(Universe 7)

Yawning, Beerus pricked an ear with his finger. Despite the situation at hand, he seemed to be quite relaxed.

"Lord Beerus," Whis began. "According to the information I have received from my fellow brothers and sisters from the other universes, everyone seems to be taking their training seriously, all but you, Lord Champa and Lord Vermoud. Do you really plan to do nothing to improve the many strengths of your team?"

"Why are you so stressed, Whis? You still get to live on after all. Besides, our team is complete! And knowing Goku and Vegeta, who hate losing, I'm sure they'll find a way to beat Top, along with that warrior who's stronger than him, those two muscle heads have proven to be worthy adversaries! I have no doubt we'll win."

Whis knew he had nothing to worry about, but he was still concerned of how lax Beerus was, even though it was clear one of the warriors for Universe 11 was stronger than their own Destroyer. And it was clear that weapons were going to be allowed, but anything used for healing was strictly forbidden, but at least there was Majin Buu, and he himself was a living thing, and he himself had healing properties so he could bring his teammates back to one hundred percent them no problem if he stayed on the ring. After all, after recovering from an earlier battle, the Saiyan's power level grew higher than before. Besides, the human fighters were actually taking this time to train, and since this could potentially be their last days, the adult Saiyans were spending as much time with their families as they could.

Yep, there was nothing to worry about.

( Universe 12 )

On Lord Ginn's planet in the Twelfth Universe, the God of Destruction was stomping around his land, with the Supreme Kai Agu, silently watching, and he didn't blame him. This was simply horrible and he had no idea whatever they were going to do.

If he wasn't paying attention, he wouldn't be able to hear what sounded like particles, as Giin had just destroyed a nearby tree with a Hakai, as it disintegrated into nothing. The fishlike humanoid's hand was still locked in it's position, where the tree used to stand.

"DAMN IT! What did we do wrong?! I was positive we were one of the top universes!" Giin roared. He and the Supreme Kai had a very healthy relationship, much more than the Supreme Kai and God of Destruction of the Seventh and understood their roles well, and had a perfect function on how to maintain their universe's balance. Before Martinu, the Angel of Universe Twelve could even give a suggestion to the Destroyer, who didn't even bother to spare her a glance, he spoke for her.

"I suppose there's no question of what we plan to do now, we bring together a team! Never in my years would I have thought our very existence would lie in the hands of mortals!" Giin exclaimed, before running off.

"Uh, may I question exactly where are you going, Lord Giin?" Agu inquired. Not wasting his time answering him, Giin traveled through his planet, before stopping in front of a lake.

"HAZUKI!"

Nothing seemed to happen for the first few seconds, but soon, lying on a lily pad, was a frog with three eyes and four arms, eventually opening the eye it had at belly level as it meditated. "Yes, Lord Giin?"

"It would seem I require your talents of premonition! This is a matter of life and death! The lives of every being in the universe are involved so you're included in this too!"

Sighing, the frog and it's lily pad began to float in the air, with him still sitting on it. "I had a very strong feeling our universe was going to participate in this tournament."

"You knew it and you didn't bother to inform me!?" the Destroyer's voice boomed, much to the annoyance of the frog, who didn't show it. "You know very well that I cannot reveal such things to you! But, if you so desire, I can now help you form a great team."

"You had better! Otherwise I will obliterate you before the Omni-Kings get the chance to!" Usually, Giin was levelheaded and not prone to anger, but this was a matter that was life threatening and it wasn't something to not take seriously.

"I believe in the short time we have, that will change..."

Walking the streets of Hosu City during the late night hours, Enji Todoroki, more commonly known as the Flame Hero: Endeavor patrolled the area without saying a word. In fact, his gaze is enough to scare away the people around him. He looked stern, almost always pissed off. He looked like he was going to attack the first person that entered the vicinity of a singular foot from him, yet since the last big battle against that Hood thing he had been doing his best to be kinder, but he still looked very fierce thanks to the scar he received not too long ago. Currently, he wanted to show everyone that he was in a good mood. He had to show he was the Number One Pro Hero ready to protect the citizens of the city.

