"Okay. Ready?" Naruto checked.
"Ready," Neji nodded. While he was going to miss Naruto's male body, he was shinobi, which meant discipline and sacrifice were things he was well practiced in. "No wait…"
He kissed Naruto in his true form one last time.
"Okay."
Naruto smiled and activated the jutsu, disappearing in a puff of smoke. The cloud cleared to reveal a naked female version of Naruto.
"How do I look?" Naruto asked in a higher pitched voice, giggling and blowing Neji a kiss.
He was softer and curvier than before, with long yellow hair, but the same blue eyes.
Neji's eyes moved lower, to the ample breasts that had replaced Naruto's firm chest, and he couldn't bring himself to look any lower than that for now.
"Very... female."
"Neji, you do know that for this to work, you need to be attracted to me, right?" Naruto finished with a wink and giggle.
"Yes. Perhaps if you stop playing it up? Act more like yourself."
"Umm, okay," Naruto agreed, having to think a little to do that. He was used to flirting in this body, it was what made the jutsu so effective.
"I suppose this will take a little getting used to for both of us," Neji allowed.
"I guess," Naruto laughed nervously, rubbing the back of his neck.
That's more like my Naruto. Maybe if I concentrate on the things that are the same, I can do this.
Naruto closed the gap between them and slipped his slimmer, softer arms around Neji, tilting his more delicate face up to look at him.
It feels so different, I miss him already.
"Don't worry, Neji," Naruto said, stretching up to brush their lips together while sliding his hand into Neji's pants. "I still know all the ways you like to be touched." Naruto made his point by pressing a finger to Neji's hole. Naruto was the only one who had ever touched him like that, and both his mind and body remembered that. He moaned into Naruto's mouth, and felt Naruto's satisfied smile against his lips. However, when he curled his arms around Naruto, it was all wrong.
His mind and body were all over the place, fighting what felt wrong, responding to what felt good, while trying to convince himself it was alright, and knowing logically that this was still the man he loved.
He looked down at Naruto for a clue as to how to overcome his reservations.
Naruto understood without a word.
"Close your eyes."
He obeyed, but it still wasn't enough, Naruto's true hands were rough, but these hands were smooth.
"Naruto…"
"Keep them closed…" Naruto said, kneeling down in front of him.
"What are you…"
"Shh…"
He felt those small, smooth hands freeing his penis, and then Naruto's mouth was around him. But that wasn't all, he also dipped finger inside him, expertly finding the spot to press.
Like everything he did, Naruto committed one-hundred percent, and he managed to push Neji to a place where his overactive mind abandoned him. Naruto did know him, and expertly brought him to climax.
When his mind settled, Neji looked down and couldn't help stating the obvious.
"That's not going to get you pregnant."
Naruto looked up, eyes sparkling, and then he burst into laughter.
"Maybe not, but it's a good start. At least we know it still fires."
Neji didn't want to laugh, but then he just couldn't help himself.
"Naruto… What are we going to do?"

"It's exciting, huh?" Naruto smiled, gripping Neji's hand as they went to meet Kakashi sensei. Now that he had committed to the sexy jutsu, he needed the seal to hold it in place.
"Every step we take brings our family closer to reality," Neji smiled back. "And the closer we get, the more I find I want it. You have a way of revealing things to me that I never knew I needed."
Naruto smiled wider. I love being able to give him things only I can.
Soon enough, they arrived at the shrine, but of course they had to wait for Kakashi sensei. At least he only ended up being five minutes late.
"Kakashi sensei!" Naruto grinned.
"Hey, Naruto. Neji."
"Hello, Lord Sixth."
Kakashi sensei looked him up and down.
"Are you sure about this, Naruto? Your life is never going to be the same again if you pull this off."
"That's the plan," he grinned up at Neji, who smiled too.
"Alrighty then," Kakashi agreed. "The ideal place for this seal is over your stomach, close to your chakra centre, but you already have one seal there so I think over your heart will be best. Still, that could ruin the aesthetic…" Kakashi said, glancing at his ample chest, waiting for a response.
"Oh," Naruto said, realising what Kakashi sensei meant. "No, it's fine. Neji's got no interest in my boobs."
Neji blushed, making Naruto laugh.
"Okay," Kakashi said. "I need you to sit there and stay still while I set the seal."
Setting the seal involved Kakashi sensei drawing a bunch of random symbols, in long lines stretching out from the centre of the seal like the spokes of a wheel. There were circles and kunai, and Neji got it, which made sense because it was kinda like his trigrams, but the details all went over Naruto's head. All he knew was that it was a long and boring process.
"Man! Are you done yet?" he complained, it honestly felt like he'd been sitting still for hours, it was almost as bad as sage training.
"Stop fidgeting," Kakashi sensei said, trying to draw the symbols on his skin. "You're the one who asked me to do this."
"I know. I just didn't think it would be so boring!"
"I told you I'd never done this before. I need to be careful. You don't want to end up stuck like that forever, do you?"
Neji's eyes went wide.
"He definitely doesn't. Naruto, hold absolutely still."
"Fine…" Naruto pouted. I guess I did say whatever it takes…
Eventually, finally, Kakashi sensei said he was ready.
"Stand back, Neji," Kakashi instructed.
"Why?" Naruto asked nervously as Neji did what he was told.
"We don't want any chakra interference," Kakashi said. "Now, Naruto. Hold still. This is probably going to hurt."
"Okay…"
Kakashi sensei bowed and then wove a bunch of hand signs that were too fast for Naruto to follow. Then he slammed his palm against Naruto's chest, there was a flash of light and his skin felt like jagged blades were being dragged across it as the symbols converged to form the seal.
He cried out with the pain, not expecting it to be so intense, but it only lasted a few seconds. Well, I guess I did just have my chakra network messed with.
"Naruto?" Neji checked, sounding worried.
"I'm okay," he puffed. "Did it work Kakashi sensei?"
"I think so. We'll know for sure when you wake up tomorrow morning."
"Thanks."
Kakashi sensei helped him up and then Neji was there for him to lean on.
"I've got you."
"I know."
"Now, Naruto," Kakashi said. "Understand this seal isn't a substitute for chakra, it can only maintain the focus of the jutsu, it can't fuel it. If your chakra level falls too low, the jutsu will break, and you'll return to your male form. That means any child you may be carrying would be lost."
"Okay," he nodded. "Got it."
"Let Neji help you out whenever you need it."
"I will," he assured his sensei.
"Well then, I guess all I have left to say is good luck."
Kakashi sensei left them to it and Neji pressed his lips to Naruto's hair.
"I'm afraid we're going to need it."
