Movie Sonic's Point Of View
As I took a deep breath, the memories of the nightmare came rushing in like a tidal wave. "Hey guys, something happened last night." I said as I felt my tears fall. I knew this wouldn't be easy, which was why I waited until all my loved ones were present. "Oh my. What happened?" Marina asked in concern as she side hugged me. "I had the most intense nightmare of my life! You and my family were on Möbius when the echidna tribe ambushed us. The chief ordered for me, Silver, Shadow and you to be captured while killing the rest! They captured us by using the very same nets G.U.N. used in the movie we just saw! When I regained consciousness, I saw I was all alone, strapped down to an examination table, with a smaller table that had surgical tools on it. The Echidna Chief was there and started using one of the tools! That's when I woke up." I told them as I started to tremble and hugged Marina back. "Oh my poor Movie Sonic!" Marina said, choked up as she held me closer. "Don't worry Movie Sonic, we won't let that happen, ever!" Movie Shadow said as he joined in on the hug. "I knew you were badly traumatized by them, but I didn't think it was PTSD levels of bad!" Modern said as I saw tears in his eyes. "Actually I was on the same boat until last night. I thought I fully recovered, but I was very wrong." I said sadly. "Movie Sonic I hate to say this but, I have a bad feeling about this. I mean, your dreams led to something happening in real life that they foreshadowed. What if.." Movie Silver couldn't even finish that sentence, and he didn't need to for me to understand where he was going with this. "I never thought about that! And I have no idea if it's going down that route." I said nervously. "Well, whatever happens, we'll face it together as family and a team!" Pretzel Mom reassured as she kissed me on my forehead.
Veronica's Point Of View
I was reading a book when my phone rang. I saw that it was Jade. "Hello Jade, what's up?" I asked, slightly annoyed because the book I was reading was so good. "Hey Veronica, I realized we haven't seen anything from the Wachowski brothers since the whole Halloween Princess thing. So why don't we pay Marina a visit. She's bound to know where they are." Jade explained with a devious tone. "Okay then come to my house and we'll head there." I replied curiously.
30 minutes later, Jade arrived and we headed for Marina's house. "So what's the plan once we find them?" I asked curiously. "Actually, I was thinking we could improvise. See what's going on and use that against them." Jade replied as we arrived at Marina's house.
Marina's Point Of View
As I continued to comfort Movie Sonic, I heard the doorbell ring. "I'll be right back my love. I have to go see who's at the door." I said and kissed his cheek. Then I turned into my normal form as I ran to the door. When I opened it, I saw that it was Jade and Veronica! "What the heck are you two doing here?!" I demanded hostily for I was not in the mood for their nonsense! "We were wondering where Sonic and his brothers are, have you seen them recently?" Jade asked with fake innocence, which I was not fooled by. "Why would I tell you?! Haven't you tortured them enough already?!" I said as my anger rose higher by the second. "Wait a minute, they're inside your house, aren't they?" Veronica said smugly. This caused me to gulp. "Fine you got me, but that doesn't mean I'll let you in! So get out of here!" I said as I was about to slam the door in their faces. "Oh I don't think so, Marina!" Jade said as she tried to force the door open! I had no idea she was this strong! "Hey! What do you think you're doing?! Are you seriously going as low as trespassing?! You do realize Sheriff Tom is here too, right?" I said as put all my weight onto the door, trying to close it with all my strength. However I was quickly losing, so since mobians tend to have super human strength, I turned into my hedgehog form quickly and pushed even harder.

