A/N: As always, thanks to my good friend qazse for help with the reactions.
A dark winter tundra was shown at night as haunting music played while a black liquid dripped into a large puddle on the floor, before everything went black. Then, a massive Elder Dragon with white scales and steel blue skin was seen stomping through the desert, breathing a black smoke from its mouth, its large orange eyes seemingly blank. It then stopped and unleashed a massive roar while glowing with blue energy, the roar somehow causing a number of spikes to shoot up from the puddles!
Ruby and Velvet were already shivering when they saw this monster. "I-it looks so creepy! Those eyes look like they're dead, but also staring into my soul at the same time!" Ruby said, rather unnerved, clinging closely to Cinder.
"That black smoke is reminding me of the Frenzy Virus." Velvet said, shrinking down a bit, getting a nagging feeling to start running.
And then it roared, causing Ruby and Velvet to practically crush their girlfriends in a tight hug. And Yang wasn't doing much better as Neo now clung to her, the blonde swearing she felt more crushed than when Torchwick sandwiched her between bridge pillars and the paladin he piloted. "That roar is the stuff of nightmares!" Neo cried out as she pressed her head tightly into Yang's shoulder. She then narrowed her eyes and glared at the puddles it was dripping. "And there's something I don't trust about those puddles- THERE IT IS!" She began suspiciously, only to screech in fear as spikes erupted from the puddles.
The beast then rose up into the air, crackling with red Dragon lighting, before its wings suddenly split open! It then dropped back to the ground and swung its wings like a sword, everything going black as the spiky limb connected to the target with a sickening squishing noise. However, it also sounded as if someone was eating, based on the "OM, NOM, NOM" sounds.
And many of the more observant members of the audience were shocked at what they witnessed. "I am not the only one who witnessed the creature's wings splitting open, right?" Penny asked, looking around.
"N-no. I most definitely noticed that, too. What would possibly cause its wings to break open like that? Was it some form of injury?" Weiss wondered.
"Doubtful. It wouldn't have just SUDDENLY happened without the monster being attacked. It was likely a voluntary action? But what purpose could splitting open its wings do for it?" Glynda questioned.
"Well, those splits are line with several spikes. Perhaps they're like some form of addition claws or talons, like what the Raths or Astalos have?" Winter pondered.
"There's a lot of possibilities, but none of them make much sense. This is so confusing!" Blake complained. But then, she and the others heard the "OM, NOM, NOM!" sounds. "And now, I'm even MORE confused." She said, earning several nods from the other audience members who were still trying to make sense of things.
But as everything was black, Rage's voice could be heard. "Did you ever think the question 'What if a monster could eat things with its wings?' No, me neither, but uh... Answered, it has been." The host questioned with an echo to his voice as the monster was then shown once more, its wings split wide open with spikes lining said openings, which glowed red with Dragon Energy, along with vents on the monster's chest and neck, all while the black liquid flew out of the openings in its wings as a black gas leaked from its mouth and chest vent as it roared, the black liquid shooting out from the openings, its chest and mouth and literally raining down all around, before everything went black.
But as soon Rage asked that question in the opening, Weiss' eyes soon widened. "Nooo..." Weiss could only whimper softly as she realized what was happening.
"What's wrong, Weiss? I don't get it?" Jaune asked.
"Those splits in its wings... If it eats with them, they can only be EXTRA MOUTHS!" She exclaimed in exasperation. "My sanity cannot handle suspending my disbelief for these absurd creatures." She complained.
Everything went black again, before shedding light on the now-familiar sight of the Markja Islands. "But before we get too ahead of ourselves, let's start where we need to start: the beginning." Rage spoke sagely over the beautiful view of the archipelagos, before showing the monster again. "Okay, fine. Yes- genuinely, that is a mouth. In a wing. That works. And can eat things. Including you!" The host declared as the beast thrashed about, before everything went black with a dramatic sound.
"So it really IS a mouth!?" Pyrrha questioned in shock, before looking closer at the mouths as they rewound the video for a better look. "It is! Those are teeth!? But how!? And why!? What purpose could those serve!?" She questioned in bewildered confusion.
