Chapter 10: Moments of Peace
-City of Rad, (Prim Fiorire's Room) -
While our hero was creating a friendship with another of the Warrior Princesses the one who was pregnant with her child calmly relaxed.
Right now a cheerful Prim Fiorire was lying on her bed, the same bed that a few days ago was the place where she and Luffy had sex and therefore the place where she got pregnant.
Even now it seemed somewhat unreal to the hairy girl that she was carrying Luffy's son or daughter within her.
At the same time for those who knew Luffy the unreal (if not impossible) fact that he was not only capable of having sex (In the sense of having the motivation to do it in the first place and not because of some physical disability) but that also the one that this left a pregnant woman.

And since the World Government believed that 'evil lived in the blood' it was a very real possibility that if it were known that Luffy was going to have offspring said offspring would be eliminated for the crime of existing.
But since the mother of Luffy's offspring knew nothing of that, nothing of Luffy's world, and not even that her beloved came from another world, Prim could relax not knowing how serious it was to carry the future of the 'D' within. of her at the same time believing that Luffy could defeat Kuroinu to create a peaceful Eostia where his children would live in peace.
"What name should I give it?" Prim told herself as she gently caressed her stomach, she was taking extra care as if having a tougher touch was going to hurt her future baby.
Sure something like that couldn't hurt him, but now Prim preferred to be careful.
"If she is a Ruaha girl she would be fine, and if she is a Kerkan boy I like her name…" Prim said smiling at the possibilities of the gender of the future baby of her. In general, she wanted to have a girl but if she turned out to be a boy then she would also fill him with affection and affection.
In the end, regardless of gender, that child would be the product of that night of love between her and the man who captured her heart, and Prim was determined to see that baby be born and give him a lot of love.

Even though that boy was with the man she loved, Prim felt much better about the situation of her pregnancy even though she was still a bit young to get pregnant.
Of course, Luffy was included in Prim's fantasies. In the main, the pink-haired girl could imagine Luffy playing with her son or daughter with that typical cheerful Luffy attitude while Prim's stomach was once again large as she was expecting another child.
In the end, Prim imagined a happy life with her children (since she wanted to have more in the future) and Luffy being thus a happy family in an Eostia free of dangers thanks to the fact that Luffy had defeated them all. The sheer power that Luffy had displayed made Prim believe that he could handle anything.
Even if the true future of Luffy was in the seas next to her crew and not with her, unknowingly the hairy girl was free to dream of a future that would never come by not knowing everything about Luffy.
"Really… it was true," However a very familiar voice was responsible for bringing Prim out of that blissful state.
Having silently opened the door and then closed it softly, Alicia Arcturus had entered her sister's room.
"S-Sister..." Said a surprised Prim who sat on her bed when she saw that she had a guest.
The expression on Alicia's face was not one of anger produced by the fact that someone had slept with Prim, nor one of disappointment towards Prim for having voluntarily lost her virginity (From what Alicia saw, Prim did not seem to be forced to any).
But one of sadness.
"Prim, did you make love to Luffy?" It was a simple question from Alicia. Even when she saw with her own eyes that this was the case with her, she wanted to hear it from the mouth of her beloved younger sister.

"Yes, Luffy and I made love in this same bed," Prim admitted with a blush on his face.

Entering and closing the door, Olga slowly made her way to the bed where Prim was sitting.
Naturally not trusting her yet, Alicia stood in front of Prim protectively with one hand ready to draw the sword from her if necessary.
Olga wisely stopped walking not wanting to create a situation where someone could die... however, she still came for something that she already confirmed.
"I was afraid someone would have gotten ahead of me to get to that point with Luffy if I cared too much about planning instead of acting," Said Olga who was giving Prim a cold look, "And not only did you do it but you also did. you got pregnant with him,"
Of course, that kind of look would only cause a reaction from an overprotective older sister.
"Do you want to harm Prim?" Asked Alice who had a hand on the hilt of her sword and was ready to attack Olga and even kill her if the Queen of the Dark Elves really wanted to harm her sister and the child that said sister carried inside her.
