Chapter Three
Harry moved to the side as Magdalene, Peter, Kingsley and Moody exited from the floo room. They were a strange mixture, especially seeing the stunning Madame Zabini walking next to the gnarled Mad Eye Moody, but that was what he liked most about his people. Magdalene shot him a smirk, and he knew right away that she had a good idea why they had been summoned here.
"Harry," The voice had Harry's head snapping around and he smiled when he saw Justinian stepping out of the fireplace and already taking a step towards him. He looked stunning in emerald green, and Harry was not foolish enough not to realise that Justinian was making a statement of his own wearing robes that matched the colour of Harry's eyes.
He stepped forward as Justinian stepped out of the flooing room and paused, but Harry just stepped right up to him and wrapped his arm around his waist to tug him against his body and pressed their lips together firmly.
He had not been able to see Justinian since he had proposed to him a week ago, they had been able to have a few hours together laying on the sofa wrapped together, but then Harry had had to peel himself away and return to Hogwarts. Though they had been able to talk through the two-way parchment that Hermione had given him, it was limited, and definitely not the same as having the man in his arms.
Harry hummed when Justinian tilted his head back and opened up to Harry, allowing him to kiss him deeper, losing himself in the presence of the other and finally having him in his arms.
"Pardon us," Harry grumbled against Justinian's lips and pulled back to glare balefully at Fred and George where they were standing, to be fair Harry and Justinian were blocking the doorway out of the flooing room.
"We're just…" Fred grinned and plastered himself to the doorframe and started trying to squeeze around them. Snorting Harry used his grip around Justinian's waist to move them further into the room, his fiance blushing a burning red realising how carried away they had gotten.
"Nice to see you again!" George waved at Justinian before hurrying away with Fred at the look Harry gave him.
"Sorry," Harry murmured, pressing kisses over Justinian's burning cheeks. "I got a little carried away," Harry shook his head. "I have missed you," He said, stroking his fingers over Justinian's cheek.
"I have missed you too!" The declaration had Harry snorting and dropping his head down onto Justinian's shoulder.
"Justinian, Sirius, Sirius, Justinian," Harry made the introduction before turning his face and pressing a kiss to Justinian's throat, smirking a little at the shudder that got him.
"I taught him all his charm," Sirius beamed as Justinian blushed again, turning to him.
"He most definitely did not!" Peter snorted.
"Come now Petey don't be like that!" Sirius squawked, bouncing over to Peter Parkinson.
"Don't worry he will make his way back around to you. I am Remus, it is truly lovely to meet you," Remus smiled holding his hand out to Justinian which the other quickly took despite his confusion at the whirlwind that was Sirius.
"Harry has said a lot about you both," Justinian smiled softly.
"Good I hope," Remus chuckled.
"I had better be!" Sirius shouted from across the room where he seemed to be trying to annoy Peter.
"Justinian Nott?!" The confused choke had them turning back to the floo room where Lola Yaxley had just stepped through.
"Madame Yaxley," Justinian blinked.
"Well, this is a…surprise," Lola blinked repeatedly. "I take it that this is something to do with what today's meeting is about?"
"You will find out soon enough," Harry chuckled.
"Boo," She sighed before sweeping off to talk to Kingsley.
"Harry, and Justinian. I am Hermione, it is really nice to meet you," Hermione smiled as she, Draco and Ron walked over to them.
"It is lovely to meet you as well, I believe I have you to thank for Harry to be alive for me to meet him," Justinian smiled.
"That is completely true," Draco nodded.
"Theo," Harry nodded when Theo stepped through the Floo.
"That Gollum completely freaked me out," Theo said in greeting before walking over to his brother and wrapping him in a tight hug, meaning Harry had to let go of him with a pout.
"Gollum?" Justinian asked and squeezed his younger brother.
"It is how we get away with being able to leave the school. We can't do it too often and try and shake it up, but it is one of the ways," Harry nodded, swatting Draco's hand when he tried to tug at his sleeve.
"I'm currently in the library studying, it was so real," Theo grimaced, pulling back.
"It is a clever idea," Justinian nodded.
"Thanks," Ron grinned. "I'm Ron, really good to meet you,"
"It is very good to meet you both as well," Justinian smiled softly.
"Why hasn't he got a ring?" Draco hissed at Harry.
"Mind your own business," Harry hissed back. He narrowed his eyes at Draco and the Malfoy Heir seemed to realise he was on a delicate balance and shrugged before walking off.
"It is good to see you," Justinian sighed, hugging Theo again.
"I need to go and get ready, everyone else should be arriving soon," Harry said. "We will leave you two to have a catch-up,"
"Harry?" Justinian asked without saying anything, capturing Harry's hand before he could walk away.
"Have fun catching up," Harry smiled softly at Justinian, raising his hand to kiss the back of the Nott Heir's hand before he walked off.
"He looks at you…I thought I had seen him at his dopiest when he was talking about you, but apparently, he is worse when he's around you," Theo laughed turning back to his brother as Harry moved through the forming group with Hermione and Ron, though Ron paused to say something to Draco who pouted and then nodded, moving with them over to Harry. "You have love hearts in your eyes," Theo snorted and Justinian turned to glare at him, trying to look as imposing as he could.
"I can't believe some of the people who are here," Justinian said, looking around the group, trying to change the subject.
"It is quite the mix," Theo was grinning, but he allowed the change at the same time. "It is amazing seeing the mix, and them actually able to get on together,"
Moody, Kingsley, Tonks, Andromeda and her husband Ted, Magdalene, Peter, Gareth, Charles, Sirius, Remus, Madame Greengrass, Lola, Mr and Mrs Weasley, Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred and George Weasley, Samuel and Nathaniel Finch-Fletchly.