"That is an excellent question, Miss Nikos. It's certainly confusing to me. I can't begin to imagine what purpose such an adaptation could serve." Ozpin admitted.
"Multiple mouths IN GENERAL is absolutely nonsensical. But on the wings of all things is just absolutely ridiculous." Adam agreed.
"Whatever you call it, it's scary and wrong!" Ruby cried out.
"One mouth is bad enough, nevermind THREE!" Velvet said.
"Yeah! And with how big they are, they could eat someone whole! That should not be a thing!" Neo agreed.
"Oh, come on, girls. Toughen up a bit. I'd say that thing looks pretty badass." Qrow told them.
"I know, right? Looks like something right off the cover of a heavy metal band record or CD." Yang told them.
"Ooh! Or a horror movie! I'd totally go see that!" Nora added.
Ships were seen out at sea around Markja Island. "But again, we'll get to that. Welcome back to the world of Markja Islands, an archipelago of islands that have sadly been lost to natural disasters. And one of the things almost everyone loved about those islands was the incredible and fascinating monsters that dwelled within them. Like seriously, you try telling me that Thunder Bubble Mizutsune is not just... OH!" Rage exclaimed as a gorgeous white and dark blue Mizutsune fought a hunter by launching electrified bubbles, all while sensual music played.
"Truly an amazing-looking subspecies. Plus, water and electricity work so well. It's a shame such creatures are lost to your world." Ren said sadly.
"Eh. You never know. Just because that's where they're mainly found, doesn't mean it's the only place. We've seen monsters from the Frontier we thought were long gone popping back up, so who knows?" Razara told him.
"A water version and a Thunder version... Who knows, maybe there's even a fire version. That would certainly be something." Cinder said, not noticing the ice demon daughters snickering to their mother, who had a knowing grin of her own.
The hunter continued to fight the electric Leviathan. "Anyway! Elder Dragon time! There were three Elders wholly unique to the Markja Islands and we have talked about our LORD-GOD-DEATH-ANUBIS-MASTER OFTHE SANDS, Nefu Garumudo! God, I still love his theme so much!" Rage exclaimed, showing more footage of the aforementioned Elder Dragon as it strode through the desert, accompanied by its theme song. "Today, though, we get a little bit more sinister..." The host declared as the nighttime tundra was shown again.
"Still so cool." Coco said, still in awe of the gorgeous creature.
"But we're STILL not getting them on Remnant." Ironwood reminded sternly.
"Sinister... I'm not sure I like the sound of that." Summer admitted.
"You should've had an understanding of what we were getting into from the intro." Hazel said, mentally bracing himself.
The black liquid could be seen dripping down again. "As we talk Morudomunto, the Black Crown Dragon. Let's examine him, what makes him tick and what exactly he can do." Rage announced as the beast stalked forward through the barren landscape. "So, course, as you first look at him, you're going to make the obvious connection of 'Oh! That's a bit Gore Magala/Shagaru Magala-y!' And yes, he is using that general skeleton-y aesthetic: the wing-arms, the kind of cloak-y cape look when his wings are folded in, but really, that's where the similarity to those guys end. And look, it is a fantastic general frame for Elder Dragons and I'd like to see more like that." Rage admitted, showing a still image of Morudomunto. "The Magala's are quite honestly near perfect and I am not against another Elder Dragon, especially one that ultimately ends up being SO different on essentially every level, joining that general visual rank." The host added as a Gore Magala leapt off a cliff to engage a hunter dressed in Gore Magala armor and wielding an Insect Glaive made from Gore materials.
A few members of the audience who had the misfortune of taking a drink now spit those drinks out at Rage's statement. "Did this man just say those ABOMINATIONS are near-perfect?!" Emerald asked in disbelief.
"Did he forget about the Frenzy Virus or something!? Or is he just crazy!?" Ilia questioned.
