mling4169: It's not a silly idea at all. However, if you think about it, the dragons aren't "evil" per say. It's only Z-Arc's influence that causes them to go crazy. Besides, wouldn't the Supreme King versions of them be the evil counterparts?
A 'Reincarnated' writer: I have been thinking about changing Albion Sanctifire's ability to that yes, but in future chapters because in the current time frame, nobody but Yuya has Pendulum cards. Yes, I know Starving Venom works great with Branded, I even use it in my Master Duel online deck. The only problem is that there should be and is only one in the Arc-V universe. If Zack summons out his own, won't that raise some questions from the people that don't know his origins which is no one? And of course, he has Kaiju's, he just hasn't needed to use them yet.

Oh, they're definitely not getting the God Cards. They would make things too easy. I will try to make Atem's deck a bit more Dark/Black Magician supported while Yugi's will be like through the anime to the end.
Animefortin95: Like Serena said, they were coddling him and thought by smiling he was fine. This is a big problem, not just in the anime but in real life also. Look at how many people "looked" happy until they were found "unalive" by their own hands later. Robin Williams, Chester Bennington and Jason David Frank to name a few. I don't really have a schedule, per say. Right now, I alternate between my stories, but I feel like making a schedule for writing isn't a good idea since life can and will get in the way, so I don't bother with it. Plus, I like to take a bit of a break while also planning the next chapters before writing so I don't end up burning out. I will at least try to get new a chapter out every month. This is an OC x Bracelet Girls story yes, but I'm not gonna have Yuzu suddenly fall for Zack just because he showed up. I have hinted at her developing a crush for him yes, but her feelings are still heavily leaned towards Yuya due to them being childhood friends.