"I apologise for Draco, he gets and little carried away sometimes," Hermione Granger said from behind them, had they not been trained to not have such undignified responses from birth, both of them would have jumped, as it was both their eyes widened as they spun around to see that she had snuck up behind them.
"Oh, no I am not upset, I am just worried Harry is," Justinian shook his head.
"Draco gets away with a lot, mostly because of our relationship with him, but also because Harry looks at him like a brother. He knows where he can push the boundaries most of the time but sometimes he edges a little too close to it. Harry has been trying to find the perfect ring for you, so he is a little stressed about it," Hermione explained, crossing her arms and leaning against the table behind her.
"He has been…but it doesn't have to be perfect, anything that…" Justinian cut himself off and looked at the woman watching him with incredibly intelligent brown eyes, "anything that he gives me would be perfect," he decided to finish what he was going to say, and he knew it was the right choice when her face relaxed and she smiled a little, uncrossing her arms.
"Harry cares a lot about you, and to him gifts are important, their meaning is important, he wants to make sure that it is the right one," Hermione explained.
"He's thoughtful," Justinian turned to where Harry was standing over a table with some papers on, talking intently to Ron and Kingsley.
"He is, especially to those he cares for, Harry always goes big or goes home," Hermione nodded.
"You are worried?" Justinian asked.
"Much less so now. I think we're going to get on just fine," Hermione smiled pushing away from the table. "I need to go make sure that they don't plan to blow something up," Hermione called over her shoulder making her way back to them.
"That was once Hermione!" Harry shouted without looking up.
"Once is enough," she said brightly.
"Told you she wouldn't let us live that down," Ron snorted.
"So she shouldn't!" Draco huffed leaning against Harry's side. Justinian watched Harry wrap his arm around Draco and squeeze him gently in reassurance before going back to his discussion.
"I am surprised that he hasn't asked Malfoy for advice on the ring," Theo hummed.
"It is the same reason he hasn't asked Sirius, they would convince him to buy you something so bright, shiny and gaudy it would be like hefting a chandelier around on your hand," Remus Lupin smiled as he came over to them.
"Rude," Sirius pouted. "It really is lovely to meet you, Harry has been so happy, and so much more relaxed recently,"
"Thank you, he is…" Justinian was aware that these people were important to Harry, but he didn't want to just go spilling his heart left, right and centre.
"It is ok, he was the same, you don't need to share everything with us, we can see that you care about him as well, and that is all we need to know," Remus smiled pointing at Sirius.
"What does that mean?" Sirius narrowed his eyes at Remus.
"Please, it was like trying to get blood from a stone at first to get you to even say we were friends, now you overshare," Remus rolled his eyes.
"Rude!" Sirius pouted.
"Alright, everyone!" Harry called, and Justinian's head snapped around along with everyone else's, all conversations stopping as he spoke. Justinian watched impressed as the man that he knew as a light-hearted, gentle man, clearly stepped into the leadership role he held, he had caught flashes of this man during their time together, but seeing him so clearly step into that position was something else.
Harry looked around them all as they gathered a little closer and faced him fully, all of them concentrating on him. Draco skipped down the steps of the small dias that they were standing on while Kingsley walked down at a much more sedate pace, Draco moved to stand next to Charlie Weasley who threw his arm around his shoulders, a fond look on his face.
Hermione and Ron stepped on either side of Harry, clearly ready to support him.
"Firstly, we are closer to being able to finish things with Voldemort," Justinian along with most of those present grimaced at the name, including Ron, "as you are all aware we are chasing items that we need to destroy to be able to kill him,"
"How many items are left?" Moody asked.
"We have three left," Hermione answered.
"We have a good idea where all of them are, one of them is going to be a little more…difficult to get hold of, we're working on it," Ron explained.
"When you say difficult?" Remus pinched his nose.
"It is in Gringotts," Harry shrugged.
"How are you going to get into someone's vault?!" Mrs Weasley blinked.
"I'm getting a headache already," Kingsley sighed.
"Do you need help with the dragons?" Charlie grinned.
"Not saying, don't listen then, probably," Harry answered in order.
"Yes!" Charlie fist-pumped.
"Oh Merlin," Percy groaned.
"If I didn't know better I would think that you make up half the things that you do to just impress us," Magdaline chuckled.
"Scarily I think that they don't let us in on half of what they are up to," Peter shook his head.
"I could tell you what I am up…" Sirius managed to say before Harry's silencing spell hit him causing the man to pout.
"So you are most of the way there with these items," Andromeda sighed, clearly trying to get them back on track.
"Yes we are," Harry chuckled.
"Wonderful," She nodded.
"Also, Lucius Malfoy is doing us a real favour with the way that he is going after Dumbledore with the Governors after the attack on Theo and the injuries done to Pucey, the leak to the papers about the comment he made of it not being a priority has really done a number on him," Ron smirked.
"You really think that this is the way to bring him down?" Madame Greengrass said a little doubtfully.
"Dumbledore's power is in people's belief that he is needed because of his magic, his knowledge and most importantly his kindness, when you strip away the kindness all you're left with is a man that came to like power too much and can't even do the job he is meant to do because of it," Hermione nodded.
"A few comments here and there won't do massive damage though," Mr Weasley frowned.
"There is going to be a series of articles coming out in the next few weeks," Harry sighed, and there was a slight tightness to his face that concerned Justinian. In a move that was nearly identical to Hermione's earlier, Harry crossed his arms and rested back against the table behind him, crossing his legs at the ankles as he cast a quick look over them.
