Jameson sits on his reporter desk as he looks at everyone set up their cameras
"aaaaaamnnd we're on" Whispered a staff member
"Good evening folks. Today I show you more proof that Night Monkey or should I call.. Spiderman! Has been appearing our of the blue causing just as much destruction as that menace Silk! First it was Silk and now this Spiderman!" said Jameson as he switches his paper
*footage of Venom fighting Rhino*
"That fight has costed over 15 thousand dollars in damages! And that's no-"
To Ashton
"-ot including the injuries police have sustained! And now either these new photos surfacing its definite proof Spiderman and Silk are in kahoots! In order news.."
"You know. They really did get our good side… Kind of" thought Venom
"True. But they still blame us for those cars" thought Ashton as he felt he hand then go in to grab his phone "What are you doing?"
"Text her. I bet she would like it if you just give her a hello" thought Venom as Ashton reluctantly began typing
Hi Cindy! This is Ashton – Ashton
"….Now what?" thought Ashton
"We wait" thought Venom
Meanwhile
Silk punched a thug knocking him out before dodging a shotgun blast. She swipes it from the second thug and whacking him in the head
"*sigh* why this early?" said Silk "I get the bird will have the worm but this is ridiculous" as she webs up the thugs and swung away to change back into her normal clothes but then felt a buzz as she quickly checks after she finished
Seeing the text was from Ashton. She smiled seeing the text From Ashton as she tiredly walks back to her apartment which was surprisingly right around the corner. And collapsed on her bed the moment she closed her door
Before texting him back

She them nearly drops her phone as she began to pass out briefly for about 30 minutes until her alarms goes off making her remember to get up and dressed
To Ashton
"See? Told ya" thought Venom as Ashton looked at the text to smile to himself "I think your doing great"
"Yeah.. thanks.." thought Ashton as he walked over to the Baron's voodoo shop walking in despite ot said closed. When he got in. A small doll jumped straight at him. Before it could get him Ashton instinctively shot his hand out to grab it
"Oh your one of Baron's toys" muttered Ashton while the doll struggled to escape his grip "You can relax" as he puts the doll down as it then hit Ashton's hand with a punch. But since the doll is obviously a plush. It didn't hurt at all
"Baron?" said Ashton
"What the-!? Oh Ashton hello!" said Baron from another room as he scrambles over to see him "Welcome back. Doll. He is friend"
The doll stops its harmless attack on Ashton and gave him an apologetic look before running away
"I uh.. didn't know you had living dolls here" said Ashton
"Thos is a voodoo shop. So of course some are sentient."
Ashton then sensed a bear was showing its sharp teeth whenever he wasn't looking at him. Ashton them snaps to it morphing his eyes and mouth to reveal his sharp teeth
"two can play it that game TEDDY" said Ashton as the toy bear falls off the shelf and scurried off leaving Ashton chuckling
"Well if you can't stop scaring the sentient ones you might as well tell what you need this time" said Baron "Or is it another job?"
"Job job job!" thought Venom
"Because sadly there is no one I need gone right now" said Baron
"No!" thought Venom
"Well…. Besides that. I was wondering for that one guy you said could help us return home or something?" said Ashton
"Oh him? Yeah I can do that for you.. though he is picky on his times" said Baron as he scrolls through his bookshelf to pull out a card and hand it to Ashton "If this doesn't reach him I can't help you anymore from there"
"Thanks" said Ashton as he read the name "…your kidding"
"For fuck's sake. THAT GUY!? Why him!? Why not Osbourne!?" thought Venom
"Why what's wrong?" said Baron
"Well since this is a different dimension I guess he could be different" said Ashton "What is he like here?"
"Oooooh I see now" said Baron taking of his top hay to dust it off "Well from what I have seen of him. He's more….. isolated? He usually doesn't like new company. But your situation could fascinate him… I don't know more. Just go find him"
"Isolated?... that definitely sounds different. The one we know loves to have anyone to boss around " thought Venom
Ashton then leaves and morphs to Venom to go swinging
Later to Cindy
Cindy had gotten ready for her shift at the Starbucks and she noticed Ashton come in. Which instantly made her day brighten up
"Cindy. You never told me how it went with that guy. What his name…. Alex?" said Tina as they both see him get in line
"Ashton" said Cindy as she tried to think k of when she could serve him
"Oooh~" said Tina "Was he nice?" as Cindy happily nodded
"He seems so shy and nervous" said Cindy slightly seeing herself in Ashton. Albiet with different approach
After more customers order their food. Ashton was just about to be in front. Tina elbowed Cindy who then noticed that. As she gleefully went to take few next person's 9rdee knowing Ashton would be next
"Hey Ash. What can I get you?" said Cindy happily
"I uh… want a dark mocha please" said Ashton as Cindy writes it down and pays
"Its great seeing you here" said Cindy making Ashton make a slight smile and prepared his order
"Good thing we are almost done for the day" whispered Tina
To Ashton
"Mmm. Dark mocha…" thought Venom
"I have a feeling you just want me to come here from now on. Considering that Cindy works here" thought Ashton
"Heh. You know it" thought Venom as Ashton continues to sip the mocha sitting down for a little bit as Cindy walks over to sit with him
"Hi Ash!" said Cindy with a coffee in her Cindy "Whatcha doing today?"
"I am seeing a friend" said Ashton "I'm supposed to see him soon so until then I'm just killing time"
"Ask her what she's doing" thought Venom
"I was going to so that" thought Ashton
"How about you?" Ashton
"Going to probably take some pictures around. But that really depends on what happens" said Cindy taking a sip of her coffee
"Like.. Silk?" said Ashton pretending to guess
"Yup" said Cindy popping the p. While Ashton finished his mocha.
