Onto Chapter 2!

Chapter 2 - Welcoming the Rogue Devil

As the warm sunlight began to fill a house on the outskirts of Magnolia, it lit up the entirety of the medium house. The various home decorations, the furniture, and all of the rooms began to brighten in the bask of the Sun. And soon enough, the house was filled with the scrumptious smell of breakfast being cooked by a familiar man with dark salmon-colored hair.

"Ms. Hayes..." Natsu spoke sternly as he stood up and looked behind him to see the scarlet beauty he ran into yesterday.

Erza hardened her gaze toward Natsu, making the man flinch. "Don't call me that, you're not supposed to call me that, Natsu."

Natsu flinched and looked away briefly with a slight blush. "Ms. Erza..."

"Why are you being so formal? We're engaged after all." Erza pouted as she placed her head on Natsu's shoulder. "What are you so embarrassed about?"

"You're the one gripping onto me!" Natsu turned his head with his face more red and vibrant than the scarlet beauty wrapped around him. Natsu would be cooking breakfast fairly easy... Until Erza decided to wrap herself around the Dragonslayer, hugging him by wrapping her arms around his chest and her legs around his waist. "You've been gripped me all night as we slept!"

"Well, isn't that what a fiancée is supposed to do?" Erza tilted her head in confusion. "I finally found my fiancé after so much time and now I finally have you again so you can't expect me to just let you go, do you?"

Natsu's eyes widened before he sighed, placing the kitchen utensils he had down on the kitchen countertop. "Ms. Erza."

"Just call me Erza, Natsu."

Natsu flinched before sighing. "Erza..." The redhead smiled gleefully which made Natsu blush harder. "Can you please let me go so I can finish making breakfast?"

Erza groaned. "Do I have to?"

"YES! How else am I going to cook?!" Natsu shouted with a raised eyebrow. "J... Just go wait by the table! It won't be long."

Erza sighed as she let go of Natsu, making the salmon-haired man sigh in relief but he stopped when Erza didn't move. "Then give me a kiss first."

Natsu's eyes widened as his face flushed pink. "WHA?! P-Pervert! Just go sit down!"

Erza puffed her cheeks and crossed her arms. "Not until you give me a good morning kiss."

"Good morning... What the hell are you saying?! I haven't even brushed my teeth!"

"I don't care, I want us to show each other how much we love one another." Erza grabbed Natsu's hands and held them. "Please, Natsu... Kiss me."

Natsu, with his cheeks still dusted pink, nodded his head and began inching his face toward the redhead. As he puckered his lips to kiss Erza's cheek his eyes widened as the redhead grabbed his cheeks and slammed her lips onto his. As the two kissed, Erza wrapped her tongue around Natsu's, swirling the two together as she moaned in his mouth. Before Erza could wrap her arms around Natsu's neck to proceed into a make-out session, she was stopped as Natsu abruptly pulled away. As Natsu wiped the string of saliva from his mouth and caught his breath, he held Erza's shoulders with a shocked expression. "E-Erza! You said a kiss! Not to make out!"

"True, I did say that but it's your own fault, Natsu." Erza pouted cutely as she crossed her arms. "It's your own fault for not giving me a good night's kiss."

"A good night's kiss?!" Natsu's face brightened more vibrantly than a summer tomato as he shrieked. "E-Erza! Why are you trying to be so affectionate and needy?!"

"Because I finally have you again." Erza chuckled as she laced and intertwined her fingers with Natsu's, holding his hands firmly with her warm hands. "You have no idea of how long I've been searching for you. How scared I was when I thought that I would never see your handsome face ever again." Natsu's eyes widened as Erza looked up at the salmon-haired man. "But I don't need to worry about that anymore because you're here with me! I have you here with me and you have me with you. I understand that your memory is a bit hazy from our childhood but I'm going to make it my mission to help you gain your memory! As well as make new worthwhile memories! I owe it to you, Natsu... You've saved me once again, just like how you did when we were kids. You've always been my hero, Natsu." Erza smiled warmly as she held onto Natsu's hands.

Natsu's eyes widened as he gazed at how beautiful Erza seemed to shine in the morning Sunlight. "You're my hero, Natsu! You saved me!" Suddenly, an image of a small girl whose brown chocolate eyes glistened as she smiled brightly and warmly while holding onto a ring of flowers appeared in Natsu's head. Natsu let go of Erza's hands as he groaned while rubbing his head.

