"I really just can't get enough of you...", Peter whispered as Jasmine nodded, "I know... I love that we have this relationship... that we're so close and in love...".

Peter whispered so softly, "I love you, Jasmine.", and Jasmine smiled warmly, purring, whispering back to him, "I love you too, Peter.", before Peter kissed her on the lips in return, lasting for a minute before a huge sound of an explosion pierced the air, and they whipped their heads over to see the tower of Oscorp smoking and on fire a few buildings away.

"That's...", Jasmine pointed. "Oscorp.", Peter said as he helped her up. "Come on, we've got to save some folks then...".

Jasmine nodded, holding into Peter after he closed his mask down, "Let's go. You take the bottom floors; I'll take the top floors.", and Peter shot a web, speaking, "You sure?", as he started to swing downwards.

"Face it, my eyes are better to search in the smoke, and I can be low under the smoke unlike you.", Jasmine replied, and Peter nodded, "Alright, then.", as he kept swinging from building to building before landing and sticking to the glass of Oscorp, crawling to a hole window, as he helped Jasmine into the building.

Peter replied, "Be careful.", and Jasmine smiled, "I'll take any survivors, and... unfortunate ones as well, to the stairs. You be careful too.", squeezing his hand before sprinting onwards, shifting into her tigress form.

Peter stared after her for a second before swinging downwards to land into an open window below the explosion area, to make sure that the people are getting out via the stairs. He knew that Gwen would have heard the explosion as it's not a normal sound to her, and Jean, probably seeing it on the news if already done with her own patrol.

Hopefully they'd arrive fast, Peter didn't feel too confident that they'd get everyone in time without them. Not to mention there might already be some fatalities from the explosion. Whatever caused it... Peter shook his head. No need to think about that at the moment, focus on saving folks.

Meanwhile, Jasmine searched, saving survivors on her back or in her arms, carrying them to the stairs, while dragging the fatalities out of the fire range, knowing that their families need to identify them sadly once the fire is out and everyone is safe.

And so, she searched through the floors thoroughly, staying low under the smoke, repeating in saving survivors and carrying the deceased to safe spots before reaching the origin of the explosion which was an entire floor lab.

"Okay... from how messed up this place is... got to be the epicenter...", Jasmine said to herself as she was trying to keep the smoke from suffocating her. "Is anyone still alive!?", she called out; hopeful that maybe someone could answer her.

She kept staying low, finding many deceased scientists and a few men in suits, probably of a board for Oscorp or something, taking them to clear spots away from the fire, hearing moans and groans, finding a few very injured scientists, taking them to the stairs, keeping them on the landings, and as she got closer to the epicenter, it was quite like a horror movie, seeing mangled bodies in pieces, burned bodies here and there, and then she picked up a shrieking, yowling sound, hearing a voice taunt like he was drunk, "That's for escaping, you alien freaky thing!".

Jasmine froze up. Alien? No, couldn't be Gwen, right? No way anyone would've attributed her abilities to her being an alien. She glanced around as she was trying to find the source of the noise before she found one of those scientists, looking fairly worse for wear like he was about to drop dead from his injuries at any moment.

He was using a taser, looking concussed, angry, smirking, stabbing it at a black ooze thing he was cornering, and the black ooze thing somehow shrieked, yowling in pain, the ooze moving into spasming tentacles, trying to escape the cracked container which the cruel, evil, and taunting people of this place that trapped it in, and the scientist laughed, "Too easy!".

"Hey, what are you doing!?", Jasmine shouted as he turned to look at her. "Stay back! Get away from that thing! It's dangerous!", he yelled as he dropped to one knee, feeling the exhaustion and injuries getting to him almost instantaneously.

Jasmine snorted with a growl, "No, you're dangerous. You got a concussion, and you're not thinking straight, and you're hurting someone with feelings!", grabbing the taser out of his hand, and the man wrestled it back, "Give it back! That thing is dangerous, it needs to be contained!".

"I won't let you hurt it again!", Jasmine snarled, as the symbiote watched in shock and confusion and fear yet angry and hurt at the mean man, leaping at his neck, jolting the man's arm, the taser slamming into one of the man's injuries, shocking him as Jasmine shouted back in shock and horror as the taser settings were on high which was the worst pain for the symbiote, hence killing the scientist.

The symbiote shimmered off the man, hissing at him before shrieking in fear as it felt heat coming closer and closer, seeing the fire, and wanting shelter, it went for the closest thing, and it was Jasmine.

Jasmine moved as quick as she could to try to avoid whatever that thing was, but it was inhumanly fast and there was no chance of her getting away from it.

Strangely enough, Jasmine didn't feel pain or anger or any danger signs, half expecting it to be like when Jafar cursed her heart and all, and she saw the fire coming closer, and she glanced at the dead man...She knew he was hurting the thing, and the fact that he called it a freak, an alien which is warning signs for her, since she occasionally has a nightmare about Gwen getting hurt by Jafar alongside her.