"I mean, after everything we've seen and heard from him, his sanity- or rather, lack thereof- really shouldn't be called into question any more. I'm like 70% this man's certifiable." Roman said.
The still image of this new Elder was shown once again. "In any case then, of course, this is an Elder Dragon, as I said. And let's just look at his appearance, he's the Black Crown Dragon because- well, his horns are arranged in a way that make it look like a black crown." Rage explained simply, before everything went black. "I know, I'm offering MASSIVELY in depth, thought-provoking analysis here." The host admitted humorously with the usual echo to his voice that accompanies these moments of total darkness.
"Well, at least he's willing to admit when he's not bringing a lot to the conversation." Jaune admitted.
"I can see the crown argument, but I think it looks more like a pair of clawed hands on its head. Which I think is a bit cooler, actually. A bit more edgy and grim." Blake added, before noticing everyone looking at her. "Grim as in forbidding or uninviting, not as in the creatures of Grimm." She elaborated, getting nods of understanding and even agreement.
"You know, now that you point it out, I can kind of see it." Coco admitted.
"Hm... I still prefer the crown idea. Especially with how its wings look like a cloak, it gives it more of a dark ruler kind of vibe." Cinder said.
The still image was shown again. "But I do want to say that, because it's a really both interesting and badass feature. An ornate, intimidating and sometimes quite vicious-looking head-based display is quite common from birds to reptiles and everything in between." Rage gave more nuance to his explanation, showing images of an orange bird with black and white striped wings, sporting a feathery mohawk, then a rather spiky lizard. "Oh and by the way, this lovely, quite beautiful lizard that I've chosen with his very much frilly, horny head is the Horned Lizard. Shocking, I know, but one thing you might NOT know is his defense mechanism is to shoot blood at you... OUT OF HIS EYE!" The host exclaimed as, much like he said, the lizard warded off a curious coyote by shooting blood from its eye at the canine, who shook its head at wiped the blood off with a paw to rid itself of the foul-smelling liquid.
"Aww, it's so cute!" All the animal lovers cooed.
"You might not think so for much longer..." Tekko said, knowing what was soon to happen.
"What?! What you talkin' 'bout?!" Ruby asked, clearly not buying what she was saying.
"I have to agree. It's so small and precious, it's just adorable!" Pyrrha said warmly.
"Exactly. What could possibly..." Velvet started, before they finally saw the blood shoot from the lizard's eyes. "Oh... That's how." She said, quickly becoming pale.
"I think I'm gonna be sick." Weiss groaned, starting to turn a bit green alongside Pyrrha, who simply nodded while covering her mouth.
"That's... certainly unorthodox, but I can see how it would be effective. For one, it would certainly be shocking for BLOOD of all things to be shot at you, especially from one's eyes. That and blood generally does not smell very good, so it would be very disorienting, especially for creatures with heightened senses of smell, like most animals." Penny admitted.
"Penny... Just stop... Please..." Winter said as even she started to feel ill from Penny's explanation.
The still image came into view once more. "And it's this guy and many other animals and their weird and wonderful behaviors that makes me realize and appreciate that a lot of what monsters do... really isn't that ridiculous... for the most part. Anyway, I digress. Combining that general notion with full-on horns is appreciated and something that can be found on a lot of monsters, but going as far as a full-on adorning crown on this 'evil emperor-type' vibe this monster goes for is really, really awesome. And then the actual fur atop his scaling is really impactful, especially that adorning his wing-arms, it comes across as a heavy cloak slung over his back. And that, with the few scales that are missing, revealing the cobalt blue beneath gives him this 'battle scarred king fallen from grace' vibe and that really suits him. I think he's got a few too many spikes coming out of his wings and, quite frankly, his tail terrifies me, but on the whole, I think he is a really cool Elder Dragon." The host admitted as he judged the monster's overall aesthetic.
"Looks like you hit the nail on the head, Cindy." Yang said, looking to Cinder.
"I still hate that nickname." Cinder said in annoyance.
"But I don't know what Rage is talking about with the rest of the appearance. You can NEVER have enough spikes! And that tail is epic!" The brawler declared.