As I was trying calm down from the sorrow the possibility of my nightmare becoming a reality, my ears perked up as I could hear what sounded like Marina was in a struggle! So I immediately ran to the front door. When I got there, I saw that Marina was trying to keep someone from getting in, however I couldn't tell who it was. When Marina noticed that I was there, she had a look of horror written all over her face and froze. The door suddenly slammed open, causing Marina to fall to the floor. "Marina are you alright?!" I asked fearfully as I ran over to her and helped her up. "Yeah, I'm fine Sonic." Marina replied reassuringly as she kissed my cheek. But then I heard a female voice clear her throat. So I turned and saw that it was Jade and Veronica that were desperately trying to enter the place! I froze in shock! I knew they've crossed a lot of lines when trying to harm us, but breaking into Marina's house so viciously was a whole new low! "What are you doing here?!" I demanded as I held Marina protectively. "Not much this time. We just haven't bumped into each other at school since the whole Midnight fiasco. So is there anything interesting happening and who is that hedgehog girl?" Jade replied as if she didn't just break an entering! "Are you blind or something?! That's Marina, she gave herself the ability to become this at will. As for anything else, It's none of your business! Get out! You're not welcome here!" I said, standing my ground. I was so done with their nonsense, and wasn't going to let them intimidate me anymore! However, that was the wrong move.
"Okay, that's it! You leave us with no choice!" Veronica said with venom. That's when I noticed she was holding a bag. The took out...a whip! That's when I screamed my lungs out. I couldn't bare the thought of going through that pain again, especially seeing Marina go through it again! Speaking of which she screamed even harsher than me, which is a red flag that she kept her mental and emotional trauma hidden. So I hugged her even more protectively and closer to me despite the fact I was trembling like a leaf along with her. "Oh wow Veronica! I had the same idea!" Jade said as she took out a whip of her own! "Marina, I'm scared to, but we have to fight through our fear. I have a plan. We need to split up. They can't hit both us if we're dodging them from different directions and with our super speed." I whispered to her encouragingly. This seemed to calmed Marina down as she nodded confidently. "Okay Sonic, let's do it." whispered back. Then we stood back up. "Oh we'll see about that! Catch us if you can!" I exclaimed right before we went forward with the plan. For a while, it was working effortlessly. But then, I heard Marina cry out in pain! "Marina?! No!!" I cried as I tried to get over to her with out getting hit by any whips.
Modern Sonic's Point Of View
My ears perked up when I heard the cracking of a whip, and so did Movie Shadow and Movie Silver's. The look the two brothers had as all three of us got to our feet was one I could identify instantly, recognition! Before we could say anything, we heard Marina cry out in pain! So we ran into the room! Then all of us including Tom ran into the room. We saw two girls with whips were about to hit Movie Sonic! Before I could interfere however, Tom pushed Movie Sonic out of the way and the whips struck him instead as he cried out in pain!

I couldn't believe Donut Dad just did that as I stood back up! I panicked and hyperventilated as I could feel my dark form wanting to come out! Then everything went black!
Movie Silver's Point Of View
As I noticed Movie Sonic's panicked state I realized what was happening. Sonic's dark form was triggered! But something was different about it, like something snapped inside him. His laughter sounded more insane then it usually did. He turned to Jade and Veronica. "HOW DARE YOU HURT MY FATHER!!!! YOU WILL SUFFER FOR THIS!!!" Dark Sonic exclaimed extremely loudly! Before any of us could comprehend what was about to happen, Dark Sonic used his hand beams to launch them out of the house! This was bad, he never truly hurt anyone in that form before! Me and Movie Shadow immediately ran over to him and hugged him. "Big Bro, please calm down, it's going to be okay! We're here for you!" I cried, trying to calm him down. "Please Little Bro, come back to us!" Movie Shadow added as we tightened the hug.

Movie Sonic's Point Of View
The next thing I knew was that I was in my brothers arms. I broke down. "Thanks guys, but I don't remember what happened! I blacked out like the first time!" I said as tears fell from my eyes. My brothers held me even closer and we stayed like that until I calmed down. Then Shadow ran to heal Donut Dad and Marina's wounds. However, the realization that Donut Dad got hurt at all struck me like a knife as my lightning form was triggered and got more intense as I hyperventilated again, getting faster and faster! I realized I had to get out of there! So I dashed out of there to the only place I could think of that would keep the town safe from me.
Modern Sonic's Point Of View
I couldn't believe what just happened! After Movie Sonic dashed out of the house, I heard these girls groaning. So I went to check on them. "Who are you girls?! Why did you attack them like that?!" I demanded as I walked up to them as they stood up.
Veronica's Point Of View
As we regained our composure, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, another blue hedgehog! "I'm Jade, and this is my best friend Veronica." Jade replied. "And we attacked them because the refused to answer our questions and because they don't belong on Earth!" I added seriously. "So who are you anyway?!" Jade demanded. "I'm Sonic from another dimension, you can call me Modern Sonic and how dare you threaten my counterpart and his family like that! Do you have any idea what they've been through? The suffering that they didn't deserve?!" Modern Sonic said aggressively which made me nervous. However Jade just laughed it off. "Of course we do, but why would we care about that when most of it is because of us!" Jade exclaimed once she caught her breath. Modern Sonic clenched his fists and was trembling with rage! I immediately started backing away. "Well I don't know why you didn't back down when Movie Sonic went all dark mode, but for your own good you should back down right now! I've defeated literal gods, experienced death, faced the end of time and space, and dealt with Eggman for many years. He did his schemes on much larger scale!" Modern Sonic shouted as looked like he was about to run. "Wow, impressive, but you still don't scare us!" I said furiously.