Hearing that Olga gave a slight smile, as if Alicia had said something very funny.
"You really must despise me." The Dark Elf Queen said with good humor towards Alicia. As she was used to being the target of human scorn, little of her was intimidated by that tone of voice now that much of her magical power had returned.
However, before that exchange of words between the two could evolve, a certain girl who was the center of a possible discussion decided to remind the world of her presence.

Money maybe it could be… however Prim would have to go back to her home to find money that she had kept in her trunk. Although considering that Olga was a Queen it was certain that she had money stored somewhere.
Apart from that, Prim didn't see how she could be useful to Olga Discordia... Maybe the Queen of the Dark Elves wanted a property in Feoh?
If that were the case, it was something that Prim could do with her influence and that she could agree to do if Olga asked.

"Please sister don't fight here!" Prim exclaimed from the bed she was sitting on as she watched with concern what might happen.
And her biggest concern was that in combat where magic was used, collateral damage was normal. In that case, if Prim couldn't get out in time she could end up hurt.

Alicia just nodded.
Then Prim turned her attention to Olga who had watched this exchange between sisters with interest.
Prim who was still sitting on the edge of the bed had looked down from her to see the floor as she was thinking hard about Olga's offer.
Prim had seen that Olga had not acted truly hostile unless one directly sought a fight with her and that she truly had feelings for Luffy.
In that case, if Olga did something to hurt Luffy's son… Prim could clearly see that such an action would not be to Luffy's liking when he found out.
Then…
"You don't have to worry, I don't plan on doing anything wrong," Olga said simply, In part, she knew that from her past as enemies trusting her would not be very easy, however, the Queen of the Dark Elves believed that being allies now and having done nothing to betray she deserved a little more trust.

"Do you see it, sister?" Said Prim who now focused again on Alicia to continue where the conversation between the two had left off. "There is nothing wrong with admitting your own feelings for Luffy." Were the warm words of the pink-haired girl.
"W-What?!" Said a blushing Alicia.
"If everything goes well then you and I could have a family together with Luffy." Prim smiled showing that she supported that idea where they were both happy.
And instead of wondering what was going on with Prim. Alicia simply acted on instinct as the opportunity appeared before her eyes.
"So is it really okay to want to be next to Luffy?" And finally ceasing to deny her feelings, Alicia said those words looking directly into Prim's eyes.
Right now these two cousins-… these two sisters were having a deep moment between the two of them where for the first time Alicia was the one who showed weakness and needed to be hugged.
-Outside the Room-
Opening the door to Prim's room, Olga had left walking quietly after leaving the two sisters talking to each other.
However, the beautiful Dark Elf did not find an empty corridor since the two missing girls were there.
The scene that Olga encountered was really a bit funny as it was Chloe using one hand to cover Luu-Luu's mouth and wrapping her other arm around the orange-haired torso to try to stop her and for the great effort that You can tell that Chloe did that meant that Luu-Luu had used her superior physical strength.
Apparently the orange-haired was about to break into the conversation between Olga, Alicia, and Prim so Chloe was forced to intercept her.

Olga said accepting Luu-Luu's words without showing envy as the Queen of the Dark Elves accepted since she would not be the only one who would have Luffy's children but at the same time, she planned to have Luffy for herself once Vault was a miserable fellow rotting in a dungeon knowing her plan failed.
Well, at least Olga sounded so understanding that it gave the impression that she would even allow the other girls and her own children to visit Luffy in the castle where Luffy, Olga, and Chloe would be together.

However, right now, as Olga and Chloe were alone, a very opportune moment had been created for Olga's subordinate who had heard the words of her beloved Queen and who therefore had something very important that she wanted to tell her as soon as possible. to Olga.
"Olga-sama there is something I want to say to her." And gathering her courage Chloe said those words.
"You can tell me what you want Chloe." Olga replied in a patient tone of voice being that she had at least an idea that what her subordinate was going to ask would be related to her declaration of love and wishes to have Luffy's child.
Olga knew very well about Chloe's dark past with humans and that for that very reason, her subordinate might not agree with her decision even though Luffy had proven to be truly different and possess a pure heart.