"Yeah! The more horrifying, the better!" Nora agreed.
Finally, the monster could be seen in combat against a group of hunters. "But that's enough about what he looks like, let's talk about what he IS like. Outside of the usual claw swipes and slams and general aggressiveness of the Elder Dragons- and, indeed, he is incredibly aggressive. He also requires an unbelievable [2] amount of energy to fuel his body's metabolism as it produces his signature secretion. But we'll talk about his signature secretion in a moment. He is therefor in a state of constantly killing, consuming, killing and consuming, similar to how the Deviljho do." Rage explained as the flew down at the hunters, slammed its tail down to make giant pools of black liquid and swiping with its giant crown-horn.
"I'm not the only one disturbed by how he keeps saying 'signature secretion', right?" Emerald asked.
"No. I know I've been gone for a while, but even I can tell when things are meant to be suggestive or lewd." Summer said, narrowing her eyes.
"Yeah. I like to think of myself as an expert on dirty talk and that's about as dirty as you can get without mentioning any unmentionables." Qrow confirmed.
"I'm more concerned with exactly what that... liquid... Can do." Ironwood said.
"Well, the heightened metabolism suddenly makes sense for his extra mouths, assuming he can actually eat with them." Ren admitted.
"No! No, it doesn't! Deviljho and Nakarkos have massive metabolisms as well, but they still only have one mouth!" Glynda said, refusing to let the insane adaptation go.
The beast now shot out more of the black liquid. "He is found in more colder, tundra-y arctic environments, where his body temperature is helped maintained by- well, the temperature of the air around him. He runs hot in the production of, again, his signature secretion. It also helps that signature secretion react when outside the body, but again, I'm getting ahead of myself. His claws are sharp, very much rending through armor and into flesh and, as such, he can cause bleeding on hunters who fall prey to his attacks." Rage warned as the beast lashed out with its claws.
"Stop saying signature secretion!" Ilia complained.
"I wish he would just say what that secretion IS already." Adam said.
"We already saw it makes giant spikes! What else do you need to know?!" Neo asked fearfully.
"True, but it's best if we can understand why or how it makes the spikes, if there's a way to counter it or even prevent it from doing so in the first place." Hazel told her.
The monster then took flight and flew towards the hunters at high speeds. "But we must focus on the wings, as much like the Magala's, they really are where he is unique. They're also where he is incredibly freaky! So, his wings can come out and he can use his wing-arms, but his wings also stretch. They're incredibly lightweight and flexible and he's a fairly strong flyer, but while on the ground, he can quite literally reach out with them. If you imagine your hand, right? Put your hand on your shoulder, so your arm is bent against your side. And then, slowly move your hand and extend it as far as you can out from you, trying to reach as far away an object as possible. That is essentially what he does, but with his wings, then gripping into the ground with that gnarly claw on the end, he can PULL himself around the battlefield at great speeds and great distances." The host declared as Morudomunto lashed out at the hunters with its wing-arms and, indeed, dragged itself across the battlefield as Rage had explained.
"Uh... Yeah, not seeming all that effective to me." Roman said, putting his hand on his shoulder and extending his arm forward, basically as if he was trying to point with his elbow.
"And you wonder why I call you dum-dum." Neo said, demonstrating the proper way to do it.
"So, in other words, he almost uses his wing-arms as an extra set of legs for locomotion with SIX limbs. That IS quite unsettling." Ozpin admitted.
And finally, as the beast crackled with electricity, its wings split open to reveal the mouths hidden inside them. "But then, there is more. Oh yes, it's time to get to that delightful pair of mouths- and how often do you get to say that? 'That delightful pair of mouths'- he his in his wings. See, the middle fold of each wing can actually SPLIT OPEN, revealing a gaping red maw lined with sharp barbs. This is a FUNCTIONING MOUTH. He can literally GRAB and EAT any unfortunate victim to be caught in its sudden snapping lunge." Rage exclaimed as the monster swung one of its wing with the mouth of the wing open and ready, everything going dark with a meaty squish.
