After defeating the Calamity and reliving the harsh realities of their past thanks to Maz Koshia and his trials through the Champions Ballad, Zelda demands that Link returns to their home in Hateno to rest their minds and bodies. Though Link reluctantly agrees, he can't shake the feeling that something is wrong. This is a sequel to Couple of the Wild(Zelink) and will reference it.

Retelling the full story about the Hero of Time, mixing old and new features, including his family history, and additional content by Nintendo Power and Himekawa, into a descriptive adventure. Original ideas and fanfiction used when no other media available, blended with semi-relevant features and characters, leaving behind Easter eggs from other sources.

Five years have passed since the events of Twilight Princess. Link has become a knight under Queen Zelda and the kingdom prospers. BotW/AoC - As Zelda struggles to unlock her powers, an errant comment from Impa lead Terrako to attempt something drastic: bring forth another Zelda to ask for help. It fails... but has an unexpected consequence. Link, Zelda, and Impa now remember all of their lives, and how they've fought the same battle over and over. And they're over it. They're ending the cycle. Now.

Zelda has been assisting with the efforts to restore Hyrule. Ever at her side is Link, her chosen knight who has become more dear to her than just a protector and friend. Together, the pair embark on an expedition to the last remaining area that has remained unexplored since her return, the place she has dreaded returning to since being freed from her century long imprisonment.