That is why Olga was willing to listen to her loyal subordinate although depending on how the conversation developed it was a possibility that the Queen of the Dark Elves would end up without that loyal subordinate who had sworn allegiance to her.
That was only in case this conversation headed in the worst possible direction, however, Olga Discordia preferred to prepare just in case.
"Olga-sama even with everything that has happened to us I still despise humans for what they did to me," Chloe confessed. "And I still don't know if a man like that Pirate or rather any man would be worthy of you."
Olga gave a sad mental sigh feeling that this was going to be the worst possible situation.
Nevertheless…
"But I think that if it's about Luffy, he would be the only one I can forgive for taking his heart, Olga-sama," Chloe confessed to Olga's surprise, who despite everything was not expecting to hear such honest words from him. her subordinate knowing her past experiences at the hands of humans. "For what I'm sure is that if you have a child with Luffy then I…" And there Chloe closed her eyes and took a breath as she said words she never thought of saying, knowing the low opinion of men that her mistress had. "I promise to protect Olga-sama's son as if he were you."
Normally Chloe would not have accepted the existence of a son or daughter that the Queen had of her mainly because the Dark Elf Half knew how Olga thought about men so that a child that she had was probably a product of rape.
And an existence like that that had been forced on her beloved Queen was something that Chloe would not have been able to accept ... although if Chloe had had the cold blood to end the life of a newborn it was a totally different matter since she had never had a situation like that.
But if it was really thanks to Luffy that her mistress's powers had returned added to the times he saved her both then a child born to him and her Queen was someone Chloe could protect.
In the end, Chloe decides to accept Luffy because he is the key to Olga's happiness. And no matter how human he was, even Chloe could make an exception for his existence and only because she saw what kind of person Luffy was and understood that he was not scum.
After all by seeing his incredible power and by the fact that she still hadn't seen Luffy in a bad situation, Luffy had officially become the only human male in the entire world that Chloe would accept being close to Olga.
The girls that Luffy left behind each began to confirm the kind of feelings they had towards him but little did they know that in the meantime Luffy was meeting a certain girl who was well known Alicia, Luu-Luu, and Prim.
-Maia's House-
Instead of a castle, Luffy was guided to an ordinary house located near the entrance of the city and at the same time near the castle so that he could go in any direction when necessary.
This was a small one-story house, this house was made of stone like most of the buildings in the cities of Eostia.
This house was that of Maia the Warrior Princess of Geofu.
Nothing very luxurious but at the same time nothing very poor, perhaps that type of home was the best for a former mercenary like Maia.
"Your place is great," Luffy answered immediately and honestly.
Again due to his grandfather's training where Luffy had to sleep outside many times in addition to his home state with Dadan in his childhood Luffy's standards regarding where to stay were never the highest.
Also during his two years in Rusukaina, our hero slept either under the sky or under what it could find.
"It seems like you don't settle for much," Maia commented to herself as she watched as Luffy looked around her.
And in that, she again had a clear view of Luffy's chest that scar was still interesting to the redhead.
Maia knew that every scar had a story and someone as strong as Luffy must have even more.
"Maybe they hurt you and that's why you're a messenger now..." She muttered to herself the redhead.
The story of a fighter who was hurt and decided to take care of something else was very common from what Maia had seen. Of course, some were simply too hurt to consider fighting again while others could fight but decided to do something else as Maia assumed what Luffy was doing.
Perhaps if they managed to form a closer bond Maia could know the origin of that scar It seemed incredible to her that someone could have such a mark on her body and continue with a happy attitude like Luffy's.
As the trip to Ken would be long and the two would be together during that trip it would have been strange not to end at least on good terms. There if the relationship between the two became more trusting then Maia would ask about the origin of the scar.
"Ah, right... How are we going to Ken..." Whispered to herself the redhead remembered something that had to be done if she was going to leave Geofu for a long time so she couldn't be here to protect the city.
Before she left she was going to make sure things were handled properly in her absence.
"Luffy I have to take care of a detail," Maia said to the boy who was looking inside the house with interest. "I'm going to leave you alone for a while."