And if they were unsettled by the concept of wing mouths at the beginning, they were now GREATLY disturbed by. "Oh, come on! It was messed up enough the first time! We don't need a close up!" Jaune complained.
"So... Many... Teeth..." Velvet said in horror, having hopped behind the couch the instant the wing-mouths were shown again.
"It still makes no sense! Why would wing-mouths even be a thing?!" Weiss complained.
"Because they're totally badass?" Yang suggested.
"Yeah! What's more awesome that one biting mouth full of teeth!? Two! And three is even better than that!" Nora said.
"Right. This thing might actually even make the Grimm run away. And if they don't, they'll just get torn to shreds." Qrow agreed.
The fight was then shown again with epic, but haunting music playing. "Now this is absolutely insane! But at the same time, what an idea!? Evolution must have said 'Hey, let's give this monster not just the usual face front mouth, but two extra ones! Where? In the wings!' At the pitch meeting!" Rage gave his idea on what Morudomunto's pitch meeting was like, before showing several detailed descriptions of the monster's wings, mouth and all. "Let's give him extendible mouths he can reach out and grab you with! WHAT?! What lunacy! Oh, my god! It's horrifying! But it's also really, REALLY cool! Having a connection not just from his face, but from his wings, to his stomach is just- I mean, come on! And the thing is, it's incredibly effective, because one thing you're not expecting is to get suddenly bitten by something's extremities! So to say prey and hunters alike are caught off-guard and utterly killified bu a wing suddenly transforming is an understatement!" The host explained as the beast continued to lash out with its wing-mouths.
"An idea that should've been forgotten!" Pyrrha cried out.
"Right? This doesn't happen too often, but in this case: evolution didn't make a beautiful creature, it made living nightmare fuel!" Emerald agreed.
"I didn't think it was possible, but but this creature may even surpass Odibatorasu on the strangest and most questionable anatomy of any monster we've seen thus far. If nothing else, it certainly ties." Ozpin added.
"I still can't understand it for the life of me! Why would it need addition mouths?!" Winter demanded.
"And why, of ALL places, did they have to be on the wings?!" Glynda added.
The monster only continued to brutally lash out at the hunters from here. "And it is this point- right- that I should point out that Morudomunto... His actual name comes from the German word 'Mord', which means 'MURDER' and 'BITE'! And then 'Mund', which is 'mouth' and 'cloak'. So, yeah... He's the Murdering Biting Cloaked Dragon. And I think MURDERING BITING CLOAKED DRAGON!" Rage loudly announced the name once more with an echo, said title appearing on the screen with a dramatic sound effect. "Perfectly describes him. So that's a thing! And yeah, I admit that 'rule of cool' is heavily in place here. Though, then again, I guess certain sponges have multiple mouths, technically, they can feed out of multiple orifices, so it's not LITERALLY unheard of, but on a complex organism like a Dragon, it's certainly an interesting adaptation." Rage pointed out, showing the sea sponges in question.
"Okay, now THAT'S a freaking title!" Qrow said, getting nods from the thrillseekers and edgier teens.
"Right? It's a name I'd respect far more than the Black Crown Dragon." Adam agreed.
"If you were to tell me they were two separate entities and gave me the option of which to fight, I would always pick 'Murdering Biting Cloaked Dragon' over 'Black Crown Dragon'." Hazel added.
"Nothing wrong with Black Crown Dragon, but you CAN'T beat 'Murdering Biting Cloaked Dragon'." Cinder said.
"Right? Sounds like one of those over the top villains from older, hardcore comics!" Yang declared.
"What happened to all of you to make you this way?" Ren asked in concern.
