The Drop to tip the scale

"Everything seems in order," Clayton had finished checking the papers and handed them back to the specialists that had come to take the Witch. "You got your half hour. As always-"

"Yeah, yeah, to enter and leave the cells, facial recognition, we get it." Finley hurried the guy a bit. 'Could he have worked this any slower?!' Finley took a controlled breath but made sure to seem composed as he stood there waiting with Aven, Frewin and Mortimer behind him. "Great, then let's get her off your hands then." Finally, they could get a move on.

'What the heck is going on here…' Mortimer had watched several officers running back and forth agitated.

Confidently and with seemingly no doubt, they marched down the stairs. Two Officers carried a bandaged guy out of the group cell; his hands were covered in blood. "What happened?" Frewin halted one of the guys who seemed to be arguing with another officer.

"They found their gang's snitch, apparently…" One of them answered and accepted some more bandages from another guy who flew down the stairs with more first aid supplies. "Went south…"

Mortimer and Frewin exchanged a quick look. Mortimer nodded, 'Yeah right… snitch…'

Frewin joined Aven, who stood by as Finley opened the door to the single cell.

Mortimer tensed up as he spied through the group cell door. Blood was literally everywhere. 'What did they do?!' Officers were still tending to some gangsters on the ground, some looked worse than others but they were all either out cold or moaning in pain barely awake.

"Mortimer!" Finley called sharply.

Mortimer rushed into the other cell. His three buddies were speechlessly kneeling next to a redhead. Blood pooled under Blade's head, vomit on the floor, and a twisted leg. She laid there lifelessly. He closed the door. "What the fuck?!" He whisper-shouted.

Finley frantically searched for a pulse, the bracelet was short circuited and sparked from the interface.

Aven was white as a sheet, frozen.

Frewin shook his head, "This isn't code blue, this is pitch-fucking-black."

Mortimer pulled everything of first aid out he had, they had to do something NOW. 'We only took a bit more than ten minutes to get here and that jackass talked for four of them just to get the papers ready…' He clenched his fists.

Finley breathed out relieved, "Got it…" He found his cool again now that he had found at least a pulse. "Aven, snap out of it. Wound press," He held his hand open.

"This is bad, so bad, seriously, we need a new code, pitch black, no, omega black…what the fuck did they do to her? ..." Frewin hissed he wanted to punch something or rather someone, ALL of them.

Mortimer handed Finley a wound press and readied a bandage, "You should see the other cell…" He commented as he ground his teeth as Finley swiftly closed up the head wound.

"Why?" Just finished Finley turned Blade to the side and reached with two fingers inside her throat forcing her to gag to free her airways completely. "Blade, wake up, hey," He rubbed her sternum.

"Blood bath, they probably put her into a cell with those other gangsters and it escalated…" Mortimer pulled Frewin down as he was about to jump up, "Stay, we need to stay calm, no shouting, no punching, no death glares. That'll only cause more trouble and we have no time for this SHIT," he admonished him.

Finley had quickly checked her spine, and poured another potion into Blade's mouth, with a few coughs and gurgling she swallowed. Just to spit out most of it again as her body convulsed, vomit mixed with blood splattered across the floor. "FUCK. Blade? Can you hear me?" But her eyes only blinked slightly before they fell shut again. His thoughts raced trying to make the right decisions, "We can't treat all this with first aid, we need a healer, we need to get out of here…now."

"Wait a second," Mortimer checked her chest and abdomen, "Shit…"

"Can we move her?" Frewin balled his fists.

"Not the best idea but nothing a Wizard can't fix, let's move. Aven. Aven? Frewin take him to get the Owl as close as possible, move it," Mortimer looked to Finley who agreed.

Frewin pulled Aven, with him, swung the door open and rushed outside.

Blade was a dead weight, so Mortimer grabbed her under the armpits held tight to his other arm and pulled as much as possible of her body from the ground and dragged her after himself to hopefully not bend her upper body even more and worsen her internal injuries.