"What sort of articles?" Kingsley frowned.
"They are articles that are going to reveal a lot of personal things about me, and about Voldemort. It will have a bit of a double effect as it will reveal Voldemort to his followers that he is not who he makes himself out to be, and they are going to be in for a shock. But it is also going to raise a lot of concern for Dumbledore and the fact that he is in charge of the care of children," Harry answered.
"What personal things?" Nathaniel asked, concerned looking around the group.
"That I was abused by my muggle family who Dumbledore put me with to protect me without thinking to check that I was safe with them, and then when he realised that he wasn't he decided to run an experiment to see if I would turn out the same as Voldemort. Guess he was half right," Harry smirked a little, but the silence around the group was echoing.
Theo slipped his hand into Justinian's and gripped it tightly as Justinian felt a wave of shock going through him. Harry who was so kind and supportive of him, who was so strong and so caring, Harry who was so gentle with him, so loving…all he could imagine was a younger Harry, abused, scared and unloved. His heart broke for the little boy, and the man standing in front of them.
Green eyes met his, and Justinian could see the concern in them, that he would think less of Harry because of this revelation, but the fact that he had revealed it allowed Justinian to guess that Harry knew he would not. He hoped whatever was in his own eyes would reassure Harry, especially when he realised that Harry was holding the forget me not charm on his bracelet in his closed fist.
"But…"
"We're not going to discuss it here. We have spoken about it and the implications long and hard, and Harry has made the decision with our support that this is going to be shared. The information that you will be allowed to know will be in the reports, anything that is not in there unless you are given the information by Harry you will not be allowed to know," Hermione said firmly.
"Anyone that wants to reconsider their position or Harry's suitability for his place is more than welcome to leave now," Ron added and waved to the Floo room. The silence echoed for a little longer, but no one moved.
"Right, with that bombshell out of the way," Harry snorted. "We are going to interact more with the Light and Dark Side and make ourselves known to the press. I want to put extra pressure on Dumbledore and Voldemort from all sides, and now we are at a point where we can do this. I want to make it clear that we have information on them, and I want to make it clear that we are powerful. I will be attending Death Eater and Order meetings in the near future and attacking both, they will be short attacks and aren't aimed to do much damage, more make a point. I want to give those a heads up that will possibly be at either meeting, though I will not say exactly when they will be taking place,"
"Not much damage, I will start taking my heart medication now," Peter muttered.
"No!" Harry pointed at Sirius as he opened his mouth. The levity was what everyone needed, and though the laughter was clearly shaking off some of the anxious energy and feelings that had formed around them at Harry's announcement, it was a relief as well.
"And onto other news," Hermione said.
"Are we going to be addressing Justinian and Harry finally?" Lola smirked.
"I have asked Justinian to marry me and he has agreed," Harry said and then smirked at the shock on their faces.
"Marry?" Samuel asked.
"But you said that you turned down the political match?" Lola frowned.
"I did, Justinian and I have spent time together and I have proposed, there is no set date for the marriage, but we are engaged," Harry announced.
"Then why turn down the political match?" Peter frowned, confused.
"Because that was my choice," Harry looked at the man who held up his hand.
"If it isn't for a political match, then it is rather quick," Mrs Weasley frowned a little.
"You can be in a relationship for two years and feel nothing, you can be in a relationship for two weeks and feel is not a measure for love," Magdalene said softly from where she was standing, "and besides, I do not believe that our Grey Lord was asking for our permission, he was informing us of his choice,"
"Correct," Harry nodded. There was a small shuffle around the group, but Justinian was relieved to see that there was more confusion on everyone's faces at the sudden announcement rather than hostility towards it. Eyes glanced over to him and Theo where they were standing, and he was aware that he was being far more closely inspected than when he was just believed to be Harry's boyfriend.
"It is definitely a good match," Nathaniel smiled.
"Congratulations," the group started saying as the news sunk in.
"Thank you," Harry nodded and then moved on discussing the different things that they were all doing to move things on.
Justinian listened with interest as the talk carried on, learning a little more about what each of them did, learning how Harry used them, he saw what Harry had meant about Ron being an expert chessman when he realised that the redhead was clearly moving their followers around to the right places so that they could win this game.
Eventually, the meeting broke up and everyone filtered away, still looking between Harry and Justinian with interest.
"We will see you soon," Remus smiled at Justinian.
"We need to arrange a proper meeting," Sirius nodded.
"You aren't staying?" Justinian asked.
"Harry wants a little time with you by himself," Sirius chuckled, nodding towards Harry. Ron and Hermione had already stepped away from him and were wrapping their arms around Draco, and green eyes were already intently resting upon Justinian, so much so that he could almost feel the weight of his gaze.
"I will give you some time, Harry said that he will arrange for me to come and visit you on the weekend," Theo smiled, hugging Justinian.
"I will see you then," Justinian squeezed him. He and Harry watched as everyone else left the room calling goodbyes to them. Then the Nott Heir turned and swept across the room to where Harry was still leaning against the table, quickly walking up the dias.
There was a hint of uncertainty in Harry's eyes still from what had been revealed, and Justinian couldn't have that. He wrapped his arms around Harry's shoulders and pressed their lips together, sighing contently as he sank into Harry and the kiss between them, losing himself in the other man. Harry wrapped his arm around Justinian's waist and cupped the back of his head in a way that seemed to have Justinian shivering every time, and he kissed Justinian until all that the Nott Heir could think about was Harry.
