Several Earth Weeks Later
All was eerily silent within the decepticon capital of Kaon as inside the new laboratory of Shockwave a Decepticon trooper (let's call him Trooper 1) wandered throughout the hallways of the lab. Trooper 1 was assigned to help out in this lab by Shockwave himself, he wasn't thrilled about it because he would rather bust up the autobot forces that were still on Cybertron.
After turning a corner Trooper 1 came to a room that had a big screen in it and also in that room was another decepticon trooper (Let's call him trooper 2) was staring at the computer screen Trooper 1 noticed on the screen was 4 separate security camera footage and on the footage was four cells. Three of them were rectangular shaped with electrical energy bars and the fourth was a massive Cylinder shaped tank with liquid in it,he knew exactly what those cells contained: another one of Shockwave's pet projects.
Trooper 1 had the opportunity to see them and he was absolutely frightening by them which is why he would rather fight autobots than watch Shockwave's new pet project.
Trooper 1 walked up next to trooper 2 as he and the second trooper watched the computer screen, they kept their optics on each of the security footage of the 4 test subjects.
The test subject that was occupying the first cell was a little small, stood on two legs and it had a red, gold, black and gray color scheme, it had a long tail that was colored red and it's head was colored gold, it had a curved sickle like claw on both feet and it's eyes glowed blue as it walked around it's cell.
The Second test subject was large and stocky as it stood on four legs and it's Color scheme was gold, Red, gray and white, it had a large shield like armor on its back with small gold plates all over and it's tail ended in a club mace, it just stood there in the middle of it's cell looking around while it's eyes glowed blue.
The third test subject that was housed in the cyninder tank was large, it had a long neck, and a long tail that ended in a bladez it's color scheme was gold,Gray, black and red, it swam in circles around the tank as it's eyes glowed red.
The Forth test subject was massive it was stood on two legs and had a large red slightly glowing sail on it's back and had a narrow snout, it had a red,gold and silver color scheme and it's eyes glowed bright blue as it paced back and forth in it's cell staring intensely at the bars then suddenly it charged towards the bars and slammed into them earning it a electric shock that looked painful on screen.
The creature shook it's head and took a few steps back then charged and slammed into the bars again with the same result the creature stared at the bars then opened it's mouth as it roared in fury however the footage had no sound so the Troopers didn't hear anything but message was clear to them both.
"Sheesh that one looks mad as the pits."trooper 1 said greatly intimidated trooper 2 nodded in agreement "You better believe it, shockwave has been going at that one the most, he said something about him reminds him of Grimlock."
Trooper 1 heard stories about Grimlock and his team they were a powerful force to be reckoned with, and he also heard about what Shockwave did to them and what Grimlock did to him in return.
"Honestly I was quite surprised when I heard Shockwave was alive especially after hearing what Grimlock did to him?"Trooper 2 "Yeah he bit off his arm and knocked him off the space bridge tower."Trooper 1 said with a slight hint of fear in his voice as this little fact hit him if Grimlock and his team were dangerous before they are worse now.
"I wouldn't worry about Grimlock and his team Shockwave has a plan to fight against them: these guys."Trooper 2 said with a slight hint of confidence in his tone as he pointed at the computer screen to the 4 cells. "Fighting Dinobots with Dinobots."Trooper 1 said really liking that plan however there was one thing about it that neither trooper didn't like.
"It's pretty odd that he's using autobots again instead of Decepticon volunteers."Trooper 1 said crossing his arms rather disappointed "What self respecting decepticon would willingly go through a procedure that would turn them into a snarling beast?" "You'd be surprised, there are a lot of Decepticons that want some kind of modification just to cause great pain to the Autobots on the battlefield, although there are some that want modifications because they're weird, in fact there's this one decepticon I forget her name she actually came to Shockwave with the desire to have her Cna spliced with predacon Cna, something about it being her true form."Trooper 2 explained making trooper 1 look at him funny.
"Yeah that is weird."Trooper 1 said then he paused as the mention of a person triggered a memory "Hey speaking of predacons did you hear what happened weeks ago?" Trooper 2 nodded knowing exactly what he was referring to. "Yeah...Quake was found dead, chewed up in the middle of the street and the next day Dragstrip and Breakdown were mysteriously killed too along with the dozen of Decepticons that went with them to Shockwave's lab to retrieve his stuff when another team found them all they saw was...carnage there was one decepticon that was still online for a little bit, before he died he said what did it was a predacon."
Trooper 1 looked at him with slight fear "you think it's still out there?" Trooper 2 shook his head skeptically "no, there was no predacon It was most likely Grimlock and his team."
Trooper 1 crossed his arms "How do you know?" "Because I do, those Dinobots did it and now we're going to have our own team of Dinobots to take care of them."Trooper 2 said with confidence as he stared at the screen with the 4 test subjects that continued to roam around their cells.