As the fight went on, it was suddenly very easy to notice a large number of spikes coming out of a sizeable number of puddles on the ground. "However, that said, let's move onto this creature's signature secretion. He has a huge, incredibly active gland in his throat that produces this dark, tar-like substance. This is what most of the food he eats gets converted into, what most of his energy goes into. And this is very much his secret weapon. See, initially, it's fairly harmless and indeed, when it falls to the ground when he expunges it from either his tail or his mouth or the vents found on his neck, it just sort of sits in a pool, kind of mercury in appearance, reflective and metallic, it seems to just kind of exist. But eventually, it will harden and it will harden fast and it will harden in a very deadly manner." Rage explained as the monster roared, causing spikes to erupt from the pools.
"Whoa! No way! That's awesome!" Nora cheered.
"Right?! That's like turning the difficulty up to the max setting, having to deal with spike mines!" Coco agreed eagerly.
"So, it's only dangerous when the monster wants it to be. That adds an air of unpredictability to things and you'd have to watch the ground just as much as you watch the monster. Interesting." Hazel said.
A hunter got trapped in these spikes, allowing Morudomunto to knock them down with enough force to shatter the spikes. "Yes, into SPIKES, that make little deadly traps for any hunter who would misplace their footing. And this is obviously quite an effective technique, because you can scatter the battlefield in this liquid, which then makes it near uninhabitable for anything except for Morudomunto." Rage explained as several more pools erupted into spikes to make one of the hunters' path to Morudomunto far more treacherous than it was before.
"But I wonder, are those spikes breakable?" Adam questioned with a smirk, feeling confident he could cut through them and take away the dragon's advantage.
"Also, I am able to fly, so I would likely be able to avoid it as well." Penny noted.
"Well, that's nice for you, but not all of us are so lucky!" Ilia complained.
"Well, as long as you watch where you step it should be fine. I doubt he can cover the whole battlefield in that stuff... right?" Blake asked.
The monster went into its rage mode once again. "Now, he does get very angry when you push him a little bit too far. And at that point, he starts to glow blue, the vents on his neck stand out and his entire body is alive with power, overactive and producing this liquid to an almost uncontainable degree, it eventually leads him to his most potent ability." Rage began as ominous music started to play while the beast lashed out with its wing arms and clawed at its chest vent, shooting massive amounts of the liquid into the air so it rained down all over. "Rearing up on two legs, wings extended, wing-mouths agape, he will expel every single DROP of this substance that he can, forming a mini-torrential downpour of it as it douses the land around him in it. This is obviously very, very bad for all involved and ends many a hunter with a very serious case of impalements and it is very, very impressive to say the least. Though, if you keep your distance, you tend to be quite okay and thus he calms down." The host declared as the monster continued to rampage and attack the hunters.
"How did he get EVEN SCARIER!?" Velvet cried out.
"Glowing red is the universal sign of 'I'm gonna kill you!'" Ruby squeaked, clinging to Cinder again.
"If that liquid can harden while its still in the air, that would essentially be a rain of spears." Ironwood said in concern.
"But even if now, the amount of area it covers would still be a significant problem. You couldn't get anywhere near it without risking those spikes shooting up and impaling you." Summer pointed out.
Morudomunto then leapt back while spewing forth a massive pool of its signature secretion where a hunter was stood. "So, you might be thinking 'Oh, that's- um... That's a little bit ridiculous, isn't it? He has wing-mouths and makes metal slime that turns into spikes and stabs things'. And, on the surface, sure. Though, the idea of a substance being produced that then solidifies on contact with air is, of course, nothing too strange. And the idea of an animal producing a substance to help it is nothing too strange, silk from spiders. So, if we imagine this substance is something similar to, let's say, sodium acetate, also known as hot ice. And this is something you can make at home with vinegar and baking soda and heat. But essentially this, when you pour it, solidifies so quickly that you can pour it into a pillar as you go." Rage went into some science as a demonstration of hot ice being poured into a pillar was shown.
"That's so cool!" Ruby said with stars in her eyes.
"Oh, yeah. My sisters and I always had fun making that, because they didn't want to make slime, so we made that instead." Jaune reminisced.
"I did that for a school project once. Probably one of the best grades I got." Roman said.