"I hope you get great pictures" said Ashton making her smile
"Hey Ash. Do you… want to hang out again?" said Cindy somewhat nervously
"..Yeah. I think I have time" said Ashton as she looked brighter upon hearing that
"Damn… you really do have this on a silver platter" thought Venom "Ash. You need to ask her. Don't wait for her to ask you"
"Fine.." thought Ashton mentally grimacing at Venom
"Be a man from now one when it comes to women you pussy" thought Venom
"You can shut up now" thought Ashton as Venom chuckles
"I think I am going to head out…. So see you then" said Ashton leaving the Starbucks as they wave each other goodbye. Upon doing so. Ashton then goes into an alley to morph into Venom. He then reads the card Baron gave him before setting out
"Such a strange place to be hiding" thought Venom
Later
A man in a dark room seemingly lamenting something taking a drink of a liquor whilst muttering one sided sentences before he felt something was off. He catches a glimpse of a dark figure on the ceiling
"?" Said the main as he looks over to the figure and he could see the piercing white eyes the intruder. Venom
"…did you come to kill me?" said the man with a very dead inside voice. Venom noticed this man seemed very distraught and tilted his head slightly as he lowers himself to the floor
"….No… but you are familiar…" said Venom "…. Seems like tracking you down was a big different"
The man seemed slightly agitated he stood up and four red dots began to glow and ominously rose. Before one shoots over to grab Venom who steps back to avoid it arm and then leaping to the side to dodge the other three
"Holy shit that was fast" thought Venom
"You certainly are more skilled than the one I know" said Venom as the one he knew was terrible at aiming. Yet he was very narrowly close
"Why don't you tell me your business before I rip you to pieces" said the man walking into the light with four mechanical arms ready
"That will not be necessary. Even if it's tempting" said Venom as the clearly didn't believe him and used the arms to grab a large crate to smash him. Venom punches it apart and then webs one down and then webbing his legs to the ground
One arm began to pick off the black webbing while the other two lashed right at Venom as he back handed one before getting hit by the other and trusted into the wall. Venom then felt a puncture in his chest before pulling it out
He looks to see a shark knife has shot from he red slot of the arm as the other three activated their blades joined it as they surrounded Venom aiming at his neck
"Now who are you?" said the man
"…My name is Venom. I only come to ask for your help" said Venom "Do not think I don't have an idea who you are Otto"
"…So you know who I am?" said the man named Otto
"Not entirely.." said Venom "I come for your help on building a machine"
"?" said Otto curiously as two of the mechanical arms retracted their blades and went closer back to Otto. He looked at one particular close to his face "….good point…"
Venom looked curiously at Otto. It was if he was talking to his machine arms
"Is he talking to those things?" thought Venom
"I don't know… seems like it" thought Ashton as the mechanical arms surround him again while Otto gets closer
"What machine are you trying to build?" said Otto
"…you know anything about uh…. Dimension hopping?" said Venom
"You want a transdimensional device?" said Otto "But that can't be possible unless…" as two of the arms moved to his face "Yeah…. Your right….. hmm. But how would that work….. uh huh…."
"….well?" said Venom as Otto holds up his finger
"That could work…. But what material?... But we don't have that…" said Otto as the last two arms got closer "…Yes…" as he then looked at Venom "We'll do it" as Venom natural did his sinister smile catching Otto off guard
"That is a scary smile you got.." said Otto making Venom chuckle
"I'm also going to need you see Baron. If you know" said Venom
"That guy huh?" Said Otto as one of the tentacles seemingly spoke to him again "Interesting…"
"I'll make sure it's worth your while Otto. But do not disappoint" said Venom as he then disappeared into the darkness
Later to Cindy
"Hey give me my purse!" yelled a woman while a young man tried taking it from her. Then Cindy drops down surprising the man webbing the light pole and then the man
"WHOAH!" said the man as he is now hanging on the by the webs and dropping the purse "Hey get me down!" and started shouting angry profanities
Cindy tuned him out and tossed the lady her purse giving her a thumbs up and swinging away. Enjoying the wind hit her face and the sunlight warmth she certainly felt more excited. After meeting a cute guy and having the chance to know him more
She then sees an old man walk into traffic and webs him to avoid a car
"Oh. Thank you Silk" said the old man tipping his hat to her as she swings further. She starts to think. Is there anything else Ashton likes
To Peter
Spiderman continued dodging more of Electro's blasts. Remembering his he defeated Electro the first time. He then webbed a fire hydrant and yanked it off the ground and used his foot shoot the water at him
This weakened Electro's suit causing it to glitch out making him not able to shoot a blast as Spiderman jumped in to sock his face knocking him out. And quickly swung away when he heard the police sirens. And swung onto a top and stood and looked at the Parker Industries building and thought about just entering it as himself
"YOU RIGHT THERE HOLD YOUR HANDS UP!" yelled a familiar voice
"Oh no…" muttered Spiderman putting his hands up stunning around see him
"So you're the imposter" said the voice.. turning out to be Iron Spider
"Are you simply going to speak to me or are you only interested in fighting?" said Spiderman
"Well. You can tell me who you are and stop wearing… what looks like to be my costume"
"Yep. That's me alright…" thought Spiderman "Huh. Apparently this me is friends with Iron Man"
"Peter Parker" said Spiderman
"Are you stupid!? Your clearly not me!" said Iron Spider as Spiderman rolls his eyes behind his mask
"Alright then. Remove my mask and tell me I'm not" said Spiderman "Or even better. Here" as he took off his mask shocking Iron Spider
"Oh my God…" said a shocked Iron Spider retracting his Spider arms and revealed his face to show a Peter who is the exact same age. But less beaten up
Iron Spider puts his hand on Peter's face
"I'm sorry for not believing you… uh… me.. please! Come to my main building!" said Iron Spider as he flies up and Spiderman swings after up upon the tallest part of the PARKER INDUSTRIES building. Upon entering Spiderman was treated to the sight of a luxury office
"Whoah. That looks awesome" said Spiderman jumping onto a couch
"Why thank you. So… mind telling me what is going on?" said Iron Spider
"Multiverse stuff or something. I never thought it was real until a few days ago" said Spiderman "Right now I'm trying to find a friend"
"Well… I think know what I can do" said Iron Spider
"Whats that?" said Spiderman
"Goblin has a lab. I think he has an old one. But I doubt it can directly help you fond your friend. At best it just.. opens a door? I guess.."