"Alright." Luffy nodded smoothly.
However, one thing had to be made very clear before leaving.
"Luffy since you helped me and I invited you here, you are free to do whatever you want." Said Maia who then pointed to one of the two doors of the little house. "That door over there leads to my room so it really does I would like you not to enter."
The fact that Maia did not want someone else to enter her room could be strangely a very feminine thing coming from a former mercenary like her.
It's not like Maia owns something that she should be ashamed of someone else seeing like for example a teddy bear that she found really adorable on one of her trips.
"Very well, I won't." Replied Luffy who already knew that trying to enter a girl's room was simply looking for the pain of a beating. You just had to see how Nami left Brook when he tried.
"Very good." Maia smiled upon hearing Luffy's reply and she seemed very honest.
If Maia had seen that Luffy was lying and he would have tried to enter her room then she would have beaten him for what Luffy was right that she could happen to him.
Then the redhead pointed to an armchair in the living room.
"You can sleep on that couch." Maia indicated as she brought a blanket from a closet and handed it to Luffy who received the blanket. "You don't have a problem with that, right?" The redhead asked.
"No problem, I can sleep anywhere," Luffy answered without any problem.
Considering the 'training' his grandfather put him through as a child, Luffy was certainly able to sleep in all kinds of places without any problem.
Then she pointed to the kitchen door.
"I have food in my pantry," Maia said pointing to a certain section of her home not knowing the big mistake she was making. "Take out as much as you want if you're hungry." And with that said Maia went to the door and left your home.
Luffy for the part of him remained still for a few seconds since the fact that someone told him where the pantry was and even more that he could get as much as he wanted was something that never happened and at least Sanji would never have allowed it.
Given that.
Leaving Monkey D. Luffy alone and telling him he could get as much food as he wanted?
Serious mistake.
"To eat!" Said an animated Luffy who ruthlessly rushed toward Maia's pantry.
Well, at least Luffy could say with all certainty that he really likes that girl named Maia.
-Geofu Alley, (Night) -
Walking calmly down an alley was a sexy redhead who was going in the direction of her castle with the intention of making more patrols of the surroundings from now on. The fact that she had been intercepted by those monsters could only mean that there were more in the area now.
Maia wanted to increase the patrols so that there would be less risk to the Geofu inhabitants who wandered outside the city walls. Maia on her own account did not plan to let an encounter like that ruin things for her and keep her away from that good river she used to refresh her body.
However now as a precaution, the redhead decided to keep a sword with her every time she took a bath in the open air and not leave them away from her person.
"Before we go we should get some supplies." Said Maia who was planning a bit before starting the trip.
For those who were wondering, Maia walked through the alleys since she knew them quite well so she also knew a good route to get to her castle faster.
Heh, a modest house with only the basics and finding it better to navigate alleys truly once a mercenary always a mercenary even with a life with more privileges.
However, in front of Maia's path was a person.
Now that would not in itself be something unusual as these alleys where anyone could enter, at night it was more dangerous so those who could not defend themselves were warned not to enter at night to the alleys of Geofu.
Several were the days in which a corpse was removed from these same alleys the next morning.
Maia had been the cause of some of those corpses.
Any idiot who felt 'brave' enough to try to challenge her would face Maia's blades.
Those who felt ready to enter knew that at any moment a dangerous guy could appear in the alleys and therefore one had to mentalize having to fight.
"I don't know what you have in mind to get in my way knowing what happens in situations like this." The redhead said calmly, however, her hands were already going to her swords. "But if you don't want to end up hurt I recommend that you stay away right now."
However instead of reacting with fear or a more normal emotion the hooded man merely shook his head.
"It can be clearly seen that you have not let your position of power take away your fangs, Maia." Said the hooded man in a voice very familiar to Maia.
"That voice…" Maia muttered in disbelief.
"I'm glad you remembered me just by hearing my voice." And so the hooded man took off his hood revealing the Leader of the Black Dogs giving Maia a warm smile.
"Vault!" Said a surprised Maia when confirming that she was indeed her former leader. Immediately she took her arms.
