The same afternoon
"Ash what are we going to do now?" Questioned Misty
"Now we're gonna train as hard as possible" said Ash
"No you can't you're still injured" Misty said worried
"I wanna be the very best and i can't let a injury hold me back" Ash said with a fire in his eyes
"You do what you want them i don't care"said Misty while blushing
A week later
In that time Ash was training Brock and Misty went to meet a breeder and Brock got a Vulpix. Ash's Primeape became a P1 Grand champion a man named Anthony offered to make Primeape "World champion" but Ash and Primeape declined. They reached a city name Gringey city.
Upon arriving at the polluted industrial town of Gringey City, Ash and his friends notice that Raichu has become faint and sparks are coming out of his cheeks. They subsequently rush to the Pokémon Center as they are watched by a shadowy Pokémon, as well as Meowth. Jessie and James begin to recite their motto, though a foul stench forces them to stop. Meowth, who is inside his own protective container, gives them scuba suits to wear, and says he will stay there to pump oxygen and fresh air to them. He instructs them to dive into the water and swim through the pipes to the Pokémon Center, but they refuse. Meowth responds by pushing a button that delivers Jessie and James an electric shock, and they reluctantly enter the sludge-filled sewer waters.
At the Pokémon Center, Ash finds an uncharacteristically apathetic Nurse Joy, who dismisses Raichu's condition as a cold. When Ash yells at her for not being very helpful, she explains that the sparks coming out of Raichu's cheeks are an early symptom of a cold in Electric rodent Pokémon. She suggests that they leave Raichu there for the night, and insists that he will be fine in the morning.
At the same time, a large group of Grimer block the water flow into the hydroelectric power plant, causing the power to go out. This also cuts the power supply to Team Rocket's scuba equipment, as well as the Pokémon Center's intensive care unit. Ash and his friends decide to head for the power plant to try to do something, but Raichu cries out as they leave. As the group receive directions from Officer Jenny, Raichu comes out of the nearby bushes. Misty realizes that Raichu was afraid that they wouldn't return for him, so Ash decides to let him come along. Raichu jumps into Ash's arms, giving him an electric shock. Nearby, the shadowy Pokémon watches from a bush. Meanwhile, Jessie and James gasp for air after managing to get back to the surface. After spotting Ash and his friends run by, Meowth announces that he has a new secret weapon that the trio can use to steal Raichu.
Ash and his friends enter the power plant and notice that nobody is there to greet them. Misty locates a map and points out the direction to the central control room. Misty gets spooked as something flies behind her. Ash calls out Misty's cowardice, though soon after, she and Brock spot something behind Ash. He turns around, but nobody is there. The shadowy figure, with a glowing blue eye, appears behind Raichu. Fearing the worst, Ash looks it up on the Pokédex and the mysterious creature is revealed to be a Magnemite. Ash decides to try to catch it, but Magnemite only seems interested in Raichu, and begins to follow him. Ash yells at the Magnemite to cut it out, and the Magnemite backs off.
A nasty stench then enters the corridor. They turn around to see a grating fall off the ceiling, followed by several Grimer. Brock decides that it would be best not to say anything to insult their pride. Ash pretends to compliment their unique smell, but Misty says it stinks. The leader of the Grimer, a Muk, rises from behind them. With a command from Muk, the Grimer attack forcing Ash and his friends to make a run for it. As they round the corner, they bump into two plant workers. The Grimer approach, and they all start running for the control room. After everyone makes it inside, Brock bolsters the door shut. One of the workers explains that the Grimer are clogging the sea intake valve, preventing the power from coming back on. The Grimer throw themselves at the door and soon bust it open. Raichu uses his Thunderbolt attack to knock out some of the Grimer, but it isn't enough. Suddenly, the Magnemite knocks out the control room's ceiling grate, and several Magnemite and Magneton arrive. Their combined electric attacks prove effective and they manage to scare off the Grimer blocking the flow of water into the power plant, restoring power to the plant.
However, the Muk leader remains. Raichu uses Thunderbolt, and Magnemite assists. The combined electric attacks knock the Muk unconscious, and Ash catches it in a Poké Ball. Everyone but Ash recoils and plugs their nose, as a horrid odor still seems to be present. Outside, Ash realises the smell of Muk is coming through the Poké Ball, to everyone's amusement. Misty announces that Raichu seems to be a lot better, and one of the power plant workers explains that when an electric mouse builds up too much electricity, its body becomes magnetized and it seems as though it has a cold. The group also discover that Magnemite was attracted to Raichu because he was magnetized, but now that Raichu is better, Magnemite is no longer interested.