Chapter 8: Meeting the Brother of Rebellion
(Before we start, I want to put a warning here. There will be 2 points in this story hinting at "unsavory" things. I would like to apologize to everyone in advance if anyone is uncomfortable with this type of thing.)
In the city people are walking about, minding their own business. In an alleyway we see a cloaked and masked figure standing in it, while looking at LDS. They then look at a pin object in their hand.
'Don't worry Ruri, I'll save you.' the person thought as they returned their attention back to LDS. 'And I'll make things right, like I should've done before.'
Inside LDS, a certain prick and his lackies were dueling and said prick was testing out a new deck against his old one that he shoved off to his lackies.
"Mobius the Frost Monarch attacks Power Dart Striker!" Sawatari ordered. "Ice Lance!"
Mobius struck Striker down and won the match.
"Incredible!" Lacky #1 muttered.
"Sawatari-san, your card is too powerful!" Lacky #2, the 1 who just lost the duel, praised.
"*tsk, tsk, tsk* You're wrong." Sawatari said. "It's not the monster that's too powerful. The one who's too powerful is…"
He snapped his fingers as a signal to his lackies.
"Sawatari-san!" the lackies cheered.
"Oh yes!" Sawatari said while striking a pose. "A duelist's skills are important. Calculated strategies, precise decision making, tough spirit and blessed with good looks! The one who has it all is…*snap*"
"Sawatari-san!" the lackies cheered.
"Yes! Yes!" Prince Prick said. "The perfect duelist who's expected to win and does win is…*snap*"
"Sawatari-san!" the lackies cheered.
"That's right!" he said. "But now that I acquired these new cards, call me Neo Sawatari. Neo!"
"Sawatari-san~!" the lackies cheered.
"Okay, okay! Ladies and gentlemen-" Sawatari started to say, but stopped when he overheard his lackies whispering to themselves.
"He's been influenced by…" Lacky #1 whispered.
"Yuya Sakaki and Zack Hikari." Lacky #3 whispered.
"Don't say those names!" Sawatari snapped.
The Prick then had a flashback about the end of their duel yesterday. How Zack was easily able to wipe his field out and beat him.
"I lost because they had better cards than me!" Sawatari denied. "I was unlucky because I didn't have any Pendulum Cards!"
"EH?" Lacky #3 said.
"You've changed your story!" Lacky #1 accused.
"You did have Pendulum Cards because you tricked and stole them from Yuya Sakaki!" Lacky #2 said.
The idiot ignored them, however.
"I'll do anything it takes to defeat Yuya Sakaki and Zack Hikari!" Sawatari vowed. "Just you two wait!"
Speaking of Zack and Yuya, after the latter had his moment and calmed down, they both agreed to a draw. Yuya went to wash his face due to having back-to-back duels with Yuzu, Sora, Tatsuya and Futoshi. Everyone else was in the lounge area.
"That was pretty intense Zack." Jonouchi said.
"Yeah." Anzu said. "Couldn't you've been a little easier on Yuya?"
"I know it seemed harsh of me, but it had to be done." Zack said. "I could easily tell all that baggage Yuya has been carrying was going to hurt him in the future and stop him from becoming better."
"Zack is right." Skip said.
Everyone looked at their principle.
"In all honesty, both Yoko and I should've done something like this before hand." Skip said. "But we just couldn't bring ourselves to try."
"Yoko?" Rin asked.
"She's Yuya's mom." Yugi explained.
"Thank you, Zack." Skip continued as he bowed. "Thank you for helping Yuya begin to heal."
Zack nodded to the father of Ray's Standard Piece.
"It's no problem at all." Zack said. "He has the potential but needs to let go of the past to walk that path to the future."
Then the group came back from the bathroom.
"Ice cream! Ice cream! Ice cream!" the boys cheered.
"What's all this about?" Serena asked.
"The boys wanted ice cream and asked me to get it." Yuzu answered.
"I'll go with you, Yuzunee-chan!" Ayu said as she hopped off the couch.
"Do you want one of us to go with you as well Yuzu?" Ruri asked.
"I'll be fine with just Ayu, thanks Ruri." Yuzu said. "And when we get back you better tell us that explanation, got it Zack!"
"Hai." Zack said with a wave. "You got it Princess."
"Don't call me "Princess"!" Yuzu snapped with a blush.
Everyone chuckled or giggled at her reaction. Afterwards, the 2 girls left to carry out their quest for ice cream. Seeing how the ice cream will take a while, Yuya decided this could be a good time.
"Zack?" Yuya asked.
"Yeah, what's up?" Zack responded.
"Could we talk in private?" Yuya asked.
Everyone was confused at the question. Everyone but Zack himself.
"Sure buddy." Zack said as he got up.
The 2 boys walked out of the room to find somewhere private to talk.
"What you'll think Yuya wants to talk about?" Jonouchi asked.
"Not sure." Atem said. "But whatever it is, Yuya must feel like Zack is the best person to talk about it with."
"Zack-nii does feel like that type of person, doesn't he?" Sora asked as he flopped on the couch. "He really likes helping people if he can."
"Like how he helped you." Serena said with a smirk.
"Err… yeah." Sora said.
"Hey, you said something like that when their duel was about to start." Tristin pointed out. "What exactly did you mean by that?"
"Well~…" Sora said. "I'm not proud of it, but in the past, I thought that Fusion Summoning was the superior summoning method, while Synchro and Xyz were below it. As well as the people who used them, more so Xyz."
'So he was like those people.' Ruri thought.
"That is until Zack-nii knocked some sense into me." Sora said.
(Flash Back)
"WHAAA!" Sora cried out as he fell on his back.
Sora LP: 1000 – 0
Winner: Zack
Zack was standing at the other side of the field with Mirrorjade behind him before fading as Zack deactivated his disk and walked over to Sora.
"Wow, you're really strong Zack-nii!" Sora said as he sat up.
"Is that all you have to say?" Zack asked in a stern tone.
Sora looked up at him in confusion.
"What do you mean?" Sora asked.
Zack sighed while crossing his arms.
"Sora, after we were told of other Dimensions and their summoning methods, like everyone else, you've believed what the Professor said about Fusion being better than the others." Zack said. "That it's unbeatable."
"Because it is!" Sora argued as he stood up.
"Then why didn't our duel end in a tie?" Zack asked. "Why did I beat you?"
"It's because you're stronger than me." Sora said.
"Exactly my point." Zack said.
"Huh?" Sora asked.
"It doesn't matter what summoning method a duelist uses but their skills with the deck." Zack explained. "We don't know what manner of duelists live in the other Dimensions and can't judge them. There could exist people that are stronger than myself. In fact, I bet there are."
"Really?!" Sora gasped. "So, what you're saying is… that Synchro and Xyz users could beat a Fusion user and vice versa?"
"That's right." Zack nodded. "About time you figured it out. Here I thought I'd have to beat you for an 8th time."
(Flash Back End)
"Sounds like you really needed that reality check." Rin said.
"Looking back on it, I was really stupid." Sora said while rubbing the back of his head.
"But unlike others, you learned and are striving to become better." Zack said as he re-entered the room.
"Hey Zack!" Yugi said. "All done with your talk with Yuya?"
"Yup." Zack said. "He just had some last bit of things to get off his chest and I offered him some advice. Now he's taking some time to think things over."
"That was kind of you." Ruri said.
"I'm gonna take a little walk around and get some air." Zack said. "Maybe meet with the girls on their way back."
"Got it, thanks for letting us know." Skip said.
With that said, Zack walked out of the building and made his way down the street. Zarc appeared at his side.
"That was some pretty sound advice you gave Yuya." Zarc complemented.
"Thanks." Zack said. "Just hope he takes it to heart before future events start. Speaking of which…"
Zack then looks up at the sky, seeing it start to have a mix of blue and orange.
"…Judging the time," Zack continued. "Yuzu and Ayu should've seen and overheard 2 of Sawatari's lackies by now and followed them to their hideout. Before Yuzu sends Ayu back to the school while she has the bright idea of confronting those 4 all by herself."
"Then perhaps we should hurry there." Zarc suggested.
"Agreed." Zack. "Besides like I said, I might bump into them during my little walk. Just didn't say how far I was walking."
Zack began running towards the direction of the shipping yard. He made sure to look up the directions after his chat with Yuya. He had just arrived at the yard when the sky became fully orange.
'Alright, we're here.' Zack thought. 'Know where's the little red head?'
"There she is." Zarc pointed out to the left side.
Zack looks in the direction of where Zarc directed and sees Ayu running towards him. When Ayu saw Zack, she was both surprised and happy to see him. She quickly runs towards him.
"Zacknii-chan!" Ayu exclaimed. "Why are you here?"
"You 2 were taking a long time." Zack lied. "I got a bad feeling something was wrong, and I decided to see what happened. Why are you in a place like this and where's Yuzu?"
"Yuzunee-chan is in trouble!" Ayu said. "We overheard some of those mean guys from before and Yuzunee-chan decided to follow them! We saw them go into 1 of the buildings, then she told me to go back to the school!"
"I see." Zack said before taking a knee. "Ayu, did you see a number on the door and if so, can you tell me what it was?"
Zack of course already knew which number building it was. It was just in case someone pointed out how fast he found them for some reason. Always smart to have an alibi.
"I think the number was 52." Ayu said.
"52, got it." Zack said with a smile before giving the kid a head pat. "You did good, now leave the rest to me while you head back to the school, okay?"
"Okay Zacknii-chan!" Ayu said happily.
The little girl ran off as quickly as her little legs could take her.
"She's probably going to tell Yuya." Zarc said.
"Oh absolutely." Zack agreed. "Which means we're on the clock."
The duo made their way to building number 52 and quickly saw the doors slightly open. Knowing which place is the right one helps a lot in situations like this. Even more so when upon arriving they heard certain things being said. Things that made Zack's blood (and Zarc's if he had any) boil.
"You know… she's kinda cute."
"Maybe we can have some "fun~" with her, if you get my meaning."
"Hey yeah! Not like anyone would believe her if she said something anyway, right? Not when we have Sawatari-san with us!"
"They fucking said WHAT?!" Zarc snapped in anger.
"CARE TO FUCKING REPEAT THAT YOU SCUMBAGS!" Zack roared as he entered the building.
(Few minutes ago)
On the way back from getting the ice cream for Yuya and the kids, Yuzu and Ayu saw and overheard 2 of those cowards lackies talking about how he would anything to beat Yuya and Zack, even going for the weak points! She followed them all the way to the shipyard and into 1 of the buildings. Afterwards Yuzu told Ayu to go back to the school before entering.
'Yuya gave it his all to save us and Zack went out of his way to do that even though he didn't need to.' Yuzu thought. 'Know it's my turn to protect them.'
Yuzu ran up to the doors and pulled them apart! She saw Sawatari about to bite into a pastry of some kind but didn't care.
"You coward!" Yuzu spoke.
While said coward was chocking due to her surprise entrance. Lacky #1 hands him a water bottle to clear his throat.
"I won't let you do whatever you want to defeat Yuya or Zack!" Yuzu announced.
Sawatari coughed to clear out his air way before looking at Yuzu.
"Yuzu Hiragi!" the Prick exclaimed in surprise. "Why are you here?"
"I don't need to explain to you!" Yuzu snapped before dead panning. "Also, there's pie crumbs on your mouth!"
(Record scratch)
"Nani?" Sawatari asked in shock.
"Sawatari-san, here." Lacky #1 whispered while handing him a handkerchief.
P.P. (Prince Prick) takes it and wipes his mouth clean before throwing it into the air with a flamboyant flare.
"Yuzu Hiragi, you fell right into our hands-" Sawatari started to say as if he planned for this to happen…
"Duel me!" Yuzu demanded while cutting him off.
"You've leapt into the fire-" he tried to speak again only to get cut off once more.
"I'm going to pummel you!" Yuzu vowed.
"The goddess of victory smiles upon me-" Sawatari continued but…
"What's wrong? Are you afraid to lose to me?" Yuzu asked.
"Let me talk!" P.P. demanded.
"I don't need to listen to you!" Yuzu said. "You coward! You loser! Like Zack called you, a fourth-rate duelist!"
Sawatari's eyebrow twitched.
"Fourth-rate?" he asked.
"No, you're less than that!" Yuzu said. "Fifth-rate! Sixth-rate! Hundredth-rate duelist!"
Sawatari's eyes were covered by the shade from his hair, but judging by his clenched hands and shaking body he was ticked off.
"How dare you say that!" he growled. "Alright then, you want a duel? Fine."
Sawatari looked at lacky #3.
"Close the door and keep it shut!" he ordered.
"Yes Sawatari-san!" Lacky #3 said.
He ran past Yuzu and shut it, blocking Yuzu's only exit out.
"You still have time to take back those words." Sawatari said as he stood across from her.
"I don't feel like doing that, you coward loser hundredth-rate duelist!" Yuzu said.
P.P. growled as he slapped his duel disk on his arm.
"You don't know your place!" Sawatari said. "I'll make you regret that!"
Before more could be said, lacky #3 screamed in pain causing everyone to look at him. They see the doors open and lacky #3 being slammed on his back. Standing in the doorway was the cloaked figure from the start of the chapter. The figure was standing on top of the building next to them and saw Yuzu, but for some reason thought she was someone else. The person slowly made their way inside. The lackies quickly got behind P.P. as the figure stood in front of Yuzu.
"Who are you?" Sawatari demanded.
"Stay back." the figure said to Yuzu as they ignored P.P.'s question while also letting everyone know the person was male by the sound of their voice.
"Huh?" Yuzu asked. "Who are you?"
But the M.P. (mysterious person) was too busy looking at the pin stuck to Sawatari's collar… the same pin the person was looking at before.
"Are you a knight who suddenly arrives to rescue the princess?" P.P. mocked.
The only answer the person gives is by swinging his left arm to the side and revealing their duel disk while activating it. A disk that wasn't from Standard.
"That's a unique duel disk." Sawatari commented. "You don't feel like answering my questions?"
"Hey, who are you?" Yuzu asked again as she was getting a little frustrated at being ignored. "Don't interfere! This is my duel!"
Yuzu was about to put on her disk when the person stopped her by placing his hand on her arm. She looked at him in surprise.
"I don't want to hurt you anymore." The person said.
Yuzu was shocked at his words.
"You're so cool." Sawatari mocked. "But that's enough, Mr. Knight. You're going to embarrass yourself."
M.P. said nothing.
"You're perfect for testing my new deck." Sawatari said as he activated his own disk. "I'll crush you, then go after the 2 that embarrassed me from yesterday."
"DUEL!" both shouted.
M.P./P.P. LP: 4000
Turn 1: M.P.
"I'll go first." M.P. said.
"Fine, Mr. Knight." Sawatari said.
"I set all five cards in my hand." M.P. said.
He set the 5 cards on his disk as they appeared on the field. Everyone was shocked to hear and see him do that.
"I end my turn." M.P. said.
The others were in shock at the figure's actions. Sawatari's jaw was open until he started laughing.
"Ha, ha, ha, ha!" Sawatari laughed. "You show up acting cool, but that's all you can do?"
"Sawatari-san, use Heavy Storm!" Lacky #2 cheered.
"You don't have a single monster?" P.P. mocked. "Too bad, but luck isn't on your side."
"Didn't you hear me?" M.P. asked. "I ended my turn."
"Huh?" Sawatari grunted at his opponent's flippancy. "I'll show you my perfect dueling. My turn! Draw!"
Turn 2: P.P.
His gaze then wanders over to Yuzu and gains a dark smirk.
"You know~…" Sawatari started to say. "I haven't forgotten what you called me, Yuzu Hiragi."
"Huh?" Yuzu asked.
P.P. looks at his lackies.
"While I'm teaching Mr. Knight some manners, why don't you boys show the lady some… "hospitality"." Sawatari suggested.
Lackies 1-3 looked at each other and smirked. Yuzu's eyes widened in horror while M.P.'s did in shock at what the asshole hinted at.
"Don't you dare!" M.P. snapped. "Leave her out of this!"
But the 3 ignored him as they made their way towards Yuzu. M.P. was about to stop them but P.P. called out.
"Ah, ah, ah." Sawatari said. "We're in the middle of a duel. If you try and stop them, then you forfeit."
'No, Ruri!' M.P. thought. 'I want to help her, but I might lose my chance.'
Yuzu began to back away in fear as they got closer.
"You know… she's kinda cute." Lacky #1 said with a perverted grin.
"Maybe we can have some "fun~" with her, if you get my meaning." Lacky #2 said with a smirk.
"Hey yeah! Not like anyone would believe her if she said something anyway, right? Not when we have Sawatari-san with us!" Lacky #3 said.
'No… help me please…' Yuzu begged in her thoughts. 'Yuya! Zack!'
"CARE TO FUCKING REPEAT THAT YOU SCUMBAGS!" Someone roared in anger.
Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at the entrance of the building. To their surprise they see Zack himself enter and he looked ready to kill a motherfucker. Especially 3 specific dumb motherfuckers.
"Zack…" Yuzu said in surprise before becoming happy to see him. "Zack!"
"Zack Hikari?!" Sawatari exclaimed in shock. "What are you doing here?!"
The M.P. looked at Zack in shock and disbelief.
'His face… it looks like…!' he thought.
Zack quickly made his way to the only girl in the room and got in front of her in a protective manner.
"You 3 back off right now before I rip off those pathetic excuses you call "manhood's" and shove them down your throats!" Zack yelled. "Got it!
"Yes sir!" all 3 screamed as the covered their manhood's and backed away quickly.
Zack turned his head to look at Yuzu in concern.
"Are you okay, Yuzu?" Zack asked.
"I'm okay." Yuzu said. "What are you doing here Zack?"
"I went out for a walk and ran into Ayu, and she told me what happened." Zack answered. "What were you thinking? The worst was about to happen if I didn't get here in time!"
"I'm sorry." Yuzu said with her head down. "I just acted on impulse and wanted to protect both you and Yuya since you both saved me and the kids."
Tears started to form in her eyes. Zack sighed and pulled her into his chest with 1 arm.
"There's a time and place for such things, okay?" Zack said. "Promise me you won't do something like this ever again."
Yuzu just nodded her head as she gripped his shirt. Zack looks up at M.P., except he knows the identity of this person.
"Thanks for helping my friend, Yuzu." Zack said, making sure to say her name to him.
M.P. said nothing but nodded.
"You deal with Prince Prick over there." Zack said.
"OI!" said prick snapped.
"While I take care of these scumbags." Zack finished with a growl while looking at them.
Said scumbags broke out in a sweat as Zack looked at them while his eyes seemingly glowed.
"…I'll leave them to you." M.P. said.
"Uh-oh." Lacky #2 gulped.
"I-It's okay." Lacky #3 said. "T-There's 3 of us and only 1 of him."
"T-That's right!" Lacky #1 said. "W-We can take him easily!"
"Oh really?" Zack said as he turned to face them.
He took out his duel disk and calmly put it on while activating it.
"Zack, let me help you." Yuzu said.
"Normally I would." Zack said. "But these guys really pissed me off."
Zack looked at her with a soft gaze.
"I don't want to end up hurting you by accident, Princess." Zack said with a smile.
Yuzu's heart took a leap in her chest as a blush appeared on her face. While they were talking, the lackies put on their own disks and activated them. Zack returned his attention to them.
"Now for the ground rules." Zack said. "We'll each take 1 turn, and no one attacks until their second turn. Plus, you 3 will share both LP's and the field but not the cards in your hands. I'll be going first as well. Agreed?"
"Sounds good to us." Lacky #1 said while 2 and 3 nodded.
"Alright then." Zack said.
"DUEL!" all 4 shouted.