"It's been a long time Maia." Said a friendly Vault who put his hand on Maia's shoulder.
The Black Dogs Leader couldn't help but look at the redhead's beautiful breasts which could be appreciated thanks to her normal clothes. Just seeing them created a desire in Vault who needed to focus to avoid showing an erection.
Lack of victory meant a lack of women which in turn led to sexual frustration from not only him but also his subordinates.
While it was possible for them to attack a village to use the women of that village, Vault decided not to do so for the simple reason that Luffy somehow always managed to find him when the Black Dogs tried to attack.
So Vault's priority was to kill Luffy first and only then begin the plans to conquer him.
"I am very sorry that our first meeting after so many years had to be under these circumstances but due to the Black Dog's bad reputation showing me on the streets would have been dangerous." Vault explained.
Hearing that, Maia left the initial surprise of Vault's presence on Geofu to finally be able to verify something that had been affecting her since she found out about it.
"Vault first of all there is something I need to know." She said in a serious tone of voice but with her eyes showing fear of possible answers, however, Maia knew this should be done.
"You can ask whatever you want and I'll answer you in all honesty," Vault said in a sincere tone of voice that he was faking.
"Then please tell me… what are these rumors that the Black Dogs is trying to conquer Eostia?" Maia intentionally left out the word 'To form the Empire of Sex'.
At that Vault sighed and put on his best victim face.
"What happened was that we Black Dogs were defeated by Olga Discordia just when we were about to stop her and hand her over to Celestine-sama." As Olga was enemy number one until recently, the smartest thing to do was to blame her for everything that went wrong. "We had managed to capture her however she had a secret weapon."
"A secret weapon?" Asked Maia who apparently believed Vault's words.
"It was thanks to that weapon defeating us and some traitorous nobles spreading rumors about the 'mercenaries who did not deserve that honor' that we ended everything against us." Vault sigh. "As you know, several nobles disliked the idea of leaving it to us. The task of ending the war."
However, that was only something public that 'contempt' of the nobles of Eostia for the Black Dogs. Actually, by this point, Vault had already reached several agreements with said nobles in exchange for them giving him money and a battle arsenal they would enjoy even more privileges in the Eostia that Vault wanted to create, and if the Black Dogs failed they could be left as innocent denying all accusations.
Frankly, it was adding that last option that ended up convincing those nobles that they did not want to take risks without having secured a way to remain as victims.
"If even when I was with you I knew that they saw us as less," Maia nodded.
Deep down, as far as Maia knew, the scenario Vault was describing was plausible.
"But then what is that Olga Discordia's secret weapon?" Maia asked.
"He was a monster… a human capable of stretching her body like rubber," And when Vault said that, Maia's expression changed noticeably.
Maia's expression was one of utter surprise as her face had turned paler.
After all ... there was only one person capable of stretching her body, a person that she had gladly left in her house.
"Luffy…" Maia said unintentionally.
"If that's the name of the one who defeated us!" Vault said feigning total surprise. "But how do you know?" The Black Dogs Leader asked.
"L-Luffy helped me," The redhead managed to answer. "I was bathing in a river that I always use when some Ogres and then some Goblins showed themselves with the intention of raping me…"
"Just hearing what happened to my former subordinate fills me with fury." Vault now pretended to be furious to hear that when he was actually turning him on to imagine what would have happened if those monsters had the fun of him.
But naturally feigning anger earned him more points of affection and credibility with Maia.
"But Luffy looked like a pretty good-hearted person…" Maia said, "We were even planning to go to Ken together since he needed to do something there and I wanted to show my thanks."
"Don't be fooled by him. What I assure you happened was that cursed Olga Discordia had with her that human who betrayed her species by swearing loyalty to her in exchange for power." Vault's false story continued.
Although more than a false story Vault was telling what he believed was the origin of Luffy since the idea of being a boy from another world never crossed his mind.
As the appearance was just when Olga had been captured, Vault began to think that this boy was an ally of her since with Olga's magic it would have been possible to give someone a rubber body (It was not as if Vault knew much about the specifics of Olga's magic, only that she possessed great knowledge and power) even with her magic weakened, one of the Black Dog's magicians theorized that Olga would have created some kind of potion that would give that type of superhuman body.