There was just too much work to do to make himself more likable. He even had to show his own wife and children how much he changed, and it was evident it wouldn't be an easy path to pursue.

"You seem to be a worthy candidate." Turning to his left, looking at a near empty alleyway, the 46-year old male then noticed the presence of Giin, Martinu and Agu. Hazuki was also present on Giin's right shoulder.

"Who are you?"

"So what do you think of him?" Giin asked the frog on his shoulder. Concentrating, he began to meditate before he cried out to the Destroyer.

"Yes, he is strong! And with the right training, he could become a valuable asset to our team! However, I think we can find stronger candidates."

"What? What in the hell are you blabbering on about, frog face?! Explain yourselves, the lot of you!" Endeavor demanded, which caught the attention of nearby civilians, who stopped to look at the Pro Hero, along with the supposed frog face, and fish face humanoid, wearing some sort of weird clothing. There was even some girl with a blue ring that went around her neck, holding a staff along with a yellow person, wearing some weird clothing with two earrings.

"We'll take him with us anyway, I believe we can work out just what to do with him. Martinu!"

In an instant, Martinu tapped her staff on the floor, as the floating ball with a ring on top of it began to glow, and the five of them were gone in the blink of an eye, much to the confusion of the people of Hosu City.

Two hours had passed by since Endeavor had been taken away, as the Hellflame Quirk user himself seemed to come to his senses, beginning to stir up. One thing he noticed that he wasn't tied up, like he would expect to, since this was common against other Heroes and Villains.

Once his vision was no longer blurry, from opening his eyes, he knew he wasn't in any city, or any sort of warehouse, but he was laying down face flat on what looked like blue grass, and next to him was a purple road, along with many others who he was familiar with, who had just begun to get up. Nezu, the principal of U.A. High School, the now retired All Might, Hizashi Yamada, also known as the Voice Hero: Present Mic, Shota Aizawa, the homeroom teacher for Class 1-A, also known as the Erasure Hero: Eraser Head, the Rabbit Hero: Mirko, even Naomasa Tsukauchi was there, as well as Gran Torino, but the list didn't end.

There were many other Pro Heroes, but the one thing in common was that all of them were either teachers of U.A. or the current Top 5 Pros of Japan, which confused everyone as they stood up completely.

"What... happened?" groaned Power Loader. The last thing he remembered, he was in his bed, ready to sleep, which he did, and the next thing he knew, he was in this weird place, with plenty of U.A. staff.

"Ughh... this just isn't my day," Aizawa groaned as well.

"I'm inclined to agree, I'm too old for this," Gran Torino grumbled, rubbing his eyes.

Soon, the sky turned completely dark, catching everyone off guard, as they prepared themselves for whatever was about to happen, possibly an ambush, but what they didn't expect was a giant screen like frame, as it was entirely static, before it showed every single Angel, God of Destruction, and Supreme Kai along with the two Grand Zenos in their palace, kneeling down before them and the Grand Minister. They all noticed the Destroyer, Supreme Kai and Angel of Universe 12, the ones that they saw earlier, guessing they had brought them to wherever here was.

"Wait, do you think they're all results some sort of Quirk experimentation?" All Might wondered.

"It could be possible, but we still don't know exactly what is the point of this showing. I believe it would be wise if we pay close attention. This might be important to the reason as to why have been brought here," Nezu responded, and that's just what they did. He himself was a result of Quirk experimentation, so he would know, but he had never seem something like this before.

"I don't like the way this is going," Aizawa grumbled, and some of the other Heroes couldn't agree more.

Soon, it showed all Gods of Destruction fighting each other, at a level none of them could track. Now they were guessing that these specimens with the strange clothing were going against each other for combat, to see how they could possibly fare against the Heroes, and they all displayed abilities far beyond their comprehension, and the blue skinned looking one with a ring behind his head was known as the Grand Minister, the father of all of those blue skinned people with rings on their necks, and those two childlike beings, with beady eyes who were called the Omni-Kings were supposedly the supreme rulers of the whole multiverse. This is when they began to assume no common or ordinary villain or well-known Pro Hero was a part of this.

The Pros guessed sooner or later, they would somehow be involved in this.