"Fuck them up." Zarc said with a glare.
(I plan to.) Zack said as he drew his hand.
Looking at his cards Zack had Branded Fusion, Guardragon Justicia, Etude of the Branded, Double Summon, The Bystial Aluber and Guiding Quem, the Virtuous.
'Not a bad hand.' Zack thought. 'This can let me get me 1 of each Extra Deck on the field before my next turn.'
Zack took 1 of his spell cards and showed them it.
"I'll start off by playing the spell card Branded Fusion!" he announced.
"He really can Fusion Summon like he said!" P.P. exclaimed in shock.
'Fusion Summon.' M.P. thought. 'Is he from the Fusion Dimension?'
"With this card I can fusion a monster that uses Fallen of Albaz as material from my hand, deck or field." Zack informed them.
"Hold on!" Lacky #3 said.
"Did he say from the deck?" Lacky #1 asked in shock.
"No way!" Lacky #2 exclaimed.
"Incredible…" Yuzu said in awe.
M.P. looks at Yuzu upon hearing her.
'There's no way Ruri would say that about Fusion Summoning.' M.P. thought. 'That Zack guy called her "Yuzu"… does that mean she's not Ruri? If so, then why does she look like her?'
"I fuse Fallen of Albaz with Tri-Brigade Mercourier from my Deck!" Zack announced. "I Fusion Summon Level 8: Lindwurm the Gunhammer Dragon!"