And with the power that this had shown even a woman who hated humans would have agreed to make an exception and give that power to Luffy, at least that's what they believed in the Black Dogs.
"It can't be…" Muttered the redhead who didn't want to believe the words of his former leader about how dangerous and evil Luffy was as this was a man who sold himself to Olga Discordia for power.
Here it was indeed that her admiration and her feelings for Vault were clouding the logical thinking that Luffy did not look like the type of man to do that sort of thing nor did he look like someone capable of planning.
Well in the end Maia knew Luffy for a short time so the word of a leader that she had for years was stronger and that was a point in her favor that Vault was ready to abuse.
"However hard he tried, the damage was done." Vault continued, who at this point deserved an award for his performance.
Although he knew that Maia was the only one who would be greatly affected by such a false way of acting she had romantic feelings for him.
"… Did Luffy really do that?" And indeed Maia ended up in the Vault trap.
"I tried to do something but there was nothing I could do against a guy as strong as that," And those words from Vault weren't a lie since no matter what he tried, nothing had worked against Luffy.
"So there is nothing that can be done?" A Maia asked who wanted to help Vault even though the idea that Luffy was like his former leader described him was hard to believe.
"There is actually a chance to get rid of this problem." Said Vault who started looking for a certain object in his pocket. "If we take care of eliminating the bastard from the straw hat then it will be possible with your help to clear up the misunderstandings."
That was impossible since even with Maia's help nothing could change Black Dog's fate from being seen as Eostia's enemies, not with so many witnesses from the attacked cities added to the fact that Celestine had been informed of the situation thanks to the letter from Alice.
The only outcome that could happen for Maia was to be considered a traitor by the rest of the Seven Shields Alliance and end up being made a plaything for the pleasure of several men if the Black Dogs made a miraculous comeback.
"But Luffy is too strong to defeat him," Maia admitted as what she had seen of him fighting added to what Vault had reported implying that challenging him to combat was not going to be enough at all.
"That's why I have a trump card here." And with that Vault took out a small vial that contained purple liquid inside. "Let's just say that this is a poison that belongs to a creature so deadly that everyone avoids its territory," Vault said.
Maia's eyes widened as she knew which poison creature Vault was referring to.
"I understand your surprise and I want you to know that getting said poison was very difficult." Said the Leader of Black Dogs. "What I need you to do is that on your trip tomorrow you use the poison in food to kill once and for all that bastard and allow the Black Dogs to be on top again."
"Poison someone..." Maia whispered down at the thought of using that kind of tactic.
How one could imagine tactics as creeping as that were not to the liking of the sexy redhead who much preferred a direct confrontation when killing someone?
Seeing doubts about taking that course of action, Vault wasted no time ensuring that Maia carried out the poisoning.
"I can only trust you for this mission, Maia." Said the Black Dogs Leader putting his hands on the redhead's shoulders and at the same time putting more pressure to hear Maia's decision.
"I…" With a somewhat trembling voice, Maia finally replied. "…I accept the mission."
At that moment Maia made a pact with a rotten-hearted demon that she believed she was a good person.
"I'm very proud of you." The Black Dogs Leader said with an almost fatherly smile.
Vault proceeded to hand Maia the poisoned bottle.
"Staying here longer than necessary can be dangerous but when you achieve your mission and return to Geofu I will contact you again." Said Vault who began to withdraw. "Good luck my dear subordinate." And with that Vault withdrew leaving Maia alone in the alley in the cold of the night.
Maia had been left alone and with a heart full of confusion. Her initial good spirits at the prospect of a trip outside of Geofu had been left behind.
Frankly, now she just wanted to sit against the alley wall and let time pass.
However, Maia still had to do her homework and again she headed towards her castle.
However, now her way of walking was slower and it was clearly seen that she was no longer as cheerful as she was before, in the end, all those good emotions were taken from her by Vault.
-Casa de Maia, (Much Later) -
Later than one would expect, Maia had returned to her home.