"Mm…" said Spiderman as then the circle part of the table Then descends down and comes back with a pizza box as Spiderman then sniffs it "…Pepperroni…"
"Help yourself man your going to need it" said Iron Spider as Spiderman began to dig into the pizza "Well since you are here. It ahold be easier to break in."
"…Sweet!" said Spiderman as he had already finished most of the pizza
"Damn. You must have been hungry" said Iron Spider
"Well I have no idea when I last ate" said Spiderman eating another slice and then grabbing the last slice "This is really good"
"You bet it is…. Uh… do you want to get to the lab after you finish that slice?" said Iron Spider
"uh… after this slice *nom* *nom*…. Ok ready" said Spiderman putting his mask back on AZ he jumped on Iron Spider's back and flew out the open window
"…so how did you get the suit?" said Spiderman
"Gift from Iron Man. I only started using it 3 years ago" said Iron Spider "I could never go on this long without it"
"Huh… well that sounds fun" said Spiderman with slight disdain for the mention of Iron Man "..so where exactly irresponsible we going because the lab I know would be the other way"
"That private island right there" said Iron Spider "Though. I think AIM may have bought the assets from gobby" as they both see the island has several warehouses surrounded by walls
"That doesn't sound good" said Spiderman as they both of their spidey senses tingled and they see several AIM soldiers on flying jet bikes. And they all started opening fire
Iron Spider then flew around some of the lasers being shot at them before they both webbed top ships and yanked them to crash
Some of the ground soldiers and turrets began to notice them and started firing once they got close enough. Spiderman then jumps down for a free fall while Iron Spider flies close behind. Spiderman Sthen webs one of the turrets to swing down and used the momentum to kick several AIM soldiers down
Several drones get activated and start opening fire at Iron Spider who activated his mechanical arms and distracted many of the high end security
Spiderman now inside the area looks at all the warehouses and pondered which could be hiding what he is looking for
The jet bikes from earlier then fly towards him forcing him to take cover behind a tank while more AIM soldiers scramble to surround him
"He's over there!" said an AIM soldier as Iron Spider throws a grenade at them.
*Pff*
All the AIM soldiers in range were now covered in webs stuck as Iron Spider webs the remaining jet bikes causing them to crash
This turn a lot of security attention enough for Spiderman to web a car to throw at the AIM soldier knocking even more of them out a Iron Spider landed nearby
"So where exactly is the thing?" said Spiderman as Iron Spider pointed to one of the bigger warehouses
"It should be looking like a huge circle. I'll distract them for you… so do what you got to do" said Iron Spider "Sucks you don't have time to chill. But it'd nice meeting you"
"Great meeting you too. And thanks for the delicious pizza" said Spiderman as he then kicks down the warehouse door to see several more AIM soldiers and scientists. They were all shocked to see Spiderman. So the scientists scattered while the soldiers got their guns
"Over there!" yelled one as they all open fired at Spiderman. Who of course humps acrobatically around to knock out whoever tried to stop him. He then looked at the machine and webbed one of the scientists to pull over
"Turn that on for me" said Spiderman pushing the scientist to the controls. While he did that he could hear Iron Spider fight more people until he busts in
"Oh hi your still here" said Iron Spider "You better hurry as more reinforcements are comings!" he then flew out presumably to fight more AIM members
The scientist looked stunned for a moment before Spiderman taps his shoulder and pointed to the control panel
The machine then began to turn on
"Will it work?" said Spiderman
"Yes but the destination is unpredictable" said the aim scientists nervously
"….well I guess that's something" said Spiderman
To Ashton
Ashton sits alone late at night and top of a building. With nowhere to stay he couldn't help but feel bummed that he could fond a comfortable place to crash…. But then again as he thinks about it. He realizes he probably can't afford it
"Ashton… why don't you fall asleep. It's been long enough. And I have to take extra precautions to make sure your don't die" thought Venom
"Yeah? I guess that would've been the first thing on my list" thought Ashton continuing to sit down
"Ashton.. you know better to sleep outside" thought Venom
"Well I don't have rent money or someone to stay with" thought Ashton "And I know something you would love to suggest will just come off as creepy"
"Fine" thought Venom "But why don't ease yourself hm?"
"…" thought Ashton looking down upon the streets before laying down on the ledge "…You think we'll see Peter soon?"
"Depends which Peter you mean. But yes." Thought Venom as Ashton frowns "I get it. You miss Peter so chill and you'll be ok"
Venom sprouts out as a tendril to give Ashton an innocent smile. As innocent as he can look.
"..that smile would nightmares to a child…" said Ashton
"fuck you" said Venom while Ashton chuckled slightly as he then received a text from Cindy
You want to hang out at the bookstore again tomorrow? – Cindy
"Fuck…. What do I say?" thought Ashton
"Well…. Here"
Of course :D – Ashton
Sweet! See you around 8:00? - Cindy
Absolutely – Ashton
"Well… that was easy" thought Ashton
"See? I told you this is handed to you on a silver platter" thought Venom
Ashton sighs as he decides wit would be a good time to sleep
The next day to Silk
Cindy wakes up from her bed and looks at the time. Feeling excited for what will happen soon. She then began to shower and clean up for later
She looks out the window and was pleasantly surprised no crime has been committed for her to stop. She reaches in her fridge to warm up some leftover pizza and turns on the TV
"And today we try to find who is Silk's potential accomplice known as 'Night Monkey'"
*Kzzzt*
"YOU WILL LOSE THIS DUEL YUGI! Because I… *checks deck* ACTIVATE MY CREDIT CARD!" yelled a brown haired man
*audience gasps*
"How can I beat Kaiba's powerful card?!" thought Yugi

She continued watching until her timer went up. Where she excitedly leaves her apartment and gets her phone

Cindy finally reaches the bookstore where she waits for Ashton to arrive. Feeling a bit nervous. Hoping she didn't pick a bad time as she eagerly waits for Ashton to arrive. And thankfully he did. Albeit those time he doesn't have his black beanie on
"Ashton hi!" said Cindy gaining his attention from his phone as she excitedly ran up to him "You have a good morning?"