With a grimace, she dragged the corpse across the floor to safety as she couldn't leap over the incoming fire to the other side to search for any survivors, not that she didn't think there are any as the fire was huge, taking oxygen and all.

As it was the epicenter and last floor of her search, she made it to the stairs, seeing that the explosion made some of the stairs damaged, but still intact for the firefighters that she can hear coming, closing the door to the fire, checking over the rescued, injured scientists she saved, knowing that in the staircase upwards above her from the other floors are the ones she saved as well.

She took deep breaths, panting as her adrenaline was finally running out from all the exertion she did, hearing Peter's voice, "Shadow Claw!", and she looked down to see Peter leaping and jumping from staircase to staircase, landing on the railing next to her, "You okay?".

"Fire is blocked on this floor. People waiting on landings on each floor above in this staircase corridor. I lost count...", Jasmine panted heavily.

Peter caressed her arm, "You did good, Shadow. I will check on the others up there, okay?", with a nod. "Be careful... there's a lot of people who have died today from this...", Jasmine admitted as Peter nodded again.

"Can't help much with that, I'm afraid... not after it's already happened. Best we can do is save those who can still be saved...", Peter said as he went for another round of rescues as Jasmine sat down and tried to relax... and deal with her hitchhiker. "Where exactly are you?", she glanced around as she lost track of where the black blob had gone.

The symbiote itself has traveled alongside Jasmine's body, discovering the yucky dark magic that tastes horrible to itself within Jasmine's scar, feeling emotions of good feelings within Jasmine's heart, and then links carefully with Jasmine's mind as it saw that Jasmine saved it from the mean man to be hurt again.

It took the form of a black kitten as it came into the mindscape of Jasmine, hearing laughter, joy, happiness, peace, content relief, seeing the tiger guardians, and they chuffed yet growled at it not to touch anything inside, just watch, and somehow, it wasn't angry or upset, just glad that it is having shelter, and started watching the memories, starting with her most recent memories, deciding to go backwards as it was very curious about its savior.

Meanwhile, Jasmine was unaware of the biological alien mass that had secretly seeped into her skin and her very mind and soul. After a few moments of searching, Jasmine just assumed maybe whatever the thing was had ran away from her, like a scared rodent or something of the sort.

Lost in thought, she was startled to hear a laugh from one of the firefighters, "Supergirl!", seeing that the door to the fire was open, and saw Gwen spinning around the huge fire, diminishing the oxygen inside the circle which the fire was feeding upon, and soon got to a manageable size where the firefighters were grabbing the fire extinguishers to kill it out.

She then saw Jean helping Peter with hovering a table for the mostly intact survivors to rest on, from up above in the staircase corridor, and she smiled, seeing the paramedics arrive on scene from down below. She has a feeling that it'd be a busy afternoon and went to help inform the paramedics of the best information she can about the survivors and such.

Indeed, the Spectacular Squad was almost wiped out after they got home at different intervals, taking showers and baths, and now is in pajamas, resting in bed, yet still awake. Jasmine is in her human form, seemingly lost in thought.

"You alright, Jazz?", Gwen asked softly as it was Jasmine's turn to be surrounded by her lovers. Each of them takes turns every night to be the one in being surrounded by their lovers.

Jasmine looked at Gwen on her left side, smiling at her concern, "I'm just wondering about something that happened back there...I think I did something good, yet I couldn't keep thinking about if I actually killed someone...", now frowning.

Peter looked at Jasmine, "I knew it...Something happened before I got to you in the staircase corridor...", as he was resting on Jasmine's front, resting his head on her belly before looking up at Jasmine's comment.

Jean, on Jasmine's right side, asked, "What happened, Jasmine?", looking at Jasmine in concern, worried to see her looking confused and sad.

"To tell you the truth... I'm still not so sure. One of those scientists... they were still alive but clearly had been pretty messed up by the explosion. He was ranting and raving and using a taser on... something...". Her mind strangely went static like when her memory was trying to focus on what he was going after. "It was some sort of experiment that escaped... he was either trying to recapture it or kill it. I got close to him, trying to stop him and get his taser away but... he managed to overpower me for a moment, trying to continue what he was doing... and ended up fatally shocking himself.".

"So, he killed himself?", Gwen asked, and Jasmine nodded, "Yeah, but I caused it in the first place...Is that bad?".

Gwen shook her head, "No way. If you were saving this experiment from being tortured, that's a very good reason, and no, you didn't kill the guy. You were doing it as a Good Samaritan in a way, and he killed himself after he didn't listen to you, and besides, a concussed, messed up person who enjoyed putting pain on experiments, is technically a psychotic person, so that's also another good reason of why you were defending yourself and this experiment.".