"I am sorry that I did not give you the heads up," Harry murmured against Justinian's lips, "I did not know how to say it," Justinian opened his eyes and found Harry's still closed, allowing him to survey him for a second before he spoke.
"You don't need to apologise, and please do not think that I think any less of you. If anything I think more of you, I just wish that it was not something that you had to suffer," He sighed, reaching up to brush his thumb over Harry's cheek. Green eyes opened and stared intently at him, and Justinian felt that was almost always in danger of losing himself in those eyes.
"You think more of me?" Harry said a little uncertainly.
"You told me that you did not see a weak person when you saw me with the Dark Lord. I do not believe you are weaker or lesser because of what happened to you as a child. All I see is a kind man, with a good heart that managed to become the man that I love today," Justinian watched those green eyes widen before joy filled them.
"Love?" Harry breathed out.
"Love, Magdalene was right, time is not a measure for love, I know how I feel for you, and though it is fast, I love you," Justinian nodded.
"I love you too," Harry smiled beautifully at Justinian. The smaller man wrapped his arms around Harry and pressed his face into his shoulder as he was hugged back tightly, his heart thundering with joy and nerves in his chest, and he let out a little, breathless laugh.
"I wasn't sure that I would ever get to say that to someone, and then you walked into my life," Justinian said quietly.
"I hoped, but I was not sure, especially not with the position I took up," Harry said pressing his lips to Justinian's temple, "Merlin Justinian, you make me so happy,"
"And you me," Justinian smiled pulling back from their hug to tilt his head up for Harry.
The kiss lingered with an overwhelming sense to it of the future that they were building together, what was building between them, and the hope that it gave to both of them. Finally, they were able to bring it upon themselves to part.
"Do you have to return soon?" Justinian asked concerned.
"I have a little time, Draco is going to polyjuice like me for a while," Harry took Justinian's hand and raised it to his lips before standing from the table and pulling Justinian further across the dias to a door at the back.
"Where are we?" Justinian asked curiously.
"One of the Black manors, Sirius takes great joy in knowing that most of his family, dead and alive, would absolutely hate that we are here," Harry grinned over his shoulder as they walked down a short corridor until they reached a cosy living room. Harry drew Justinian over to a loveseat and settled down before gently pulling Justinian down next to him. Justinian slipped into the space beside Harry and turned so that he was cuddled into his side as Harry wrapped his arm around him.
"Do you have somewhere to stay regularly?" Justinian asked.
"For meetings or to live?" Harry turned to look at him.
"Both," Justinian shrugged.
"We change up where we hold the meetings to make sure that we're not predictable," Harry hummed, "as for living no, up until two years ago I lived with my relatives, Dumbledore thinks that I am still returning to them, I have been living between a few different places since. Do you like living in Nott Manor?"
"I have good and bad memories there, it is home, but not at the same time," Justinian sighed.
"Would you want to stay there?" Harry asked.
"Would you?" Justinian blinked looking up at him.
"Doesn't really matter to me, as long as we're together I can be happy, so it is where you will be happy, we can live in Nott manor if you want, or anywhere," Harry shrugged.
"I think I would like to make Nott Manor a proper home, make the good memories outweigh the bad," Justinian looked up at Harry uncertainly.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" Harry smiled, lifting Justinian's chin to kiss him gently. "If that is what you want, then that is what we will do,"
"And you would be happy with that?" Justinian asked concerned, "I don't want you to feel like you have to give in to me,"
"I am not, and I promise if it is something that I feel strongly about I will raise it. Home is an odd one for me, I haven't had a home before so to me it doesn't matter where the home is, I would just like to make a home with you if that makes sense,"
"It makes sense," Justinian reached up and stroked Harry's cheek. "I have lived in a manor, but I have never had a home. Having a home would be nice. Would you mind Theo living with us?"
"Of course not, I kind of presumed that he would be. Besides, it is not like we are going to be in a small house together. We seem to be getting on as well?" Harry asked Justinian more than stated.
"He likes you and approves of you. He was teasing me for having hearts in my eyes for you," Justinian laughed.
"Good, I was nervous that he would not like me," Harry admitted.
"You are difficult not to like," Justinian smiled.
"I…" Harry started to go red so Justinian took pity on him and leaned up to kiss his cheek. "Are we going to meet with Remus and Sirius?"
"I was thinking of a meal if you would be ok with that?" Harry asked.
"I would like that, to get a chance to know them properly," Justinian assured him.
"I wanted you to myself today, it feels like it has been months since I was able to hold you in my arms," Harry sighed.
"When you say those types of things to me…" Justinian shocked his head before pressing his face into Harry's chest again, "I never thought that I would hear those things said to me, hearing you saying things like that is just something else,"
"I am sorry," Harry laughed.
"I love you," Justinian smiled, unable to think of anything else to say, and saying it again because he wanted to say it.
"I love you too," Justinian kissed him back gently when Harry leant down.
"Justinian," Magdalene and Andromeda smiled as he flooed into the house, the two women reaching out to kiss his cheeks. "How are you,"
"I am well thank you," Justinian smiled.
"I heard that Harry demanded you not attend Death Eater meetings anymore?" Lola Yaxley said also walking in.
"Demand isn't the way that I would put it," Justinian laughed.
"Oh?" She raised her eyebrow.
"He and I discussed it, and we agreed that it was not worth the risk, especially not with the interests that the Da…Voldemort has been expressing lately," Justinian said.
"It is not the world that we grew up in Lola," Peter Parkinson said as he walked in as well with Kinglsey.