"Yeah" said Ashton returning a smile. He scratches his messy black hair as they both go inside and walk over to look over all the books
"So Ash. You by chance seen all the new Wolverine interview today?" said Cindy catching Ashton off by surprise
"No" said Ashton very interested as Cindy then pulls a video on her phone to show him as he sees a much different Wolverine than he is expecting
"Wow. He looks so much shorter. And he's wearing yellow spandex!?" thought Venom
"Apparently. But his attitude and accomplishments seems to be the same" thought Ashton "….or at least. A lot of it. When the hell did he fight Hercules?"
"Who the hell is this Hercules? He never existed where we are from" thought Venom
"I mean… there's mythology" thought Ashton
"So what other heroes do you like to follow?" said Ashton making Cindy think for a moment
"I would any I enjoy seeing all the news of Scarlett which sometimes. Bu t there really isn't much that'd reported about her"
"Really?" said Ashton
"I mean. She has magic and stuff. But some would say she's insane. But Wolverine is my top" sakd Cindy
"I mean. He is the best at what he does" said Ashton as she nods at him as a magazine catches her attention "Hey…"
"Mysterious Night Monkey" Ashton looked at the magazine cautiously secretly hoping no one saw him morph
"Hey its Venom" said Cindy slightly slipping up before backtracking "Er.. at least I think that's better name for him. Don't you think?"
"Uh. Yeah" said Ashton pretending to think "Yeah that definitely suits him better than the other names"
"Haha!" thought Venom "Relax Ashy boi. She doesn't know it's us."
"What do you think of the Night Monkey Venom guy?" said Ashton
"What I think?" said Cindy as she tries to hide a slight flustered remembering how Venom flirted with her "He's very cool"
"See that? She's totally into us" thought Venom "I would say stroke her ego. But….. see if you can get her to say anything more"
"Really?" said Ashton making her nod
"I'm sure Silk has a much easier time protecting New York with him around" said Cindy
"Ok that's something. Besides almost slipping up heh" thought Venom
"He's just cool. Like Silk" said Cindy with a little bit of pride before looking through the magazine to see some photos of Venom and her as Silk
Ashton looks over to see one interview with an unknown "exposing" him
"He some sort of demon from the future.. and [he] told me about all the chemicals in the water that brainwashed us all. This [redacted] is from the hood man. I bet I know some connections"
"Now that is fucking stupid" thought Venom
"I mean the guy in the picture looks like a crack addict. So of course he wouldn't get shit right" thought Ashton as both he and Cindy read the most stupid alleged stuff Venom has done
"this gossip magazine is garbage" muttered Cindy as Ashton mods in agreement as they proceed to look through other magazines on other superheroes. This went on until Ashton gets an idea
"Hey Cindy…You want to grab a coffee?" said Ashton aloud catching her off guard
"I would love too" said Cindy happily "You got anything in mind?"
"Dunkin" said Ashton "You ever had that before?"
"Not really" said Cindy "Is it good?"
"Absolutely" said Ashton
"Huh. I thought you hated Dunkin drinks" thought Venom
"Certain Dunkin drinks Venom. Plus the one here can't make them that much the same" thought Ashton
"Fair point" thought Venom
Ashton and Cindy then leave the bookstore and walk over to where the Dunkin Donuts is and entered it. Cindy was curious to what she should get. It eventually got to their turn
Ashton orders a mocha coffee and thinking that looks good. Cindy orders the same as him, and q few moments of waiting later an employee puts their mocha out for them to grab. Once they did she takes a sip
"What do you think?" said Ashton
"Its actually very good" said Cindy going in for another as they both sat down together "I need to come more often" making Ashton slightly chuckle
"Yeah. You'd be surprised that some things are better than Starbucks" Said Ashton
"Hm… guess so" said Cindy as Ashton seems to drink pretty fast which didn't go unnoticed by Cindy
"Ash. Relax. Nothing bad is going on" thought Venom
"Sorry. I've just never done something like this before" thought Ashton "Especially with a girl"
"Y'know this just tells me you've been single for too long" thought Venom
"Is everything good?" said Cindy
"Yeah it's alright" said Ashton
"Fuck you" thought Ashton
"Hey. I'm just telling you facts. Don't be mad at me for that" thought Venom
Eventually Cindy finished her coffee and they leave
"Man that was really good" said Cindy "But you know. There is one more place we should get food. Its actually pretty amazing"
"You really think so?" said Ashton
"Mhm" said Cindy "Cmon we got to go before it gets crowded" grabbing his arm and started pulling ham
They eventually reached what appeared to be a doughnut shop
"I don't think I've seen this place before" said Ashton
"Me neither" thought Venom
"You know. I don't think I was able to come here with anyone really" said Cindy peaking Ashton's interest as they go in "Every time I want to go everyone so busy. But you know. At least I finally got a chance now"
"They must be that good then" said Ashton as she gave him a very cheery smile
"YoU by chance got any funny stories?" said Cindy
"Well…" said Ashton
Later
Cindy kept trying to hold in a laugh
"Yeah you wouldn't believe it. Everyone thought so" said Ashton trying to hold his laugh in as well as they both strolled through the park now that it had been a while longer
"Honestly if you had a sibling it definitely would been better" said Cindy
"Guess so" said
They continued walking through the park, however, Cindy's Silk sense went off on her
"Ashton thank you so for spending time with me today it really means a lot" said Cindy
"Hey its no problem" said Ashton as to his surprise. She pulls him into a hug
"Lets do it again" said Cindy to his ear as she lets go and began to head away while giving him one last smile
"Oh we will…" thought Ashton as he morphs into Venom to go follow Silk swing after her
Meanwhile…
A Silver symbiote finds the mirror dimension watching them
"…there you two are…." Said the titan linking blood off his teeth before punching it to go through into the back of a dark building "…"
The silver titan reverts to Carlton Drake and walks towards the road who smirks while continuing his walk before recognizing a particular shop. He goes up and knocks on the door
"We are closed" said Beron
"Mr. Baron. We have some matters to discuss" said Carlton
To Carnage
Carnage reverts to Cletus Kasady and looks into a dimension
"….he's there…." Thought Carnage

"Go crazy Cletus. Let the Carnage start once he's found" thought Carnage while Cletus disturbingly giggles
As he then twitches for a moment as he walks out if a dark alleyway
To Venom and Silk
"THERE YOU ARE…."
