Chapter 12

In a posh London Hotel bar Chuya was sitting down at the front bar talking to a muggle bank manager while observing Narcissa Malfoy who was sitting in the lounge area with her friends. Chuya waits for the right moment to get the Malfoy Matriarch alone so she can get a hair sample so that she can disguise herself as Narcissa to go to 12 Grimmuald Place to capture Sirius.

Narcissa gets up from her seat to go to the bathroom this signals Chuya to follow her as Narcissa is out of sight Chuya cuts her conversation with the bank manager short. "Phil I'm going to the bathroom okay." Chuya said clutching her legs together

"Oh okay, will you comeback?" Phil asked as he took another sip of glass of Scotch

"Uh no I'm going to call my babysitter to let her know I'm on my way after I go." Chuya said getting up from her seat

"Oh, I see." Phil said disappointed he then asks, "Can I get your phone number at least?"

Chuya giggled, gets up and then said "Oh, Phil I think we should see other people."

Phil looked confused after what Chuya said to him, he just met her, then Chuya places her hand on his temple where a small blue light emits from Chuya's hand wiping out the Bank Manager's mind of meeting Chuya.

Chuya heads to bathroom leaving Phil there who is trying to find out who was women that he was talking to, his friends walk up to him asking about the conversation he had with Asian Woman in which Phil had no idea of. Narcissa came out of the bathroom stall and goes to the sink to wash her hands. Chuya enters the bathroom locks the door with a locking charm casting a silencing charm, Chuya hits the Malfoy Matriarch with a knife hand strike to the neck knocking her out cold.

With Narcissa knocked out, Chuya takes off her blue dress and puts on Narcissa's clothes then gets some hair from Narcissa and puts it in the Polyjuice Potion waves her wand to complete the potion. Chuya takes a swig of the Polyjuice Potion and it tasted bitter with a touch of sweetness like a cup of coffee with one sugar cube that sunk to the bottom of the cup. It's due to Narcissa being cold and bigoted to everyone that is beneath her like half-bloods, blood-traitors and muggle-borns as well as squibs and muggles but deep down she has a sweet side to her however it's only to friends and family.

Chuya now as Narcissa puts the actual Narcissa in the bathroom stall, unlocks the door, casts a delusion charm, and walks out of the hotel using the back entrance. She then apparates to 12 Grimmuald Place to capture Sirius Black for a trial being accused of leaking the whereabouts of his best friend James Fleamont Potter, his wife Lily Jennifer Potter (Nee' Evans) and their son Harry James Potter the Chosen one to He-who must-not be-named. In addition, the murder of Peter Judas Pettigrew and the 12-eye witnessing muggles on hollow's eve 15 years ago.

Chuya reaches to her destination 12 Grimmuald Place the house of the Black Family and now the headquarters for the Order of the Phoenix. She knocks on the door, a house-elf named Kreacher opens it and says happily, "Ah, Madame Malfoy it's a pleasure to see you again in the prestigious House of Black once more please after you."

Chuya walks in the manor, Kreacher closes the door behind her, then he offers Chuya posing as the Malfoy Matriarch "Would Madame Malfoy would like anything from the kitchens?"

"A cup of tea with lemon no sugar and no honey nor milk." Chuya said

"Your wish is my command Madame." Kreacher said

"Kreacher?" Chuya said

"Yes Madame Malfoy."

"Could you stay in the kitchens please." Chuya said as her wand slips from her holster and into her hand.

"Certainly, Madame" Kreacher said as he goes to the kitchens.

"KREACHER! WHO THE BLOODLY HELL IS THAT YOU LET IN THE HOUSE!" Sirius roared.

"Well come down and find out, you filthy blood traitor" Kreacher smiled then leaves to the kitchens.

Sirius walked downstairs and looked at his estranged older cousin he approached over to her angrily and said "You have a lot of nerve to come over and-" he was interrupted and fell to the ground by being hit with a non-verbal stupefy.

"You make it way too easy Sirius" Chuya murmured then she puts magical restraints on Sirius then carries him out of the house. Just then Arthur, Molly, Remus, and Tonks heard the commotion rushed downstairs only to find Chuya and Sirius gone.

In the alleyway Chuya reverts to her normal self takes off Narcissa's clothes and puts on her Blue-Eagle clothes and apperates to the Ministry of Magic with Sirius in tow.

At the Ministry Chuya takes Sirius to the holding cells of Ministry of Magic which is on level ten below the Wizengamot. Once there, Chuya walks over to the two guards that were on post tonight. One of the guards approaches her and says, "Oi what you are doing here Blue-Eagle I thought you retired."

Chuya smiled and replies "Due to the events that have been happening lately it's time for my resurgence. Anyway, I have someone that Fatty Fudge is looking for." Chuya said as she reveals Sirius and then leaves.

"Merlin's beard is that?" Guard one says as he sees The Blue Eagle with Sirius Black unconscious and tied up.

Guard two stood in shock as well as he sees the escaped wizard convict but snaps back into reality when guard one orders him, "Get contact to Minister Fudge immediately" Guard two rushes to get contact with Fudge to tell him that they have Sirius in custody as well.

Guard one looks at Sirius smiles "Oh, I can't wait for Minister Fudge to decide your fate after what you had done to Azkaban." He grabs Sirius and places him in the cell.

Sirius wakes up and looks frantically at surroundings he asks "Where am I? What I'm doing here?"

The guard laughs at Sirius panicking and replies "Tomorrow Fudge is going whether you are going back to Azkaban or have your soul sucked out of ya."

"Figures that Fat arse wants me dead like Barty Crouch jr to the keep his so-called peace." Sirius murmured he asks another question "Who brought me in here in the first place?"

"Oh, our very own Blue-Eagle the hero before Harry Potter came to the scene." The guard replied, before leaving the guard tells Sirius "Now get some sleep because you're going to need it for tomorrow."

As the Ministry Guard leaves, Sirius laid on the cot of the holding cell, looking up on the ceiling unsure of his fate at the hands of Cornelius Fudge and the Wizengamot then falls asleep.

It was Lunchtime in the Great Hall; Marietta stops reading the Daily Prophet newspaper and smiled that Sirius Black was captured. She says "Here read this it's really interesting" hands over the newspaper to Cho who was sitting across from her eating her Roast Beef Sandwich and French Fries. Cho stops eating and looks at the front page.

Blue-Eagle returns! Then captures Sirius Black

"Oh my god" Cho gasped as she continues to read article, she the mummers, "Mum did it"

"Yeah I was like that too a minute ago when I read it too." Marietta said

"Sure, you were" Cho said sarcastically

"What was that." Marietta snapped

"Never mind." Cho said going back to eating her sandwich.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione walked into the Great Hall about to take their seats at the Gryffindor table, when Draco stops them and says "Oi Potter."

"What do you want Malfoy?" Harry asked annoyed with the Malfoy scion

"Just giving you some news on what happened last night Potter here take a look for yourself" Malfoy said handing of the newspaper over to Harry

Harry reads the newspaper's front page and was shocked that Sirius was captured in 12 Grimmuald Place right under the Order of the Phoenix noses. "This happened last night." Harry said

"Yep, your Dog's trial is today whether he stays a stray dog or back to the kennel or even be put down like the treacherous dog that he is." Malfoy said laughing at the idea that Sirius would be executed.

Without warning Harry lunges at Malfoy who walks away and still laughs at Harry only to be stopped by Ron who says, "He's not worth it mate."

"Let me go." Harry growled

"Not until you are calm mate" Ron still holding Harry back as he still clutching his fists wanting to give Malfoy another beatdown.

Harry takes a deep breath in and out, he un balls his fists and Ron releases him from his grasp. The trio take their seats and start eating their lunch, just then Professor McGonagall speaks over the microphone "Your attention Please Could 5th years Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger also 6th year Cho Chang report to Dumbledore's Office immediately."

"Well, this it Harry" Hermione said

"Yep, Hermione it's really happening." Harry said as his look shift towards Cho who walks over to him, Ron, and Hermione at the Gryffindor table.

"Are you ready Harry?" Cho asked

"I am ready Cho and let's go." Harry replies getting up from the table

"Wait guys we haven't eaten yet." Ron said

"Ugh!" Harry, Hermione, and Cho groaned at the same time.

"Really Ronald, your best friend's godfather is about to be exonerated of his crimes and right now you are thinking about filling that black hole of a stomach of yours." Hermione berated Ron

"What I'm hungry." Ron said

"You're always hungry Ron." Harry said, "Come on let's go."

"Alright." Ron said in defeat getting up from the table.

Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Cho head upstairs to Dumbledore's Office where they meet McGonagall outside of the Gargoyle waiting for them. She says, "Mars bars" The Gargoyle opens and unlocks the spiral staircase. They all went up the stairs and see Dumbledore, Amelia, Remus, Severus, and Chuya who were also waiting. Dumbledore looks at Cho and asks Chuya, "Are you sure you want your daughter to tag along."

"Don't worry she can tag along Albus." Chuya replied

"Okay then, I wish you all good luck." Dumbledore said

With that Harry, Ron, Hermione, Cho, Chuya, Amelia, Remus, and Severus exit Dumbledore's office and apparated to the Ministry. When they arrived, they were swarmed by reporters who were waiting outside the Wizengamot Courtroom. Luckily, the Ministry Guards stop the reporters from asking anymore questions as the Golden trio, Cho, Chuya, Amelia, Remus, and Severus make their way inside.

Inside the Courtroom, Harry takes his seat with Cho and his friends then sees Sirius in the same chair that he was in sixth months ago when he had trial about the use of his Patronus in front of his cousin Dudley. All the Judges and Cornelius Fudge appeared and took their seats. Cornelius starts first, "Sirius Orion Black you are accused of the revelation of the Potter's location, the murder of Peter Judas Pettigrew and the twelve innocent muggles that witnessed you and Mr. Pettigrew's fight on the night of October 31, 1981. How do you Plead."

"Not guilty obviously." Sirius said sarcastically

"I'm not so sure about that if this went my way you would have been kissed by the Dementors already." Cornelius shot back

"Of course, you would love to see my soul sucked out me since you're already bought by my cousin's husband Lucy boy." Sirius retorted

angered by this remark Cornelius held back his angry rant towards the Black scion and asks, "Could explain on why you are innocent?"

"Okay, on the day of assigning my friends secret keeper I was the perfect choice for it, but I had second thoughts." Sirius replied.

"Why is that?" Cornelius asked

"Well, since my family is known for the Dark Arts and the pure blood elitism You-Know-Who would suspect me first, so I picked Wormy instead because he was not known in the Wizarding Community however it turned out he was the spy for the Dark Lord." Sirius explained

"Okay when did you found out that Mr. Pettigrew was a spy?" Cornelius asked

"On the night of James and Lily's death I went to his house, and he wasn't there also there was no sign of a struggle. I went back to Godric's Hollow to get Harry, but Hagrid told me that he was taking Harry to his aunt and uncle under Dumbledore's orders. Then I tracked my cowardly best friend to a muggle street, I was about to kill him, but he used the blasting curse killing twelve muggles which made a crater in the explosion he cut his finger, transformed into his animagus form which is a rat and escaped down sewer." Sirius explained

"I see now." Cornelius said realizing that Sirius is telling the truth, he then calls for Ron to come down to the stand where Sirius is sitting down and give his testimony about Peter Pettigrew.

"I had Wormtail as scabbers until the summer before my third year I started to notice him not eating as much and shaking a lot. I thought that rats usually go through a phase or something but until that day two years ago after finding him in Hagrid's Hut. As Hermione, Harry, and I were going back inside the castle Wormtail bit my hand then Sirius in his animagus dragged me by my leg into the Womping Willow and into the Shrieking Shack trying to kill Wormtail." Ron explained

"It's all making sense now." Chuya said

"It sure does." Cornelius added he then tells Hermione "Ms. Granger please come down to the stand and give your side of the story."

Hermione gets up from her seat goes to the stand, Ron goes back to his seat. Cornelius asks her, "When did you start noticing Pettigrew's behavior?"

"I notice my half cat and half kneazle Crookshanks, started chasing Pettigrew throughout our third year. I thought that's what cats all the time do is chase rats until the end of our third it came clear to us. Hermione explained

"There is something I want to add as well" Sirius said

"What is that Sirius?" Hermione asked

"Crookshanks used to belong to Lily, and she sent a letter to me 2 months before she and James were killed thanking me of buying a toy broomstick for Harry's birthday. In which Harry almost killed Crookshanks and destroy his Aunt Petunia's Vase that she gave to Lily as a Christmas gift." Sirius told Hermione

"Okay, why Crookshanks always attacked Wormtail?" Hermione questioned

"Lily also wrote that Wormtail came over to the house she said that Wormtail was depressed that the McKinnon family were all killed by Who-Know-Who, but Crookshanks knew that he did something to harm the family. Since Kneazles have an ability to detect untrustworthy people and what did Wormtail do? He sold out James, Lily, and Harry to the Dark Lord." Sirius said

"Let's have another testimony Remus Lupin please come down to the stand." Amelia said

Hermione goes back to her seat as Remus stands with Sirius. Cornelius asks, "When did you found out that Mr. Pettigrew alive and well Mr. Lupin.

"I found that out when Harry sneaking around the castle trying to find Wormtail with the Marauders Map that I created with Sirius, Wormtail, and James." Remus answered then continues with his side of the events two years ago, "I came into the Shrieking and found Harry trying kill Sirius for betraying his parents. I disarmed him and we both told him that it was Pettigrew that betrayed us. Sirius and I wanted to kill our former best friend, but Harry intervened and told us not to kill him because his father James didn't want neither of friends to kill one another."

"What happened after that Remus?" Chuya asked

"We decided to bring Wormtail to justice by telling Dumbledore what happened, but I forgot to take my Wolfsbane potion, and I turned into a werewolf."

"Okay then." Cornelius said then asks, "Is that all the testimonies we need Madam Bones?"

"Yes this is all of the testimonies that we need to exonerate Sirius Black Minister." Amelia said as the revelations of what happen fifteen years ago begin to mount up "Those in favor of clearing Sirius Black of all charges." She said then raised her hand.

Chuya raised her hand followed by the other judges. Harry's eyes widened at this he has been waiting for this ever since Sirius asked him if he wants to live with him.

Amelia follows up with, "Those in favor of conviction."

Unfortunately, for Cornelius nobody raises their hand except for him. He sighed in defeat and said, "Sirius Orion Black you are here by cleared of all charges."

Harry, Hermione, Ron, Remus, and Cho cheered in jubilation while Snape gave a slight smile at the verdict finally, Sirius Black the man who was innocent all along is now a free man. The guards unlock the restraints on Sirius, he walks over to Harry and Remus they hug each other.

"Finally, we can be a family now Sirius." Harry said as tears of joy flowed down his cheeks.

"Indeed, Harry we can be one now." Sirius said

Harry, Hermione, Cho, Ron, Remus, Sirius, and Snape exit the Wizengamot Courtroom, Sirius tells them he must go to collect his wand and register as an Animagus and wait for him at the Atrium. Chuya smiles and walks over to them, Harry says to her, "謝謝張女士的這一切. (Thank you, Ms. Chang for all of this.)"

"Your welcome Harry and I should be thanking you for telling my daughter about what happened to Cedric." Chuya said then asks, "Was that Chinese you spoke to me James?"

"Yes, I wanted to know how to speak it." Harry replied

"Yeah, we all know why." Ron said

"Shut up Ron." Harry snapped "Yes I'm learning Chinese so I could get to know your daughter Ms. Chang."

"Aww that's really sweet of you Harry, please call me Chuya no need for formalities." Chuya instructed she suggests "Why not you, Sirius, and Remus could over to my house on easter holiday for dinner."

"Sure, I would love to go." Harry happily accepts the offer

A few minutes later, Sirius comes back, just then Ron's stomach growled loudly and said, "Could we get something to eat please."

Hermione, Cho, and Harry groaned in unison while Chuya, Remus, and Sirius laughed at the teenager's banter. Chuya then suggests "I'm hungry as well Why not we go to a little Pizza joint that I know of in Muggle London. Let's celebrate my treat"

Harry, Ron, Cho, Hermione, Sirius, Snape, and Remus nod their heads and exits the Ministry of Magic and head over to Leo's Pizzeria while Snape goes back to Hogwarts. Once at Leo's Chuya orders three large Pepperoni Pies and Root Beer after they enjoyed their meal. Chuya, Remus, and Sirius escort Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Cho to King's Cross Station and Platform Nine and three quarters where the Hogwarts Express was waiting for them. Before getting on the train Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Cho say their goodbyes to the adults.

As the train goes to Hogwarts Harry mutters to himself "Just four more months with Umbitch then I'll have a summer without the Dursleys can it get better than this?"