As the video progressed, they were introduced to the likes of Goku and Top, the former showcasing what they still believed to be a Quirk, a sort of transformation state to boost their power, but they were shocked when he had multiple transformations, and one even had the word GOD in it's name, and the mustache fighter even said both of them had the aura of a god.

Then, the fights were over and the rules for the Tournament of Power had been explained, as well as the prize for winning, which they had no idea what they were, but if they could grant wishes, then it was certainly something, but the consequence for losing, threw every one of them off.

And soon it was over as the screen faded into nothingness, the world they were in reverted to it's original state, and all of the Heroes' minds were blown away. Even Aizawa and Nezu lost their composure as the latter had literally shook in his boots earlier for a few brief moments.

"Oh... dear..." Thirteen, the Space Hero silently whispered, her real eyes wide open behind her black mask and white eyes.

"We... might die... just like that!?" Mirko stuttered, while Midnight was on her knees, gripping the grass tightly as if she was trying to pull it off. "I haven't even gotten married yet, damn it!"

"So... someone mind telling me who the fighters are for the universes?" Present Mic squeaked, utterly terrified at the thought of being wiped out, along with their universe.

"That's where all of you come in." The Pros turned around to see the Supreme Kai Agu, who was the one who spoke, along with Lord Giin, the same frog on the right shoulder of the Core Person, along with the seemingly overweight Angel.

"IT'S YOU!" Endeavor roared, pointing at them. Everyone also felt distain towards them, as they were the ones who brought them here to where this is in the first place.

"Yes, it is us. It seems you have a very good memory, Endeavor, but you lack strength," Hazuki calmingly stated, offending the No. 1 Hero greatly as he sent a torrent of fire towards the four, but it was blocked by a green barrier that shielded the four of them, thanks to Martinu.

"So, now that you're finished with this little rebellion of yours, may I speak?" Giin inquired.

"You sure as hell can! For starters, who are you-"

The Destroyer God appeared within a single foot from his face, cutting him off. None of them even saw him move. "If you had payed attention to the viewings, I believe you should have already knew the answer."

Was it true? Was this fishlike humanoid actually what they called a God of Destruction, along with the yellow man next to him being a Creation God, otherwise known as a Supreme Kai?

"That's a bunch of lies! For all we know, that could be part of your Quirk! Detective, make yourself useful, and if you don't spill out whatever you need to say right now, I'll-" Endeavor began to threaten before Naomasa deduced whether everything they saw in the viewing was a lie or not.

"It's not! They were being serious!" the only police detective of the group exclaimed, hoping to calm down the already angry Hero.

"THEN YOUR QUIRK IS DEFECTIVE!" Endeavor roared back, shooting another torrent of fire at point blank range at Giin.

"ENDEAVOR, CALM DOWN!" All Might yelled, but he didn't listen. The fire kept going on, beginning to burn some of the grass on the prairie, as a finger came through the fire, and flicked Endeavor in the head, sending him many yards into the forest, crashing into multiple trees before his back banged on one of them, putting him out of commission.

Giin sneered, teleporting back to his original spot. Why must these mortals be so ignorant thinking there are no such thing as gods?

Agu sighed, he had a feeling something like this would occur. It seemed not just a simple video would be able to explain the severity of the situation. There needed to be proof, but the proof was already shown in the video.

"Perhaps a further demonstration is required. To prove I am a God of Destruction to all of you, I shall allow all of you to go up against me, it doesn't matter how many of you, you will lose."

Without wasting time, multiple Heroes charged together, Aizawa used his Capturing Weapon to tie up the Destroyer, but the latter managed to grab them, and pulled them upwards and then down to the ground behind him, sending the very stern teacher to the sky, before crashing down into the lake, annoying Hazuki who was still on Agu's shoulder. "Hey, watch where you throw those! Those lily pads aren't indestructible, ya know!"

"Well, I guess there's no regrets after this point on! I don't care if we have problems with each other or not, we're taking this bastard down together!" Mirko cried, charging towards the Destroyer along with other Heroes that specialized in combat, unlike Thirteen, Nezu and Naomasa, but once they got five feet within his vicinity, they all stopped. It was as if something possessed them, or they could someone sense his overwhelming power and their bodies were telling them they were in danger.