I couldn't believe how persistent these girls still were! So they left me no choice. I dashed back into the house, grabbed the whips, dashed back, and ran around them, tying them up In the whips! I could see they were stunned by this act. "See, I warned you! Now to take you Tom." I said as I dragged them over to Tom. "You girls are going to pay for that!" Marina said as Tom nodded and took out his phone. "Commander Jonathan, I have a favor to ask you." Tom said as Shadow gasped. "What's wrong Shadow? Who is he?" I asked in concern. "He's the leader of Gun. You girls really asked for it!" Movie Shadow said as he glared at Jade and Veronica in disgust. "Oh wow, didn't see that coming." I said in surprise. "No way?! That place is for criminals and alien threats! Are you crazy?!!" Veronica exclaimed in a panic. "No he's not! You're the crazy ones!" Jessica exclaimed as she stared them down.
As this was all happening, I saw Marina staring out her front door. "Marina? What's wrong?" I asked, putting a hand on her shoulder. "It's Movie Sonic. There's only two places he could've gone and we need to go after him." Marina replied as Movie Shadow and Movie Silver nodded in agreement. "Right, I'm coming with you." I said as we all got into our running stances. Then we took off, but I let them take the lead since they knew the area better then me. We soon arrived at the cliff where I first met him, but he wasn't there. "Oh no! That means he went to his cave! The last time he went in there, he had flashbacks! We need to get to him now!!" Marina said as she was already running, but we soon caught up to her.

Marina's Point Of View
I was so worried about him! It was just 3 days ago. He was training me and we happened to stop right in front of his cave unintentionally. And he went silent as he stared at it.
Flashback
"Sonic? What's wrong? Can you hear me?!!" I asked as I stood in front of him trying to snap him out of it, but then he started to hyperventilate as tears pooled down his face. "I thought I'd never see this place again! It's too...painful...too much!!! I can't...I can't!!!" Sonic said sounding out of breath! I quickly switched to my human form and carried him away from there! The farther we got, the more he calmed down.
End of Flashback
As we continued to run, a realization hit me hard! It's a miracle he's even alive after those ten years. I mean, how did he manage to survive the freezing Montana winters?! What did he do when he ever got sick?! These thoughts scared me to death, but i had to know! I was pulled out of my thoughts when I saw blue lightning in the not so far distance! "Oh no! This is bad we have to hurry!!" I exclaimed as dashed even faster towards the light. The others weren't too far behind me as they went faster too. "I still don't understand. What is that lightning form?! I've never seen anything like it!" Modern Sonic asked frantically as ran next to me. "Really? I guess that's another the thing that makes him unique. It's something that happens when he's experiencing intense negative emotions, but that's when he can't control it, majority of the time it's just help take down Robotnik's machines more efficiently." I replied as we finally arrived at the cave.
I entered first. As I observed Movie Sonic, I got a flash of him when he would've been younger dealing with these kind of thoughts only then, he had no one coming to comfort him! It broke me to think about it and he was so young and tiny in this flash. That was enough to push me to throw myself at him ready to give him a hug.
Movie Sonic's Point Of View
As I was trying, but failing to calm myself down, I heard footsteps behind me! I looked over my shoulder to see Marina coming quickly to me. I was terrified that she would be hurt so I backed away. "No Marina! Please stay back! I might hurt you just by being too close to me while I'm like this!" I begged as I backed up until my back was against the cave wall behind me.
Modern Sonic's Point Of View
I entered the cave not long after Marina and I couldn't believe the sight of Movie Sonic before me. He was absolutely terrified, in a way I've never experienced myself before. My ears pinned against my head as I slowly got closer. "I don't care my love! I'm not afraid of you! It's only going to get worse if I keep my distance! You need this!" Marina exclaimed as she hugged Movie Sonic without hesitation! The minute she did, his panic stopped and as the blue lightning faded away, he sobbed in her arms. "It's okay my wonderful Sonic. You're not alone anymore and you'll never be alone again. We're here for you when you're feeling like this. As I was coming here, I realized what living in this cave all those years! Without anyone to comfort you, it left you with no choice but to bottle it all up and let those awful thoughts consume you. Well not this time nor ever again! You have us now." Marina said as she rubbed the back of his ears soothingly.
Movie Sonic's Point Of View
As Marina said these words, I felt safer than ever in her arms and was able to calm down completely. I looked at Marina with a smile on my face. "Oh thank you Marina! I love you!" I exclaimed and kissed her lovingly. Then we noticed the others coming up to us. "Hey bro are you okay?" Movie Shadow asked as he put a hand on my shoulder. "I am now! Seeing the difference of going through this during those ten years and now, made realize how not alone I am! It's almost overwhelming how many people I have in my life now!" I replied as tears of joy fell from my eyes while being surrounded by people I care so deeply about. We all did a long group hug. When it finally ended, I remembered something. "Wait! Where is Jade and Veronica right now?!" I asked as I nervously looked around. "Don't worry, Modern Sonic restrained them and Dad called Commander Jonathan. So we don't have to worry about them anymore!" Movie Shadow replied happily. "Really?! That's the best news I've heard all day! But we better get back! Donut Dad and Pretzel Mom must be worried sick." I said as I wiped my happy tears away. "Oh you're right big bro! Let's hurry!" Movie Silver said, immediately using his psychokinesis in preparation to dash. Then we dashed back to Green Hills.
