tell you?".

"He said it was to keep our children and I safe".

"And you don't like it that he wanted to keep his family safe".

"Trust me I've done my fair share of keeping my family safe. How the hell do you think I ended up here?".

"Then what's the problem?".

Letting out a deep sigh from her nose she paused to think over what exactly was it she upset about "Every person I've loved or cared about has lied to me at some point in my life whether it was to hurt me or help me. I thought he was the only one that hadn't, that I would always think that in the short time we had together was..".

"Right" the red head in front of her finished for her.

"After everything I went through to get to him. he would be simple, normal.."

"Safe" the woman finished making Amelia nod in agreement "Would've you still have married him if he had told you from the start?" the woman asks her.

"I loved him" Amelia shrugged to the stranger "It would've probably made me love him more" she admits to her.

"Have you ever been honest with him?".

"No" she easily answered the woman's question.

She should've been honest with him when he came back to her, that she was happy with Regina. Instead she let the truth slowly destroy her from the inside until it exploded and feelings got hurt.

"Maybe you need to see it from his point of view" the woman told her just as they heard a pair of footsteps walking up the board walk.

"Permission to come onboard?" the pair suddenly heard from the deck of the Jackdaw. Rounding the wheel Amelia and the strange woman walked to the wooden railing to be met with the sight of her first love stood on the edge of the boardwalk up to the ship with a glum look on his face and his hands in his jean pockets.

"Can we talk about this?" he pleaded to his wife.

Glancing back at the wheel her mind wandered. To her father, her mother. The life she could've had if Romeo had just taken them away from Monteriggioni, away from the Brotherhood. Everything could've worked out differently. But she couldn't focus on 'ifs' and 'what's' right now. She needed to have a long-awaited conversation with the man she married.

"I need some coffee anyway" she tells her first love as she heads for the stairs only to pause beside the woman that talked to her

"Thanks for listening" Amelia tells the stranger

"No problem" she tells the assassin.

Watching her grown daughter climb down the steps to the main deck of the Jackdaw, Juliet Capulet couldn't help but think of what might of become of her daughter if she had stayed just a little longer.

Stepping out of the Captains Cabin, Ophelia joined the Capulet woman on the upper deck watching Amelia walk away with her husband.

"You really not gonna tell her who you are" the female assassin asked Juliet.

"I don't even think she recognized me" Juliet tells the female assassin.

"How could she? You left her remember".

"Aye I do" Juliet trails off thinking of the way she parted ways with her daughter all those years ago to become Anne Bonny.

Granny's was surprisingly empty for the only place in the Underworld somewhat decent for them to have this conversation. Seeing themselves in, they were met by silence as the patrons that were there saw her. Ignoring the stares the assassin led her ex-husband to the nearest table that was unoccupied, that happened to be a table in one of the front windows.

A waitress promptly came and took their order of two coffees before leaving them be gaining a curious look from the Captain.

"It's been like this ever since I've been down here" Amelia's voice brought him back to the present "I have no idea why and I have no desire to find out why".

"So how do wanna start?" John asked the assassin as their coffees were placed in front of them before leaving them.

"How about the beginning? When exactly did you find out about your grandfather?".

"When I was eighteen. He found my mother and I on our farm and offered me a chance to do my labors to get into Olympus, be a god. Said he wanted to make amends for the horrors our family went through that night, for allowing the other gods to get involved. But I turned him down, said I wanted a mortal life, so instead he gifted me the Godspeed and its crew and the rest is history" he explained "I didn't want to watch people like Robin die around me while I was stuck on some cloud"

"I-" he continued only to be interrupted when a waitress placed an envelope on their table walking away before any of them could call her back. The couple looked at the piece of neatly folded like they expected it to get up and start talking to them. Slowly the redhead slid the envelope towards her seeing that it was addressed to her and John in neat cursive writing. Flipping the envelope over revealed a black wax seal embossed with a symbol that sent a shiver down her spine. Breaking the seal her eye's read the words again and again as her heart thumped in her chest as John watched.

"Amy what is it?" he asked his wife with a worry lacing his voice.

"It's Tom".

Leading the charge back to the apartment having not said another word to the Captain as she became more agitated with the thoughts that flew in her mind. Wrenching the door open to the apartment building she headed straight to the stairs as each footstep up thumped against the wooden staircase up to the apartment.

Someone had taken Tom and they wanted her to know about it.

"Why didn't you make sure he got back here? You do realize where we are" she snapped at the former Captain.