"Hmm, I suppose it will take a little getting used to," Lola nodded, she caught Justinian's querying look, "I have no desire to follow the Dark Lord, and I have even less desire to stay married to my moronic sycophant of a husband, but he has cast charms all over himself so that I can not kill him off. Harry has promised me that my darling Corban will be sent to prison, and myself and my children will be free," she explained.
"Did you consider pushing him down the stairs?" Magdalene asked.
"I tried that one," Lola waved her hand, "I also tried greasing up the stairs and shouting that the Aurors were coming, he broke his leg only," she sighed in disappointment.
"I am not hearing any of this," Kingsley snorted sitting down at the table.
"Now darling, we are the grey side, you have to expect a little bit of both," Magdalene winked at him.
"So, why have we been called here today?" Peter asked.
"Harry would like us to list through possible people that we can pull in from both sides and to either overtly try and pull them over announcing ourselves on the grey side or do it a little more subtly," Justinian explained.
"Oh, are you starting to give orders now?" Lola smirked.
"Of course not, Harry and I are not married, yet, however, he has asked me to ensure that this is done, and so I will make sure that it is," Justinian smiled cooly at her, noting the approving look Magdalene and Andromeda exchanged.
"Of course," Lola nodded after a moment. "I have been needling at a couple of my acquaintances that I know are not living in matrimonial heaven either, I think I can push a little harder without giving myself away,"
"I know a good few people that would classify themselves as neutral, I will speak to them," Andromeda nodded.
"Wonderful," Justinian inclined his head.
"I have heard a good number of people muttering about Dumbledore and the way that the Ministry are handling things, I think that there is a good number that I will be able to speak to and nudge in the right direction," Kingsley added.
"Peter?" Justinian blinked in confusion to see the other man in the fireplace waiting for access. He looked a little stressed and had an odd twitch to his right eye so Justinian released the wards and allowed him to step out of the fire.
"I thought that you should know Harry performed his attack on the Death Eater meeting, and I am hoping that you talk some sense into him to stop him from doing something like that in the future! He has seriously spent too much time around Sirius, and I did not mean for that to be a pun!" The other man ranted.
"What did he do?" Justinian asked, a little bemused and with a hint of panic.
"Not much damage my arse!" Peter threw his hands up before he started ranting.
Harry grinned sheepishly at Justinian, who tried to fight back his smile and raised an eyebrow at him, trying to look as unimpressed as he could.
"It was a good opportunity!" Harry tried to defend himself.
"I had Peter Parkinson here for nearly an hour ranting and begging me to try and wrangle you under control!" Justinian placed a hand on Harry's chest when he tried to wrap his arms around Justinian and kiss him, holding his arm solid when Harry tried to press forward.
"Are you going to wrangle me then?" Harry smirked, and there was a flicker in his green eyes that had something hot and heavy sitting low in Justinian's stomach.
"You need wrangling, you said that you weren't going to do much," Justinian licked his lips.
"The opportunity presented itself," Harry smiled winningly, taking a step closer and pushing Justinian back.
"An opportunity?" Justinian raised his eyebrow higher.
"Yes, he was so furious about you publicly moving to the Grey side that he was so distracted, he left it wide open!" Harry took another couple of steps forward.
"Yes?" Justinian sucked in a breath at the look Harry gave him as took another few steps.
"Yes, it was too good of an opportunity," Harry smirked. "How much did Peter tell you?"
"That you went over the top,"
"Yes?" Harry stepped a little closer again.
"That you blew up Riddle Manor,"
"Yes," Justinian gasped as at Harry's words his back hit the wall.
"You also got an attack in on the Dar…Voldemort,"
"He wanted to sell you, use you, I had the chance, and I took it," Harry suddenly reached out and applied pressure onto the crease of his elbow collapsing it so that he could press Justinian up against the wall, cupping his face and pressing his thumb under Justinian's chin to tilt it back so that he was looking into Harry's burning green eyes.
"You did it because of that?" Justinian blinked.
"I have not been able to stop thinking about what could have happened to you," Harry admitted leaning forward and just touching their lips together.
"Harry," Justinian shuddered in his hold. Harry slowly slid his hand along Justinian's arm to grip his hand. "You blew up a manor for me?" Justinian said breathlessly.
He groaned loudly when Harry pressed their lips together, kissing him as though he was trying to devour Justinian, keeping his grip on Justinian's face as they kissed desperately, Justinian reaching up with his free hand to grip Harry's robes. They kissed desperately, moaning into each other's mouths as the heat between them only built higher and higher.
Justinian whined when Harry used the grip that he had on his face to tilt Justinian's head back, parting their lips, but then Harry's mouth descended onto his throat and started kissing and nipping at the flesh, licking every now and then and pulling new sounds from his lover.
"Harry!" Justinian groaned loudly when Harry grabbed hold of him and lifted him off of his feet, guiding Justinian's legs around his waist. He moved quickly across to the fireplace and dropped to his knees on the rug, and gently lowered Justinian so that he was laying down under Harry, his intentions clear with the way he looked down at him.
"This was my great grandfather's rug," Justinian said for some reason.
"Want us to move off of it?" Harry smirked.
"Definitely not," Justinian reached up and grabbed the back of Harry's neck to pull him down into another kiss. Harry quickly stripped Justinian out of his robes, and then his shirt, throwing them to the side before he gripped the waist of Justinian's trousers and after a groaned approval from him when he paused for a second he stripped the trousers off as well, and then just looked down with awe at Justinian's beautiful body laid bare beneath him on the crimson rug.
