Biography:
The granddaughter of a Shinto priest in Japan, Munakata Shiho was born with the powers of a HiME (Highly Advanced Materializing Element). A modern day Valkyrie who can see a red planetoid in the sky.
She fell in love with her senior Tate Yuuchi, who protected her from bullies, and developed an obsession with him. When she fought Tokiha Mai and the rest of the HiMEs in a contest to determine who could be the bride of the Obsidian Prince, Shiho's mind snapped, but she regained some presence after Miyu Greer brought back all those who were eliminated through the HiME Festival.
She has seized the Mars Star Seed of Hino Rei, giving her the extra powers of Sailor Mars, since otherwise neither of them has enough of a legend to qualify as a Heroic Spirit. This might have a relation with how Shiho was Sailor Mars in a parallel non-canon universe. It grants her the status of a Pretender or Faker.
The Star Seed is responsible for Shiho's alignment softening to Lawful Neutral.
Class Skills:
Territory Creation: C-
Pretender can create a temple or shrine for herself with relative ease, and is actually more powerful fortified within it. The temple will have little to nothing in the way of active defenses, but it will be extremely difficult to identify as Pretender's base of operations for Servants without the Eye of the Mind or Instinct skills, Rulers, or Moon Cancers or Alter Egos of the Sakura Five varieties.
Servants will pass by with the thought "It is just an average temple and there is no point on looking inside of it". This makes ther shrine a good hideout for Pretender, her Master and allies.
Independent Action: C
The ability that allows a Servant independent movement even after the magical energy supply is cut off from their Master. In Pretender's case, the skill is explained by her fusion to the Star Seed of the Martian Princess; otherwise, Munakata Shiho was too emotionally reliant on Tate Yuuchi to be functional without him for long.
With a rank of C, it is possible for this Servant to survive one day, and two and a half within her shrine, after losing her Master and without contracting a new one.

Pretender has the lowest achievable rank of the skill by being chained to the Star Seed of the semi divine reincarnation of the ancient Martian princess. She has a resonance of sorts with Altera, the Saber creeping Pretender out.
Animal Dialogue: E
The Servant only can communicate with crows, who will be very friendly towards her and help her ocassionally.
Communication with any other animal species is impossible, however octopi will very often fall in love with her.
Clairvoyance: D
Pretender can receive hazy visions from the future while praying before a sacred fire, a trait that wasn't originally hers. Her visions are nowhere as precise as those achieved by the original Sailor Mars. The erver shifting nature of the Human Order after the Incineration of Human History muddles further the waters.
Pyromancy: A
Fusion with the Mars Star Seed has granted Pretender a large amount of control over fire as her attack element. The flames she generates from heating the air around her up are not to be used for defense purposes, but are very destructive when applied on evil spirits, and average Servants and physical structures won't go unscathed from contact with them either.
Exorcism: B
The ability to dispell evil souls and ghosts and demons. Being raised as a priestess, Pretender can detect and dispell ghouls, goblins, Orphans, zombies, kappa and all manners of other inhuman abominations. Its rank is raised from C to B through acccess to the Mars Seed. This is often achieved by throwing paper charms at the aberration while shouting "Akuryo Taisan!"
Noble Phantasms:
Burning Mandala: B
Anti Battalion. It can strike a maximum of seven enemies at once.
Pretender creates a ring of fire in midair. Instantly, the ring transforms into eight smaller rings of flame, which fly towards the enemy like burning hoops. They consume the enemy and score double the damage if the target is Chaotic Evil.
Fire Soul: B
Anti Battalion. It can stroke a maximum of five enemies at the same time.
Pretender clasps her hands together with both index fingers pointing outwards. This is known as the first 'kuji' gesture. A fireball is formed at the tips of her index fingers which she then shoots forward, killing or wounding her enemy by engulfing them in flames.
The Noble Phantasm can be combinated with those of other Sailor Senshi Servants to duplicate the damage.
Yatagarasu- Child of the HiME Night: A
Pretender's clothes change into a long, hooded white robe. She pulls a flute from her long sleeves and plays a sinister little melody on it, summoning her HiME Child. This is a monstrous and huge familiar, a crow creature with only one long leg armed with sharp claws.
Besides its talons, Yatagarasu also can attack by firing its black feathers as if they were kunai-like projectiles. Its most potent weapon is the so called 'Hyper Beam', named as such by Pretender, a destructive beam coming out of its beak. Yatagarasu is completely obedient and respectful of Pretender and will not attack her or any allies unless she turns on them. Should Pretender's Master be killed, Yatagarasu disappears immediately.
While it was not of the strongest Childs while Pretender was active as a HiME, the extra power infusion through the Mars Seed boosted its rank from the B or C it would score otherwise.
