(A/N: Well, here's the penultimate interlude for this story. And, like we said, this is one of the important ones. While at surface level, it may seem like a normal interlude, the aftermath of this interlude is what makes it important. Hope you enjoy the chapter. And leave a comment to tell us what you like about the two stories so far or if there's anything we can do to improve on this story and the future stories down the line.)

Aaron's P.O.V-August 2013

"So, are you sure you can house sit for me while I'm gone?" Madi asked.

"Sure. I mean, how hard can it be, watching a house? It's not like it's secretly a Transformer like your tank." I said.

"No, but my Decepticon looking jet and toaster named Yen Sid are." Madi said.

"...At least it's not trying to call itself toaster as a joke for Yen Sid spelled backwards." I commented. "Anyways, if you don't hurry, you're going to be late for that therapy session I set up for you."

"Oh shit. Before I go, I made a list of things so you don't look like me the day my dad left me out in space." Madi said, handing me the list.

"Ok, I'll get this done. Now hurry before you're late." I said, pushing Madi out of the door.

"I'm going!" Madi said, running out of the house. She's forgotten to take a vehicle, but I'm not going to remind her. She's already running late as it is.

"Hmm, time to take a look at the list," I mused, looking down at the list.

The list, well, listed the following:

'If the jet wakes up, tell him either you don't know what an Optimus Prime is or I found him in the Hoover Dam frozen and thought he was a souvenir.

Tell my parent's ashes to get a life.

Do not go in the basement, you might not like it.

Give a middle finger to the camera that's connected to Pearl's homeworld.

Do not go in the basement!

Bring Planet Vegeta back!

Get rid of Pearl and Sinbad!'

"I thought Planet Vegeta was already brought back," I said, before noticing faint writings. Given that those are commonly either from either erased writings or writings on the other side, and clearly Madi used a pen, I turned the list around to see...Madi's shopping list. "Well, now I know where Madi's shopping list ran off to." I remarked.

So first thing I did was telling Madi's parents' ashes to get a life. I barely avoided getting zapped in the face. "Fricking crazy ashes. Taking offense to a comment." I muttered as I crossed that off the list. And then I was thrown out of the room by a mysterious force. Pun intended and it hurts.

Next up, I walked up to each and every security camera and gave them the middle finger. Since Madi didn't mention which camera was connected to Pearl's homeworld(wait, she was an alien the whole time? I thought she was a magical rock lady.), I decided to just flipped off every camera on the precaution that one of them is the right one. Then, I checked that off the list.

When it came to checking up on the jet...yeah, I'm not going near that thing. Time to talk to Yen Sid.

"I need your opinion, Yen Sid." I said to the toaster. Its answer was to produce a piece of toast. "Thanks, I needed the toast." I said as I took the toast and ate it, while crossing off the list again, adding a question mark at the end.

Since clearly I wasn't going into the basement, and knowing Madi, I think that's the safe option, I crossed it off the list. Twice.

Now, time to tackle the last item on the list: getting Pearl and Sinbad out of the house...forever. It can't be too hard, right? I mean, Pearl isn't that strong, and Sinbad...what he is going to do, take a dump on my head?

So, as Pearl was watching television, I snuck up behind her and grabbed her like one grabbed a piece of luggage. Then I carried her to the front door, opened it, and threw her outside.

"What do you think you're doing?!" Pearl demanded.

"What Madi wanted to do for years: GET OUT OF HER MEMORY!" I said.

"Are you blind and stupid? She doesn't have any memories." Pearl retorted.

"Fine. Then GET OUT OF MY MEMORY!" I exclaimed.

"Ahh! I-I'll be back someday!" Pearl said in a scared tone as she ran.

"Yeah, right. Anyways, one down, one left to kick out." I said, heading back inside the house.

As soon as I did, though, the door slammed shut behind me. I turned around, trying to see what caused it to slam, only to see nothing. And then the power started flickering on and off before turning off completely.

Before I can think of finding a light source or create one using magic, I felt something moved past me quickly, followed by a lash of pain. Snapping my fingers to create a small ball of light, I saw that my arm had a cut on it. Thankfully, it wasn't deep, but it was bleeding. However, I noticed a familiar feather near the cut.