Erza stopped smiling as she held onto Natsu's chest, her face full of concern. "Natsu! What's wrong?! What happened?!"

"I..." Natsu spoke slowly as he stood up, rubbing his head before looking at Erza. "I just had another memory of you flash in my head. When you smile like that... It reminded me of when we were kids and... You were in trouble with such thugs and I fought to protect you then you smiled! Just like how you did now! Even though I was beat up, you still smiled!"

"Because I was saved by my heroic dragon. I was bullied in our home village because of how I was an orphan and yet you always came to see me, always ready to make me smile. I'm glad. You're starting to remember me."

Natsu chuckled as he smiled. "Slowly but surely." After realizing that he and Erza had been staring at each other for an hour, Natsu blushed as he cleared his throat. "A-Anyways, I-I'll finish cooking breakfast now! AH!" Suddenly, he was grabbed and pushed down on a chair by the energetic redhead. He blushed as Erza stared at him with much passion in her eyes.

Erza smirked as she wrapped her arms around Natsu's neck and sat on his groin. "You know... I'm more hungry for something else..." Erza leaned to sultrily whisper in Natsu's ear. "I want some dragon meat. A big, long, hard sausage made from dragon, and I'm sure that it has a creamy center that oozes out when it's ready to burst~. I'll be sure to treat it nice and well~..." Erza pulled away from Natsu's ear to see the Dragonslayer's face heavily flushed with a deep blush, making the redhead giggle at his innocence. As she leaned down to capture his lips once again, she stopped as her stomach loudly grumbled, causing both mages to stop. Erza pulled her hands off Natsu's neck as she held her stomach and glared at it. "You just had to growl at the wrong time, didn't you?!"

Natsu snapped out of his daze and laughed, making Erza look away and pout. As he calmed down, he picked Erza up and placed her on the dining room chair. "Relax, we'll have plenty of time to regain my memories and..." Natsu coughed into his hand as he fought the oncoming blush. "Consummate our relationship. For now though, let's eat breakfast and enjoy our time together, alright?"

"Alright..." Erza leaned on the dining room table as she groaned.

"H-Hey, Erza..." Natsu called out as he continued to cook breakfast.

"Yes, Natsu?"

"Know this:..." He turned around to face the redhead with a warm smile and a slight blush. "I love you."

Erza's eyes widened as they shone. She then smiled brightly as she sat up in her seat. "And I love you too!"

A familiar blonde sat back in the booth as she studied the request paper she had in her hand. It read: "ATTENTION! PLEASE SEND STRONG WIZARDS TO COMBAT DARK WIZARDS! THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER THE TOWN AND WE NEED HELP!"As the blonde studied the paper, a blue cat flew and landed on the table in front of her and was followed by a young girl in a yellow and white dress with dark blue hair and a white cat in a red dress.

"What does the job request in your hand say, Lucy?" The blue cat smiled as he waved his white-tipped tail side to side.

Lucy groaned as she held the paper above the booth table. "It's a request to get rid of some Dark Wizards, we should probably save it for the higher rank Wizards in the Guild. It's probably going to be a fight with strong people..."

"A FIGHT WITH STRONG PEOPLE?!" Lucy jumped and shrieked as she saw Gajeel Redfox and Gray Fullbuster running toward her. As she let go of the request paper, both men punched and fought each other over who could grab it. As Gajeel was pushed back, Gray grinned gleefully as he held and read the paper. "Some Dark Wizards huh? It'll be a cakewalk for an even stronger Wizard like me!"

"HA! Says the one who got kidnapped by that lizard-obsessed chick two months ago! It was all a ruse to attract a strong Dragonslayer like myself, you better be glad I overpowered her Lizardmen, else you wouldn't be here today, ice stripper!"

Gray slammed the paper on the table as he turned and glared at the Iron Dragonslayer. "Oh yeah? If I recall, didn't a certain Iron Dragonslayer get almost eaten by a Blizzardvern last month? And a certain ice Wizard had to come and save your sorry ass. It's a shame that Levy had to see you almost get eaten, iron head."