The monster flew through the sky to slam into the hunters once again. "So that, then, is Morudomunto. THIS, then, is Morudomunto's armor and it looks absolutely bloody BADASS! I love the color scheme, I love the fur accents on it, the black with the blue and the white, it REALLY does get that evil emperor kind of aesthetic, doesn't it? I am in love with this armor." Rage declared as he showed off the armor, one for each gender, both sets of male armor looking like an unstoppable knight of darkness and both sets of female armor looking incredibly regal and elegant, but also somewhat evil.
Many were impressed with the armor, some even forgetting their previous fears. "Oh, my gosh! That armor looks so cool! The male armor looks like some kind of Dark Lich King! And the female armor looks like some evil warrior queen!" Ruby exclaimed.
"I have to admit, the female armor is quite elegant and fancy. I might even consider wearing it to social parties... If only it weren't so evil-looking." Weiss lamented.
"You say 'evil', I say 'badass'." Cinder told her.
"I know, right? If I could swap out the blue and white for some yellows and reds, I'd TOTALLY rock that!" Yang agreed.
"And the male armor offers a lot more protection than what I have now." Jaune admitted, looking to his simple breastplate.
"So, what did you think?" Katana asked.
"That thing is a freaking horror show!" Neo cried out.
"Too many mouths... Too many teeth... Terrifying." Summer said in fear, having flashbacks to Nakarkos and Yama Tsukami and their own monstrous maws.
"My prey instincts were screaming at me to run this entire time." Velvet said shakily.
"Yeah. I feel the same. This is one of the few monsters I DON'T want on Remnant." Ruby said.
"Oh, come on, sis! Don't be such a scared little girl! That this is awesome! It's so cool and metal and edgy! It's like a monster version of me!" Yang said, pumping her fists, comically squeaking as she did so.
"I'm with firecracker on this one, Ruby. This thing's gotta be one of the biggest badasses we've seen in a while." Qrow agreed.
"Not to mention just how much it can do in combat. Nothing against many of the monsters we've seen lately, but this one feels like it would be a true challenge." Adam declared.
"I certainly wouldn't mind testing my power against it. Be it from its claws, wing-mouths or its spikes." Hazel admitted.
"Are you kidding me?! Those wing-mouths are so creepy! Nothing should have anything like that!" Ruby complained.
"Oh, come on, Ruby! Extra mouths is awesome! I wish I had something like that!" Nora said.
The rest of team JNPR froze in fear at such a horrifying idea. "She's already a motor mouth with ONE mouth." Pyrrha said quietly to the male members of her team.
"With THREE mouths, she'd NEVER stop talking!" Jaune said both quietly and fearfully.
"And she's a bottomless pit, so with three mouths, she'd be able to eat three times as much. I'd never be able to cook enough for her." Ren said, absolutely horrified.
"Or she'd be able to still talk while eating." Pyrrha added.
"I never thought such a hell could exist." All three of them said at once.
"So, what monster is next?" Coco asked.
"Actually, it's not a monster next. I talked to Sai about it and he decided to make a video to show everyone a bit of the history and culture of Monster Riders, people who live in harmony with, fight alongside and even ride monsters. So that's what we're about to watch next.
Ruby immediately lit up at this. "Oh, my gosh! That's amazing! We have to see it now! Start it up, start it up, start it up!" Ruby cried out, quite literally bouncing around the entire room at speeds almost too fast to see.
But thankfully, Razara caught her around the waist under her arm on one of her next fly-by's. "Whoa, whoa! Chill out, Red! We're starting it up now." Razara told her and set her back down in her seat as Katana started the video.
A/N: So yes, once again, Sai has made another lore to keep this series going. It's titled "Ride on! Monster Rider Lore". Go check it out when you get the chance and subscribe if you haven't. He's really close to getting monetized, so maybe then he can finally stop asking me to ask you to subscribe. But also, again, he's the only reason this series will be going for too much longer, so it's the least we can do.
[1] I have NO idea what he actually said just then. I had the subtitles on and everything, they didn't even register the word, they LITERALLY skipped the rest of that sentence and didn't start again until "fuel".