"You're beautiful," Harry breathed out, leaning down to kiss his stomach. Justinian had always hated being called beautiful, but the way Harry said it, the way that he looked at him, he wasn't just talking about his looks.
Harry's fingers trailed over his hip, following the line of it down the inside of his thigh, and he watched hungrily as the fire in Harry's eyes seemed to burn brighter hearing the sound that escaped Justinian's full lips. He panted when fingers ran past his hard, weeping cock and slipped further down. He didn't even hesitate to bend and part his legs as Harry's fingers drifted lower.
Harry was sure that the memory of this moment would be burned into his memory as he watched Justinian arch and groan in pleasure as he pressed his fingers firmly against his taint, giving his fiance pleasure, being the one to give him this pleasure. He moved his fingers lower and waited for the groan and the nod that his lover gave him before he murmured the spell to lube his fingers up, and then for the first time he slid into the hot, tight heat of the man that he loved.
He gently thrust his finger into Justinian, letting him adjust before he worked a second finger inside of him, working up a rhythm as he leant down to mouth at the pale skin of Justinian's stomach, listening eagerly to the noises that he was drawing out of his lover.
Justinian arched and cried out when Harry's fingers hit his prostate and overwhelming pleasure washed over his body, he cried out again when Harry thrust his fingers a couple of times and then honed in to press his fingers to his prostate again, more firmly this time. The younger man sat up and looked down, drinking in the pleasure that he was giving the other, watching hungrily as Justinian started moving his hips down onto his fingers seeking the pleasure that he was clearly close to as Harry pressed another finger inside of him and started thrusting his fingers faster and harder into his lover. Justinian whined as Harry pressed his other hand down beside his head, his green eyes staring down at him, hungrily drinking in and listening as Justinian cried out his pleasure as his fingers started thrusting harder and faster into him, panting in pleasure he reached up to grip onto Harry's wrist as his eyes clamped shut and he arched even further into the pleasure burning through his body now.
Justinian threw his head back as he came over his stomach, his walls tightening around Harry's fingers as pleasure washed over his body, pulsing through him in waves, heightened by Harry's pressing against his prostate and drawing out and enhancing his pleasure.
Breathing heavily Justinian opened his blue eyes again as pleasure still echoed through his body and found Harry watching him, his expression threatening to try and ignite the flame inside of Justinian again. He hummed happily when Harry leant down and fluttered kisses to his face and mouth, kissing along his jaw before settling their mouths together in gentle kisses, helping to ease Justinian down from the pleasure shooting through his body, swallowing the moan that the smaller man let out as he withdrew his fingers from him leaving him feeling empty.
Harry cleaned his hands and then cupped Justinian's face, kissing him a little firmer, but still keeping it gentle. Justinian sighed happily as Harry settled down next to him on the rug, his larger, warm body, still clothed pressing against his sensitive skin, heightening the feeling of the kiss.
As soon as Justinian felt as though he could move his limbs again and had feeling in them he rolled a little further over, pressing down onto Harry's chest so that he rolled onto his back and he moved with him, straddling Harry's waist. The way that those green eyes looked at him as they dragged down his pale, naked body, his hands reaching up to cup Justinian's hips as he started rocking against the rock-hard erection that he could feel underneath his arse, rolling and rocking his hips watching Harry come undone.
This man had blown up a mansion, he had injured Voldemort, he had injured numerous other Death Eaters, he was so incredibly powerful, and right now Justinian had all the power in the world over him. Sliding his hands over Harry's muscled chest he pressed his fingers in just hard enough for Harry to feel it, before brushing his fingers back down and undid the buttons of Harry's shirt as he went. He pulled the top open and divested his lover of it, before sliding down his body and took Harry's trousers with him, smirking at the deep groan he received for the sudden action, janking them down his legs and throwing them to the side.
He licked his lips as he was properly able to appreciate the tanned skin of his slightly younger lover, the shape of his muscles clearly earned from hard work and the silvery sheen of scars that already covered his body. He reached out and stroked his finger along a long deep one on his shoulder.
"From the dragon in my Fourth year at the Triwizard Tournament," Harry explained. Justinian hummed and leaned down to press kisses along the length of the scar.
He explored further down Harry's body and found a scar over his ribs on his left-hand side. "From taking out one of Voldemort's items," Justinian ran his lips over the scar and then moved to one on his stomach, "My uncle threw me and I landed on something sharp," Justinian pressed a firmer kiss to this scar and hummed with his lips still on the mark when Harry's finger slipped into his hair. He prayed to Mother Magic that his love would be able to help soothe these scars, physical and mental that had been left by others.
He moved along to other scars littering Harry's body, kissing and licking over his body, slowly and teasingly making his way down his body until he reached where he had been aiming for. Harry let out a sound of pure pleasure as Justinian's mouth wrapped around his erection and he sank down onto it as far as he could go before lifting back up. Harry lifted his head in time to watch Justinian swallowing him down again, he groaned and dropped his head back onto the rug, soaking up the feelings of his lover licking the tip of his weeping erection before he started bobbing his head up and down, wrapping Harry his the perfect, warm, wet heat of his mouth.
The groan that Justinian let out when Harry thrust a little into his mouth echoed pleasure through Harry's cock, and he started gently rocking up to meet Justinian, making sure not to go too deep even as he rapidly lost himself in the pleasure and heat rolling through his body, heat building in his stomach as his groans started falling repeatedly from his lips.
"Justin…Justinian…I am going to…" Harry groaned, sliding his hands back into honey blond hair and tugging gently in warning but Justinian hummed and carried on bobbing before sucking even more firmly on Harry and that was all it took to throw Harry over the edge, thrusting upward he came down Justinian's throat with a loud cry.