Gajeel gritted his teeth as he slammed his head onto Gray's, fist clenched in anger. "You wanna go, Gray?!"

"I'm ready when you are, Gajeel!" Gray pushed his head to oppose Gajeel's force, his fist also clenched in anger. As the two bicker back and forth, the young girl stepped closer to Lucy and timidly asked as she held her hands. "Must they always fight like this? Don't they realize that Natsu will punish them?"

Lucy chuckled as she rubbed the young girl's shoulder. "You know, as well as I do Wendy, that those two will find any reason to fight and show each other up. I wouldn't be surprised if Natsu walked through those doors now and-"

Just before the blonde could finish her statement, the guild doors opened and revealed a smiling Natsu and Erza. However, Natsu had stopped smiling as he saw Gray and Gajeel bickering. Just as the two men raised their fists to strike each other, Natsu's stern voice resonated throughout the Fairy Tail Guildhall. "Gajeel... Gray..." Both men flinched and began sweating profusely as they slowly turned their heads to see Natsu's hardened glare. "Just what on Earthland are you two doing...?"

"W-WE... WE WERE JUST JOKING WITH EACH OTHER!" Both men suddenly unclenched their fists and wrapped their arms around the other's shoulders as they danced with faux smiles. "N-NOTHING BAD AT ALL!"

"Good, because if you two weren't..." Natsu smiled, but his eyes were still hardened as he raised his own clenched fist. "I would have to punish you both and we wouldn't want that... Right?"

"A-AYE SIR!" The two men then let the other go as they saluted the salmon-haired man, making Natsu lower his fist as he smiled.

"Alright, now then. Let's see what the request board says today..." Natsu then turned and walked to the upstairs balcony to look at jobs. The entirety of the Guild sighed in relief after the little show, making Erza raise an eyebrow and tilt her head, something that didn't go unnoticed by Lucy and Wendy.

"Sorry about that, your boyfriend tends to scare everyone in the guild, whether purposefully or not." Lucy chuckled as she offered her hand to the redhead. "Hi! Nice to meet you, I'm Lucy Heartfilia and this is Wendy Marvell."

Wendy lifted her skirt slightly as she curtsied. "Pleased to make your acquaintance! And the cats' names are Happy and Carla!"

"Aye!" Happy cheered with his paw in the air.

"Pleased to meet you." Carla curtsied.

"It's a pleasure to meet you all." Erza smiled warmly as she shook Lucy's hand and then curtsied herself to Wendy and the cats. "Oh, it's no trouble at all of how scary Natsu is! It just proves to me that my fiancé is strong! Strong enough to protect me and our children!"

Lucy stared at the redhead before slowly speaking. "N-Natsu... He's your fiancé?"

Erza smiled brightly as she nodded her head. "Indeed he is, he proposed to me as children and he promised that once we were fully grown, we'd marry each other once we see each other again. And now, I live with him and now I just have to wait until he pops the question. I... I just don't know how about getting him to pop the question soon though..."

Lucy's eyes began to shine in curiosity before her head perked and she looked down at the request. "Hey, Natsu!" She then turned and ran upstairs to the shocked salmon-haired man. "I have a job for us!" She held the paper in front of herself as she yelled.

"Woah, settle down, Lucy." Natsu chuckled as he held up his hands. "This is the first time you've been excited for a job, is there a special occasion?"

Lucy smiled brightly as she pointed to Erza and Wendy. "Well, I figured that we should show your friend exactly what being a Fairy Tail Wizard is like. I mean not taking her for missions would just hinder her growth wouldn't it?"

"Hmm... I suppose you're right. Let me see that paper." Lucy happily handed the paper to Natsu and as he studied it, he snorted as he looked back up to Lucy. "This kind of job would be too difficult for just you, Erza, Wendy, and the cats to take, Lucy."

"Then, how about we bring Gray and Gajeel? That way, we can get the job done faster." Lucy quickly retorted back.

Natsu closed his eyes before nodding and looking back at the blonde. "Alright, we'll do that. Carla, Gajeel, Gray, Happy, Wendy!" Natsu called out as he descended down the steps. "Let's head out on a mission!"

"A-AYE SIR!" Both Gray and Gajeel quickly followed Natsu out of the guild and as the men left, the girls were following by.