Venom felt a familiar tingle in his head. Silk then noticed something was 9ff. But before she could say anything
"Silk…. Get of here now" said Venom as he could tell she has her tingle
"I…. FOUND YOU… ."
Venom shot a tendril at Silk to yank her out of the way from a red tendril that appeared out of nowhere and went straight through a trash as suddenly several cars went flying like no tomorrow and many screams could be heard and some were silenced
Silk was about to run out to see what was happening. But Venom grabbed her arm
"What are doing !? Let go!" said Silk
"You'll die!" said Venom
"I can take care of myself!" Said Silk
"Not against him!" said Venom as he morphed a shield to stop more incoming tendrils "Holy shit.." as Venom looked out as there were traces of blood on the street and leftover items
"Jealous of what I had for dinner?" said Carnage mockingly as he hands sharpened to claws "Such a shame I can never kill your father. But you will do instead!"
Venom growled and sharpened his claws. Silk then got in a battle stance. A couple tendrils sprout of put Carnages back. Venom quickly pushes Silk aside to save her from getting punctured
"Venom!" yelled Silk as she quickly webs a table and and swings it to whack Carnage briefly distracting him as Venom leaped over and slashed his face
"So your Eddie's boy?" said Carnage as his tendrils stabbed Venom through him to the ground. "I expected more from you"
Venom webbed his face and the clawed the tendrils breaking them free
"I see you haven't changed at all you sick fuck" said Venom as police sirens could be heard getting closer
"They are over there!" said a SWAT as he and his team exif the vans and started firing at both Venom and Carnage as Silk jumps away to avoid the gunfire
"And this is what I get for helping" muttered as he quickly took this time to grab a car and smack Carnage straight into one of the SWAT Van's
"yup pretty much. You need to reconsider" Thought Venom
A couple SWAT slowly approach as they both got grabbed by Carnage's tendrils and pulled inside. Another tendril reaches our for a third SWAT only for Silk to web him and yank him away
Silk jumps back into the fray and webs Carnage's face and pulls hi m into the ground. And gets closer to to swing a trashcan to him. But Carnage couldn't care less about her so the moment she gets closer to punch him. He then grabs her
"You are very pretty but not worth my time… fight me again when you are ready gyahahahha!" Said Carnage as he then threw her as far as he could "SHIT… I should've ate her."
Venom Gets up and off a car and smashes the SWAT van front causing the alarm to go off
"RAAAAGH!" yelledboth Venom and Carnage as Venom gets a bit more monstrous looking looking revealing his mouth and terrifying tongue
As they both jump away from the sound as Venom reverts back
"Why aren't you show your mouth? That's embarrassing for a symbiote" said Carnage as his tendrils shoot at him
Venom managed to dodge them both as Venom lunged at him avoiding more tendrils and grabbed his arm and slammed hi m into the ground
Venom quickly slashes Carnage as fast as he could before he once again got punctured by the tendrils
"GYAAAH" yelled Venom as he then chomped both tendrils making Carnage growled in pain and then more SWAT members came over and open fired upon Carnage who then uses a couple tendrils to impale two of them
And toss thdm into more cars and other swats.. S
"You really are pathetic. Defending these people who aren't yours!?" yelled Carnage "You really are just like your father!"
Immediately thinking. Venom sees a megaphone that had been dropped.
"Oh no…." Thought Venom "THAT IDEA WILL GET US KILLED!"
"but it's qn idea either way!" Thought Ashton as he grabbed the megaphone and broke the trigger making it screech and
Both Venom and Carnage hold their ears in pain as the symbiote began to separate from their hosts
"ASHTON!" yelled Venom as the symbiote hopped off Ashton and went back
"Venom!" Said Ashton as Cletus with Carnage hanging onto his back
"You are resourceful motherfucker" said Cletus as he shoots a small tendril from his finger and hit Ashton in his chest
"!" said Ashton
"NOOOOO!" said Venom who tried going over to Ashton but the frequency was too high for him to get any closer
"YOU HURT CARNAGE! NOW IM GONNA HURT YOU" said Cletus as socks Ashton straight in the jaw. And held him up and shoved him to the top of a car. He then stomps on the speaker making it quieter so his Carnage symbiote can withstand more
Silk finally managed to get track to the battle as she then sees q familiar face collapse while Cletus proceeded to punch that face like no tomorrow
"YOU GET AWAY FROM HIM!" yelled Silk as she got closer to punch him off while the megaphone began to die down even more as Cletus gets a sadistic smile on his face as she then webs Ashton to pull him closer to her
"Back for more huh?" said Cletus as he began to morph into Carnage "this time you won't go to waste!"
Silk was ready to fight tooth and nail but then to her surprise. Carnage seemed to change personality wise as he suddenly seemed alert and began looking around the background. He growls as he stares at her
"You are lucky again woman. You don't even know what goes on between me, him, and whatever is coming" said Carnage ominously
Little did Silk know. Someone in the background was ominously watching with a smirk on his face. Carnage then ran off to go into the manhole to disappear into the sewers
Silk looks around but saw nothing worth noting as she grabs Ashton and swings away before news coverage can get closer to see who Ashton is. She then gets on top of a roof where she knows no wine will find them and lays him down
She still felt shocked at this revelation. The boy she liked is also the same hero she likes.
"Ashton your gonna be ok. Please hold on" said Silk
"Don't worry Cindy. He will be" said q terrifying voice. Coming from the goop creeping. She instinctively held Ashton closer to her
"S-Stay back!" said Cindy
"Cindy. Trust me. He is my best friend. I would never let him die" said the goop "*sigh* why do I even bother trying to convince you in this state?" said the goop as it jumped onto Ashton's arm and absorbed inside before Silk could do something
Then. Ashton morphed into Venom startling her
"Its alright" said Venom getting up
"Just who are you?"
