When Naruto woke to find Neji was hard, he planned to take full advantage of it.
Wake up sex was something they both enjoyed, and had done lots of times before. This was a bit different, but they'd both agreed to do whatever it took.
Naruto slid his leg over Neji, taking him in.

"Realigning your tenketsu for optimal chakra flow…"
"You can do that?" he asked, looking up at Neji's face to see he was using the byakugan.
"Of course. Opening and closing chakra points is the fundamental principle of gentle fist."
"What I mean is, why haven't we done this before?!"
"You like it?" Neji laughed softly.
"Neji," he said seriously. "You've got to do that all over me right now!"
"Alright," Neji smiled. "Move over."
Naruto shifted so he was lying on his belly, arms folded under his cheek.
Neji's fingers danced over his skin, along his spine first, then moving out along his chakra network. Every zing of chakra from Neji had him feeling better, until he felt completely reenergised.
"Wow, I feel amazing. Have sex with me again!"
Neji had been getting better with it, he was getting used to this new body and wasn't as hesitant about it as he had been in the beginning. Plus Neji had started focusing on making Naruto feel good as a way to make it easier on both of them which he definitely wasn't gonna complain about.
Neji leaned down and spoke softly into his ear, breath warm against his skin.
"This could become a vicious cycle…"
He wriggled around so he was laying on his back under Neji, and grinned up at the man he loved.
"I hope so," he said, pulling Neji down into a searing kiss.