Finley walked up front, expressionless, biting his tongue. There was nothing more he wanted than to pummel them all to the ground. Yet somewhat unexpectedly they were greeted with a lot of confused and surprised faces as more officers spotted the condition the dragged Witch was in, rattled whispers everywhere. "Send the arrest report straight to Red Fountain and the Council Headquarters," He ordered sternly and ignored whoever else tried to approach and made sure the way was free for Mortimer.

Finley hammered on the ramp switch of the Owl closing up the hangar and the moment it closed up full force with magic infused he punched into the inner hull.

Everyone flinched from the sudden noise thundering through the aircraft, "Fin…" Mortimer rose shortly from Blade after laying her down softly. 'Those bastards…' He felt the same way and squinted his eyes hard, just the thought that this could have been his girlfriend, who would have had no chance whatsoever to defend herself like Blade made him gag up. "We were quick…under fifteen even…"

"Too slow. TOO FUCKING SLOW! I'LL FUCKING KILL THEM ALL. Aven, READY THE CANONS!" He blurted out enraged.

Aven looked at the two third-years, he would like nothing more than to blast them sky high, but…

"Frewin, what are you waiting for? An INVITATION? Start the engine!" Finely hissed at the first year, Finley was trembling, tensed up, and bared his teeth. He as the leader of their fake team had to take the lead on this op and had had to smile, stay calm and polite and now out of the station he let his anger rein freely to vent his spleen.

"Yes, sure, eh, Alfea it is…" Frewin input the coordinates. He glanced over his shoulder to check on Blade. They all had not just fully grasped what was going on truly. His gaze focused in on Blade, her chest rising and falling irregularly and uneven, under pain she whimpered as slowly she dropped in and out of consciousness.

"Blade? Hey, can you hear me?" Mortimer took her hand, "If you can, press my hand. Blade?" he pulled himself together to give Finley a few more seconds. But he got no reaction from her so far.

BZZZT. BZZZT.

"Shit, the girls!" Aven pulled out his phone. Chat was flooded with messages.

MoreTimer Where are you? How is she!? ~Alyssa

"Shit!" Aven looked up "Frewin change course! Faragonda is at a conference! She isn't at Alfea!"

"Council then?!" Frewin got skittish.

"NO. We went in there without permission, we basically made a prison break! We need this chat and system if this - We can't go there…She'll survive long enough to head to Cloud Tower."

"This is so fucked up!" Finley hammered so hard on the ground that it vibrated.

Mortimer glared at Finley, "Dude! Think, don't scare the shit out of her!" He had hurried to cut open the cloths to check her chest and stomach better and had gotten startled.

"She's not even flinching! She's not …" Finley stared at Blade bruises growing darker everywhere her face smeared with blood, "Fuck, is she out cold again!?" He checked her pulse. Wandering eyes teared up, from the intense light falling into the widened pupils. But she herself was absent Blade reacted to nothing they did around her. Yet she coughed hard followed by a rattled breath.

Both two boys felt something wet on their faces. Mortimer swiped over his face. Blood. "Shit." Quickly he tapped the chest and on the left side, they could hear a hollow sound. "It's punctured…fuck…check the stomach!"

"What?!" Aven nearly fell from his seat. His phone slit across the ground; chat was buzzing like crazy.

"Quick, Aven, come help we need to turn her! Watch her head! Check the vitals," Finley ordered. The boys hurried to turn her so her still good lung would stay intact. Blade was getting a clammy skin, yet her face was burning hot.

The phone buzzed so much that it skidded over the floor on its own. Frewin picked it up swiftly just to see the escalating chat.

No, don't come here! Ediltrude went with Griffin! They got invited! ~Kitty

DON'T COME! Avenger ~Dusk

GUYS?! ~Steela

Fuck! Someone call them! ~Emyln

Oksy! OKay ~Avenger

Frewin made a hard turn and aimed for Red Fountain, "Fuck."

"What are you doing?!" Aven turned his head in utter disbelief.

"The Witch healer isn't even in the Tower, they are all on that shitty conference!" Frewin shouted back.

"Then turn to Alfea, Red Fountain is-" Aven protested.

"Shut it! Go Red Fountain, she'll hold out just no more zig-zags!" Finley ordered sternly. Blade still didn't move her body much at all. She was barely convulsing and was out of it. 'Why are her muscles so weak!?'