Taking a place on Zack's field was a baby dragon that used its wings as a shield.
"Kawaii!" Yuzu squealed in happiness.
"Then I set a card and end my turn." Zack said as he placed Etude of the Branded on his disk faced down.
Turn 2: Lackies (#1)
"Okay then, my go now!" Lacky #1 said. "I draw!"
Looking at his hand he sees some cards that could help them. He looks at the other 2 and gives them a look. Getting the signal, the others nod.
"I play the spell card Cost Down." Lacky #1 announced. "I discard 1 card to lower the levels of all monsters in my hand by 2 (gets rid of a card). I can now Normal Summon Power Dart Striker!"
Sawatari's old monster takes the field.
"Then I set 2 cards and end my turn!" Lacky #1 finished as he set the cards in his back row.
"Isn't that the monster Sawatari used against Yuya last time?" Yuzu gasped.
"I'm guessing that means he got a new deck." Zack said.
"HA! HA! HA! That's right Zack Hikari!" Sawatari exclaimed. "I have a whole new deck made! With cards that better match the greatness that is me!"
"*tch* Typical rich kids." Zack scoffed. "If what they have doesn't work the way they want, then they get rid of it like trash and get something new. Seems like my words didn't do anything for him."
"Now I'll show what my new Deck can do!" P.P. said.
Over at YSD, the OG crew went home and only the sisters, Yuya, Sora and the kids were still there. All waiting for Zack, Yuzu and Ayu to come back.
"I'm getting worried about them." Ruri said as she looked at the clock.
"Don't worry." Serena said. "I'm sure they'll be back any second now.
"Yuyanii-chan!" everyone heard Ayu cry out.
"See?" Serena said. "What'd I tell you."
Just then, Ayu came running into the room but tripped. She would've face planted if Yuya hadn't caught her. The bag of ice cream went flying into the air and landed in Futoshi's lap.
"Watch out!" Yuya said as he caught Ayu. "Are you okay?"
"Yuyanii-chan!" the red-haired girl huffed as she tried to catch her breath from running so much while tears filled her eyes.
"The ice cream is melted." Futoshi whined.
"What a waste." Sora lamented.
"Forget about the ice cream!" Rin said. "Ayu, what's wrong? Where's Yuzu?"
"Yuzunee-chan is…" Ayu started to say before breaking into tears. "Yuzunee-chan is in trouble!"
"Huh?" Yuya said in shock.
"NANI?!" the 3 sisters exclaimed at once as they shot to their feet.
"Then I-I ran into Zacknii-chan and told him." Ayu cried. "He told me to come straight here while he went to go help her!"
Ruri quickly ran to the little girl and hugged her.
"Everything is going to be okay, Ayu." Ruri said. "Just tell us everything."
Back at the shipyard, Sawatari was about to make his first move.
"I'll show you perfect dueling." Sawatari said as he picked a card from his hand. "I'll take advantage of your set cards."
M.P. said nothing as Sawatari continued.
"When you have at least 2 or more cards in your Spell and Trap Zone, I can Special Summon this card from my hand!" Sawatari explained. "Come out, Escher the Frost Vassal!"

"What makes you think that?" Zarc asked.
(Just watch and see.) Zack responded.
"Then I tribute Escher to Tribute Summon!" P.P. continued. "Mobius the Frost Monarch!"

Escher disappeared into green particles as Mobius, the monster we saw Sawatari was using at the beginning of the chapter, took the field.
"He summoned a level 6 monster already?" Yuzu gasped.
"Be careful!" Zack warned M.P. "That monster lets him destroy 2 cards in your back row!"
M.P. nods as he heard him.
"Mind your own business!" Sawatari complained.
"Yeah, worry about yourself!" #2 said. "I draw!
Turn 3: Lackies (#2)
"First off, I'll play the spell card Cost Down!" Lacky #2 said as he discarded from his hand.
"Again?" Yuzu asked.
"I guess their Decks are similar." Zarc said.
(Since they got them from the Prick they follow around everywhere it makes sense.) Zack said.
"With this I can now Normal Summon Rocket Dart Striker!" Lacky #2 said. "Next I set 2 cards and end my turn!"
"Alright my turn!" Lacky #3 said. "I draw!"
Turn 4: Lackies (#3)
"Since we're sharing our fields you boys wouldn't mind if I borrow your monsters, would ya?" Lacky #3 asked with a smirk.
"Not at all man." #1 said.
"Go right ahead." #2 said.
"Thanks guys!" #3 said.
He then shows the card he drew.
"I tribute both Power and Rocket to Tribute Summon Ultimate Dart Striker!" #3 announced.
Ultimate took the field and looked ready for battle.
"Not bad." Zack said. "But you do realize you left your teammates open for my attacks, right? I don't even need to attack your Striker to win."
"That would be bad…" #1 smirked.
"If it wasn't for our face down cards!" #2 said.
"Quick-play spell, open!" both said at the same time. "Monster Return!"