Jean nodded, "She's right, Jasmine. You did a good thing, and it wasn't your fault either for the explosion or anything.", and Peter replied, "I talked with George, and he figured that by the epicenter, it was either a crazy, insane person who set fire to flammable objects on that lab floor, or that someone put a bomb to lay revenge at Oscorp which is pretty common sometimes.".

Jasmine sighed, relieved to hear their reassurances, and then looked at Peter for the investigation talk, "That's common?", and Gwen sighed, "It would be a lot of things like being fired, some huge loss with the stock market, or some retaliation from a rival company.".

"Geez...", Jasmine rubbed her arm; just the sheer fact that it happened left a terrible taste in the mouth. "Maybe it wasn't anything malicious, maybe it was just a tragic lab accident.", Gwen said. "Either way, we saved as many as we could. That's all we could do.".

Jean nodded, "Yes, and if it makes you feel better, we can use some of the money from the gifts or whatever via your PO box from the Youtube videos and give the money to pay for the hospital bills to the injured ones, and also, some to the grieving families, signed by the Spectacular Squad, of course.".

Jasmine gave a bigger smile, "That makes me feel better...", and Peter smiles, "Great. We can start on that tomorrow, but for now, I believe you need to be cheered up, and in the best way possible.", pressing his hand to rub her womanhood through her pajama bottoms.

"Oh, Peter! By Allah!", Jasmine moaned out in surprise and pleasure, and both Jean and Gwen grinned, going with Peter's plan to ravish their princess, going to cheer her up in the best way possible tonight.

Days went, and the hidden symbiote has seen the past 6 years of Jasmine's memories, and it was nervous as it had heard about Jasmine recounting her tragic loss and is hesitant to go watch the rest of the memories involving that, but it wanted to know Jasmine fully as it is seeing the light that not all humans are cruel like the Oscorp people, and seeing how Jasmine is a compassionate, kind, and brave person, it is starting to want to be like her as it never, ever felt human emotions like that before.

After all, its species was always non-binary as far as it knew, and heck, its species never had names to be individually different...If it was going to be, it should be called 'they/she', as it somehow felt so relatable towards Jasmine for some reason now...Perhaps for the reason that Jasmine was trapped like a prisoner in her cat form, and now she's free as best as she could be...

Yes, they should know what has happened to Jasmine to be that way...How else could they protect Jasmine like her lovers do?

They took a realistic deep breath, and stepped into the darkest building of Jasmine's mindscape, and they sat down, to watch carefully without judgement.

And yet somehow, despite it all, Jasmine still was unaware. They made sure she didn't look for them in her mind, despite her constant recollection of the scene through the burning inferno.

More days came and went, and they saw Jasmine's terrifying and horrible memories of that year with Jafar, and they were boiling mad at Jafar for hurting Jasmine like that, to tear the gift of creation from her body, having realized that the dark magic behind the scar that they briefly tasted, was of that most terrible monster...Hell, Jafar topped over the Oscorp people, through it was a close tie there...

They got calmer, smiling and enjoying Jasmine's earlier memories before that horrible year, and snickered at the insulted faces of the suitors, learning the emotions of seeing parental love shown by Jasmine's father and mother, how they treasured her, playing and just being there for her, to the first moment she was alive in the outside world.

They knew that they had to help Jasmine...They may not have magic, but they do have something...They desperately wanted to tell Jasmine of the possibility, but after some thinking, they didn't want to make her miserable if she kept hoping every day that it worked, and it didn't...No, best to keep it a secret, to surprise her...After all, they are determined to make it work... But first, it's time for them to come out of hiding...

They had to wait for the proper moment; they quickly learned of the abilities of the others, especially Jean. If the telepath caught even a whiff of a non-familiar thinker in such close proximity, the whole thing would be blown. It was difficult, but at least being part of Jasmine certainly kept them hidden.

The perfect time would be some time with Jasmine alone, which came at a good time with classes; with the trio leaving for school, leaving Jasmine alone for the time being, and certainly before she would be prepared to go out on a patrol.

It was a warm yet tad chilly day in the third week of September, and Jasmine has just kissed her lovers goodbye as they left in Jean's car, heading off to school. She knew that she had about a couple of hours of being human before her controlled shift into her tiger girl form, so she went to settle down in doing some homeschooling senior level homework on the computer in the office, making some hot chocolate for some destressing.

"Pity you three can't stay with me all day...", Jasmine said to herself as she sighed. She knew that just wasn't the reality of their lives in this day and age. If they were in Agrabah, certainly, but not 21st century New York.

Although, if it was up to her using Genie, she would have wished to have the laws of Agrabah abolished, so she would be free to love her girls, not just Peter, and of course, wished for all dark magic to be forbidden from ever coming into Agrabah at all, and naturally, free Genie for her third wish.