The phone kept buzzing so much, "DUDE Tell them to shut up we need to concentrate here! That chatter isn't helping!" Mortimer growled.

Hello!? How bad is it?! ~Dusk

Avenger why are you not answering ?! You take ages! ~Alyssa

No one has communication skills today…. ~Marble

Guys?! ~Lilith

How bad is it!? Hello? ~Kitty

'Avenger typing…'

'Deleted'

'Avenger typing…. ….. ….'

'Deleted.'

Dude? How bad is it? Come one! Just give us an okay! ~Kitty

'Avenger typing…'

'Deleted.'

Finley lost it that constant buzzing and the fiddling around made him nuts. He jumped to his feet walked over to Frewin, who nervously tried to enter something into the chat, and took the phone off him. A quick glance.

For fuck sake LET US WORK! ~Avenger

'photo sent.'

What the fuck! ~Misery

Why did you leave her!? ~Alyssa

I'll smash that place to pieces! ~Kitty

That's it. No more working with those BASTARDS! ~Lilith

The chat exploded as more and more Witches had read the chat and saw the picture.

Going Red Fountain ~Avenger

'Avenger has logged out'

Finley threw the phone back to Frewin, "Now concentrate on FLYING! Standard autopilot is fucking slow!" He hissed at the second-year.

Dusk trembled nearly crushing her phone flaring up dark magic just like the rest of her class who had come together in the cafeteria. "I'll send my army and obliterate that station from the face of MAGIX!"

"I'm in…" Steela hammered on the table.

"We gotta tell Griffin," Alyssa clawed into the table, 'Never should have left her alone…' She tried to hold her tears in.

"Great. I told you it was a mistake to trust the police…" Sirena slung her arm around her waist as she kept staring at the photo, she couldn't stop.

"And then what?!" Gilliana threw her hands into the air. "She's already fucked!"

"There are other Sorceresses still in the CITY! Was this a trap by William?!" Polarissa aggressively ruffled through her hair.

"No…" Misery commented quietly as she slipped down the wall. She started to cry, "She just…tried to help…Why…why didn't I just…"

Everyone stared at her. She always was distant not an empathetic gesture to anyone. And now she was breaking down in the middle of their whole class. "No way you could have known… she's just reckless…" Vulcano anxiously twirled her bright red ponytail.

Breeze sat down beside Misery, "Don't say such things, if you would have gotten arrested as well… you'd…she'd…." Everyone stared at each other in disbelief.

"We can't leave her with Red Fountain just look at her! Who knows what incompetence is in the infirmary right now! We got to inform Griffin!" Alyssa protested again.

"I'll fly to Alfea! Her class has to know! Nebula has to know. They stood by us in the hearing!" Steela rose.

"I'll go, I'm faster," Kitty rushed off, 'FUCK.' She couldn't sit still anymore she had to do something anything.

The rest stared at each other, "We can't reach Griffin though…she always says to deal with it ourselves…that's why we created the damn chat…" Gilliana hissed.

"I don't fucking care. They'll PAY. I'm informing Zarathustra… surely, she has a way. I'm not letting some trainee fix her up and screw UP!" Alyssa dashed in the other direction closely followed by Steela.

"Keep us updated!" She shouted.

"PROFESSOR!" Both girls screamed into the silent and empty library. Zarathustra always threw all students out if she wanted to have her few hours of peace and quiet it was a death sentence to disturb her.

Professor Zarathustra jumped so hard that she smashed her knees into the underside of the table. "YOU FUCKING LITTLE MAGGOTS!" The pain shot through her knee she flared up magic and pinned the two against a wall. "You better have a damn good REA-" Admonishingly she raised her finger stomping towards them.

"It's Blade… she… I mean, the police," Steela tried to get a sentence together but it was so hard under the pressure of the magic hold.

Zarathustra let them go again and crossed her arms, "Words. Sentence. Need." She growled at them.

Alyssa simply pulled the phone out with the picture, "The Police attacked-" She went silent.

Their Professor's expression went pitch black, dark magic like fire flickering around her. She snatched the phone, waved her hand over it and with a few runes a ghostly version lifted up from it and crumpled together. She tossed the phone back at Alyssa and stormed through the book rows, taking her own phone out and inserting the magic ball she had created.

