Episode 250: What You Seed Is What You Get

Taking place after Vexen and Luxord has returned to the World That Never Was, Vexen is sitting before Xemnas and Saïx to give his report about May and Axel.

"So May has proven herself to be a worthy adversary after all," Xemnas said.

"Indeed, Lord Xemnas," Vexen agreed. "Despite Sora and Kairi being present, her skills has grown so much mature in a short amount of time. All signs points to Sora's father's apprentice is the one who has sharpened her skills. Not only that, Axel has eluded us, and it confirms that he has been following Sora and Kairi. Axel has fled before Luxord could finish him off."

"Although your experiment was successful, Axel has proven himself more of a handful than I would have thought," Saïx said.

"Agreed. But Axel's actions has no effect on our plans for Kingdom Hearts. Axel will not be easy to eliminate. And neither will Sora nor Roxas," Xemnas said.

"I shall send Luxord to deal with Sora and Kairi with your orders," Saïx said.

"Very well," Xemnas said.

Back in the Hoenn region in a few days later, Sora, Kairi, Lisia, Pikachu, and Angel have made a stop to a nearby Pokemon Center to rest up and among other things.

"Kairi, I thought it should interest you to know that a Contest is taking place in Fallarbor Town," Lisia said.

"That's great to know, becuase I was wondering about that," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"And it works out for me, because it's on the way to Lavaridge Town, so it's fair that Kairi has her Contest before I have my Gym battle," Sora said.

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"Don't forget, Sora, because you're also taking part of the Battle Frontier, too, so you shouldn't neglect that," Kairi reminded her boyfriend.

"I don't know what I would do without you, Kairi. This is why I love you," Sora said. He and Kairi kissed each other on the lips, making Lisia swoon over how romantic it looked.

"Excuse me," a new voice spoke. They saw a boy wearing coke-bottle glasses, a white buttoned shirt, green shorts with overalls, black shoes with socks, and a red bow tie. With him is a Linoone.

"And who's this Pokémon?" Sora asked, taking out his Rotom Phone and scanned it.

Linoone, the Rushing Pokémon

The evolved form of Zigzagoon

Type: Normal

When hunting, Linoone will make a beeline straight for the prey at a full run. While this Pokémon is capable of topping 60 mph, it has to come to a screeching halt before it can turn.

"I couldn't help but over your conversation, because I heard one of you two girls mention the Battle Frontier, yes?" The boy asked.

"I did. Why?" Kairi asked.

"Well, there is a facility of the Battle Frontier located in Fallarbor Town since you're on your way there. It's called the Battle Arena. The Frontier Brain is named Greta, and she specializes with Fighting-type Pokemon," the boy explained.

"Battle Arena, Greta, Fallarbor Town. Got it," Sora said.

"Thank you for telling us though," Lisia said.

"Hey, no problem. I thought I'd lend you a hand. And I should warn you that Greta is nothing to sneeze at. She has Pokemon so strong she'll make your head spin," the boy said.

"Thanks for the warning," Sora said.

"No problem," the boy said.

"Looks like you both has a reason to get to Fallarbor Town," Lisia said.

"We sure do. So, which Pokemon are you going to use in the Contest, Kairi?" Sora asked.

"Well, I figured I should use my Beautifly in it, taking a move out of May's playbook. There will be a time May will have to use a different Pokemon, too," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"Sounds like a plan," Sora said.

"Pika," Pikachu agreed.

"And I think I might use some Pokemon that are a tad more experienced in battle than the ones I caught in Hoenn, and I don't mean Pikachu," Sora said.

"Well, you have plenty of Psychic, Flying, and Fairy-types to choose from, so you might as well make it count," Kairi said.

"You're right, Kairi," Sora agreed with his girlfriend. "Taillow is pretty strong, but he's not experienced enough for it. Neither is Wingull. And Dustox could use some more Psychic-type moves, and the same can be said with Ralts. I'm gonna have to do a lot of thinking of on that."

"Pikachu, Pika," Pikachu said.

"You still have plenty of time to figure that out when we get to that point," Kairi said.

"She's right, Sora. Don't rush into it," Lisia said.

After a talk between friends, Sora, Kairi, Lisia, Pikachu, and Angel have taken their leave of the Pokemon Center.

Meanwhile, there are two wild Pokémon having a stroll down a path.

One is a gray, pig-like Pokémon. It has dark, circular eyes, a large gray nose, and small ears. It has stubby arms and a spring-like tail instead of hind legs. On top of its head is a pink pearl. This Pokémon is Spoink.

The other is a yellow, spherical Pokémon similar to a jingle bell. It has stubby arms and legs, as well as beady, black eyes. There are circular openings on both sides of its mouth. Inside its mouth is a red orb. Atop its body is ring-like growth with a striped rope through the middle. The rope is red-and-white with short tassels on the ends. This Pokémon is Chingling.

They came across a vast watermelon patch. They were awestruck by how many watermelons there were in just one place and how vast it looked. Spoink and Chingling were about to ehlp themselves to the watermelons they heard the sound of footsteps. It was two delinquents came and they came along.

"Lookie here! Watermelons as far as the human eye can see," one of the delinquents said.

"Well, what are we sitting here and help ourselves to them!" The other delinquent said. Spoink and Chingling weren't going to give up their find without a fight, so Spoink fired a Psybeam from its pearl as Chingling attempts to use Confusion on them, so they took out a Dusk Ball and threw it.

"Go! Zigzagoon!" The first delinquent said, called out. His Pokeball opened to reveal a Zigzagoon, but it's completely different. It has black-and-white fur. Its red eyes are surrounded by a black spiked mask-like pattern somewhat resembling stars. Its fore feet are black with white claws, while its hind feet are white with black claws. It has a long pink tongue that is constantly hanging outside of its mouth, between its lower teeth.

"I'm joining in, too!" The second delinquent said, taking out a Dusk Ball as well. "Go! Linoone!" His Dusk Ball opened to reveal a Linoone, but like Zigzagoon, its appearance is completely different. It has a black-and-white color scheme, with longer fur on its ears. Around its red eyes are patterned stripes shaped like a shooting star. It has longer claws with gray fur surrounding the front feet, and it has a long red tongue that sticks out of its mouth.

"Zigzagoon! Use Snarl!" The first delinquent ordered.

"Linoone! Use Snarl, too!" The second delinquent ordered.

Both Pokémon fired their attacks and struck Spoink and Chingling.

Zigzagoon and Linoone each lands a Headbutt on the both of them.

"Okay, here!" The second delinquent said, taking out a squirt gun and it spews glue, making them all sticky. "That should take care of those two. Let's grab as many as we can."

The two delinquents went on to grab some watermelons when they spotted a watermelon that's much bigger than the others.

"You see that? It's a Wailmer-sized melon!" The first delinquent said.

"Let's go get it!" The second delinquent said. The giant melon rolls over to the delinquents. "Hey, it's serving itself to us!" The giant watermelon is revealed to be an Electrode painted with watermelon coloring. "It's not a watermelon! It's an Electrode!"

Spoink and Chingling were about to strike back at the two delinquents when Electrode rolls right at the two deliquents and the smaller Pokémon and they go flying in the sky with the melons. The delinquents dropped the melons as Spoink and Chingling fell right in the nearby river.

A little further away, Sora, Kairi, Lisia, Pikachu, Angel, Ali, Taillow, Treecko, Mudkip, Torchic, Electrike, Bagon, Trapinch, Barboach, Corphish, the two Ralts, Plusle, Minun, Budew, Beautifly, Swablu, Skitty, Feebas, Surskit, Mawile, and Gulpin were having a small picnic.

"That was delicious, Kairi," Lisia said.

"It always hits the spot, Kairi," Sora said. This made Kairi smile when she noticed something floating down the river.

"Look! There's something floating down the river!" Kairi said. Sora and Lisia spotted the watermelons floating down the river.

"Watermelons!" Sora said as he pulled them out of the river. He knocked on the melons and he can tell how ripe they were just by the sound. "These are ripe, sweet, and juicy enough."

"Pikachu," Pikachu said.

"Okay, Pikachu, slice them with Iron Tail," Sora said.

"Pika," Pikachu nodded.

"Better not, Sora," Kairi said, taking one from her boyfriend.

"Why? What's wrong?" Sora asked.

"Watermelons are delicate inside. If you do that, then they'll splatter everywhere. I think I should slice it," Kairi said.

"I guess you're right," Sora said. He saw Spoink and Chingling splashing in the water. "Look! Those two Pokémon are in trouble!" Sora pulled Spoink and Chingling out of the water. "There you go! You're safe."

"Wow, it's a Spoink and a Chingling," Lisia said.

"Spoink, huh?" Sora asked, taking out his Rotom Phone and scanned the pig-like Pokémon.

Spoink, the Bounce Pokémon

Type: Psychic

Spoink constantly bounces on its spring-like tail to keep its energy up. The pearl it carries on its head amplifies its psychic powers. The pearl is said to be made by Clamperl.

"That's one heck of a pearl," Sora said.

"Now, let's check you out," Kairi said, taking out her Rotom Phone and scanned the bell-like Pokémon.

Chingling, the Bell Pokémon

Type: Psychic

Chingling has an orb in its mouth which bounces around, making a ringing sound. This is the result of Chingling hopping around. It can deafen its attackers by emitting a high-frequency cry.

"I can imagine that your cries sound very cute," Kairi said.

"Chingling," Chingling said. Chingling's stomach starts growling.

"You must be hungry. You want some of these watermelons, don't you?" Kairi asked. Chinglong nodded. "Well, you're more than welcome to have some if you want." Chingling beamed.

"I can tell you some, too, Spoink," Sora said.

"Spoink, Spoink," Spoink said.

A couple of minutes later, Sora, Kairi, Lisia, and the Pokemon were eating the watermelon slices much to their delight.

"Wow, you were right, Sora. These melons are sweet and juicy. How did you know?" Lisia asked.

"I learned it from my uncle. A long time before he started his own business he used to work at his cousin's farm when he and my mom were kids. He used to help sell some fruit to the local supermarkets until he eventually opened his own restaurant," Sora said.

"But he should have taught you how to properly cut one without relying on a Pokémon's skills or a Keyblade," Kairi said.

"Okay, you have a point. Maybe my uncle should have taught me that," Sora said as he chuckled nervously. Sora looked over to his Treecko. "Treecko, why don't you practice your Bullet Seed by eating some watermelon?"

"Tree?" Treecko asked.

"Bullet Seed?" Lisia asked.

"Sora, are you doing what I think you're doing?" Kairi asked.

"Yeah. I figured I teach Treecko to use Bullet Seed after watching Brendan with his Treecko just before evolving. Another reason for that is because of Shiftry. Remember?" Sora asked.

"How could I forget? That Shiftry was really strong," Kairi said.

"Leafage is a good move, but I figured it was time Treecko learned another Grass-type move, and Bullet Seed is perfect. Okay, Treecko, watch me eat some and I'll show you," Sora said, taking a bite of his slice. He spits out the watermelon seeds, showing the Wood Gecko Pokémon. "Now, you."

"Treecko," Treecko nodded. Treecko took a bite and spat out some watermelon seeds from his mouth, but it wasn't enough.

"With a little more force," Sora said. Treecko took another bite and spat out the watermelon seeds again, but more forceful than before. "That's it! Now, try approving your aim and accuracy." Treecko spat out the seeds with more aim. It was paying off as Treecko came close to using Bullet Seed when a Bullet Seed barrage is being fired at them. "What the?!"

"Where did that come from?" Kairi asked.

She got her answer when a Grovyle appeared before them.

"It's a Grovyle," Lisia said.

"And he looks mad," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said. A Slugma slithers by.

"A Slugma!" Kairi added. The Slugma attacked with a Flamethrower. "Okay, they're both mad!"

"Let's get out of here!" Lisia suggested.

Just when they were about to escape, the two Pokémon cuts their retreat.

"They don't want us to go anywhere! I wish I knew why they're just attacking us out of the blue!" Sora said.

"Okay, that's enough!" A girl's voice shouted. The girl is revealed to have green hair, blue eyes, and wearing a a red, orange, and black jacket and shorts with a viridian shirt. She wore orange shoes with yellow streaks. "Caught red-handed! How dare you! You rotten watermelon thieves!"

"Watermelon thieves?! What are you talking about?" Kairi asked.

"We didn't steal anything!" Sora said.

"You got a lot of nerve to say that! Well, the evidence is right here!" The girl said, pointing to the watermelon slices. Sora, Kairi, and Lisia quickly realized where the melons really came from. She took one and took a few bites and spat out seeds in their direction. "A watermelon like this; a watermelon so sweet, so juicy, so perfectly ripe could have been grown by Natasha the Melon Master!"

"Look, we didn't steal the melons! We only found them floating in the river! We didn't know they belonged to anybody!" Sora said.

"Spare me your lies! Confess before it gets any harder!" Natasha yelled.

"We're telling the truth!" Lisia said.

"What do we have to do to convince you we're not making it up?" Sora asked.

"Electrode," a voice said. They saw the Electrode in watermelon colors bouncing in.

"An Electrode?" Sora asked.

"Take a good look, Electrode. These are the no-good watermelon thieves you ran into before, aren't they?" Natasha asked, pointing at them Electrode looked at them and shook its head. "What?! They aren't?!"

"Trode," Electrode nodded.

"Uh-oh! I've done it again," Natasha said, realizing her mistake. She blushed and scratched the back of her head. "My mistake. Sometimes I get a little carried away, trying to protect my watermelons. It's perfectly reasonable. I'm sure you understand how it is." She chuckled before she bowed her head. "I'm sorry. There's no excuse for it."

"It's okay. It was an honest mistake," Sora said.

"And we shouldn't have eaten them without asking for permission," Kairi added.

"We were all wrong," Lisia said.

"Spoink," Spoink said, regretting to thinking of stealing.

"Chingling," Chingling said, feeling just as guilty. Spoink and Chingling went up to Electrode.

"Sorry about earlier. We shouldn't have tried to steal any watermelons." - Spoink subtitle.

"We were so hungry." - Chingling subtitle.

"Understandable. I'm just glad you two learned your lesson." - Electrode subtitle.

"Well? How were they?" Natasha asked, confusing them. "My watermelons. Aren't they just the best?"

"Yeah. The best watermelon I have ever eaten," Sora said.

"Me too," Kairi said.

"Same here," Lisia said.

"That's no surprise! I know, I'll make it up with a tour of my patch This way," Natasha said. She when she made a step, she froze. "Wait! Not again!"

"What?! What happened?!" Kairi gasped.

"I sometimes forget to introduce myself. I'm Natasha. What are your names?" Natasha asked.

"Oh," Sora, Kairi, and Lisia said, feeling relieved because they thought it was serious.

"I'm Sora, and this is Pikachu, my partner, and Treecko here is one of my other Pokémon along with these here," Sora introduced, gesturing to his team.

"Pikachu," Pikachu greeted.

"Treecko," Treecko said.

"My name's Kairi, and this Eevee is Angel, and these are my other Pokémon," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"My name's Lisia, and this is Ali," Lisia introduced herself and her partner.

"Taria," Ali chirped.

"Spoink and Chingling we've only met just today," Sora said.

"Nice to meet you," Natasha said. She then gave a loud gasp. "Wait, Sora? By chance, are you Sora Ketchum, the Pokémon Trainer who won both the Pokémon Leagues in the Kanto and Johto regions?"

"Um, yeah?" Sora replied.

"I thought you looked familiar. And I should have guessed you're the Contest Idol, Lisia. And you, you're one of the girls she scouted out," Natasha said. Sora, Kairi, and Lisia just chuckled. "No one would believe me that I have three famous Trainers taking a tour of my watermelon patch!"

"Um, how about you don't go an advertise it, because I don't wanna draw some attention on us," Sora said.

"Oh, sure," Natasha said. After calling back their Pokémon except for Treecko, Natasha shows her guests the watermelon patch.

"Whoa, it's huge," Sora said.

"Is it really all yours, Natasha?" Lisia asked.

"It sure is," Natasha answered.

"It seems to be a lot of responsibility for one person to manage all this," Kairi said.

"And I love it!" Natasha said.

"Isn't it hard?" Kairi asked.

"No, not at all. But, don't forget I got these guys to help me out," Natasha said. "Electrode, you better go keep an eye out for those melon thieves." Electrode proceeds to its post.

"I gotta tell you, Natasha, the way your Grovyle and Slugma worked together is awesome. You did a great job at raising them," Sora said.

"Thanks, Sora. As a matter of fact, we haven't lost a double battle yet. And since you won the Kanto and Johto Pokémon Leagues, I was wondering if we can have a double battle right now?" Natasha asked.

"I'm game. I was going to test out one of my new Pokémon's medal in battle anyway, and I could use the practice," Sora said.

"That's great! This is gonna be just fantastic!" Natasha exclaimed. Sora and Natasha got into position for their battle. Natasha has chosen her Grovyle and Slugma as Sora has Treecko out, so he decided on which one to send out. He took out a Pokéball and threw it.

"Go! Bagon!" Sora called out. His Pokéball opened and his Bagon emerged from inside, ready to battle. "Treecko and Bagon are the ones I'm using!"

"I thought Sora would use either Mudkip, Corphish, Trapinch, Spheal, or Barboach since they all have an advantage against Slugma since being a Fire-type, but Bagon against Slugma and Grovyle is a good call since Dragon-types are resistant to Fire and Grass-type moves, but why did he send out Treecko against his evolved form?" Lisia asked.

"If I know Sora, he's sending out Treecko just because he wants to use this battle as practice to master Bullet Seed," Kairi said.

"I see. Always thinking on his toes," Lisia said.

"You can make the first move, Sora!" Natasha said.

"Okay, Treecko! Start things up with Pound, but aim at Grovyle!" Sora ordered. Treecko swings his tail and heads for Grovyle. "Bagon! Use Dragon Breath on Slugma!"

"Grovyle! Dodge and use Bullet Seed at that Dragon Breath!" Natasha ordered. "Now, it's my turn to attack! Grovyle! Use Bullet Seed at Treecko!" Grovyle fired Bullet Seed and sends it right at his pre-evolved form. "Slugma! Use Ember on Bagon, now!" Slugma fired Ember right at Bagon.

"Okay, Bagon! Use Headbutt to plow through that Ember and hit Slugma!" Sora ordered. Bagon charges head first towards Slugma. "Treecko! Use Quick Attack on Grovyle!" Treecko charges right at his evolved form with a Quick Attack.

"Dodge, Grovyle, and use Leaf Blade on Bagon!" Natasha ordered. Grovyle dodged Treecko's attack and lands a hit with Leaf Blade.

"Man, that wasn't very effective, but it still dealt some heavy damage," Sora said.

"Grovyle! Use Bullet Seed! And Slugma, you use Flamethrower!" Natasha ordered. Grovyle and Slugma fired their attacks right at Sora's two Pokémon.

"Guys, dodge it! Hurry!" Sora called out. Treecko and Bagon ran to dodge. Bagon was hit by Grovyle's Bullet Seed and Slugma's Flamethrower. "I can see why Natasha's never lost a double battle. Her Pokémon are more coordinated and organized than I thought. Can't give up yet."

"This is bad. Bagon has taken too much damage from their attacks," Kairi said.

"Well, hope Sora will bounce back," Lisia said.

"Me too," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

"Spoink, Spoink," Spoink said.

"Chingling, ling," Chingling said.

Over to the delinquents, they came back and they saw Electrode, staring right at them. They stared right back at the Ball Pokemon.

"Man, this Electrode is really ticking me off. How are we going to be able to grab these melons with this damn thing in the way?" The second delinquent asked. "If only we had a Ground-type like a Galarian Yamask, a Runerigus, a Silicobra, a Sandaconda, or a Galarian Stunfisk, but we don't have any of those when we need one!"

"We won't need any because we're not gonna let anything stop us, not even an Electrode with war paint," the first delinquent said.

"You're right. Since when has an Electrode has ever stopped us?" The second delinquent asked.

"Now, you're talking," the first delinquent said. Electrode just kept on glaring, knowing they were up to something. Electrode had to inform Natasha about them again.

"Treecko! Use Leafage! Bagon! Use Dragon Breath!" Sora ordered. Treecko fired Leafage right at Grovyle as Bagon fired Dragon Breath right at Slugma.

"Dodge it, Grovyle! And use Leaf Blade on Bagon!" Natasha ordered. Grovyle dodged Treecko's Leafage and came at Bagon with a Leaf Blade, landing a hit on the Rock Head Pokemon. "Bullet Seed, Grovyle! And Slugma, you use Body Slam!"

"Try to dodge!" Sora called out. Treecko and Bagon tried to dodge, but Slugma came too fast for Bagon to dodge, so Grovyle fired a rapid fire Bullet Seed, landing some serious hits on the Wood Gecko Pokémon. "Treecko, are you okay to keep going?" Treecko gets back up on his feet.

"Your Treecko's got a lot of spunk, I'll give it that," Natasha said.

"Yeah, but you're not the only one who's got a combo of your own. Bagon! Use Leafage and Dragon Breath!" Treecko and Bagon unleashed their attacks, fusing as one. Grovyle and Slugma were both hit by the combo attack, surprising Natasha.

"How'd you like that?" Sora asked.

"You got me that time, but I still have a move up my sleeve," Natasha said. She smugly grinned. "Hit 'em with Solar Beam, Grovyle!"

"Man, Solar Beam," Sora said.

Grovyle begins to build up solar energy from the top of his leaf. Sora knew Solar Beam takes a little while to charge, but he had to hurry before Grovyle can fire the beam attack and deal some extra damage.

"Bagon! Use Dragon Breath!" Sora ordred. Bagon fired Dragon Breath right at Grovyle, but he wasn't quick enough to fire it before Grovyle fired Solar Beam. Bagon managed to successfully block Grovyle's Solar Beam, but it was pushing back with incredible force and it deals some damage on the Rock Head Pokémon. Bagon was getting exhausted.

"Slugma! Flamethrower!" Natasha ordered.

"Bagon! Use Dragon Breath!" Sora ordered.

Bagon and Slugma fired their attacks right at each other, but they land a hit onto each other and they end up knocking each other out.

"Wow, a double knockout," Lisia said.

"It's okay, Slugma. You put up a great fight," Natasha said, calling back Slugma.

"You did your best in your first battle, Bagon. Get some rest," Sora said, calling him back. "Now, it's one-on-one."

"Electrode," Electrode said, bouncing in the battlefield.

"What is it, Electrode?" Natasha asked.

"Electrode, Electrode, trode!" Electrode said. Natasha gasped.

"It's those rotten watermelon thieves again! I gotta go! I'll be back!" Natasha said.

"Let's all go! It's the least we can do," Sora said.

Sora, Kairi, Lisia, Pikachu, Angel, Spoink, and Chingling raced with Natasha to catch the thieves in the act.

The delinquents were piling up the watermelons in the back of a jeep.

"I thought that damn Electrode would never leave," the first delinquent said.

"This is much as the melons this baby's can hold," the second delinquent said.

"We'll have to make another trip after we drop off our first load," the first delinquent said.

So, Sora, Kairi, Lisia, Natasha, Pikachu, Angel, Spoink, and Chingling saw the delinquents stealing the melons.

"What do you think you're doing?!" Natasha exclaimed. The delinquents saw them and they took out their Dusk Balls.

"Taking whatever we want, that's what," the first delinquent said.

"We saw these melons by the rights of finders keepers, losers weepers. And if you don't like, tough rocks," the second delinquent said.

"You're not gonna get away with this," Sora said.

"Oh, yeah, Pinchurchin-head? Who's gonna stop us?" The second delinquent said.

"Will that be you?" The first delinquent asked.

"You'd be surprised," Sora said.

"We like to see you try! Go! Zigzagoon!" The first delinquent called out.

"Go! Linoone!" The second delinquent called out. Both Zigzagoon and Linoone both came out and they growled upon entry.

"What the?" Sora asked as he and Kairi out their Rotom Phones and scanned them both.

Sora's Rotom Phone:

Zigzagoon Galarian Form, the Tiny Raccoon Pokémon

Type: Dark/Normal

Word has it that this form of Zigzagoon is the oldest form of Zigzagoon. Whenever it sees another Pokémon, it will purposely sun into it and starts a fight.

Kairi's Rotom Phone:

Linoone Galarian Form, the Rushing Pokémon

The evolved form of Zigzagoon Galarian Form

Galarian Linoone are known to be aggressive Pokémon, recklessly picking a fight with Pokémon that are larger than itself. They use their long tongues to taunt their opponents. When enraged, it hurls itself into its opponents, tackling them forcefully.

"Galarian Zigzagoon and Linoone," Sora said.

"Zigzaggon! Use Pin Missile!" The first delinquent ordered.

"Linoone! You use Pin Missile, too!" The second delinquent ordered.

Zigzagoon and Linoone fired Pin Missile right at them.

"Grovyle! Use Bullet Seed!" Natasha ordered.

"Pay attention, Treecko, and you'll learn," Sora said.

Treecko looked right at Grovyle firing Bullet Seed right at the Galarian Pokemon. Despite being outnumbered, Grovyle kept on firing Bullet Seed. Kairi decided to step in. She took out a Pokeball and threw it.

"Go! Ralts!" Kairi called out. Ralts came out. "Use Confusion to get the melons out of that jeep!" Kairi ordered. Ralts used Confusion and she lifts the watermelons out of the jeep and brings them right to them. Kairi turned to Sora. "Okay, Sora, you try joining in."

"Okay," Sora said. He turned to Treecko. "Okay, Treecko, use Bullet Seed!" Treecko tried to fire Bullet Seed, but couldn't. "Try again! GIve it everything you've got!" Treecko tried again and fired Bullet Seed and combined with Grovyle's Bullet Seed and landing a hit on the Galarian Zigzagoon, Linoone, and the delinquents. The delinquents and their Pokemon were knocked out, so Kairi has her Beautifly tie them up with String Shot and placed them right where Officer Jenny can find them.

"Thank you so very much for everything. I really owe you one," Natasha said.

"It's no problem, Natasha. We can still finish our battle of you're still game," Sora said.

"I'm game," Natasha said.

With that said, Sora, Natasha, Treecko, and Grovyle got back into place for their battle, taking where they left off before they were interrupted.

"Okay, Treecko! Bullet Seed!" Sora ordered. Treecko tried to fire Bullet Seed, but his attack didn't go so well. "Okay, maybe it was just luck the last time."

"Go, Grovyle! Use Leaf Blade now!" Natasha ordered. Grovyle came at Treecko with a Leaf Blade, but he dodges it with his speed.

"Use Pound!" Sora ordered. Treecko swings his tail and lands a hit onto Grovyle.

"Use Bullet Seed!" Natasha ordered. Grovyle fired Bullet Seed right at Treecko.