"I don't know Amy, I was a little busy trying to find you" he argued back as he ran after his ex-wife again on the stairs.

"Do you realize how many people I've sent down here. How many people who would love to get one back on me. The minute he stepped into Underworld he was in danger, because of who I am. It'll be like finding a needle in a haystack that's 'on fire".

"We'll find him, he can't be far" he said as the redhead let herself into the loft taking Emma and Hook by surprise on the couch as John shut the door behind him. The couple watched as Amelia headed straight to her parents' bedroom closet ignoring them.

"Hey. What's wrong?" Emma asked as she and Hook stood.

"Has Tom come back yet?" John asked the pair with his hand on his hips.

"N-no we thought he'd be with you" Emma's eyes widened in worry as she saw Henry slowly coming down the metal staircase having heard the noise downstairs.

"We got a letter at the diner saying that someone had Tom. We don't know who, it could be anyone".

"Tom's missing?" Henry voiced from the staircase having overheard the conversation.

"We'll find him. Don't worry" John tried tried to reassure him

"We'll assist on your search" Hook offered the couple as Amelia can back into the main room with a large axe in her hands. Emma recognized it from the time the Chernabog swept through town just before Ursula, Cruella and Anastasia rolled into town.

"No offence. But I know how to find someone even in the Underworld" the seasoned assassin tells them knowing exactly who had taken her son.

"Amy you said it yourself it could be anyone here" John said "Where do we even start?".

"Easy" she states "There's only one group of people in this place brave enough to do something like this and stupid enough to think they can get away with it".

The former married couple stood in front of the Hidden One's as they waited for their re-enforcements to arrive. She couldn't go in their alone. It was bad enough just standing outside of it let alone taking a step inside. This is where she woke up. Not in a soft familiar bed but stuffed in the broom closet, ready and waiting for her old family to have their way with her. The cuts and bruises had healed but the scars that remained in her head would linger for bit longer

"Amy?" she heard her name being called out making her look towards the source of the voice. John looked towards her in a mix of concern and confusion as she sees that Anastasia had finally joined them with the same expression on her face "Everything okay?",

"Let's get this over with" she says as she steps forward with the axe's pommel gripped in her hands as she kicks the door open. The door nearly came off its hinges as it burst open to gain the occupants of the bar's attention as she stepped into the building with John behind her to be met with an image she wasn't expecting at all.

"What the hell?" she trailed off as she saw Ophelia and Tom both sat at the bar with a bottle of rum sat between them with a couple of glasses as Amelia looked over her son's bruised and cut face that looked like he got from a fight.

"About time you joined us" Ophelia greeted the pair saluting them with a glass in her hand "I was just telling Tom about the time you jumped off the city wall and broke your arm all to escape Paola's wrath".

Handing John the axe the man nearly dropped the weapon as the concerned mother closed the distance between her and her son taking his face into her hand to see the damage on his face. A black eye, bruised cheek, a split lip and some bruise knuckles. Nothing bad. He'll walk it off.

"Ow, ow, ow" the teen complained from his mother's touch "It still hurts".

"What happened?" she asks him seeing the damage for herself.

"Tybalt and Richard jumped him on the street" Ophelia supplied for the teen "I have to say you and Anya trained him well. He was holding his own against them before Tybalt sucker punched him in the stomach".

"I'm fine Mom. Ophelia found me" Tom told his mother as she smelt the waft of alcohol from from his breath.

"Have you been drinking!?" she accused her son.

"Only one glass" he defended himself before correcting himself "Okay two" he admitted to her "Three" he finally admitted the real amount he had drunk.

"Like you can say much Amy. You were drinking long before you were his age" the brunette assassin behind her reminded her.

"Still, I'm not the only mother he should be worried about" she replies "Once she finds out we're both in trouble".

"Hey sailor" Ophelia saluted the man at the door as he hovered in the background.

"Uh, hi" he replies to the woman at the bar he didn't know.

"Come on, we need to get back" Amelia told her son trying to get him to stand up and leave.

"Do we have to?" Tom whined out, he word slightly slurred as the rum had seemed to get to his head quickly.

"No,no,no we don't have to go" he complained to her trying to fight her from taking him away from the bar.

"Yes we do honey, you're too much of a lightweight to carry on. Quit while we're ahead".

"Kay" he relented standing from the bar stool "Please don't tell my Mom. She'll kill me".

"Oh I'm tempted" she mumbled under her breath as Tom made his way over to his father and out of the bar.

"What? No thank you?" Ophelia asked the redhead.