"I told you. We are Venom" said Venom "And Ashton is going to be ok. I promise. He will regain consciousness soon"
Silk was now hesitant now that Ashton has some sort of parasite or spirit in him she still felt off about him. Though her Silk senses are not tingling
"Just go home and rest. We will see you tomorrow" said Venom as he jumped and swung away
"Ugh…. My head"
"Wakey Wakey sleepy. Cassidy really fucked your head badly" thought Venom
"…" thought Ashton as Venom swung out around back to Baron "God it hurts so much"
"Hey hey. It means your alive" thought Venom "Though Ashton….. does anything feel different to you?"
"Uh…. I don't know. But my head still aches" thought Ashton
Later
Venom lands upon Baron shop. He tried to open the door but it was locked. Venom then sticks tendril and unlocks it and then something jumps at him and Ashton instinctively grabs it
"Oh it's you again" muttered Ashton as the doll stops squirming and relaxes. he put the doll down for it to scurry away
"Stupid doll" thought Venom as he then pokes out of Ashton
"Baron! You there?" said Venom
"-? Oh Ashton you're here! Please come downstairs" said Baron as Venom retracts back into Ashton
Ashton closes the door and walks down like he said and sees Baron having tea with Otto and to his surprise. Carlton Drake
"Mr. Brock. Its good to see you" said Carlton making Ashton tense
"Oh shit! Run Ashton Run!" thought Venom
"Boy. Relax" said Carlton as Baron pulls out a seat and gestures him to sit down. To which Ashton reluctantly does "How you been?" Ashton reluctantly takes a seat but he could feel no malice from Carlton as he pushes fairly large mug of hot chocolate closer to him
While one of Otto's arms gets close to Ashton's face to examine him for a moment before moving back
"…you ever put a leash on those things?" muttered Ashton as Otto shrugged his shoulders sipping more tea as Venom sprouts out of Ashton
"Two can play it that game" said Venom as Otto looked fascinated as reached out to poke him "But please don't touch. I bite" as he reveals his sharp teeth making Otto retract his arm
Venom goes back to Ashton and examines the mug of hot chocolate and sniffs it
"Oh yeah…" said Venom as he stuck his head in the mug as Carlton chuckles the sight
"You both have such fascinating specimens connected to you" said Otto scratching his messy brown hair
"But.. what are you doing here Mr. Drake?" said Ashton
"Simple. I don't intend to fight. I only want to talk" said Carlton
"But why. I thought you hated me" said Ashton
"I hated your father. I do not have a reason to hate you" said Carlton as Ashton could hear Venom growled at the first comment as Riot then sprouts out of Carlton
"To be fair. You were half right Ashy boy. But that doesn't matter" said Riot
"..Then why do you do nothing?" said Ashton
"Things can change Ashton. Maybe I don't have to hate you or Venom after all" said Riot as he retracted back into Carlton
"So what is it you want to talk about?" said Ashton
"I want you to join me" said Carlton as Venom stuck his head out of the mug
"WHAT!? YOU!? WHY SUCH A-"
"Venom" said Ashton quieting him down
"I don't expect an answer from you now. But. All I ask is that you can think about it" said Carlton "You see. Symbiote humans sticking together to reach our goals will bring us vicotry"
"And what goals are these?" said Ashton
"It will be revealed when the time comes. So I understand your suspicion" said Carlton "Qnd it will be worthwhile to all allies" as he then pats Otto's shoulder and then gesturing at Baron
"…." Said Ashton as Venom quickly finishes up the hot chocolate and retracts back into him
"I get you see the possible benefits. But don't tell me you trust HIM of all people. If it was someone else this would be different but why that fucker!?" thought Venom
"…thank you for your offer Mr. Drake. But I think there are some things to do before I take on it" said Ashton making Carlton raise a brow in interest
"Very well Mr. Brock. I will see you soon" said Carlton
"And how's the transdimensional thing doing?" said Ashton as one of the tentacle arms reaches over and grabs an unfinished device
"Still working on the kinks" said Otto
"…with my help it will go faster" said Carlton
"…let's hope so" said Ashton
"So what are you up to boy?" said Otto
"Just worry about the device." Said Ashton getting up "I'll see you guys tomorrow" and began to leave the shop
Little did they know. A familiar red head had been listening to them with malice as he gives a bloody smile whilst watching Ashton leave
To Silk
Cindy had just reached her apartment thinking about what just happened. Not just going on the revelation that Ashton is Venom, actually going out with him, and running into some other red monster
Thinking about it now she would've objected to the goop monster taking Ashton. But she never got any Silk sense tingles. She was definitely creeped out though
She began to undress and look into the mirror. Thankfully no major bruises or noticeable ones as she then puts on regular clothes and the jumps onto her bed. Feeling very yoked after today made her want to go in more than ever
Silk's dream
Silk Imagines herself swing across the New York city skylines seeing all the bustling streets and thankfully no one in trouble. As far as she could see before seeing a giant silly looking robot walking though the city about to tear down a building
Silk then jumpss onto a conveniently placed crane. She then squeezes into and webs a lot of the inside, pulling back, and is launched out like a cannon
Silk then busted straight through the head as the robot then disappeared into dust
"Ah. Another day another robot" said Silk as she runs on the windows and launching herself downtown gain more momentum to then snatch a kid out of the middle of the street and put him on a slide at a playground
Silk continues swinging until she spits a familiar face walking amongst the streets.
"Ashton" thought Silk as she quickly swung towards him. The moment she landed
Suddenly a giant army of thugs appeared out of the blue woth one holding a flamethrower and a megaphone
"STUPID PEOPLE OF THIS CITY. WE ARE TAKING OVER!"