"Ok?" Justinian smiled, climbing back up Harry's body and settled laying down on top of his lover, humming happily at the skin on skin contact between them.
"Fucking hell," Harry managed to groan getting a laugh from his lover. He wrapped his arm around Justinian, spanning his hand over his bare back.
"I love you," Justinian breathed, kissing Harry's chest.
"I love you too," Harry smiled, sliding his hand up to massage Justinian's neck.
"I can't believe you did that," Justinian laughed, shaking his head, in answer Harry used the grip that he had on his neck to pull Justinian up so that he could seal their lips together again, kissing Justinian deeply to tell him everything in response.
The two of them curled up together and relaxed on the rug in front of the fire coming down from the pleasure slowly calming through their bodies and relaxing together, absorbing being able to be with each other and getting to hold each other.
"Can you stay the night?" Justinian asked softly, blue eyes turning to look at Harry hopefully.
"Yes," Harry wasn't going to answer anything else.
"Hermione won't tell you off?" Justinian chuckled.
"Probably, but it will be completely worth it," Harry chuckled. Justinian hummed leaning up to press their lips together again before apparating them from the living room to his bed.
"Stop looking around so interested!" Justinian laughed, nudging Harry's side as they climbed under the covers of the bed and he caught Harry gazing around the room with interest.
"Sorry, it is interesting to see," Harry drew Justinian back into his arms and settled against the pillows as they wiggled around a little to get comfortable pressing as tightly together as possible. "I can't wait until I do not have to leave you for days at a time,"
"Me either, I can't wait to get to go to sleep together each night, and not have to think about parting in the morning," Justinian looked up at Harry and stroked over his face.
"I am sorry," Harry said and Justinian laughed softly shaking his head.
"You have nothing to apologise for, we can not right now because of your position, where you are working hard to give people like me freedom from V…Voldemort and Dumbledore, making sure that I am safe from them, and making our world a better place. I am not angry or upset, I just look forward to when we win and don't have to worry anymore,"
"I love you," Harry sighed kissing Justinian again.
"Justinian, love," Justinian smiled at the voice, opening his eyes to meet Harry's green ones.
"Do you need to go?" Justinian asked reaching up to curl his arms around Harry's shoulder and kissed him sleepily.
"Yes, though I wish I could spend the day with you as well," Harry hummed between kisses, tilting Justinian's head back a little and kissing him again.
"Mmm me too," Justinian hummed burying his fingers into Harry's hair.
"I need to go," Harry groaned.
"Sure, but five more minutes, let me leave you with a proper goodbye," Justinian bit his lip mischievously as he reached down between them and gripped Harry.
Much longer than five minutes later Harry and Justinian stood in front of the fireplace in Justinian's bedroom, Harry dressed in his Hogwarts uniform, and Justinian wrapped in his dressing gown.
"Ugh I don't want to leave you," Harry whined pulling Justinian against him and kissing him again.
"Me either," Justinian sighed as they parted, combing Harry's fringe out of his stunning green eyes.
"I love you," Harry groaned leaning in for one more kiss.
"I love you too, I will see you soon," Justinian smiled at him.
"Definitely," Harry sighed and then stole definitely the last kiss before he pulled himself away from Justinian and stepped into the fireplace, flooing out before he could change his mind.
"So how is it that you are here today?" Justinian asked as he and Theo hugged tightly.
"Justin is polyjuicing as me for part of the morning and then I will retreat to the Slytherin dorm," Theo grinned squeezing his brother. "You're glowing," he laughed pulling back to look at his brother.
"Harry and I said that we love each other," Justinian confessed, a blush forming on his cheeks.
"Really? I am so happy for you," Theo wrapped his arms tightly around his brother. "No wonder he has been floating around the school,"
"I have something to show you as well," Justinian took Theo's hand and tugged him down the corridor with a big smile making his younger brother laugh. He pulled Theo into the living room and turned to grin at him as he watched Theo's eyes widen.
"Really?" Theo looked around.
"Really. Harry and I spoke about it, and he would be happy living here, and I want to make it the home that it should be, for all of us," Justinian explained.
"Me as well?" Theo asked before smiling and shaking his head, "even if he hated me he would be fine with it for you,"
"But you do get on together?" Justinian asked concerned.
"We do, I actually like him. Even if he didn't treat you as though you hung the moon and stars for him, I like who he is," Theo reassured his brother, taking his hand and tugging him over to the sofa. They dropped down onto it and looked around the living room that Justinian had practically gutted, and was currently stripped of the wallpaper that had been on it, plain white walls ready for a change.
"It just doesn't feel real," Justinian admitted dropping his head back onto the sofa.
"You deserve to be happy!" Theo nudged his brother. "And so does he,"
"He does," Justinian smiled softly. "He said that what happens to Father is up to us,"
"I thought that he might," Theo hummed. "What are you thinking?"
"I am thinking prison, I don't want to start a new life with his blood on his hands, it does not feel right, but I don't want him anywhere near us," Justinian said what he had been thinking for a little while now.
"I wouldn't mind him being dead, but it makes sense to me, especially with the life you and Harry are going to be starting together, as long as he is there for life, which I am sure Harry will ensure, I will be happy,"
"Thank you," Justinian nodded.
"It is funny, it very rarely occurs that Harry might not win, and even when I have the thought it isn't there for long. He and the others are so determined that they are not going to lose, and they have such an upper hand on both sides, that I can't imagine them not doing it," Theo hummed.