"Thank you for saving my underage son. But next time refrain from the rum. Or at least water down the good stuff. That's what Anya does anyway" she adds snatched the bottle from the bar turning to leave the bar only for Ophelia's voice to stop her.

"Juliet wants to find you" the brunette assassin tells her. Slowly the redhead turns to face the woman at the bar.

"You've spoken to her?" she gulped out.

"Your Queen asked me to find her for her. Your family thinks she can convince you to go back home".

"You mean they went behind my back".

"They looked desperate" she told the younger woman "They even came in here to find me while the other's were here. I don't need to tell you how dangerous that was to do so soon after they lost you".

"Where is she?" the redheaded assassin asked her old teacher.

"Go fix things with your Captain first, then she'll find you" with a nod the assassin left to see her son back safely into apartment after this long day.

After seeing Tom to bed to sleep off the rum he had drunk with Ophelia, night had fallen on the Underworlds as the master assassin found her Captain sat on the bench at the docks with sounds of the water lapping against the hull of the Jolly Roger and the Jackdaw.

Taking a seat beside him the street lamp above them just about lite up the area for them to continue their conversation from earlier.

"What else do you need to know?" he started as she thought of what she needed to know from him.

"I don't think there's anything more I need to know. You had your chance when we were together. I just don't understand why you couldn't tell me. I told you about everything. Training. Romeo. I even told you about James" she felt her throat tighten saying the man's name.

"I know" he acknowledged "He here?".

"Hmm" she hummed nodding "Just talking to him made me feel like that sixteen-year-old girl that couldn't fight back hard enough".

"Does Regina know?" he asks her.

"She know's what happened" she supplied to him "She just doesn't know who. We had to work with King George back home. At the time he was more use to us alive. He recognized me a year ago when the first curse broke, I looked him in the eye as I told him the only thing I regretted was not killing James myself when I had the chance. Instead I waited for Rumple to give me the go ahead. I only understand now why he stopped me, but it still doesn't stop the hurt i felt when I found out he was dead".

"I only kept my old life a secret because it was that. My old life. Even you can understand what that's like Amy".

"I do" she agrees with him. She had and old life and an old family "Are you safe down here?".

"For now" he tells her "But I should keep myself hidden in case my Uncle makes the connection. I might not be a like him but it's still in my blood. Tom will be safe with you and the others though, as long as he keeps his head down".

"What about you and Anastasia?".

"You remember?".

"I do" she admits to him "I remember everything she did while she was in control. I'll admit I'm still a little shocked, but she seems to care about you. Enough to be super awkward with me anyway. She has a good heart underneath the sarcasm and threats, she needs someone with a good heart to love and you're as good as they get Cap".

"Where does this leave us?" he asked the question that would hammer the final nail into their marriage.

"I died remember" she reminded him "Like we told each other all those years ago in Arendelle. Till death do us part".

A sad smile flashed on his lips remembering the vows they said to each-other in Arendelle. She was right. She died. Along with their marriage

"I love you" he was all he could tell her in that moment. And he did. She was a huge part of his life and will always be. But his heart needed to move on from her now. Like she had to.

"I know. I love you too. Always will".

Closing the distance between them, their lips met for the last time in a sweet kiss that would signal the end of their marriage whether she came back to Storybrooke or she didn't. It was his time to move on now.

Pulling away their forehead remained together as they they prolonged their goodbye as long as they could "You should head back to the loft. There's something I need to do first. I'll be back soon" she seals her promise with a kiss on his cheek before standing from the bench and walking away from her first love.

Climbing the ramp up to the deck of the Jackdaw, her eye's sought out the woman she had spoken to earlier. Her eye's first went to the helm, only to find it empty before she looked around the main deck of the ship to find her leaning on the side of the ship looking out into the sea.

Walking the length of the ship the assassin joined the older redhead, looking out into the horizon, leaning her elbows on the ledge.

"Hi" Amelia greeted the woman "I came to thank you for the advice and letting me talk".

"So I take it you're both okay now?".

"Yeah, we are" she tells her.

"Well your welcome uh..".

"Amelia" she supplied to the woman "But you already knew that didn't you?" her daughter had caught her out making her slowly turn and face her daughter head on "Did you really think I wouldn't recognize you Mama".

"Amy" Juliet breathed out in awe of hearing her daughter call out to her for the first time in years "I've missed you".

Returning to the apartment with his daughter in his arms, the former thief stood with his friends true love as they fawned over the small infant in his arms as Belle sat around table with the Charming couple, Emma and Hook.

