GALLOP - Chapter 2
Meanwhile, Elizabeth was heading towards the market, she needed some materials for school and it was time to order them. He had his basket of books and student assignments in his arms, when he saw Alien running like crazy and screaming his name:
- Lady Thorton!
- Lady Thorton... And he pointed to the road.
Elizabeth saw Robert riding the sergeant, to tell the truth he was on top of the horse barely holding on, he could fall at any moment, since the sergeant was not accepting him on his back. Robert pressed his foot into the horse's belly to try to keep himself up there, but that only made the horse run more.
Elizabeth would not let Robert or any of her children get hurt, not today and not ever. Her blood flowed through her veins and her instincts spoke louder, and when she realized she had already untied Newton, Nathan's horse, which was in front of the police station and she was riding on it with impressive speed.
Everything seemed like a nightmare, Alien seeing that was lost, her teacher, that woman she loved like a mother and that if one day God helped, her dream would come true of having a family with her and Jack Junior, that was her biggest dream, she was perfect for her uncle Nathan... He just invested and stopped making mistakes and conquering her.
The door of the police station, opened in a big bock (bang), when Nathan and Bill, saw Alien standing in the door, pale and without voice and trembling, Nathan running to her, hugged her and asked:
- What happened my daughter?
- She's going to get hurt, help her!
- Who? Bill asked already getting dressed with his jacket to face any danger.
- Mrs. Thorton, she took Newton and she went to try to save Robert who came out on top of the sergeant like crazy. The sergeant was very agitated, come see... And so she left pulling Nathan's hands out of the police station, where she pointed away a Robert almost lying crooked in sergeant and that this horse was really agitated, and if Robert if he fell from there at that speed he would surely die, Nathan thought already preparing to go save him.
Bill had already run to get his horse Apollo. During that period, Nathan saw Elizabeth in Newton, he had his mouth open, his blood froze, the fear he was of her falling from Newton was terrifying, because only Jack and Gab besides him could control Newton. He stopped breathing when he saw her being a true Amazon, pushing Newton making him gain enormous speed that even Nathan was unaware of. She approached the sergeant, from afar Nathan saw her shouting something, but he couldn't hear where he was due to the distance. Alien squeezed Nathan's waist in a hug asking for protection and comfort, because she was very scared.
Bill getting close with his horse heard Nathan saying:
- Bill stay here, if you get close now it could be worse.
- As? Why? Bill astonished asked.
- Both sergeant and Newton can get scared, throwing them both to the ground and causing an even more serious accident with one of them or both at the same time. Times to trust her.
- Uncle Nathan. Look! yelled Alien.
They looked up, and saw Elizabeth, in the beginning of a great gallop, propelling her body forward, in a position, it looked as if she was going to...
- NO! Bill and Nathan shouted at the same time with wide eyes, but it was too late...
Elizabeth, had made a position with her body arching backwards her buttocks, making her body lighter and so Newton took a great speed and when she appeared the animals, she jumped, making her legs a perfect jump falling behind Robert and thus controlling sergeant after a few minutes.