"It seems while you remain headstrong, your bodies and minds know just what your up against, and I can assure you this isn't any sort of power that you call a Quirk. Watch." The Destroyer aimed his palm at a nearby tree.

"Hakai."

A purple ball shot out of it, and hit the tree, completely destroying it, with particles as it's remains. "I could do the same to you effortlessly, and once it makes contact, you don't just die, your entire being is wiped off the face of the universe, there is no possible way for you to be brought back."

Now the Heroes were in a tight position. They could instantly be through with if they weren't careful.

"You win..."

The Pros, and the deities turned their gaze to Nezu, who had his head down as he sighed. "Everyone, I believd you know very well this is a fight none of us can emerge victorious in, and if the viewing we saw was true, our entire universe is in danger."

Giin smiled. Finally, someone gets it.

"Well, whatever he has, it isn't a Quirk, I tried to erase it earlier." A little splash was heard as Aizawa managed to pull himself out of the nearby lake.

"Now, if we're done, I can start explaining everything. Everything you have seen was real, there are twelve universes in total, this one specifically being Universe 12. I am Lord Giin, the God of Destruction of this universe. Behind me is my attendant and teacher Martinu, and the shorter one is Agu, the Supreme Kai or the God of Creation, as you could call it. The frog on Agu's shoulder is Hazuki, is a Seer who had told me of all of you, thus giving me the idea to show you all this viewing. Now, considering the Tournament of Power, I believe you all understand that I need ten fighters to go up against eighty others, and if it wasn't obvious, I am having quite a difficult time doing so."

"So why not scout the strongest Pro Heroes?" Ken Ishiyama, also known as Cementoss wondered.

"Because it's common knowledge that most full-fledged fighters, no matter how hard they train, once they reach a certain age can never get stronger, they have already reached or passed their prime. The youth however, still have room to grow, and since they're bodies are still young, they can become stronger much easily. So, instead of you heroes, what about your students?"

After a very long, difficult and thought out discussion, six to seven more hours had passed, and during this very morning, gathered in the courtyard of U.A. High School, all students being first-years, as there seemed to be a sort of slight change in plans, but no teacher was present to greet them.

"So... what do we do here if there's no teacher?" Eijiro Kirishima, a student of Class 1-A wanted to know.

"I think we just wait," Kendo, the Class President of Class 1-B responded in a timely manner. "You would think at least someone would have been waiting for us."

"Yeah, Mr. Aizawa is barely ever late, you think something's wrong?" Ochaco Uraraka, another student of Class 1-A inquired. Suddenly a whole group of people appeared in front of the students, it was large portion of the teachers of U.A., as well as a strange looking trio. To their confusion, their teachers looked serious, but they also seemed very worried.

"Hey, who are those guys?"

"Are they new Pro Heroes?"

"What are our teachers doing with them?"

"Mr. Aizawa, may I question exactly what these three beings are doing standing on U.A. grounds?!"

Seeing the many curious and confused students in front of them, Giin wanted to know.

"So this is the whole lot of them, I should've expected something like this. What do you see in them, Hazuki?" Seeing the students in front of them, Giin questioned the frog on his shoulder, eyeing the many students of U.A. carefully.

Looking at the bunch of students in front of them, Hazuki replied to the Destroyer. "Well, one thing is certain, I can tell you that in a few years with the right training, they could potentially become much stronger than the most powerful man on this planet! And with your training, they will have every chance to win the tournament!"

"Excellent, but remember, we only need 10, so the team must consist of the best of the best," Giin asserted to both Hazuki, and Principal Nezu, who stepped up to the microphone placed in front of him. Even though he wasn't sweating bullets, he was nervous about putting his students in a place such as the one they were possibly about to receive.

"Um, can someone fill me in on what's going on?" Denki Kaminari inquired, as their principal spoke.

"Dear students." It was almost as if Nezu was whispering, but his voice was heard among everyone. "The predicament we have been placed on is not one to take lightly, our lives, everyone on the planet, no, every living thing in this universe, beyond our planet, are in grave danger. In 10 days, if we are not careful, all life as we know it will cease to exist!"

