Hello! Ya . . . it's been almost two months since I posted, and I apologize. Motivation to write anything has been lacking. I'm sorry :) But I'm really trying to wrap up my stories, because I have even more ideas.
I've already put my power rangers and camp cretaceous crossover fanfic: Rangers and Campers, on hold. I'll try to finish up this story before continuing that one.
Disclaimer: I made up some stuff in this chapter about the transformers features.
That's all so . . . the chapter you've all been waiting for . . . chapter 6!
Enjoy!
No one's (POV)
Bumblebee fires at the treehouse with his bazooka.
After the entire thing is up in flames, the transformers take big, cautious steps toward the burnt wood. Every camper is covered or shielded by some debris, so the transformers don't find any of the teenagers, an extremely good thing.
"We must have blasted those humans to bits," states Bumblebee, looking accomplished.
"No kidding. I can't find them anywhere," agrees Arcee, lowering her bazooka.
"Should we finish off the place?" questions Cheetor.
"Nah," Rhinox disagrees. "Don't you think we could use some of the unburnt wood to build our base?"
"Rhinox has a point, Cheetor. I know you want to finish this place off, but is there really any point in doing so?" Bumblebee rhetorically asks.
Cheetor grunts and loweres his bazooka as well.
"Hold on a minute," Arcee stops all of the robots. "Commander Optimus Prime installed a new feature into our I.A. brains. He explained it to me quickly before leaving."
"Go on," Rhinox encourages.
"Well, he said that we have a new building function. Basically, there's building material built into our storage areas."
"What kind of material?" Cheetor wonders.
"Concrete, metal, modified wood, and even durable plastics," Arcee continues.
"Go on," Rhinox pushes.
"The material is in all of our storage areas inside this little chip," Arcee extracts a tiny circuit from the back of her head. "This chip allows us to get rid of the material through our eyes. The material comes out looking like a beam of light."
"But how will our eyes know what to build?" Bumblebee inquires.
"Commander also inserted an image of what he wants the new base to look like," Arcee explains. "Here, I'll show you," she projects the image from her eyes.
"Well, don't you think this area is big enough for the base?" Cheetor queries, getting impatient.
"Remember that Optimus wanted the base to be twice as large as our original base. Our original base was about as large as this area. We need to clear away some trees to create a large enough space," Rhinox states.
"When did the commander say we could build our new base?" Bumblebee questions.
"Whenever we found a good area," Arcee responds. "Remember, our base is the entire island. But our main building is going to be only a portion of the island."
"Commander insists we call it Platform 101," Rhinox states.
The other transformers shrug.
"How do we start?" Bumblebee asks, getting the conversation back on track.
"First we have to clear away all of the burnt wood we destroyed," Arcee clarifies.
"Why did we destroy those humans?" Cheetor wonders.
"So that they wouldn't get in our way of making this island our island," Rhinox replies.
Bumblebee, Rhinox, and Cheetor begin clearing away the debris and burnt wood while Arcee informs Optimus Prime about the news.
"Guys!" Rhinox screams.
"What?" The others respond.
"I found a human!"
"Really?"
"Is it alive?" Cheetor asks.
"Yes!"
"I thought we killed all of them!" Arcee trots over.
"I thought we did too!" Bumblebee agrees.
"Should we finish her off?" Rhinox questions.
"No. We should find the others," Bumblebee suggests.
The transformers start looking and soon enough, all six teenagers are found.
"We have to tie them up!" Arcee shouts.
"With what?" Cheetor retorts.
"Try to find some rope," she replies.
Cheetor looks everywhere to find some rope that hasn't been burnt. And, to all of their surprises, he's successful.
All six campers are tied up and set to the side.
"Why aren't we killing them?" questions Cheetor.
"Because we could extract information out of them about this place," responds Bumblebee.
The others just follow his plan and get to work building the new base.
Bumblebee gazes at the progress they've made. Home sweet home.
That's chapter 6! I hope you all enjoyed it. It may have been a bit boring because it was just a lot of talking, but hopefully you still enjoyed it.
The next chapter should be out in less than three weeks hopefully.
Thank you for reading! Please review!
