The sun was setting in Washington D.C. President Allen gets news of the end of the siege in Kabul. At least 30 americans have been killed. Others are seriously wounded, they might not survive. It is also estimated that at least 200 people were killed in Virginia. She prepares to address the nation. But first she wants to speak with colonel Mcnamara. Major Barnes communicates with her.
.
Barnes: Madam president, this is major Barnes.
Allen: Major Barnes, is colonel Mcnamara available.
Barnes: I'm afraid that the colonel was among those killed in the attack.
Allen: I'm sorry to hear that. Can you continue the evacuation before the deadline?
Barnes: I believe so, some have to wait because they can't be moved just yet. There's something else, I was able to overhear part of the conversation between Razi and his right hand. They seemed surprised that the Afghan army came so quickly.
Allen: Perhaps they overestimated the support they had among the army.
Barnes: It's possible, but if I heard correctly, it seemed they had some sort of agreement with someone in the Afghan government.
Allen: Did they say who?
Barnes: No, they just identified this person as "He." They were speaking in Pashto, but they weren't taking any chances. I think someone manipulated him, and us. Someone who wanted his rival dead, and didn't mind a few Americans dead in the process.

Mike: I'll remember.