Both Power and Rocket had returned to the field.
'Great a better version of Monster Reborn.' Zack thought.
M.P. was watching the duel going on behind him over his shoulder, looking at Zack.
"Hey! Pay attention!" Sawatari snapped. "Mobius's effect activates!"
M.P. looks back to his own field.
"Just like Zack Hikaki said, when it's successfully Tribute Summoned, I can target and destroy 2 Spell and Trap Cards on the field!" Sawatari said. "Freeze Burst!"
Mobius sent out a gust of icy wind that destroyed 2 of M.P.'s cards.
"I'm only getting started!" P.P. mocked as he waved a card in his hand. "I activate the Spell Card Tribute Carnival from my hand! When I successfully Tribute Summon, this card lets me Tribute Summon again!"
"He's going to tribute Mobius to Tribute Summon again?" Yuzu exclaimed.
"Those monsters are part of an archetype called "Monarchs"." Zack explained. "Each attribute comes in a group of 3. If he has both Escher and Mobius Frost Monarch, then he's about to summon…"
"Exactly." Sawatari said with a smirk. "I tribute Mobius the Frost Monarch to Tribute Summon! Come out, Mobius the Mega Monarch!"

"Normally I would need 2 tributes," Sawatari said. "But thanks to my monster's effect, if the monster I used to Tribute Summon was summoned the same way, the cost is dropped by 1! That's Mobius the Mega Monarch!"
"Cool!" the 3 lackies cheered.
"Oi!" I snapped. "Will you hurry up already."
"Fine, now I'll set a card and end my turn." #3 said with a smirk.
"Before you do I activate my Trap Card, Etude of the Branded!" Zack announced.

"What?!" #1 gasped.
"Synchro…!" #2 started.
"Summon!" #3 finished.
"He can even Synchro Summon too?!" Sawatari exclaimed in shock. "On top of Fusion and Xyz Summoning, he can use all 3 Extra Deck Summoning's?!"
M.P. looks at Zack in surprise.
'He can also Xyz!' M.P. thought. 'Does that mean he's not from Academia?'
"To use this effect, I need both a Tuner and a Dragon monster." Zack said. "Lucky for me, my Guardragon is both."
"That adorable little guy is a Tuner?" Yuzu asked.
"I Tune Level 2 Guardragon Justica with Level 8 Lindwurm the Gunhammer Dragon!" Zack said. "I Synchro Summon Level 10: Icejade Gymir Aegirine!"

As the green light of the Synchro Summoning died down, appearing on Zack's field was a female monster that looked like she was made of white crystals.
"She's beautiful…" Yuzu whispered.
"Yes, she is." Zack agreed.
"Flatterer." Gymir giggled at her owner.
The lackies were staring at Gymir in shock, but #1 snaps out of it and smirks.
"As surprising as it is that you can use all the Extra Deck Summons, it doesn't mean anything!" #1 said as he pressed a button on his disk. "I activate the trap card Bottomless Trap Hole!"

"Oh no!" Yuzu gasped.
"Don't worry Yuzu…" Zack said getting her attention to see that he's perfectly calm with a smile. "Everything's going to be fine."
"*Humph* Did they actually think that would work?" Gymir asked rhetorically.
"I activate Icejade Gymir Aegirine's Quick Effect!" Zack said.
"A Quick Effect?!" #1 exclaimed in shock.
"Quick Effect?" Yuzu asked.
"It's an effect that lets the duelist use it whenever they want, kinda like a quick-play spell." Zack explained.
"Wow!" Yuzu said in awe while Zack chuckled.
"You know, you're pretty cute when you get all excited like that Princess." Zack said, causing Yuzu to go red.
"Are you done yet?" Gymir asked with a grin, one that Zack returned.
"Now for the rest of the current turn all monsters on my field can't be destroyed or banished by your card effects!" Zack said. "Also, this effect can be used once per turn!"
"No way!" #2 gasped.
"Complete card destruction and banishment negation?" #3 asked in shock.
"That's not all." Zack informed. "If her effect was activated when you activated a card, all cards that share the same name as your trap that is on your field and in the GY are banished!"
"They're what?!" the 3 lackies exclaimed.
"That's right!" Zack said. "Gymir, use Frozen Judgment!"
Gymir waved her hand at the opposite field and #1's trap card was frozen. Not only his, but #2 and #3's set cards were also frozen before all 3 cards shattered.
"What happened?" Yuzu asked in surprise.
"Like I said before." Zack answered. "Bottomless Trap Hole and its copies that were on their field and in their GY were banished. Looks like they all had the same trap cards."
"Doesn't change anything!" #1 snapped.
"Well see." Zack smirked. "Also, I'm activating another of my monsters' effect."
"Your Synchro Monster has another effect?" #3 asked.
"Not Gymir." Zack said. "Lindwurm. See during your turn when he's in the GY while a Fallen of Albaz is also there, I can banish 1 of them while Special Summoning the other. Now tell me… which 1 do you think I'm choosing?"
"D-Don't tell us…" #1 asked.
"T-The 1 you're bringing back…" #2 asked.
"I-Is…" #3 asked.
"That's right." Zack said. "I banish Fallen of Albaz to Special Summon back Lindwurm the Gunhammer Dragon!"
Lindwurm returned to the field with a roar.
"We're back~!" Kitt announced.
"Okay, now I'm done." Zack said. "Is there anything you want to do?"
"Just start your turn already!" #1 growled.
"Wow, tough crowd, huh Yuzu?" Zack asked the girl behind him with a raised eyebrow.
Said girl just giggled at his humor.
"Well, even if that was surprising, I'm not going to get distracted." Sawatari said. "Mobius the Mega Monarch's effect activates! When it's successfully Tribute Summoned, I can select up to 3 Spell and Trap Cards on the field and destroy them!"
"Oh no!" Yuzu gasped as she looked over at the other duel. "Quick, use your cards while you still can!"
"Unfortunately, he couldn't even if he wanted to." Zack said.
"That's right." P.P. confirmed. "Since I tributed a Water Attributed monster to summon Mega, he can't activate cards that are targeted by Mobius's effect. Freeze and break into pieces! Blizzard Destruction!"
Mobius unleashed a blizzard-like wind and destroyed M.P.'s last 3 face down cards. Yuzu braced herself from the wind. She then realized something as she looked at her hand.
"Why did I feel the wind when there's no Action Field?" Yuzu asked herself.
'It's because of his Duel Disk.' Zack answered in his thoughts.
"All your set cards are destroyed, and you have no cards in your hand." Sawatari mocked. "And you have no monsters to defend with. You acted cool when you showed up, but you're pathetic."
"Pull yourself together!" Yuzu said to M.P. "Maybe you shouldn't have interfered and let me handle it-"
"Yuzu!" Zack interrupted her.
Yuzu looks at Zack.
"I think our mysterious friend has everything handled." Zack was with a smile. "We both do, so just keep standing there looking cute and watch us beat these lame punks, Princess."
Yuzu blushes again and couldn't bring herself to tell him off for calling her "Princess".
"Oh you think so, do you?" P.P. asked rhetorically. "Mr. Knight dressed in black, you're an eyesore, so leave."
M.P. said nothing as he stared at his opponent.
"Let's battle!" Sawatari proclaimed. "Mobius the Mega Monarch attacks you directly!"
The spikes on Mobius started to light up and grow. Once they had fully enlarged it was prepared to attack, but M.P. had other ideas.
"I activate the spell card The Phantom Knights of Shadow Veil from my GY." M.P. said.
Everyone but Zack and Zarc was surprised at what they heard.
"From the GY?" asked #1.
"A spell card?" asked #2.
"You're activating a spell card from the GY?" Sawatari asked in shock.
(His cards had to be in the GY to use that effect.) Zack said with a smirk. (He was probably going to use the cards on Sawatari's monsters to get them into the GY but P.P. saved him the trouble. Like I said, his deck is the perfect counter to Sawatari's.)
"I see." Zarc commented. "Instead of hampering, it helped him."
M.P. then took 3 spell cards out of his GY.
The Phantom Knights of Shadow Veil