Silk gets ready for a fight as she then felt a hand on her shoulder. Not from Ashton but from Venom
"Don't start without me" said Venom
To Venom
Venom swung around the city until
"I sense it…" thought Venom
"Sense what?" thought Ashton
"…the Osborne building. That symbiote sense we felt earlier.." thought Venom
Venom then climbs to the top of a building and scanned his surroundings… until one seemingly stood out
"There"
Venom then swings to the side of the building where he he began to crawl down. Trying to find where he sense of the other symbiote. When he reached the floor that he felt the strongest sense to. He opens the window and sneaks in crawling on the ceiling
"…." Said Venom as he quietly drips down to see strange nothing but a normal office
"strange… the sense are at its strongest here" thought Venom
Venom then began to poke every corner of the room to look for what he believes to be a symbiote. But finds a very distinctive tile. He then pulled off the wall to reveal a secret room
To reveal what appears to be a lab but he sees what appeared to be a glass bubble with black goop swishing around inside
"That's the one… but I don't recognize it.." thought Venom as he puts his hand on it. Where it proceeded to mimic the shape of his hand
Venom then clenched his fists and punched the glass open. The goop the jumped onto Venom and absorbed into him
"You…. I like you…"
"whoah whoah. This boy is mine. Get your own"
Then the alarm went off. And Venom then ran out of the secret room to see robots pointing guns at him along with an angry looking Green Goblin
"YOU AGAIN!" yelled Goblin "YOU HUMILIATED ME AND NOW YOUR STEALING MY SUBJECT"
He raised his fist and tried to punch Venom who ducked under and front kicked his chest to avoid all fire from the bots. He then grabbed on both and threw it the others. Before he could kill Goblin a very loud alarm
"RAAAAAGGHH!" yelled Venom as he backed out the window and fell. Thankfully Venom regaoned his senses and shot a web at another building and swung before
"Now that the menace Silk continues destroying property with her vigilantism with her new evil sidekick Spiderman!"
"God damn it . Will he ever get our name right? Venom. ITS VENOM!"
"Funny….My name is Venom"
"Guys can you not be having conversations its now its distracting!" thought Ashton
"Sorry"
"Why apologize?... He's a human"
"He's my best friend. Other Venom. When you get one you'll understand"
"Guys!" thought Ashton "I do not want to hear arguing in my head"
"Yeah?.. .. then what do you plan to do… now?..."
"Simple my fellow me. Get you a host"
"…..that is acceptable.."
Later
Venom then reverted back to Ashton as he held onto the wall when he stared into Eddie's apartment.
"You sure this human is the right choice?"
"of course he is. Look at my human Ashton. He's great"
"….Yes…"
Ashton slightly cracks the window open as he stuck his hand in. Then. Black goop excreted from his hand and onto the floor
"Aah… now I have you to myself. Like before and the way I like" thought Venom as they both watched the other Venom symbiote creep closer to Eddie crawl up on the bed and onto Eddie's hand while he slept
Ashton then looks away and stays on the wall for a moment. He low key wanted to go into there and speak to him But he just couldn't bring himself to do it. Being this close to finish father. Or at least a different version made him look down as he descended back into darkness
"Ashton…."
"…" said Ashton
"I know what your feeling. Do not hide it"
Ashton gets a slight headache for a moment again before putting his hand on q pole. And clenched it real hard practically bending it. He then rubbed his face and looked up before feeling a buzz in his pocket. Prompting him to pull his phone out
"Ashton? Are you ok?" – Cindy
"…" said Ashton
"I am fine and ok. I am very sorry for worrying you" - Ashton
"Can I see you tomorrow?" - Cindy
"Shit. No doubt she's gonna ask about all that stuff"
"You don't owe her shit Ash. You only feel like you do" thought Venom making Ashton think for a moment
"Sure" – Ashton
"Top of the big bridge?" - Cindy
"Yeah that will be fine" - Ashton
The next day
Ashton looks at a TV
"Yesturday was a terrible day for New York. Lots of destruction has been put forth upon to this great city. And to my surprise it wasn't entirely Silk's fault. It was her sidekick Spiderman's fau-"
*Crack*
Ashton punched the TV cracking it. He also sees a group of people And stares at them intently but no one seems to notice
"Ashton"
"!" said Ashton looking up breaking out of his trance
"Ash. Are you getting a nauseous feeling or is it just me?" thoughtVenom
"You know what's happening?" Thought Ashton
"I don't know. We just feel different now" thought Venom
"..not much difference now aren't there?" thought Ashton sarcastically
"I…guess not?" thought Venom while Ashton checks the time and morphs into Venom to walk up the building up to the top where he sees Cindy seemingly waiting for him
"...Silk" said Venom gaining her attention
"ASHTON!" said Silk pulling him into a hug "Er… or is this goopy?"
"GOOPY!?" thought Venom "The nerve!"
"That's actually getting for you" thought Ashton
"No!" thought Venom
"Relax Silk" said Venom as his face reveals a fully awake Ashton "I am here" as he morphs back and Silk hugs him a little bit tighter effort letting him go
"Are you doing alright?" said Silk
"Me? You're the one that dealt with that guy when I wasn't around. I should be more worried about you" said Venom
"You kidding?! You wee beaten like hell! Like the world's worst punching bag!" said Silk
"…Not the first time it's happened" said Venom
"Well you need to be more careful!" said Silk she with a little annoyed expression "*sigh* so tell me. Who was that?"
"the red one?" said Venom
"The red one" said Silk
"That was Carnage definitely someone my business" said Venom
"Ashton your being bad at explaining again" thought Venom
"What do you mean your business?" Said Silk
"'Family rivalry'. You know the deal"said Venom as it made more sense to her
"Family rivalry? Holy crap Ash that's some 'family' you have" said Silk
"I know, it's definitely a fucked up family thing" said Venom as he puts her hand on her face
"I swear the longer I do this the more insane supervillains will be" said Silk shaking her head in annoyance
"Well….Is there anything to do you feel better?" said Venom
"You can not try to kill yourself" said Silk playfully punching his arm
"Considering what will happen. We are terrible people Ashton.. terrible." Thought Venom
"You don't say" thought Ashton sarcastically
"AND. We look after each other much better" said Silk "If we work better together. We could make sure the city is safer"
"That'd be fun" said Venom with hidden guilt knowing he will leave eventually
"Now cmon. Let's go for a swing" said Silk as the both jumped off the building and began swinging
"That wall crawling menace Silk and her just as bad accomplice SPIDERMAN or some media call NIGHT MONKEY has caused so much da-"
"Some things never change" thought Ashton as he heavily resisted the urge to web the screen agai
"MAN FUCK THAT GUY WE ARE NOT PETER" thought Venom
"Calm down. He'll learn eventually" thought Ashton
"Venom dud you have any favorite moments during your tenured in… you said you were from Alaska right?" said Silk
"Yeah" said Venom "But I would say there was this… flying dude. Gave me a clearer look at the sly more than ever"
"Sounds like a big fall" said Silk with a slight shudder at the thought. Qnd in Alaska knowing the weather there
"True and sure sometimes it does get annoying when you try to web a light pole but end up webbing the snow" said Venom "But it did force me to be more precise when it comes to snow" making Silk hold in a slight laugh
"Well goopy, the skills really show" said Silk playfully
Venom of course disliked that while Ashton didn't care as Silk senses something she looks over too see a gang violence
"You up for that?" said Silk
"Absolutely" said Venom as they both along towards the gang to stop them
….Later somewhere underground…
Otto walks through a broken door with one of his mechanical arms holding a hostage
"The last piece is here" said Otto as one of his mechanical arms holds a hostage
"I-I-I am b-bound by a contract!" plead the hostage as one of the other arms menacingly got close to his face and a sharp blade pictured out of the middle "!"
"What about this one?" Said Otto sarcastically moving the hostage closer to the number bad basically forcing him
When the door opened. Be was quickly tossed aside
"You messed with me the last time OCTAVIUS" said a menacing voice making Otto smirking turning around as all his mechanical arms sprouted their blades
"Good. You will pay for my humiliations" said Otto as one of the arms blocks a pumpkin bomb while two more jab at goblin giving him a couple cuts before Goblin used his arms to shrug off and punch Otto twice
"holy shit you ate durable" said Goblin as he the caught two of the arms that tried to stab him. Otto then used his other two mechanical arms to on the ground to put more pressure on goblin
"you thought you could trash me in favor of some science fair project?" said Otto as he them slugged Goblin straight in the face twice before getting head-butted back
Goblin then gets two pumpkin bombs and chucks them both over at Otto was nearly caught by one of the blasts
Meanwhile
Several security were running over to assists Goblin. But then. Someone in the darkness pulled them in. The rest opened fired leading the figure to lunged over and slash one
One guard shoots the figure's back with a shotgun as he turns around grabs the guard's leg and throws him into the ceiling lights
The last two guards looked in fear as the figure then got a more menacing appearance
Back to Otto
Before he could do anything more. Goblin then got a slash to his back before being grabbed and slammed into the wall and the hand jolted to his neck. He got a good look that it's Venom
"Eyes. Lungs. Pancreas. So many snacks so little time" said Venom as he began to bulk up revealing a very sinister smile "I knew a Goblin before you. Never met him personally. But I know he's not as pathetic as you"
*chomp*
Otto watched with much indifference and slight anger which did not go unnoticed
"I take it that you hated that guy" said Venom tossing the headless body to the side
"He messed with my machine. The power of the sun could've been in the palm of my hand" said Otto clenching his fists
"Really now?" said Venom "You didn't take it too well that he's dead"
"I. WANTED TO KILL HIM" said Otto as Venom darkly chuckled
"You really are different than the one I know " said Venom stepping closer towards him "More successful, more smart.. mmm… more bloodthirsty…I like that"
"…" said Otto as Venom puts his hand on his shoulder
"All I ask is that you finish that machine and make it so it works" said Venom as he then takes several steps back into the darkness "I do apologize if I have made you frustrated with my rash action. But I'll sweeten your deal with another Goblin. Hmm?"
"…yes…. Yess…." Said Otto as his mechanical arms all faced him "hm…. Of course…. Yeah that's a big problem"
"he's doing that thing again. It's weird" thought Venom
"You do realize we do the same thing right?" thought Ashton
"Yeah but you don't slip up out loud. At least anymore" thought Venom
"Well?" said Venom as one of Otto's mechanical arms grabs an unknown device
"I will let you know what I want " said Otto as he walks out the door as Venom then follows behind morphing back to the more non monstrous form he had earlier
"….so what is that?" said Venom peering at what Otto took
"this is crucial to powering what you asked for. Further modifications are the problem" said Otto holding it in his arms
Trivia
1:The Boys season 3 and Multiverse of Madness is out WOOOOOOO! After an eternity it's finally here. Now I just need the Silk show and Across the Spiderverse
2: since while I was writing this I've had an entire mess to go through. One of the big reasons why this took so long. Had to do with one of my other stories Life Starts Now. Where almost an entire chooser just decided to blip from existence with no warning
Yeah it fucking sucks. But at least I'm over that rock
Alyx: I've been looking at one of my fav games TF2. So many bots it hurts but a least Valve says they hear us and will fix it….. hopefully
4: Now that it's summer. I hope on bringing in something to at least make it worth your while. I sure as hell am stocking up on local cookies. Because where I'm going. Those cookies will get more expensive as hell
5: Originally this chapter was going to end much differently than what I originally planned because I think Silk and Venom need more time to grow together making more of an incentive for what will come
Bonus
At Baron's residence
Ashton lay sleeping on a couch seemingly stirring as flashes of rage on him causing him to twitch
This lasted until he jolted awake feeling nauseous
"Uh… Ash I don't know what's going on" thought Venom
Ashton then got up and went to the bathroom and inspects himself. Obviously some small bruises are still there from Kassidy
But the nauseating feeling was back as he looks down and back in the mirror
More flashes of Venom going more insane keeps entering his mind before he instinctively punched the mirror cracking it with tense breaths
"I don't understand…. What is even wrong?"
"I don't know Ashton I told you.." thought Venom "But damn it. It sucks… ugh.. I feel it worse than you…"