As the group walked to the Magnolia Train Station, Erza turned her head to look at the blonde. "Thank you for taking me on this mission but are you sure about this? I mean, I did just meet you all just a few moments ago. Are you sure you can trust me?"

"Don't worry, we'll have plenty to talk about!" Lucy smiled excitedly as she led the other girls to the train station.

"So, tell me!" Lucy excitedly asked as she leaned toward Erza in her train seat. "How did you two meet?! Was love at first? Did he rescue you from a great danger? Please! Tell me the details!"

'That damn noisy blonde...' Natsu grumbled as he looked at the landscape as the train zipped on the tracks.

Erza chuckled as she nodded. "To answer it simply: yes to all your questions. I suppose you can say that we're childhood sweethearts, I've known Natsu my entire life and loved him for just as long." Erza placed a hand on her chest as she turned her head and smiled at Natsu. "I'm just so happy to have found you, my love." Erza, Lucy, and Wendy giggled as Natsu blushed slightly and looked away from them. "He's so shy, it's adorable. However!" Erza looked back at the blonde as she took a stern voice and glared. "Tell me something, Lucy... Just what exactly is your relationship with my Natsu?"

Lucy chuckled as she waved her hand. "Oh, don't worry, I'm not in love with Natsu or anything. He's... He's more like my mentor since we share a Magical Affinity. He's a Celestial Dragonslayer while I'm a Celestial Spirit Wizard is all. Nothing more, nothing less."

"A-And since I'm a Sky Dragonslayer, Mr. Natsu is helping me to better use my Magic!" Wendy exclaimed as she sat up.

Erza sighed in relief before smiling. "Well, thank you for clearing that up. And I'm well aware of the Magic Natsu uses, when we were kids, I helped him get over that weakness..." She then began chuckling as she watched Gajeel hold onto his stomach as he was fighting the urge to throw his guts out.

"D-Damn this stupid death trap..." Gajeel croaked as his cheeks puffed and he covered his mouth, swallowing his own vomit, making Gray snicker and chuckle at him.

"Oh? What happened to the mighty Gajeel? Can't handle trains?" He snickered as Gajeel glared at the ice mage but continued to puff his cheeks full of vomit.

"D-Damn you, Gray Fullbuster...!"

Natsu sighed as he crossed his arms. "Wendy! On our way back, please cast Troia on Gajeel on our way back."

"Yes, Mr. Natsu!"

Gray, with a shocked expression, turned to face Natsu. "B-But Natsu! It'd be better if Gajeel stayed like this on the train ride home, don't you? That way, we won't end up fighting or destroying the train!"

"Oh, I'm well aware of that fact. I have faith that you two will not cause a commotion, else... I'll have to rectify that problem now won't I?" Natsu smiled as his voice hissed with poison as he was flushed with an intense intimidating aura, causing Gray and Gajeel to flinch as they sat up in their train seats.

"N-NO SIR! YOU WON'T!" Gajeel and Gray saluted as they began to sweat. "WE'LL BE GOOD! WE PROMISE!"

Natsu smiled as he sat back in his seat. "Good, now let us ride in peace. No more arguing and no more teasing!" Natsu turned to glare at Lucy, who flinched. "Understand?"

"A-AYE SIR!" Gajeel, Gray, Lucy, and Wendy all shouted as they stood up in their seats. As Natsu turned his head to face the outside again, Erza couldn't help but smile as she saw a little pink dusting Natsu's cheeks.

'You're so sweet, my lovable Celestial Dragon Prince.'

As the group walked down the forest path, Natsu stood up as he began sniffing the air around them then held up his hand to signal the others to stop. "Hold on a minute, everyone." Natsu then stood up as he opened his hand, a sphere of yellowish-green tinted energy began swirling around in his hand. As it formed a decent-shaped ball, Natsu threw the orb into the air and created a brightening explosion, exposing a few thugs in the tree line. "You three! Come out!" As the three thugs walked out from the trees, they began chuckling and snickering. "Just what is so funny?"

"Oh, we're just laughing at the fact that you Fairy Tail idiots walked right into our trap! Come out, you guys!" As one of the thugs yelled, a barrage of Dark Wizards popped out from behind bushes, trees, and the very ground they were standing on. "Now die, you Fairy scum!"