Ediltrude felt her phone buzz in her pocket.

"So, we can all agree that we need some sort of network to give the students a chance to reach each other and request backup," the Linphean Godmother Fairy summarised.

Ediltrude pulled out her phone under the table. She had set her phone to only receive messages from a special few people and those all knew she was at the conference.

"Can't we simply use the bracelets? We are making great strides setting the system up," Saladin threw in.

"We are just getting Magix set up, we have to make sure it works on one planet first," Faragonda tapped her fingers on the table.

Griffin shook her head, "Witches don't use those bracelets, we work in the shadows… besides the Council is not even funding them for Cloud Tower. So how do you even plan to spread them between the rest of the Witches?"

A sigh from the headmistress of the Beta school, "Well working together needs the will to invest… can't you just buy them yourselv-?"

"Fuck," Ediltrude rose from her chair, "teleport."

"Tower?" Griffin looked to her friend her face was dark as a thunderstorm, she knew that look, 'Shit. Someone screwed up badly and is injured. What could possibly happen, of all days, today!?' She promptly followed suit amassing dark magic for the teleport convergence.

"Where are you going?" One Fairy Godmother asked confused.

"No," Ediltrude ground her teeth and flared up her magic in a massive outburst. That made some other Fairies jump surprised. She wasn't as subtle as Griffin at all.

Codatorta rose from Saladin's side, "Let's go."

Griffin rose an eyebrow at him.

"Master Specialist I help people remember?" Codatorta wouldn't be discouraged.

"Be my guest…" Ediltrude was already focused to open the portal with Griffin.

"You barely have said a thing so far, Headmistress and now you are leaving?" Griselda sighed deeply. "We're trying to find a way to work-" She could only watch as Ediltrude and Codatorta already stepped through.

"For Witches and Fairies to work together they have to be alive," Griffin stepped through and the portal immediately closed behind her.

Faragonda and Saladin looked at each other exchanging quick glances.

"Alright, everyone's back, Blade said she'll stay at Cloud Tower if she's running late," Avalon satisfied closed the front gates first and turned around as he closed his eyes and let the magic flow from him into the dome and it activated. WHAM! Irritated he looked up a huge raven had crashed into the shield and slid down like a wet rag along the shield. 'A Sorceress? Isn't that?' He quickly flew over the school wall to meet the unexpected guest at the dome border.

"FUCKING, SHIT! WHO the heck activates a shield right in front of my nose!?" Kitty just finished transforming back a few black feathers glided to the ground around her and she rubbed her forehead. "YOU JACKASS!" She had spotted the Professor.

"Language…" Professor Avalon greeted her unimpressed from her raving like a fishwife, "Want your Maggi back?" He sobered, "Blade's not here."

Kitty aggressively grunted, "You don't say… NEBULA!" She thundered. "NEBULA!"

"What's wrong?" Professor Avalon had switched on his aura reading and hers was all over the place. "It's past curfew, you can't just whisk her away for…"

"THEN I'LL TAKE HER," in a blink of an eye she amassed magic in her fist and hammered against the dome just to be hurled back by the recoil and smashed into the ground. And a ripple was sent through the shield. "NEBULA!" Kitty unphased catapulted herself to her feet again flaring up more to summon a beast.

"Woah, woah, calm yourself," Avalon stepped outside the shield. "What's wrong? Talk to me, Kitty." He held her tight by the shoulders before she would raise an army.

"Let me go!" Kitty bashed his hands away, "NEBULA!" She screamed again lights turned on in some rooms.

"What's the ruckus?" Wizgiz had sprinted out and hopped over the wall just to find the Paladin with an unruly Witch.

"GET NEBULA!" Kitty commanded angrily.

"Young lady not in that-" Palladium landed next to them and swiftly avoided an angry swipe from her. 'Tone…'

"KITTY," Avalon took hold of her hands and held them down, "What's wrong? Why do you need Nebula?"

Kitty just glared at Avalon and noticed the Fairies in the sky, "NEBULA, HERE! COME QUICK!"