Silence, then the noise levels exploded.

"WHHHHAAAAAATTTTT?"

Luckily, showing off his purple and dark aura, Giin calmed them down, and once they were quiet, Martinu made a huge image appear in the sky. It would be better to explain everything this way then with words. Then the video of the reunion between the deities unfolded, along with the fight between Top and Goku, with the latter showcasing Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2, Super Saiyan 3, Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan Blue and the decision to create the Tournament of Power, and the prizes and stakes. Many sentences were taken notice of very seriously.

"If you knock and opponent out of the ring, they lose. Rather simple, is it not?"

"Furthermore, now that the Zeno Expo has given us more time to consider, we have decided to add one more prohibition. You are not allowed to kill any opponents. And also taking consideration into the strength of other universes, we will allow the use of any outside weapons, except those intended for healing purposes, and any advanced techniques that enable flight will work in the Null Realm, and finally there will be a time limit of 100 taks." They would soon be informed 100 taks meant 48 minutes.

"The tournament will not be one-on-one, every fighter will compete against everyone else at the exact same time. In other words, the tournament is just one match."

"Also, as with the tournament held between the Sixth and the Seventh, the ultimate champion of the competition will be awarded the Super Dragon Balls, and specifically for this special occasion, I shall allow three wishes to be granted."

"It's simple really, all of the defeated universes in the Tournament of Power will be promptly wiped from existence, both of the Omni-Kings will see to it personally."

"The Omni-King has long said there are far too many universes in the cosmos, which is why the proposal offered by Goku of the Seventh Universe presented the perfect opportunity."

"That's correct, the Ninth Universe's average level is the lowest, a meager 1.86, and the Twelfth Universe, a rank of 2.57, in between the Seventh and Ninth."

"Converting our source of time into your Earth time in the Seventh Universe, it comes out to approximately ten days."

When the video was finished, all of the students didn't know what to say. Their minds were completely blown with all of this new info.

"SO IF WE LOSE, WE'RE GONNA DIE?!"

"WHY WOULD THOSE GODS DO THIS!?"

"I NEVER BECAME A PRO YET!"

"I'M JUST A KID!"

"ALIENS EXIST?!"

"ARE WE REALLY THAT WEAK!?"

"THERE'S OTHER UNIVERSES?!"

"Gods are real, gods are real, gods are real, gods are real..."

"Yes, as you all have seen, I am the Destroyer God of this universe, Lord Giin. Do not worry, I haven't come to destroy any of you," the Destroyer sighed, not wanting to put up with this, but this was expected. He hoped the rest of this race wouldn't go crazy like this, or burst into planetwide panic. They were planning on telling the rest of Planet Earth about this, since this wasn't something they could hide from the general population. "And as you can guess from the viewing, it has been decided that ten of you are going to participate in the Tournament of Power, representing our universe," the Supreme Kai added on.

"I apologize for my interruption, Lord Giin, but we reside in the Twelfth Universe, correct?" Tenya Iida, the representative of Class 1-A wondered, raising his hand high like he normally would when speaking to a superior. "Was it just me that misunderstood that our universe was not originally intended to participate in this tournament?"

"Just because our universe and the First are parallel to each other doesn't mean we share the same status, Iida," Aizawa responded to the representative of his homeroom class. He didn't blame his assumption since Universes 5 and 8 were exempt, and they were parallel to each other as well.

"But, why come to us? Surely the Pro Heroes could take place in this tournament, and we haven't developed any means of space travel yet! What about other planets?" Izuku Midoriya, the successor to All Might questioned. While he didn't stutter, he was very frightened and scared at the thought of being erased, and going up against opponents above All Might's caliber in his prime.

"I don't see any sort of problem, you are training to become Heroes, aren't you? I've given you the opportunity to save your universe from total annihilation, it isn't simply nothing. Besides, the current Heroes have reached or passed their prime, so it will be difficult for them to become stronger. The young such as yourself however, have greater potential. I could make you all more powerful than them! With the right training, you'll find your power raise more than triple of it's original capabilities. With that, you will truly have a chance to emerge victorious."

Hearing this, some students began to gulp. Save their universe? They never thought it was possible.