When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack while this card is in your Graveyard: You can Special Summon, from your Graveyard, as many copies of "Phantom Knights Shadow Veil" as possible as Normal Monsters (Warrior/DARK/Level 4/ATK 0/DEF 300). (These cards are also still Spell Cards.) If summoned this way, banish them when they are sent to the Graveyard.
(In the anime this card is a spell card but in real life it's a trap card. Also, the first effect is only applied to a monster you control. When the second effect is used it is treated as a monster and not as a trap.)
"When you attack me directly…" M.P. said as he showed the 3 cards. "I can treat this card as a monster and Special Summon as many copies as possible from the GY."
He then places all 3 on the disk as the monsters appear on the field in DEF.
Shadow Veil

"Since an effect Special Summoned these cards, they're banished if they're sent to the GY." M.P. informed.
"He instantly has 3 monsters on his field." #2 said.
"You set those cards because you were already planning to Special Summon them as monsters?" Yuzu asked.
"You just summoned those monsters because you had nothing to defend with." Sawatari grunted. "I'll get rid of them. Go, Mobius the Mega Monarch! Attack Shadow Veil! Imperial Charge!"
Mobius rushed at the one in the middle, turning it into a shish kebab.
"When Shadow Veil is destroyed and sent to the GY, it's banished." M.P. said.
"You're barely surviving." Sawatari said. "I set 1 card and end my turn."
A card appears on his field in the spell and trap zone.
"I'll let you live until my next turn." P.P. mocked.
"Neo Sawatari, you're the best!" #3 cheered.
"You won't have a next turn." M.P. said.
"Nani?" Sawatari asked, confused.
"He means that he's ending this duel on his turn." Zack explained as he put his fingers on his deck. "In fact, we both are."
(Insert Duel of Rebellion song)
"I draw!" both duelists yelled.

Drawing his card, Zack sees he drew Branded Bond.
'Perfect! I needed this card or Monster Reborn.' Zack thought.
"Then let's finish this." Zarc said as Zack placed the card in his hand before grabbing another 1.
"I'll start off by playing the spell card Double Summon!" Zack announced.

This card's name becomes "Fallen of Albaz" while on the field or in the GY. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 Dragon monster your opponent controls or in their GY, and activate the appropriate effect;
● Send this card to the GY, and if you do, take control of that monster on the field until the End Phase.
● Send this card to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon that monster from the GY to your field.
You can only use this effect of "The Bystial Aluber" once per turn.
The first to appear was Ecclesia in her corrupted form and then Aluber in his alternative form.
"I truly despise this form…" Quem said in a monotone. "But if it will bring you victory, Zack, then I will bare it."
(Thank you, Ecclesia.) Zack said. (And I'm sorry.)
Zack then turns to the person beside him.
"Got any last things to say before we bring this to a close?" Zack asked.
"I do actually." M.P. said before addressing his opponent. "I thought your dueling would put up some resistance, but there's no sharpness in your blade or power in your bullet. Not even a little bit."
"Excuse you?" Sawatari asked.
"The same goes for those 3 over there." M.P. continued. "The only 1 who has is the person standing beside me, even though he may hide it."
"Aw~, and here I thought I was doing a good job of hiding it." Zack joked with a shrug.
Yuzu smiled at Zack. Even if he seemed laid back and having fun, she could tell he was still taking the duel seriously.
"What is he saying?" #2 asked, thinking it was a joke.
"My stomach hurts!" #3 exclaimed due to laughing.
"Even your clothes are a joke!" #1 mocked.
"At least he's not wearing a school uniform like it his default." Zack countered. "Seriously, do you have anything else to wear, or is your closets full of nothing but school uniforms?"
The 3 idiots had nothing to counter with. Yuzu looks down at her clothes, realizing that she typically doesn't wear anything other then her uniform either. Same goes for Yuya too.
'Maybe I should think about wearing other things in the future.' the pink haired girl thought. 'Maybe I can impress Yuya and Zack! …wait why do I want to impress Zack as well?'
"I've achieved the requirements." M.P. said, finishing his piece. "When I have monsters with the same Level, my deck shows its true worth."
Yuzu looks at him in confusion at what he was saying.
"With these 2 Level 4 Shadow Veils, I build the Overlay Network!" M.P. said.
"It can't be!" P.P. exclaimed.
"That's…" Yuzu gasped.
'Here it comes.' Zack thought.
"I Xyz Summon Rank 4: Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon!" M.P. shouted.