"So, playing that game, huh?" I asked as I started walking around the pitch-black house, looking for Sinbad. Despite the ball of light making me a bigger target than before, I decided to still keep it on me for now to navigate the house.

After making my way blindly into the living room, I'd noticed Sinbad was flying in front of the fireplace, holding a matchbox. Upon noticing me, Sinbad had a smirk as he managed to lit a match.

"So, you think you can take away my life of luxury from me? The life I had carefully crafted using Madi's condition against her and having Pearl's emotions as support? Well, if you think that, then I'll burn everything you ever held dear, starting with this book!" Sinbad declared, holding up a familiar book.

It was the book that started everything last year. The very book that led me to Madi. And yet, the thing I was thinking wasn't the concern about the book. It was more wondering how Sinbad had the knowledge to light a fireplace and managed to carry objects heavier than him.

Before I could think about that matter a bit more, Sinbad threw the book in the flames. However, as the book was engulfed in flames, the voice in the book said in a relieved tone, "Like, I'm finally free! I'm coming, Scoob!"

Both Sinbad and I gave each other an glance, wondering what we had just witnessed. "...That was pointless," he said.

"Yeah. I forgot he was in the book." I said, agreeing with Sinbad for once.

However, that moment ended when Sinbad smirked at me. "I do know another way to hurt you, however. Tell me, how does the scream of agony sounds when it comes from Sabrina?" Sinbad asked.

I felt like my body was burning in anger. "D-Don't you dare touch her, you sicko!" I shouted, my fingers crackling with magic.

"Like I said, you dare attempt to ruin my life of luxury, which I'd personally hand-crafted. Now I'll burn all you had ever held dear, including your friend." Sinbad said.

"I said, don't touch her!" I yelled, raising my hands in front of me, my fingers primed to unleash some spells. What spells, I don't even know. I was letting my emotions and instincts take over to the point that I barely noticed that my fingers was glowing the same way it did when Pearl was torturing me disguised as 'training'.

However, as soon as I snapped my fingers, a intense amount of magic was the result, sending me and Sinbad flying backwards. After landing, I looked up to see a look of fear on Sinbad's face.

"Leave with your live and remember what just happened. Or else," I threatened, raising my hands up.

Getting the hint, Sinbad turned around and started flying off towards an exit known to him. Before exiting, though, he has the last words. "I'll remember this alright. And I'll get my vengeance someday!"

"Yeah, in your dreams." I scoffed as I attempted to stand up. Only to feel like my fingers were broken. Looking down, it turns out that my fingers didn't feel broken. They are broken.

"Oh, my fingers ar-ARGH!" I screamed in pain as I slid back down onto the floor. However, I noticed one last detail: my fingers were also bloodied. As soon as I saw that, it felt like my head started to explode in a flood of emotions and memories that came suddenly, and that was the last thing I'd remembered.

Madi's P.O.V.-1 1/2 Hours Later

" What a day. Maybe I shouldn't have blew up a 7-11, but, well, I had a good time. Now to find my pet sharktopus; Jamie. I bet she's starving down in the basement." Madi said, opening the door to her house, only to notice that the power was out.

"Damn Electric Company trying to make me pay a bill I already paid for." Madi said as she zapped the power box, turning the power back on. "I told every teen within a 5 mile radius to NOT have a blackout party. Now I have to pay everyone's bills again." Madi said as she head to the basement.

"Jamie, mommy's home and I brought you grilled mormons. Turns out that's a thing that JonTron mentioned, but, oh well. Here you go!" Madi said as she fed Jamie. "I feel like I'm forgetting something. Oh well, must've been unimportant." Madi said with a shrug.

Suddenly, the ceiling to the basement collapsed in on itself as parts of the living room fell, along with Aaron. "Ow," he said upon hitting the basement floor.

"Oh shit!" Madi exclaimed as she shut the door to Jamie's...tank. "Sorry Jamie. Next time, I'll take you back to your family when everything settles down. I promise." Madi assured.