"Now then, are there any questions?" Agu spoke after a few seconds of silence, and Tsuyu Asui of Class 1-A stood up and spoke. "Um, I have one... how are you going to form the team?"

"It's simple! Each of you will take an individual test, and the ten with the best results will be chosen to represent our universe. Now then, let's get moving. Time is of the essence!"

Midoriya didn't know what to make of all this, as he stood in front of the gigantic door to the entrance of his classroom. To be honest, he was afraid. Gods were real. One was a God of Destruction, and the other was a God of Creation known as a Supreme Kai, and they're roles were very obvious. They said their universe was in danger and that it was up to Deku and the others to save it and everyone in it. How was all of this possible?

Am I... dreaming? Midoriya could only wonder. Yeah, I think I'm dreaming.

Pinching his cheek then, Midoriya only moaned in pain. He was wide awake.

Okay, I'm not dreaming. So, what's gonna happen in this test.

Looking ahead, he stood outside the door of one of his school's classes, with the few students in his class who hadn't yet taken the test. Right now, Katsuki Bakugo was alone with Giin and the others and the next one was going to be Deku.

Alright, I'm not sure what this test is going to be, but I have to be prepared for anything. But what if it's like the written test, and not the practical? Aren't we supposed to be chosen based on power? But I have to take note of other-

Suddenly the door slammed open, as Bakugo walked out of the classroom, his hands in his pockets. Standing in front of him, Midoriya stammered.

"S... so?"

"They're test is ridiculous, for me. For you nerd, we'll see," the boy groaned, as he walked the opposite direction of him. And he left without saying anything.

"Next!" Giin cried from inside the room for Class 1-A.

Swallowing his saliva, Midoriya entered the room and saw the group deities waiting for him.

"Midoriya, correct?" Agu questioned him.

"Y… yessir."

"Take a seat," the Supreme Kai offered, as he took the one directly facing the podium where the teachers would usually stand him. Sitting on it, Deku sat erect, not saying a word.

"I can tell you're nervous just by looking at you," Giin declared out of nowhere, catching the green-haired boy off guard as he stammered, standing up straight.

"S-SORRY, MY LORD! I'M PRETTY STRESSED!" Deku immediately answered, panicking, but regained his composure a few seconds later, taking his seat.

"Well, you had better show us your worth, otherwise you will miss your chance to compete! Martinu!"

Suddenly the Angel pointed his staff at Deku and all the boy saw the very next second was white.

Finding herself in a white world, Midoriya felt like strange things were happening. He had the impression that his brain was being fiddled, that his muscles were affected, that he was being examined. Yet there was no one but him.

Without his knowing it, Martinu used his powers to analyze his memory and every part of his body and showed the results to the deity. Then, a practical exercise took place.

In an instant, Deku found himself in a strange arena, worthy of a gladiator movie. The stands were empty, the blue sky had no sun, and there was no noise. Except for a war cry. Facing Midoriya, a giant, green ogre faced him, with a huge ax in his hands.

Seeing him, Deku couldn't help but scream in fear. The ogre was horrible to watch as drool dripped from his mouth.

Staring at the little human, the hideous monster raised his ax before running towards him.

"GGGRRRRROOOOOAAAAAHHHH!"

Normally, for a human, the monster would have been quick for his size, and so terrifying that anyone would have ended up paralyzed with people. Yet for Midoriya, this ogre seemed to run slowly. Very slowly. Eventually he calmed down, he activated his Quirk and the ogre was surprised to see what looked like green electricity surrounding him.

"One For All..."

Striking the ground with his ax, the ogre was surprised to see Deku disappear. Flabbergasted, he looked in all directions before hearing his opponent.

"Detroit..."

Lifting his face, he saw Deku just above him, his fist clenched.

"SMASH!"

In an instant, part of the stands were destroyed, as the ogre's body was thrown at them. The force of Deku's blow had destroyed his entire face, knocking him out in an instant.

"Phew," the boy said, wiping his forehead.

Then Deku left the arena and found himself facing Giin and Agu again. Not knowing what to say, he saw the gods staring at him, with the same expressions as before. Embarrassed, the boy bowed, before expressing his gratitude. "Thank you for letting me take this test."