Suddenly, a Gyarados submarine comes out of the water with a large magnet attached to it. Team Rocket intends to use the magnet to capture Raichu, unaware that Raichu is no longer magnetized. When they activate the magnet, Magnemite and Magneton from all over town become stuck onto it, and their combined weight causes the sub to sink. As Ash and the others prepare to leave Gringey City, they mention that the Grimer horde was a sign that the town needed to be cleaned up and suggest that if the residents clean up the air and water, they will restore the city to its former glory. Taking the advice to heart, Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny bid farewell to them.
At Professor Oak's lab, a Poké Ball arrives from Ash. As Oak wonders what Ash has caught this time, the Poké Ball opens up. The Professor covers his nose in disgust as Muk appears.
In that week Ash started training his team intensively every day his changes his team and the pokemon who are at Oak's ranch aren't just setting still, the pokemon who were at the Oak's ranch were training just as hard if not more so
While training some pokemon evolved too Bulbasaur evolved in Ivysaur Squirtle evolved into Wartortle he bought a fire stone from Caledon store in order to evolve Growlithe into Arcanine he traded Haunter with Brock's Graveler then traded back inorder to evolve both of them yes Haunter is a Gengar now he is even more annoying now
Gengar is a dark purple in this case pure wight, bipedal Pokémon with a roundish body. It has red eyes, a wide mouth that is usually curled into a sinister grin, and pointed ears. On its back are numerous spikes and it has smaller spikes on top of its head similar to tufty fur. Its arms and legs are short with three digits on both its hands and feet. It also has a stubby tail.
Arcanine is a quadrupedal, canine Pokémon with an orange pelt marked by jagged black stripes. It has diamond-shaped ears with beige insides, black eyes, a round, black nose, and two pointed teeth protruding from its upper jaw. Its head, muzzle, and chest are covered in shaggy, beige fur, except for two oval sections around each eye and ear. Long tufts of fur grow behind its elbows and around its ankles. Its underside is black, and it has a billowing, beige tail that is bent in the middle. Each paw has three toes and a round, pink pad.
Ivysaur is a quadrupedal amphibian Pokémon that has blue-green skin with darker patches. On top of its head are pointed ears with black insides and it has narrow red eyes. Ivysaur has a short, rounded snout with a wide mouth and two pointed teeth in its upper jaw. Each of its feet has three claws on them. The bulb on its back has bloomed into a large pink bud. A short brown trunk surrounded by leafy green fronds supports the bud.
Wartortle is a bipedal, indigo reptilian Pokémon similar to a turtle. It has brown eyes, a dark blue streak on each cheek, and two sharp teeth protruding from its upper jaw. It has three clawed fingers and pointed toes. On each side of its head are feather-like ears covered in pale blue fur. A brown shell with a pale yellow underside encases its body. A thick, white rim separates the upper and lower halves of the shell. An older Wartortle may have scars and algae growing on its shell. Poking out of the bottom of the shell is a thick, wavy tail that also has light blue fur and cannot be fully withdrawn into its shell. Its tail fur will darken with age. Its tail is a popular symbol of longevity and good luck, making this Pokémon popular with the elderly.
Because they are larger than Squirtle and have a larger shell, Wartortle have a more difficult time walking on land and keeping their balance in the water. To maintain balance while swimming at high speeds, Wartortle moves its furry ears and tail as both rudders and balancing rods. Air can be stored in its fur for extended underwater diving.
Muk is a large, sticky, amorphous Pokémon made of living purple sludge. It has two small eyes with beady black pupils. It also has an enormous mouth with a gray tongue and strands of ooze connecting its top and bottom jaws. While it has no visible legs, it does have two arms with three fingers on each hand. However, it typically keeps one hand tucked in while it extends the other hand.
Muk is a living biohazard, leaking toxins that instantly kill all plant life it touches. Even it being in close proximity to plants will cause them to wilt and die. Extreme caution is advised in avoiding any contact with this Pokémon, as an accidental brush up can lead to severe sickness. The effects of this Pokémon can leave the landscape barren for three years. It will readily consume nearly any waste or refuse generated by people and Pokémon alike. Muk's body produces a powerful odor that can cause fainting. However, despite the risk Muk's stench contains, some fans of Muk believe its stench is a good thing.

For the Upcoming battle Ash has decided take his strongest in door pokemon he can't exactly use Gyaradose in the middle of a building or underground. the pokemon he is gonna take are Lucario, Raichu, Kabutops, Ivysaur, Charmeleon and Butterfree to care of the grunts and if he wants he can switch his pokemon anytime with his pokedex