With news of her own pregnancy from her husband Rumpelstiltskin, the librarian couldn't help but watch the new father with his new born daughter as she let her mind wonder to what her life would look like now she had left her true love after discovering that he was once again the Dark One.

Across the loft she found John and Anastasia quietly conversing at the breakfast counter as they all waited for Amelia to return from whatever errand she had to make as they all heard footsteps coming down the metal staircase.

Looking round the family were greeted with Tom carefully making his way down with a hand trying to rub the sleep out of his eye's as his eye's squinted to the light of the room.

"Hey Tom" Snow greeted him in sympathy having heard where Amelia had found him that afternoon "How are you feeling?".

"Like I've been beaten by my Mom in the training ring back home" the teen complains to his family holding his head as it thumped against his skull.

"Good" Regina voiced to her son as she stepped away from the thief to speak to the teen, taking his head into her hands to look straight into the eye "That'll teach you to drink at your age" she light scold him lightly tapping his head making him groan out in pain.

"Lightweight" they heard Anastasia scoff under her breath from the counter having heard her nephew complain about his hangover.

"So, does she have a name yet?" the librarian asks the thief changing the subject.

"No" he answers her "Not yet. I can't. Hades can do things with names" he tells the brunette as Emma and Hook get up from the couch and walk over to the others as John and Anastasia do the same.

"Like put them on tombstones to keep people from leaving here" Regina added.

"I don't even think it's wise to keep her in this apartment" Robin voiced his concerns "I mean, what if Zelena changes her mind?".

"I hate to be the one to offer optimism, but it sounds like she was sincere" Hook told the man.

"She's just a mother worried about her child" John voiced his opinion "I don't this any of us here can judge her for that".

"He's right" Regina agreed with the privateer "But that doesn't mean what she knows can't come back to bite us. Robin's taking her to the forest".

"Honestly, it's the only place I've ever felt really at home" the thief told the group.

"I'll come with you" John spoke up to his friend "You're gonna need an extra pair of eye's out there. My Uncle is unpredictable we can't take any chances".

A tight lipped smile grew on the thief's face as he looked at the man he called brother "Thank you, my friend".

"It happened!" Henry voice interrupted the adults as they all looked to see him rushing down the steps with page's in his hands going straight to his grandparents "It happened again! Take a look" he tells them showing the pages handing them to his grandparents which are of baby Neal as he give's Tom a page.

"Snow, look at this" David told his wife showing her the illustration of their son.

"It's Neal" Snow stated to the group.

"Why did you write this?" David looked to his grandson for the answer.

"It's like before" he tells him "I didn't, or I just don't remember. It just... wrote itself. Like it does" Henry explained as Emma took a page from her father.

"Look Mom it's Evie" Tom said as he gave Regina an illustration of Evelyn. The former Evil Queen smiled to herself as she gazed down at the picture of her soulmate's daughter as Emma read out load. Robin looked at the picture himself over Regina's shoulder. He could see a carbon copy of his oldest friend, she had Amelia's eyes and nose. She looked happy and content in her crib oblivious to where her mother or father were.

"The infant son of Snow White and Prince Charming looked up at the tiny glass unicorns as they stirred by the wind. But on this night, he didn't hear the chime of the crystal. Instead, he heard the voices of his mother, Snow White, and his father, Prince Charming. They sang a lullaby until he fell asleep as soundly as if he were in their arms" Emma read off the page to her parents, a smile gracing her lips as she read aloud the last part of the page, glancing towards the former Captain and former Queen.

"In the cot next to him, the infant daughter of Amelia Montague awaited to hear her mother's voice lull her to sleep once again with the same song that was sung to her by her own mother as if she were nestled in her mother's loving embrace".

From his place around the table John bit back the tears that threatened to fall from his eyes hearing that Amelia had been singing to their daughter as he was trying his best to comfort her. Seeing his reaction Anastasia wrapped her hands around his arm in comfort as Regina handed him the picture of his daughter.

"He heard us" Snow sighed in relief turning to her husband grasping his hand on the table with teary eye's "He heard us" she tells her husband.

"Thanks, Henry" David told his grandson.

"I don't know about anyone else, but I am really ready to get back home to my family" Snow tells the group "My whole family" she adds "No more waiting. We can save ourselves. We're going to take down Hades, and we're going to do it now".

The group were interrupted when the loft door opened the Amelia walked through looking a little surprised to see everyone in the room as they all looked to her.

"Hey" the assassin greeted her family "What's going on?" her eye's found the pink bundle in Robin's eye's and quickly recognized who she was even if she hadn't even met her until then "Is that?".

A proud smile grew on the thief's face as he twisted his torso so he could show off his new-born to his oldest friend.

"Amelia, meet my daughter" Robin jumped in with pride lacing his voice as she took a step towards the infant and Regina took a step back to let the woman meet her niece. The other's looked on as Amelia looked at the babe in her friends arms.

Slowly she reached out with her hand as she was met with the soft skin of Robin's daughter under her fingers. A breathy laugh left the Assassin's mouth as she felt the babe's fist grasped her small fist over her finger, like she already knew her.

"She's gorgeous" she tells the thief as she gazed down into the pink bundle before looking back at the infant's father "She has your eye's".

"As does your own daughter Amelia" Robin supplied for the Assassin. At the mention of her own daughter she had been missing. She grew sad that she had to miss out on the first few day's of her life and possibly all of it as she stroked Baby Hoods small hand between her fingers. She had only seen her own daughter once right before she had to leave her with John.

Taking the pages from Emma and his father Tom quickly brought them over to the assassin to read the words they had just heard.

"Mom look at this. Henry just wrote this" he prompts her making her take her attention off the pink bundle in Robins arm. Her family watched as she took the pages and read over the words about Neal as she came to the last few sentences.

"She heard me?" she croaked out in emotion as she looked around at her family around her as Regina gently wrapped her hand around her elbow and arm.

When she heard there was a way to talk to the living, she took it. Sneaking herself out of her old apartment as Regina and Tom slept, the assassin found the phone booth she had heard about. There was barely a line when she joined it at that time of night, but when she did get in there, she hesitates not sure what to say. But if she couldn't say it, she could sing it. The same lullaby her mother would sing her before she died, the same one she would sing to Tom when he was small.

"She heard you Melia" her love told her before she felt a pair of lips kiss her cheek as a tear left her eye.

Maybe this would be the turning point for her. To know that Helen was waiting for her to come back to her. Reaching out with her hand towards Henry, the younger teen took it allowing the redhead to pull him towards her to gather him into a tight embrace

"Thank you" she said into her son's shoulder, grateful for the piece of knowledge that her daughter was hearing her.

"Your Welcome Mom" he replies holding her just as tight before letting go to allow her to look at the picture of her little girl.

"That's great guy's" she said clearing her throat "But, what does this mean exactly?".

"It's means we're going home" John spoke up with crossed arms over his chest "And we're going to take Hades down".

"That's great, the sooner you all get out of here the better" the redhead told them as she gave the page's but to her son as she looked to the group of adults "But I think I might've found someone that can help us".

"Who?" Regina asked her partner in curiosity.

"Me" a new voice announced itself as a woman slightly younger in looks than Amelia emerged from the hallway into the loft. She looked vaguely familiar as she came to stand by the Assassin. That is when they saw the similarities between the pair. The fair skin, the hair. They could've been sisters.

Snow instantly saw the similarities between mother and daughter as the rest remained oblivious to what was literally standing before them. Amelia had finally found her, and Snow couldn't be more happy for her friend.

Hook's face grew into a grin as he saw the woman, he'd met years ago "Lady Juliet" he greeted the woman recognizing her instantly.

At the sound of her name the woman sought out the one responsible and found Killian Jones in the flesh stood next to the man with the small child in his arms.

"Lieutenant Jones" the woman greeted the pirate with a grin herself "Your looking good for a dead man" the redhead winked at the man cheekily as Emma heard the accent she had come accustomed to from Mr Gold.

"As do you milady" he smoothly replied to the woman with a chuckle.

"I'm sorry w-who are you?" Belle asked the question on everyone's mind.

"Everyone" Amelia caught everyone's attention as Amelia sought out Regina's eye's "This is Juliet Capulet. And she's going to make sure you all get home".

AN:

Hello there! Big Chapter Today. Thank you again for reading and I know there have been long gaps in between chapters, but you know...life.

I'm so happy to get to this chapter because of the Greek Mythology part of this story and the show. They briefly touch it with the Underworld story-line, but there is so much more and the Fall of Troy is such a big part of it. I've personally loved Greek Mythology since I was young and wanted to bring it into a fic somehow.

I hope you all enjoyed it.

Anyway..

I know you've all been waiting. I'd like to introduce you to the face-claim of our Juliet Capulet. So without much further adieu...

Drum roll please.

Introducing Karen Gillan as Juliet Capulet/ Anne Bonny.

Anyway I hope everyone is keeping well and enjoying your summer while you still can.

In the meantime;