Then he ran away. A few seconds after he left, Agu knew he could be a great candidate.

"He is certainly worthy."

For his part, silent, Giin glanced at Hazuki and asked him for his opinion "What do you think of him?"

"I could see what he might look like and his power level if he keeps training the way he does! Here are his results."

Finally, after Class 1-B and the select students of 1-C had finished the test, the students, along with the teachers were gathered in the courtyard and awaited the results. Having taken a microphone, Giin was now in front of them and expressed his gratitude.

"Before we move on to the chosen ten, I would like to take this time to thank you all for taking this test! I know that many of you must be afraid of us or to participate in such an important tournament and that is why we thank you! We have seen your powers and I have to admit that if I could I would take you all on the team! None of you are weak, but we still had to make a choice! Without further ado, here are the ten chosen students to participate in the Tournament of Power, representing the Twelfth Universe!"

All students had high hopes for them, even though it would mostly be Class 1-A, but they still had hopes.

"The first chosen warrior is Izuku Midoriya!"

Hearing his name, the boy froze. Truth be told, he barely understood what was going on, until Kirishima kicked him in the buttocks to send him in front of Giin.

Still surprised, Midoriya pointed at himself before shouting.

"ME!? I'm going to participate in a tournament… to save my universe!?"

"But of course! You are the one with the best results and according to Hazuki you can become thousands of times stronger by following our training! It's an honor to have a hero like you on the team!" Agu congratulated, as he took a seat next to them. "Um... thank you very much."

"Next, I call Shoto Todoroki!" Advancing to Agu and Giin , much less timidly than Deku, Shoto just nodded before taking a seat next to his classmate.

"Number 3, Katsuki Bakugo!"

Arriving in his turn, the boy began to growl, looking at the already chosen duo. Damn it, why am I only the third? I'm the best there is!

"The fourth chosen warrior, Fumikage Tokoyami!"

Like Shoto, the bird-headed student advanced towards the others with a calm and serious expression.

"The next one is, Itsuka Kendo."

Raising her fist in front of her face, while feeling proud to have been chosen, the young girl felt the other students of Class 1-B begin to slap her on the back before pushing her forward to join those that had already been chosen.

"The next representative, Momo Yaoyorozu!"

Nodding, the girl let out a deep breath, to keep her calm before moving forward.

"In seventh, the person chooses is… Tenya Iida!"

"It truly is an honor! Thank you for choosing me, my lords!" the boy thanked formally, walking up to the rest..

"The eight representative of Universe 12, is Eijiro Kirishima."

"HYYYYYYYAAAAAA!" the red-haired hero in trianing shouted, running forward, happy that his strength was recognized.

"We also choose for the nitnh spot, IIbara Shiozaki"

Beginning to say a prayer, the girl whispered to herself. "I pray to the both of you that we can win this tournament."

Seeing the nine pupils chosen already, the rest of the students from the two classes were more and more excited. There was only one place left. A place that was any Pro Hero's biggest dream come true!

Saving their entire universe.

And people like Ashido or Tetsutetsu wanted this place. They wanted to be part of the team. For her part, Ochaco also began to pray. I know I'm scared... but if I'm going to be in this tournament, I know I'll do my best to save everyone I love!

"Without more suspense, the last person chosen is Hitoshi Shinso!"

There was a silence. Then, finally, passing between the two classes, Shinso walked with his hands in his pockets before saying. "I will do my best."

Then he stood with the others. "There! We finally have our team!"

Smiling then, Giin stared at the team, while Hazuki was on his shoulder. Finally, the two nodded, before shouting.

"Right! Take them to my planet at once to begin their training!" Immediately, Martinu covered her and the other students in a binding light, as they rose to the sky in light speeds with the ten chosen students.

Seeing them disappear, the remaining students understood that they had no more chance of being chosen. In an instant, the gods had shown that the ten students chosen were Heroes who could reach the top ten in a few years, while they would surely remain second-rate heroes.

Many were shot down. The adults understood their grief very well. At least they were before Giin spoke again.

"If you think we're done here, you're mistaken. There's still the replacements!"