As the Dark Wizards began to surround Natsu and the group, Natsu smirked as a yellow light surrounded him. "Well, let's have some fun everyone!" He then suddenly disappeared before quickly appearing behind a group of Dark Wizards with his hands covered in a yellowish-green energy. "Celestial Dragon's Spacial Wings!" He then crossed his spread arms as yellow starry energy erupted from his hands, striking a majority of the Dark Wizards and sending them crashing into some nearby trees.

"Gihihi, hell yeah! Time for some action!" Gajeel clenched his fist as it transformed into a steel club. "Iron Dragon's Club!" As the iron club clashed with the jaws of some Dark Wizards, many of them flew back onto their rears as they spat out some blood and spit. "Come on then, give us a challenge!"

Even though most of the Dark mages began to back away from fear, they soon changed their targets to Gray, Lucy, Wendy, and the Exceeds. "Come on, we can take down one of the guys and definitively the girls!" The Dark mages began to cheer as they ran towards Gray, the girls, and the cats.

Gray stepped in front of the girls as he placed his fist on his hand, crafting a bow of ice. "Let's see how you guys like this! Ice-Make: Arrows!" As he pointed the bow toward the Dark Wizards, a flurry of ice arrows flew toward them rapidly, striking and freezing the targets. Gray then smirked as he turned to smugly smile at the Iron Dragonslayer. "Seems like I've taken more than you have, metalhead!"

"Oh yeah?! We'll see about that!" Gajeel then ran toward a group of Dark Wizards with his hands covered in iron scales. "I bet I'll get more than you!"

"Yeah, right! We'll see about that!" Gray soon followed after Gajeel and the two rushed into their battle competition.

Natsu sighed as he rubbed his forehead. "Those damn fools... It isn't a competition!" Before Natsu could utter another word, a Dark Wizard jumped toward the salmon-haired man with an axe while yelling.

"Take this, Diaval!"

Natsu swiftly stepped to the side and brought his fist toward the Dark mage as he swiped the ground, sending the Dark Wizard smack into a tree as he bled out his nose and fell unconscious. "Next time, don't give away your position."

As the men continued their battles, Lucy and Wendy as well as the Exceeds breathed easy as they watched. "At least, we get to rest, right Wendy?" Lucy turned to look at the Sky Maiden and her eyes widened as she didn't see her. "W-Wendy! Where are you?!"

"The little girl is over here, you blonde bimbo!" Lucy whipped her head eastward as she heard a gruff voice. Lucy's eyes widened in shock as she saw Wendy's mouth covered and that she was forcefully held by a balding middle-aged man with a thick mustache. As Lucy whipped her hands toward her Spirit Keys, her hands and mouth were suddenly grabbed and held by another Dark Wizard. The previous Dark Wizard chuckled darkly as both Lucy and Wendy began to scream while their mouths were muffled, The Dark Wizard stopped laughing as he felt pebbles hitting the back of his skull and as he turned, he saw Happy and Charle glaring at him with tears in their eyes.

"I demand that you let Wendy go!" Carla screamed as she stomped her paw.

"Yeah! And let Lucy go too!" Happy yelled as he continued to throw pebbles.

The Dark Wizard guffawed in front of the cats. "What? You two are their heroes or something?! That's a laugh, just what the hell can-?" He was quickly cut off as a fist covered in reddish black flames collided with his fist, sending him flying with a bloody nose and teeth missing.

As Wendy fell to the ground, catching her breath, she looked up and smiled as she saw Erza standing in front of her. "M-Ms. Erza!" The redhead smiled warmly before the Dark Wizard who got punched slowly stood up, holding his bloody jaw as he glared at the redhead.

"D-Damn, you..." His eyes widened in shock as he realized that he was staring at the infamous Erza Hayes. "Y-You're the Red Devil! Why are you with them?!" He then shook his head as he gritted his teeth. "It doesn't matter, Blondie isn't gonna last long away! Jack! Kill that bitch!"

As the Dark Wizard who was clenching Lucy pulled out a large dagger and began to thrust it toward her, Lucy began screaming but Erza turned toward them and stomped her foot to the ground. "Fire Devil's Burning Eruption!" Suddenly, a pillar of scorching fire erupted from the ground, engulfing Jack and burning him as he screamed, making him let go of Lucy. As Lucy fell to the ground and caught her breath, Jack fell backward and landed on the ground, unconscious with severe burns covering his body. Erza then turned her head toward the commanding Dark mage with a stern glare. "I don't appreciate you guys trying to hurt my new friends. Either leave or suffer the consequences: your choice."

The balding man grumbled as he pulled out a sword and rushed toward Erza. "Damn, you Hayes! Now, die!"

"Fire Devil's Blazing Fist!" The Dark Wizard's face burned severely as Erza slammed her flaming fist on it, sending the Dark Wizard flying and crashing into a tree, splintering it. Erza smiled as the Dark mage fell unconscious as he landed. She then turned toward the remaining group of Dark mages as she puffed up her cheeks and as she did, Natsu was doing the same.

"Celestial Dragon's Roar!" A torrent of yellowish-green energy erupted out from Natsu's mouth.

"Fire Devil's Rage!" A torrent of reddish-black flames spewed from Erza's.

As the two torrents combined, the energy blast engulfed the remaining Dark Wizards and as the area cleared, all of the Dark Wizards lay unconscious on the ground, making the Fairy Tail Wizards smile as they cheered.

"We won!"

As Team Scarlet walked back toward the Fairy Tail Guild, Natsu turned his head toward Erza as he smiled warmly. "Thank you for saving Lucy and Wendy back there, I don't know if I would have been able to save them in time."

Erza shook her head as she smiled warmly back at Natsu. "It wasn't no trouble at all, they're my new friends and I wanted to save them. Plus," Erza intertwined her fingers with Natsu's, making the Celestial Dragonslayer blush slightly. "I wanted to look cool in front of my fiancé." She then lightly pecked his lips, making Natsu blush harder as he looked away from her.

"P-Pervert! Wait until we get home!"

Erza pouted. "Don't I get a special reward for saving our friends?"

Natsu averted his eyes sheepishly as he blushed harder. "When we get home! We needn't do that now!"

"Please, Nastu~?"

"Yeah, Natsu! You should give her a kiss!" Nastu flinched as he heard Lucy yell at him. As he turned to look at her, the blonde was smiling smugly at him. "You wouldn't want your fiancée to feel unappreciated would you?"

"L-Lucy! Why you...!" Natsu tried to walk toward her but his hands were grabbed by the redhead in front of him. As the redhead held his hands firmly and was pouting ever so cutely, Nastu sighed. "Oh, alright..." Natsu then pecked Erza's lips with a short but love-filled kiss, however, as he pulled away, Erza wrapped her arms around his neck and thrust her tongue into his mouth as she kissed him passionately and lovingly, making Natsu blush heavily at this. As they made out passionately, Gray, Gajeel, Lucy, Wendy, and the Exceeds blushed heavily at the sight but smiled just the same. As Erza pulled away, she smiled cheekily, making Natsu grumble and look away. "Y-You damn tease..."

Erza giggled as she kissed his cheek. "I just love to tease my dragon. You better give me a good night's kiss, just like that, or else I'll just keep teasing you~."

"Oh, I'll be sure to do. Be prepared..." Natsu spoke in a low but masculine tone which made Erza smirk lustfully.

"Oh, I'll be ready and waiting."

Lucy gasped loudly as she held her hands in front of her face. "An angel and a demon! A ship between an angel dragon and a redhead demon! How could I have not seen this before?! Oh, I'll have plenty to tell to Cana and Mira!"

Natsu blushed heavily as he turned toward Lucy. "You will have nothing to!" However, before he could run to the blonde, he was dragged toward his forest home by the energetic redheaded demon. "Let me go, Erza! I have to save my honor!"

"But we need to catch up and make up for lost time, Natsu. I need to show you my love for you and I'm not taking no for an answer." Erza smiled warmly and smirked as she saw Natsu begin to blush. As she continued to pull Natsu away, Erza smiled as she waved at her other team members. "It was a pleasure to meet you all and I hope to see you all in the guild tomorrow!" Soon enough, Erza and Natsu quickly disappeared from sight.

Lucy smiled as she finished waving. "I'm glad that Natsu has a girlfriend now, wait I'm wrong. Fiancée!"

"I am too!" Lucy raised an eyebrow as Gray suddenly chirped. "Now, he won't get in the way of me and metalhead fighting."