By this point, Luffy was fast asleep on the couch without using anything to cover his body.
Maia on the side of her staggered into her house and after closing the door she left her swords lying on the ground.
From the small blush on her cheeks, one could tell that Maia had been drinking alcohol. After arriving at her castle and fixing things for her next outing, Maia proceeded to spend an hour in a bar.
Receiving so much information all at once from the man she had feelings for, information that she spoke against the cheerful boy who had saved her from a horrible fate.
Maia felt so bad about what Vault said that she tried to distract herself a little. And what better than sweet alcohol?
About two full pitchers of beer were all it took. Fortunately, the redhead had a remarkable resistance to alcohol courtesy of the mercenary life.
Well never as tolerant as Luu-Luu which Maia once saw being able to drink a whole barrel of beer and still be ready for more.
Maia didn't have to worry about some man trying to take advantage of her because of her clearly downcast state while she drank.
Geofu's men were smart enough to know that it was a terrible idea to try something with Maia who was still drunk and strong although if Kuroinu had managed to rise up and maintain an intact reputation then the story here would be different.
So after drinking Maia used the alleys to get to her house where she found a sleeping Luffy on the couch in the living room.
And seeing him there made her wonder.
Was Luffy really as bad as Vault made him sound?
She just couldn't believe that someone who slept like that could be the cause of everything Vault was accusing her of.
In fact, Luffy looked like the type of man who would make obvious faces every time he lied and that with just food he could be happy.
Luffy was asleep like a log, his sleeping position was very messy as he was practically spread out on the bed with his arms and legs hanging from the edges of the couch in short, he looked like the type of boy who at this moment would be prey easy to kill.
"When you sleep like this without any concern for the world, I don't know what to think." Whispered Maia who was seeing how now even a little drool began to drip from Luffy's open mouth.
Again Maia could hardly see that ruthless boy Vault had spoken of by watching Luffy sleep like that. Could someone like that really sell himself to Olga Discordia?
What Maia didn't know was that Luffy's senses were sharp even when sleeping in such a way if he was attacked in a truly hostile way then he would even asleep his body would act to take care of the attacker.
That showed that even with Vault's words that Maia still believed in she couldn't feel honest hostility towards Luffy.
However, as tomorrow she was going to leave the city the redhead decided to go to sleep now instead of getting lost in the thoughts of her looking at Luffy.
In her room, Maia slept only in her underwear which was red panties and she didn't bother to wear a bra or something like that.
However for the first time in a long time, Maia had trouble sleeping even though she was the type of woman who once in bed fell asleep very easily.
In the end, this confusing situation ended up ruining the good mood that the idea of traveling with Luffy had caused.

It's been a good time but… Here is a new chapter in this story!
I am truly sorry that it was delayed, however in addition to work other things keep me busy, although to a large extent, it was work, however there is one more reason which will be explained shortly.
About this chapter there was not much to say, I actually wanted something else but as it took so long and had not been updated in months I decided to publish it like this, at least it gives some good interactions between certain characters but I promise more action for the next chapter.
Well, again I thank you all for the support you have been showing. Hope this continues for a bit longer.
In case I remind you that my knowledge of Kuroinu comes from the eggs which in themselves do not explain much of history, so most of what you will see next will be how I try something original so I am sorry if this contradicts the Kuroinu canon.

PS: And one more thing, as you may have noticed, it took me a while to get this chapter out and the truth is that there is an important reason behind that:
I bought the PS4 and that together with work has my time busy.
Especially Bloodborne has been a kind of addiction due to its difficulty which also translates into more time playing to finish it, which I achieved a few days ago but now I am trying to defeat Yharnam the Queen at the bottom of the dungeons, and adding the DLC of Old Hunters as you can see keeps me busy, that and other games.
Plus…
Apparently, a new Kuroinu game is going to come out for that very reason it is very possible that I will do another Kuroinu story (I don't know if I will dry this one or one in a different universe).
But it is only a possibility.
PDD: A small thing but one that will be important in the future as you will see, Prim was debating the name of her future son with Luffy, so what would you prefer for Luffy's future son:
