Justice Across Space and Time

Chapter 46

Despite starting off with Jotaro, this chapter will actually be more focused on Saphentite and the other girls. As it is time for a modified version of the work studies arc. Since of course Eri was saved early and now has some friends. Speaking of, I'll peek in on them a bit too. So on with the show.

(No POV)

Jotaro raised his eyebrow at the combative woman in front of him. As well as looking down given she was a little over a foot shorter than Jotaro. Given he had grown slightly again. "Okay first, do you even realize how suggestive that sounded?"

"Yeah and I don't really care. You're way too interesting to let slip away that easily." Mirko said with her smirk never wavering. Jotaro just lets out and exacerbated sigh before making his second point. "Second; if you want me to work with you, why haven't you talked to Nezu about it?"

Mirko backed off a bit before saying she didn't want to fill out the paperwork side of making the offer. "I'd prefer talking to you directly with my offer." Jotaro sighs again before walking off to get something else to eat.

The rabbit hero follows the hero teen and getting a bit of food herself. After finishing a skewer she asked if Jotaro would be willing to work with her. "It's not just because you're interesting. Gometai was wondering if he could have a chance to do some of the things you did. Despite him only just recently being released on parole."

Jotaro looked down at the rabbit like woman while humming a bit. "I'm guessing there are a few other reasons?" "Kinda yeah. While I tend to wander, I do have an agency in Hiroshima. And there have been a few true metas around the area."

Jotaro is wide eyed at this and asks how many. She notes that there were only two, and she had taken to helping them a bit with what they could do. "But honestly, I'm kind of hitting a wall. One is a more physical type, so he was easy to work with. The other is….. I'm not exactly sure what she can do. So that's what I want some of the help with."

"You sure it's a good idea to have a nuclear American in Hiroshima?" Jotaro says with a smirk. One Mirko returns by saying it would be fine and slapping his back as hard as she can. Which just made her own hand sting, though she pretended it didn't hurt.

Jotaro scratches his head before saying he'd be willing to help. But not just to help the true metas. "You're a good fighter, and I'd be interested to see if you can throw me off or knock me down." Jotaro says offhandedly after throwing away the wrapper of his food. Mirko takes some offense to this but is happy to prove she can do just that during their work study.

And thus all of the work studies are set for the first year pro heroes. With the exception of Shoto. But when asked about it, he said it was fine. "I'll take a bit of time to review a few other things. Maybe I'll meet and train with Lima-san to test out my potential against a strong true meta like him. As well as asking if Shield-san has some ideas for gear."

Jotaro and Izuku nod before the latter passes a few suggestions for hero names and new super moves to the boy. Jotaro meanwhile is concerned about what could be waiting for him in Hiroshima.

Saphentite though is excited to be working with her friends as well as a pro hero who won't just treat her like an assistant or as an extra model for a commercial. "I still can't believe we what we got stuck with during the internships." Saphentite says with a blue shadow over her eyes.

Itsuka lets out a humorless laugh while agreeing with her. "At least this time we'll be working with a proper professional. I hope…." Itsuka says with a little nervous look to the side. However, the one showing them to the Dragoon Hero's agency was sure they'd be fine.

"You don't have anything to worry about! Ryukyu will definitely be willing to give you guys' real work. She may do modeling, but that is honestly secondary to her job as a pro!" Hado Nejire said with a smile directed the two girls' way.

The wave quirk user was also interested in what all of her kouhai could do. Both during and maybe after the work studies were done. And while she would normally be spouting off question after question without waiting for an answer, Saphentite had made a way to keep her from doing that.

A crafty little spell she wove around Nejire's head that would create a muzzle if she rattled off more than three questions in a row. Without waiting for an answer. "So how did you do that? And why do you have such a problem with me asking questions? OOoohh! What's your favorite foods to eat? And gumph!"

Nejire had started in as she usually does before Saphentite's spell stopped her. She let out a sigh before telling her upperclassmen to settle down and wait for answers. And while none of them could see it, they were sure Nejire was giving the genie girl a pout at being muzzled.

"To answer the first question, I had a bit of training. There is a potential for magic here. It's just locked or really well hidden away. Jotaro and I happened upon some who knew magic and… well first they helped lift my curse." Saphentite explains.

Then notes how they taught her how to use magic and interweave her abilities with other magic. "A lot of genies would have focused on just using the phenomenal cosmic power that came with…. Well you know. But I instead took to learning more. Though I do still have issues."

She then explains that too many questions have the problem of not getting proper answers and that her favorite food was kataifi. "And Kansas City style barbeque. Trust me, you make the distinction. Jotaro's family were quite proud of their recipes. We had it a few of the times we visited them in Missouri when Abu traveled for work."

Saphentite said this with a blush and a look away that just made Nejire more curious about the two of them. And she could start asking more questions as her muzzle had been lifted and she started at it once again. Only to be re-muzzled not 20 seconds after it was lifted.

This gets a few chuckles from everyone, with some of the girls wondering what the difference was between the way they did barbeque and how the various places in America did it. "I mean Pony's talked it up, but I couldn't really understand her." Setsuna said with a shrug.

"If I remember to do it, I could make a smoker or something and ask Jotaro to cook up some. He doesn't do it too often though. Since it reminds him of the family he lost." This brings down all the girls until both Tsuyu and Ochaco bring up their own points.

"He may have lost his birth family. But he has you now." Tsuyu said with a tap of her chin. While Ochaco said, "and not just you. He has all of us as well." This makes both Saphentite and Itsuka smile as they think about their mutual crush.

While the girls had been talking though, they had reached the city in Okinawa where Ryukyu's agency was stationed. Upon arrival, the hero in question as well as a few of her sidekicks greeted the students from UA.

"It's good to see you again Nejire! And Kendo-san…. I'm so glad you accepted my invitation as well. Uravity, Lizardy, Saphentite, and Froppy. I look forward to seeing what all of you can do." Ryukyu says with a smile to everyone of her new members.

Each of the girls returned the smile before being led inside the agency's main office building. And right away Itsuka and Saphentite could tell this would be different from when they were at Uwabami's agency. Despite the Dragoir add on the front.

For starters, the first floor seemed to have a reception and dispatch members answering calls. And dispatching some of the other sidekicks from her agency. The second floor has a training area that was large enough to allow for Ryukyu to fully transform. And the third floor had rooms dedicated to her clothing line and its designers and support engineers.

Finally, the last floor has a Chinese stylized room for receptions and celebrations with her members. As well as her personal office. "Welcome to my agency! Now before we go on patrol." Ryukyu starts before leading the teens to her office.

She sits at her desk before bringing up some of why she recruited each of them. "As I said, I want to see more of what each of you can do. At the same time, I also want to support unusual heroes like you Kendo-san. Anwar-san."

Both girls look down with slight blushes. Ryukyu also addresses each of the other girls. Noting Tsuyu's agility and capabilities in the water. Ochaco's creativity and combat potential with her quirk and unarmed. And the multiple possibilities that Setsuna could provide with her quirk and her strategic skills.

"Now then. I've seen, and felt, what each of you can do. So…. We'll be grouping each of you with partners I think will complement your skills." Ryukyu says before deciding a few teams

Itsuka, Setsuna and Ochaco would be working with Nejire as they patrolled one section of the city. Saphentite and Tsuyu were partnered with Ryukyu and her sidekick Harlequin (it's the sidekick who had the striped suit. I'm just guessing given they don't address most of the sidekicks).

"I chose these based upon the differing skills of the students gathered. Lizardy and Nejire have the better capabilities in the air, while Uravity and…. Actually, what is the new name you're going by?" Ryukyu asked with a slight blush.

Itsuka's eyes widened as she realized she never chose a new hero name after losing her quirk. She looked down for a moment while thinking on it. 'Battle Fist doesn't feel quite the same as before. I'm not just a puncher or palm striker anymore. I've learned more techniques and skills. Not to mention my gadgets from Melissa.'

Since she can't think of a new name at this point, she just goes with her real name. "At least until I figure something new out." Ryukyu nods before noting that plenty of heroes change their names before going full pro.

"As I was saying, Uravity and Itsuka are better on the ground combatants. Plus, I've seen what some of those devices can do." She then notes that Saphentite and herself had better air combat capabilities and some wild card advantages.

"Meanwhile, Froppy and Harlequin are better on the ground. Given Froppy's jumping skills and leg strength and Harlequin whose quirk works to slip around attacks, I think you two might be a good combo on the ground."

The sidekick gives Tsuyu a thumbs up before explaining how her quirk works. It allows her to slip around attacks and at times slip out of sight. "It's not like the late Sliden' Go, but it does give me some good evasion options before laying the hurt on a villain when they tire out."

And with that, Ryukyu tells all those gathered to start their patrols for the day. While leaving the muffler wearing Kunoi to monitor things at the agency itself.

As they each walk through the streets, many of the first years feel as if multiple eyes were on them. Especially Itsuka and Saphentite. They could all hear the murmurs and some rumors as they walked along the streets.

Some were good, some were bad. But both girls ignored the comments said. Others had different troubles. Like Ochaco. Given some commented that she had been beaten by Itsuka, and she didn't even need her quirk. Or the fact that she got beat by a quirkless person period.

"Just ignore them Uraraka. People always make stupid comments and assumptions based on bias." Itsuka said when she noticed Ochaco looking down and a bit depressed from the comments directed at her.

While they were patrolling, a pair of purse snatchers ran off to different alleys. And Itsuka and Ochaco were the first to respond. Chasing the men while Nejire and Saphentite called in the incident.

Ochaco pushed aside her misgivings and ran as fast as she could to catch the man. Even using her quirk when the man did just the same and ran up and along the wall of the alley. As well as using a small grapple gun that Melissa had given her to test.

She finally stopped the criminal using her quirk to lift up and toss a dumpster at the fleeing man. And rather than continuing to run, he turned heel and ran back at Ochaco. He pulled out two knives and swiped at the girl while standing on the wall.

Ochaco couldn't get her moment to use what Gunhead had taught her, but she saw a different opportunity. She floated up a piece of debris and used it to catch one of the blades and disarm one hand. And when the man tried to stab her from his higher position, she knocked his hand aside and then flowed in to pin the man to the ground.

Itsuka meanwhile had caught up with her criminal, but she stopped when she heard another voice. "What the Hell is wrong with you!? We have a job to do tonight!" "I'm sorry I just….. I couldn't help it!"

Itsuka takes her time to listen in before setting her plan in motion. Noting that the men were talking about a smuggling operation or something similar. So, she took out a pin tracker and shot it at both men's shoes before confronting the pair.

When both thought they could take her because they had heard she didn't have a quirk, she broke both of their faces. While also recovering the stolen purse. The elder of the two grit his teeth before using some air pressure from his quirk to blast up a dust cloud.

Itsuka winces before checking that the trackers were transmitting. She ran back to the main street to return the purse. When the police arrive to take the villains, Itsuka reports that the other had help getting away.

"So you couldn't catch them." One officer says flatly. But the teen hero rolls her eyes before saying she was following something else up with Ryukyu pertaining to the criminals in question.

When her partners give her a funny look, she signals for them to play along. With Nejire and Setsuna catching on and agreeing with what she said. "Yeah…. Ryukyu's agency has been looking into the criminals and gangs around here for a while. Especially since All Might retired." Nejire said with her usual smile.

This placates the officers, and they thank the hero students. Itsuka checks her palmtop trackers and notes that the two split up but seem to be heading for the coastline. "We need to report this to Ryukyu." Itsuka says as the officer's leave.

While this was happening, Saphentite was walking along with her team in a different section of the city. About ten minutes into the walk the genie girl chose to broach the question of why Ryukyu had offered to train her.

"There are a few reasons. Don't take this the wrong way, but I did hope you could help some of my designers with ideas for strange body shapes and size changing clothing. Uwabami mentioned your shapeshifting capabilities." This of course annoyed Saphentite, but she was willing to wait for the other reasons.

"The main one was of course that I want to support you and Kendo as heroes. You both deserve respect for what you are willing to do. Despite how others might treat you." Ryukyu says this while looking down. And her noting that she and other heroes don't help in the right ways for quirkless individuals.

"The last point though is that I hoped you could tell me a bit more about your abilities and Jotaro's. There's so much we don't know about true metas, let alone a magical being like you." Ryukyu said with a glance towards the girl.

Saphentite just sighed before thinking of what to try and explain first. That was until they got a report from Nejire and Setsuna that Ochaco and Itsuka had engaged a pair of purse snatchers.

When the two students returned to the agency, Ryukyu congratulated them on their work. With a small sweets party. "So Itsuka. Nejire mentioned that you came upon something else?" the dragon woman said while polishing off a tart.

Itsuka nodded before showing the tracking device she had put on the villains before engaging them. "I overheard them talking about a deal or a job they had to do. I think the one is a kleptomaniac. Anyway. They said they had to meet a boat to ship out something tonight."

When Kunai asks why she didn't capture them to be questioned, Itsuka retorts that it would be too late. "Even if I caught one of them, they likely wouldn't reveal enough, or they'd send us on a wild goose chase. Or they could even drag out the process till the ships were away."

"Itsuka's right. This way they think they got away and could lead us to whoever or whatever is being smuggled out of the island." Ryukyu says while congratulating Itsuka on thinking ahead.

She then thinks on who should be involved in the raid and calls in back up from the Okie Mariner crew. "Just in case we miss one the smugglers or they slip away. Can you that for us Selkie?"

"No problem, Ryukyu. We'll have the Mariner and a few from the Coast Guard ready offshore. And pass a message to Froppy. Tell her good luck from her old crew." The spotted seal quirked hero said with a smile across his face.

While she initially wants Itsuka to stay back, Saphentite notes that she had been the one to find out about this deal. "So she deserves a chance at taking these guys down." Ryukyu lets out a contemplative sigh before agreeing with the genie.

As night was falling, the members from Ryukyu's agency were trying to be subtle about going through the docks. Most of them wearing their costumes under civilian clothes and with Itsuka's gear collapsed or hidden.

Kunai used her quirk to get a better view of the hidden deal that was going down. Blending in with the shadows and the cargo containers. Meanwhile Itsuka was with Ochaco and Nejire on one side of the docks. Setsuna, Saphentite and Harlequin were opposite them. And Ryukyu was waiting at the back with Tsuyu just in case.

"C'mon let's get moving. I don't want to be here in case the cops or some underground hero is nearby." The apparent head of the thugs said before bringing out his merchandise. With the heroes waiting for their chance.

Konai gets a good look at a briefcase that had liquids of some kind. While she can't tell what kind, she does notice the biohazard symbol on the side of one of the vials. "Possibly a drug or some kind of biohazard. I think we've got enough."

Ryukyu confirms while telling her sidekicks to move in. While asking the younger teens to be careful. At a quiet 'copy' each team moves in silently. That is until Itsuka spots something.

A few of the thugs had a few others that were on the docks surrounded. As she's reporting it to Ryukyu, he overhears one of them talking. "Look at this waste. Been hearing about some homeless here at the docks. And given what you all look like I'd guess you're all quirkless."

At hearing that the martial artist girl freezes up and can't help but look back. Especially when one of the thugs kicks one of the men in the group with a stone like limb. And she hears one of the younger ones call him daddy.

And as the thugs are talking about putting them out of their misery and removing wastes of air, something snaps with Itsuka. She turns back from the path to intercept the runners and goes after the thugs.

First by using a stun gauntlet to surprise the stone limbed thug, before breaking a few of his limbs and smashing his face into the steel cargo container. When another one tries to turn into a beast, she quickly tosses an electro net at her. And breaks her cat like teeth with a knee slam right into the woman's face.

"Get clear!" she tells the others who were still around and faces down the last two thugs. One of whom bulks up an threatens to snap her spine. She just smirks before telling them to bring it.

A bone spiked thug rushes her first, swinging his arms wildly with sharp points all over it. But he over commits a strike and Itsuka takes her moment to break his arms and then his face. Before pulling the punk in the way of the bulked-up villain's fist. Crushing the man.

He roars at her and tries to grab or punch Itsuka to finish her off. But Itsuka sees through each of his strike and how clumsy they are. Waiting for her moment to turn his strength against him.

It comes when he slams his fists into the ground to crush her. The impact instead flips her up and over the villain. And she lands on his back. "HEY! GET OFF!" the thug shouts while trying to reach for the girl.

And while she is up there, she attacks his head a few times before leaving a little something on his head and back. Itsuka then waits for her next moment as the villain tries to slam her into the cargo containers by pushing backwards.

But Itsuka flips over him before tossing a flash bomb at his face. The impact and the flash disorient the thug. As do the electro stun disks, she stuck on him while she was there. Even making him spasm a bit and cause more damage.

"THAT'S NOT ENOUGH BITCH!" he shouts as the stun disks run out of power. But the villain is breathing heavy and Itsuka knows she's won. She points up and when the thug does, he notices that the containers were unstable. And with a push of a button, she sets off an explosive she tossed up there when the villain was spasming.

Once it is done, the big villain is trapped under a number or containers and unconscious. While that was happening, Konai noticed that the criminals had been alerted to something and quickly rushed in to catch the villains in question.

She knocks out two before one pulls a gun on her. But that is when Ochaco and Setsuna jump, or rather float, in and take care of the villain. With Setsuna pulling his gun away and Ochaco kicking the man in the head.

Right as the others were about to attack, Nejire and Saphentite started blasting them from above while Harlequin slipped around and took out two other villains. From the sea side of the ship though, a set of smaller boats take off and try to get away as fast as they can.

Ryukyu and Froppy then step in, with the frog girl riding on the dragon woman's back. While Nejire and Saphentite take to the sky as well. They each capture a speedboat and knock out the villains. And the last two get caught by the Okie Mariner and Coast Guard.

When the police show up and start carting off the villains, they need Ryukyu's help to lift the containers off of the bulking villain. "Why did you engage these villains?" Ryukyu says with a look down at Itsuka.

The martial artist doesn't know what to say at first, until the people she saved walked up and thanked her profusely. And when Ryukyu heard some of what those thugs had said, she retracted the scolding she was planning to give the girl.

"I think I understand. For now, though." Ryukyu says while looking over the small group of people. Half of whom were children. And none of them appeared to have quirks. She looked down before asking if they had anything to eat, before offering to let them stay at her agency for the night.

Once there, she lets each of them use the shower and baths. Then offering to introducing them to places where they could get work and food. As well as giving each of them some new clothes.

Each of the heroes and hero students look down while this has been going on. Thinking about what had happened to each of them and what all of them had to suffer through. "I think I understand why you got so mad Kendo-chan." Nejire says while giving Itsuka a hug.

Remembering what ones like Izuku, Jotaro, and Saphentite might have gone through. And they were the lucky ones. "Don't worry. I will try to help them." Ryukyu says after laying out some futons in a washitsu room. And all of the people in there sleeping peacefully.

While it was true that most of the smugglers and their boats had been caught, three more were able to slip away while most of the other villains were being restrained. While they didn't have any of the drugs and biochemical materials, they had managed to smuggle in some various metals and other materials to their buyer.

"I'm sorry to say miss Un, but we weren't able to acquire all of the materials you requested. Though we did manage to gather the metals you purchased." Natalie Sosaku hums before acknowledging and thanking the men for their work.

"We'll just have to wait to get the liquid materials later. I'll contact you another time. Dobryi den." And with that Natalie hangs up while looking out from the high rise she and her team were staying in.

And they were not alone. After AFO was captured and having died in prison, the League of Villains had nowhere to go. Not to mention they didn't have enough resources and hideouts to work with. So, the leader of The Forgotten extended one of her homes to her allies.

"How the Hell can you afford all of this?" Magne asks after enjoying a nice bath with Toga. Natalie smirks before noting she had a little bit from her family at first. Given her father had been a trade ambassador to Russia.

"Otetz is quite influential in Russia. Since I was born without a quirk, he kept me out of sight and mind. So, I wouldn't bring shame to the family. Which only made me hate this world and it's obsession with those silly powers." Dabi chuckles while thinking that there's plenty of families who do just the same.

Natalie explained that she had been quietly collecting treasures and cash money over a few years before running away at eight years old. "At first, I wasn't sure what I'd do. But that was roughly when….. I think my powers subtly were active." She mentioned how she started by out playing gamblers and the like. Beating them at their own games.

"I didn't realize it at first, but I was willing my luck to change and for things to fall my way. It was only when I was bit older that I started to question some of what I could do." Noting how she would manipulate events during quirk gang meetings and make them start attacking each other.

And then quietly slip in and steal whatever cash or good she could. "It wasn't until I met these three that I started to understand more of what was going on." The leader looks to Luiz, Emma, and Ryan. Noting how the two were younger than all of them and had stowed away on the boat Luiz was working on.

And how he had protected them from some arrogant sailors who wanted to mess with those they saw beneath them. And the trauma of all these events (some stacking on with what Luiz had endured for years) awakened their abilities.

"After they killed the sailors, I made sure that they could get away and that we'd all meet again. Before offering them a place with me." Natalie says while noting this happened about a year ago.

And how before that, she'd been putting the money she made or stole into a special trust fund and invested in specific companies under the name Un or luck. "And thus I…. I guess you could say I now have a small conglomeration that is doing quite well."

The two girls from the LOV shake their heads while the younger admits to enjoying all the fun pieces around Natalie's penthouse. While also letting slip about finding one of the bellhops cute.

"Don't even think about it. I know it's hard for you but you shouldn't blow our cover right now. Money only talks and silences so far." Natalie says with a severe glare directed at the teen slasher.

Who just gives a pouting fine before getting some tomato juice from the fridge. She then asks where Tomura was. With Dabi just pointing his thumb up to the upper rooms casually. "Still?" Natalie says with a sigh.

Before she heads up, she makes a stop in Wu's room and workshop. "How are you liking thing?" "Quite well Miss Fortune. I overheard some of that call. While the liquid materials are a loss, the metals are a bit more important for now."

After Wu had been introduced to The Forgotten, Natalie had happily given him a large room so he could work on the devices he wanted to make. As well as providing what materials she could with her connections.

And the man was quite pleased with the materials and results. "I've managed to improve my armor. Aside from making it more durable and capable of flight, without the jets short-circuiting, and improved the targeting systems. I also have a few ideas on tools and equipment for Ryan and Emma."

Natalie nods before thanking the man. While he was slightly annoyed by the LOV, he acknowledged that they to were cast offs or those rejected by the rest of the quirk obsessed society. And was willing to improve some of the gear that Giran had provided.

"If you can get that supposed leader out of his room, I might have some ideas for his arm." Wu comments before handing Natalie a spiked gauntlet. Saying it could help should her luck manipulation come up short.

Natalie thanks the man before walking up the stairs and opening the door to the room Tomura had been sulking in. For three days. And the smell was practically hanging in the air. Natalie just gave a sigh before saying, "this is just sad."

"I'd normally ask 'what do you care', but this is your house." Tomura says while glaring up at Natalie with a bleary red eye from his bed. He had barely moved for three days. Only coming out slightly to get some minor sustenance.

Natalie was initially thinking of trying to talk Tomura out of the room, but she decides to go for a more direct approach. Grabbing his natural arm, she fireman slings him over her shoulder. Tomura of course freaks out by first saying, "I didn't know you were this strong!"

"I've been on the streets and on my own longer than you. So, I built up a bit of strength over time. Also don't even think of using your quirk. Aside from losing your place to stay, I'm messing with the chance opportunities for you to touch me with all five fingers."

Natalie then takes the pale blue haired boy into the large bath and drops him in the tub. Tomura sputters to the surface before shouting, "what's the big idea!?" Natalie just glares down at him before getting almost nose to nose with him.

She laughs slightly before saying, "I originally thought you would be some big badass with your whole ideas and goal to kill All Might. But after all this you're just some dumb little kid, who can't stand it when things don't go his way and can't cope if his daddy isn't around."

This of course infuriates Tomura, but Natalie just keeps making him slip to where he can't attack her. After the fifth time falling, Tomura is on his back and trying to catch his breath. While looking like there were tears in his eyes.

Natalie lets up on the luck manipulating and tells him that he has to talk to her and his team. "They've been staying here because I opened my home to you. But you need to decide what you need to do next."

She then says he can lie about and just wait to die. Or he can stand up and try to make something more of what his teacher left. While also asking if this is where he and the League of Villains end. "Is your quest really done? Or are you just stuck on a puzzle you can't bash through?"

Tomura lays on his back for a minute. Thinking about what she said and what he was supposed to do. And he still doesn't have an idea. But he knows Natalie wouldn't be letting him out anytime soon. So he asked for some privacy to take a bath and think things over.

The half Russian girls smiles slightly before giving him his privacy. While hoping he'll actually come up with something by the time he comes out of the bath. As Tomura strips down and detaches his prosthetic, he looks at himself in the mirror and thinks about what led him here.

I'll admit I got this idea from the episode where Ryukyu's group works with the Okie Mariner crew. But it seemed like a natural way to segue into a few new points and a bit to talk with the villains.

Speaking of it felt like it was a good idea to have an actual syndicate type of person leading the LOV and The Forgotten. So, I built the idea of Natalie unknowingly using her luck manipulation to shift odds her way and use that to make a lot of money. Before using them knowingly to make herself richer and have a bit of pull. Not… Momo levels of cash but maybe more like Ida. And thus giving Wu much more to work with for the future.

Anyway, there'll be some bits with the villains next as well as the set ups for the next arc I'm building. Please review!