(I will be using the anime effect. You can detach 1 material to cut 1 opponents Level 5 or higher monster's ATK in half and add that amount onto Rebellion. This effect can be used as long as Rebellion has O.U. and lasts until the End Phase.)
The Dragon appeared on the field with a roar. It then looked over to Zack and felt a connection to him that it couldn't quite place.
"Dark Rebellion…" Zarc said as he looked at his old Xyz. "Then that means this person is…"
(Yuto.) Zack finished for his partner.
"Xyz Summon?" Yuzu asked in surprise.
"Incredible." #2 said in awe. "He summoned a monster from his Extra Deck."
"He's a Xyz user?" #3 exclaimed in shock.
"Is this for real?" #1 asked. "Xyz Summoning is a curriculum that only LDS's elite top class can take!"
"Oh my Kame!" Zack snapped at his opponents. "Are you guys serious?! Using the Extra Deck isn't that hard! Here, I'll show you! I build the Overlay Network with Level 4 Guiding Quem, the Virtuous and The Bystial Aluber!"
"Nani?!" the 3 lackies exclaimed.
"Shoot! I forgot he could Xyz Summon as well!" Sawatari said.
"Ready my dear?" Aluber asked with a hand stretched out to Quem.
"Let us teach these fools a lesson." Quem said as she took his hand.
Both monsters then glow yellow and purple as they enter a vortex on the ground.
"I Xyz Summon Rank 4: Diamond Dire Wolf!" Zack announced.

Appearing on Zack's field was a giant wolf as it howls.
"H-He has all 3 Extra Deck summons on his field!" #3 stuttered.
"Zack…" Yuzu whispered in awe.
Sawatari simply clapped at the 2.
"I was slightly surprised when you suddenly Xyz Summoned. Even more so with you Zack, using and bringing out all 3 summoning's." Sawatari said. "But Mr. Knight, are you planning to battle my Mobius with that monster? Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon has 2500 attack points. Mobius has 2800 attack points."
Yuzu looks at the males in front of her in worry.
"Your Xyz Summon is nothing more than a bluff." Sawatari continued while twirling a strand of his hair. "Although, while Zack's monsters are strong enough to beat the Dart Strikers, it won't be enough damage to finish the duel on his turn."
"An Xyz monster's true power is to use its Overlay Units that represent its soul to destroy the opponent." Yuto said.
"Plus…" Zack chimed in. "They can be combo'd with other monster's effects too."
"I don't need a lecture about Xyz." P.P. scoffed. "I'm not interested."
"Then you'll learn about it physically." Yuto promised. "I activate Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon's effect! By using 1 Overlay Unit, your Level 5 or higher monster's attack points are halved until the end of this turn."
1 of the purple orbs around Rebellion disappeared as its wings opened and started to gather purple lightning.

"And Dark Rebellion gains that amount of attack points!" Yuto finished. "Treason Discharge!"

Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon ATK: 2500 – 3900
"Dark Rebellion's attack points…" #3 gasped.
"Are now greater than Mobius's!" Yuzu exclaimed.
"This must be a joke!" Sawatari yelled in denial.
"I use the remaining Overlay Unit to activate Dark Rebellion's effect again!" Yuto said.
Once again, the orb around the dragon vanished.
"So the same thing is going to happen again?" #3 asked.
"This is bad!" all 3 said.
"Treason Discharge!" Yuto yelled.
Rebellion O.U.: 1 – 0
Mobius ATK: 1400 – 700
Rebellion ATK: 3900 – 4600
"4600 attack points!" Yuzu exclaimed.
"No way!" Sawatari said.
"Well after seeing all that, I can't be left behind." Zack said. "I activate Dire Wolfs effect!"
"Nani?!" #2 gasped.
"Him too?!" #1 asked.
"By using an O.U., I can pick a Beast, Beast Warrior or Winged Beast monster I control, destroy it and another card on the field." Zack explained. "I chose my Lindwurm and your U.D.S.!"
"Why would you destroy your own monster?" Yuzu asked.
"I'm not." Zack said. "Like I said, Xyz monster's effects can be chained with other monster's effects. I activate Lindwurm's effect! When a Fusion, Synchro or Xyz monster's effect is activated, it can negate it!"
Dire Wolf ate 1 of its O.U., but before it could do anything Lindwurm shot lighting at it from its spike cannon.
"You just wasted an O.U. fool!" mocked #1.
"Did I?" Zack asked with a smirk. "When Lindwurm successively negates the effect, I can then return 1 monster on the field back to the owner's hand! You're outta here U.D.S.!"
"Say what?!" #3 exclaimed in shock.
Lightning then shot out of Lindwurms other spike cannon at U.D.S., returning it to the hand.
"See? I keep my monster while getting the desired result." Zack said.
"Amazing…" Yuzu said in awe at Zack's move.
"Even if we're down a monster, you still don't have enough to beat us!" #1 said.
"I will after playing my spell card Branded Bond!" Zack informed as he played said card.

Special Summon 1 of your "Fallen of Albaz" that is banished, in your hand or in your GY. During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there to activate the effect of "Fallen of Albaz" this turn: You can Set this card. You can only use each effect of "Branded Bond" once per turn.
"With this card I can bring back the Albaz I banished to return Lindwurm to the field!" Zack said as he took Albaz's card from his deck holder, where he placed it after it was banished and placed it on his disk. "I summon Fallen of Albaz in attack mode!"
Albaz had taken his place on the field and was ready to fight.
"Now do I have enough to finish this duel?" Zack asked with a smirk.
The 3 lackies said nothing as they went pale.
"Ready to finish this?" Zack asked Yuto.
"Absolutely." Yuto answered.
"I attack P.D.S. with Lindwurm!" Zack said.
Lindwurm's spiked cannons opened again and shot a laser at the monster, destroying it.
Lackies LP: 4000 – 3300
"Next I attack R.D.S. with Gymir!" Zack ordered.
Gymir fired a blast of water from her hands at the other female monster. It stood no chance.
Lackies LP: 3300 – 2200
"Now Diamond Dire Wolf will attack directly!" Zack shouted.
The Xyz Wolf pounced on the screaming idiots.
Lackies LP: 2200 – 200
"This can't be…" Sawatari whimpered at seeing them get beaten so badly.
"Let's battle!" Yuto announced, making Sawatari flinched as he looked at his field. "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon attacks Mobius the Mega Monarch!"
Dark Rebellion charged up power in its power.
"Go! Destroy the glacier with your fangs!" Yuto commanded. "Lightning Disobey of Rebellion!"
The fangs underneath Rebellions jaw extended and pierced Mobius, causing a huge explosion that sent almost everyone flying.