"I know what you mean, I was so unsure if I was making the right choice going to that meeting, now I can't imagine where we would be had a not," Justinian admitted. "So, how are your grades?"
"Justinian!" Theo groaned dropping dramatically onto the sofa.
"World domination is not an excuse for letting your grades slip!" Justinian grinned.
New Headmaster of Hogwarts
Two days ago this paper reported the shocking news of the childhood of Harry Potter and Tom Riddle, who would come to be known as Lord Voldemort the Dark Lord, but potentially more shocking than the news of their childhoods, was the involvement of Albus Dumbledore in both of their childhoods, either choosing to ignore their home situations, or purposefully allowing it to carry on as an experiment.
Wizarding Britain has been up in arms in regard to this since the publication of the report, especially with the further shock of the revelation of Headmaster Dumbledore's description of the attack on one student by another, serious injury of the attacker and danger to other students present as a 'small incident'. This man who has been in charge of caring for our children for years now both as a teacher and a Headtacher who clearly cares so little for their safety, and even willingly leaves them in situations dangerous for them as some sort of sick experiment.
People are asking how many other children have slipped between the cracks. How many other children have been left in terrible situations because the Headmaster doesn't consider it important, or just left them in the situation to see what would happen?
It will be of relief to parents and guardians, as well no doubt the children in Hogwarts, to know that Abus Dumbledore was removed with immediate effect as Headmaster of Hogwarts, as was Minerva McGonagall as deputy Headmistress and Transfiguration teacher after it was raised that as the person to send out the First Year letters, she sent out hundreds of letters to Harry Potter with his address listing that he slept in the cupboard under the stairs, and yet did nothing to query and check on the safety of Mr. Potter's home life, and at one point even acknowledged verbally to Mr. Potter that she knew his home life was not a good one when he was still only 13 years old, and yet still did nothing.
Filius Flitwick has been chosen to be the new Headmaster in the short term, with a full decision being made as to whether he is the correct choice for the position permanently to be made in the near future.
Justinian shook his head as he read through the article that had been published in an emergency evening copy of the Daily Prophet, he skipped over the reprinting of the article that had come out two days ago in regard to the abuse that Harry had suffered through, he had nearly been sick when he read it the first time, and he had forced himself to read it a second time so he understood what his fiance had been through. But he couldn't bear to read it again, his heart breaking for him as he imagined the little boy that had gone through all those things.
Reading through what Harry had released about Voldemort had been more than interesting, and Justinian had been just petty enough to bribe someone at Azkaban to show his father a copy of the report. Harry and Peter had informed him that there had been a large number of the Death Eaters that had left Voldemort because of the revelations, and a number of the ones that had stuck around were confused and embarrassed that they had going around spouting Pureblood ideals while following a Half Blood who was incredibly powerful, it just didn't match up with their belief systems.
By the same respect, Harry and Kingsley had informed him that there had been a number of Order members who had walked out of the Order after hearing what Dumbledore had done, how he had treated Harry, and they were all a little confused themselves as to the choices that they had made and the person that they had chosen to follow.
Justinian placed the paper to the side and moved to stand to head up to bed when he felt something forcing its way through the House wards, practically ripping them apart and then he heard the sound of multiple apparations coming from the Entrance Way. Immediately he dropped his wand into one hand as he reached up to touch the necklace around his throat with the other, thinking of Harry in panic.
"Justinian, we know you're here! Our Lord would like a little word with you, that is all," Bellatrix's mocking voice came from the hallway.
"Come out Nott, this isn't going to end well for you if you do not surrender yourself right away!" Lucius Malfoy shouted.
"Not that it will end well for you either way," Rodolphus Lestrange snorted.
"Shut up idiot," Rabastan Lestrange huffed.
"I can smell him," Fenrir Greyback growled.
A quick check of what was left of the wards told Justinian that there were 15 of them standing in his Entrance Hall. Fear washed through him, and he closed his eyes thinking of Harry again, how it felt to kiss him, how it felt to be held by him, how it felt to hear him say I love you, how it felt to have his eyes on him. He wished that he knew how it felt to make love to him properly.
Harry would come for him, he had no doubt of that, whether he would be in time was a different matter.
"The Lord promised that I could have a little play with the pretty boy first though remember!" He heard someone else mutter and with an extra tingle of fear he realised that it was McNair.
"There you are!" Bellatrix smirked as Justinian stepped into the doorway of the living room, hearing them moving to search for him anyway.
"Here I am, you're going to regret this," Justinian managed to smirk at them.
"I don't think we will," Lucius Malfoy laughed.
"My Lord is not going to forgive any of you for this, he will have you begging for mercy before he is done with you," Justinian shook his head.
"Your Grey Lord has nothing on the Dark Lord!" Bellatrix snarled like the wild animal she was.
"You mean My Grey Lord who blew up your Lord's manor and managed to take his eye while he walked away without a mark?" Justinian smirked.
That was it, Bellatrix lashed out and sent the first spell at Justinian, the Nott heir easily knocking the spell away. All the others aimed their wands at Justinian and started firing, at least until a loud snarl startled them for a number of the spells to go off course as they turned to watch McNair flying through the air and sliding down the wall.
"What are you doing?" Lucius Malfoy asked Fenrir incredulously.
"My Lord wouldn't be very happy if I didn't protect Justinian," Fenrir smirked with a mouthful of teeth as he allowed his wolf to come forward.
"Traitor!" Bellatrix hissed furiously, spinning and catching Justinian by surprise as the Cruciatus curse flew toward him.