"Dodge it with a Quick Attack!" Sora ordered. Treecko ran to avoid Grovyle's Bullet Seed. Grovyle tried to land a hit, but dodged and land a hit onto his evolved form. Grovyle lands right on his back. Grovyle strained, sitting back up, but Treecko was panting out of exhaustion. Sora said in his thoughts, "Treecko's totally pooped from this battle." Grovyle was also panting out of exhaustion.

"Grovyle doesn't have enough energy left for Solar Beam," Natasha said in her thoughts. She called out loud, "Okay, Grovyle! Wrap it up with Bullet Seed! Go!"

"Treecko! Use Bullet Seed, too!" Sora ordered. Both Wood Gecko Pokemon fired Bullet Seed and they collide into each other. "Don't let up, Treecko!"

"Keep going, Grovyle!" Natasha ordered.

They kept on firing their attacks, but Treecko didn't have seeds to spit out, but Grovyle's Bullet Seed came fast for Treecko and lands a heavy hit and resulting in a knockout. Sora has lost the battle.

"Sora lost," Kairi said. Natasha ran up to her Grovyle.

"Grovyle, we did it!" Natasha said, hugging her Pokemon.

"Grovyle," Grovyle said.

"You did your best, Treecko. That's all that matters," Sora said. Treecko just grits his teeth.

After the battle, Natasha was preparing a watermelon for them as a thanks for the great battle and for saving her watermelons from being stolen. Sora, Kairi, and Lisia were helping themselves with the watermelon slices.

"There's nothing like cold, sweet watermelon after a battle. So, guys, how's is it?" Natasha asked.

"These are great! No wonder you're the Melon Master," Lisia said.

"Really juicy," Sora said.

"Delicious," Kairi said.

"Wow, that means a lot coming from you, Kairi," Natasha said with a smile. "Sora tells me that you're a great cook."

"I just throw some ingrdients together. Nothing too special," Kairi said. Sora looked over to Treecko whom was still sulking over his loss earlier. Sora and Pikachu walked over to Treecko, planning to make him feel better.

"Don't feel bad, Treecko. You'll get Bullet Seed mastered before you know it," Sora said.

"Pika, Pika," Pikachu said. Treecko just turned his back on Sora and Pikachu.

"Come on, Treecko, don't be like that. We were only trying to help," Sora said. He and Pikachu grinned and they get an idea. "Okay, be like that. Then you won't even mind if we do this." Sora and Pikachu took a bite of the watermelon and spat seeds at Treecko, at the back of the head. Treecko was getting annoyed. Having enough, Treecko fired Bullet Seed right into Sora and Pikachu's faces. The girls were amazed by what they saw.

"That was a dazzling Bullet Seed, Treecko!" Lisia said.

"I guess you just needed a little motivation," Kairi said.

"Eevee," Angel said.

Sora and Pikachu sat up and laughed.

"Sorry to egg you on, Treecko, but at least you got it down," Sora said.

"Chu," Pikachu said. Treecko smiled.

"Well, we'll take off as soon as we're good and ready to go," Sora said. Spoink bounced over to Sora.

"Spoink, Spoink, Spoink," Spoink said.

"What's up, Spoink?" Sora asked.

"I think Spoink wants you to take him with you," Kairi said.

"Is that right?" Sora asked.

"Spoink," Spoink nodded.

"And you wanna be with me, don't you, Chingling?" Kairi asked.

"Chingling, ling," Chingling said.

"Okay," Sora said. Sora and Kairi each took out a Pokéball and threw the Pokéballs. Spoink jumped tapped on the one from Sora as Chingling tapped the one from Kairi. The Pokéballs wobbles around and around. Stars swirls around the Pokéballs to confirm the catch. Sora and Kairi's Pokémon Boxes goes off asking them if they wanna keep their newest catches with them. Sora decided to keep Spoink with him in exchange for Electrike as Kairi exchanged Gulpin to keep Chingling.

Not only has Treecko learned to use Bullet Seed, but Sora and Kairi has also caught a Spoink and a Chingling. Now, full of watermelon, Sora, Kairi, Lisia, Pikachu, and Angel have set off for their next destination in Fallarbor Town.