P.P. LP: 4000 – 100
"Damn it!" Zarc said. "He put too much power into the attack!"
"Yuzu!" Zack exclaimed as he shielded her with his body while she screamed in fright of the explosion.
A rock was sent flying and hit Yuto's goggles in the lens.
The attack created a few small fires around on the ground. Sawatari and his lackies were getting up off the ground.
"What's happening?" #1 asked. "It's not an Action Field, but I felt an impact!"
"His monster's power blew us away?" #3 asked.
"This is bad." #2 said.
"Are you okay, Yuzu." Zack asked the young women.
"Y-Yeah." Yuzu said, a little shaken up.
Yuto begins to walk toward Sawatari while moving his cracked goggles on his head.
"I'll only ask once. Prepare to answer." Yuto informed.
He then brings out the LDS pin he's been carrying.
"This badge is from LDS, correct?" Yuto asked. "What's your connection to Academia?"
"Academia? What do you mean?" Sawatari asked confused.
"Stop playing dumb!" Yuto snapped.
Before the Prick could respond, Zack interrupted.
"For once, he's speaking the truth." Zack said. "Anyone enrolled at LDS is given that pin."
Everyone turns their attention to Zack.
"What are you planning?" Zarc asked.
(Trying to get Yuto's interest on me so he'll listen and take the note I made for him.) Zack said.
After talking to Yuya, Zack made a letter to give to Yuto.
"What do you mean?" Yuto asked.
Yuzu looks at Zack in confusion.
'Does Zack know this "Academia" he's talking about?' Yuzu thought.
"You'll find no ally of that wretched Academia anywhere near here." Zack answered. "But if you look in the right places, you'll find those that call themselves enemies of Academia."
"How do you know of this?" Yuto asked in suspicion.
"Because I am 1 of these people." Zack said firmly.
That got Yuto's attention.
"Really?" Yuto asked.
"Yes." Zack said. "And while I don't know how you got that pin; I can assure you that the leader of LDS is another such person too."
Yuto looks at Zack while the darkness keeps his eyes shadowed.
"How do I know you're telling the truth?" Yuto asked.
"I swear on my deck that I have told you nothing but the truth." Zack swore. "A vow that any true duelist would keep."
"…Alright." Yuto decided as he walked towards him. "After you finish your final attack, take me to this person."
Seeing his back turned Sawatari smirked.
"You fool! The duel isn't over yet!" Sawatari exclaimed. "I activate the trap Ice Rage!"
Sawatari's set card flips up.
"When your monster destroys my Water-Type monster in battle, this card destroys your monster, and you take damage equal to its attack points!" P.P. explained.
Everyone but Zack, Yuto and Zarc gasped. The lackies in awe and Yuzu in shock.
"Your Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon is destroyed, and you take 4600 points of damage!" Sawatari exclaimed. "*laughs like a cliché villain* I anticipated what you would do, so I set a trap card in advance. I win!"
"That's a lame strategy." Yuto said without looking back. "Child's play."
"Huh?" Sawatari asked.
"Let's wrap this up." Zack said. "Albaz, finish this."
"You got it." the monster said as he leapt at the lackies.
"I activate the continuous spell Phantom Knights Spear from my GY." Yuto announced. "When your trap card activates, I banish this card from the GY to negate your trap card's activation and destroy it."
A spear manifested on Yuto's field while Sawatari's last effort to win as destroyed, much to his shock and horror.
"And…" Yuto continued. "You take 100 points of damage."
Realizing that's all he has left; P.P. starts freaking out.
"Wait! Wait!" Sawatari begged. "Wait, wait, wait!"
"Feel the battlefield's sadness and pain!" Yuto said as he turned around.
The spear was shot at Sawatari, pinning him to the wall. At the same time, Albaz had struck the 3 lackies.
P.P. LP: 100 – 0
Lackies LP: 200 – 0
Winner: Yuto/Zack
With the results concluded, all the cards on the field dissipated into particles.
"That's finally done." Zack said.
Yuto reached up and took his mask off. The leftover flames from his attack on Mobius was able to cast light on his face to show everyone there what both Zack and Zarc already knew, much to their shock but thinking it was someone else.
"Yuya?" Yuzu asked in surprise.
"It was you?" Sawatari asked in shock before fainting.
"Sawatari-san!" #3 gasped.
"This guy is dangerous!" #1 said. "Let's get outta here!"
Lackies 2 and 3 picked Sawatari up and all 3 ran outside. Leaving only Zack (and Zarc), Yuzu and Yuto left.
"Yuya, why are-" Yuzu tried to ask but Zack cut her off, wanting to get facts straight right away.
"He's not Yuya, Yuzu." Zack said.
"But…" Yuzu tried to argue.
"Has Yuya ever used cards called Phantom Knights before?" Zack asked her. "Or owning an Xyz monster?"
"No… he hasn't." Yuzu said.
"Plus, after you and Ayu left, he wanted to talk to me about somethings." Zack said. "He was still thinking over what we talked about before I went for my walk. *points at Yuto* This guy was already here before me."
"So… he's not Yuya!" Yuzu asked with widened eyes.
"That's right." Zack said. "He's like me. Someone who has the same face as him."
Zack then turns towards Yuto and takes out a folded piece of paper before handing it to Yuto.
"Here, take this." Zack said.
"What's this for?" Yuto asked as he took it.
Before anything else could be said, Yuzu's bracelet starts to glow.
"What's this?" Yuzu asked.
The bracelet then lights up, blinding everyone before it dies down.
When Yuzu can see normally again, she sees that Yuto has vanished.
"What?" Yuzu askes before turning to Zack. "Where did he go?"
"I don't know?" Zack said with a shrug. "Your bracelet blinded me."
"It's never done that before." Yuzu said.
'Well, there's never been 2 pieces of Z-Arc so close to each other before now.' Zack thought. "Come on, lets get going. Everyone is probably worried about you."
Before Yuzu could answer him, both heard voices calling their names.
"Yuzu!" Yuya's voice was heard.
"Zack!" Serena called out.
"Zack! Yuzu!" Rin shouted.
Appearing in the door was Yuya, Serena, Rin and Ruri.
"Thank goodness you're both okay!" Ruri exclaimed happily.
"Yuya?" Yuzu asked.
"Hey Serena, Rin and Ruri." Zack waved to the group. "What are you'll doing here?"
"We were worried about you that's what!" Serena snapped.
"Are you okay?" Yuya asked.
"Just fine." Zack said with a smile.
"That's good." Rin said.
"What happened in here?" Ruri asked.
"Yeah." Yuya said. "It smells like a bonfire in here."
"We'll explain on the way back." Zack said as he started walking outside. "It's been a long day and I'm tired."
While everyone walked outside, Yuzu couldn't help but turn her thoughts to the person that looked like Yuya and Zack.
'If that really wasn't Yuya, then who was he?' Yuzu thought.

(…Wow… did not expect it to be this long. Now a few things to point out before you all start writing in the reviews. The talk between Yuya and Zack at the beginning will be shown in a later chapter. While the evil was taken out of Zarc's soul thanks to the En cards, that doesn't mean he can't get angry at others. Also, the paper that Zack gave Yuto, I wonder what was written on it? Guess we'll have to see next chapter. I would like to apologize again for the scene right before Zack entered the warehouse building and let me know how I did with this chapter's double duel.