"Kitty? What's wrong?!" Nebula dashed down others close behind her and exited the dome as well and stopped beside her.

"BLADE, She's, she's… let's go!" Kitty grabbed her hand and already pulled in the direction of Red Fountain.

'Shit. Not again…' Palladium looked to Wizgiz who already transformed into his giant lightning falcon form. "That girl, I swear… I told her circumventing is dangerous…what was she thinking!?"

Avalon laid a hand on his shoulder as they settled on Wizgiz and he swung them into the air amassing magic for the speed dive to Red Fountain, "Calm yourself, if something was really bad we would have been called by now." And off they were leaving the students behind in a dust cloud.

Nebula coughed, "What?" She waved her hand to get room to breathe, "Wait, the Others." Nebula signed the classmates to come, some of them were already out darting towards them. She held Kitty back.

Kitty's phone buzzed like crazy again.

Kitty Come to the TOWER. Griffin's already at Red Fountain. ~Alyssa

Guys any news? Guys? Avenger FreeWin FinishThem Mortimer ~Steela

Gesh, why is everyone too dumb to use their phones!? ~Marble

Can't reach him I think their phones are off…. ~Zena

Right, I'll bring them all! Is Ediltrude? ~Kitty

Not yet she went with Griffin, Zarathustra is preparing everything just in case. ~Gilliana

All the Fairies from Blade's class had joined by now, and half of Alfea was awake again, "To the Tower." Kitty changed direction.

"What, why? You said…" Nebula didn't understand anything anymore.

"Griffin's back, she won't stay there long we're not as fast as they are… Hurry!" Kitty jumped into the air.

"What did even happen!?" Tessa dashed after her without a second thought.

"HEY, STAY HERE!" Daphne just came running out of the main building. "Ahhh… Back to your rooms!" She couldn't follow she had to stay in school since the other gentlemen simply had left without a warning.

Aven ripped the door open, "MOVE IT!"

Dean's head smashed into the ceiling, "FUCK." Aven had scared the shit out of him.

"What the heck, Aven!?" Julius rubbed his eyes his heart pounding faster and calming again.

"What's wrong? There's no alarm?" Mercury was confused Aven was so riled up. Yet the rest of the school seemed to be still in its nightly calm.

"Stop wasting time! Move, it's Blade!" Aven pulled Kai out of the bed who was still coming too.

Michael looked to Aven and jumped from his bunk bed while Keith already grabbed his uniform and stumbled through the room, "Infirmary?"

"Yes!" Aven jumped from one foot to the other as he flung them their boots.

"How bad? How do you even know? You're off duty," Julius was ready to go.

"She'll survive but… she doesn't… the police…" Aven wasn't sure how to explain this at all.

"What's wrong?" Lion suddenly stood in the door frame behind Aven.

"You should have gone ahead and I would have joined up…" Mortimer paced up and down.

Finley with his head between his legs went over and over the situation, "No… we already were just four, did you see his look? He checked those damn papers forever…"

Frewin clawed into his knees, "He did that to buy time! Those bastards, I'll-" He held his breath as he spotted the Alfean Professors approaching. 'When did they get here?! Why do they know?'

Palladium, Wizgiz and Avalon just were turning around the corner and spotted the three youngsters all devastated and riled up. "Is she in there?" Professor Wizgiz addressed them as they stopped right at their side.

Before Frewin could say anything Mortimer stepped in front, "Who are you searching for exactly? We just brought a Witch in. That is out of your jurisdiction as far as I know. You should try talking to the reception of the infirmary down the hall or the command centre. Patients' details are private."

"Redhead? Spitfire and a Zenith bracelet?" Wizgiz asked politely, 'Are they really trying to redirect us?'

The boys exchanged some glances, "Out with it," Palladium wasn't in the mood for games and made a step towards them. Ready to scold them.

Professor Avalon gently held him back and stepped in front of him, "Lucia, is an undercover Fairy. And we are her teachers. So, she is our responsibility, we know she is here, but the paperwork isn't done yet." He already could see from their auras that she was in there they were trying to lie and stall, 'Not with me my friends.'

Mercury like a greyhound dashed around the corner and barely got to a standstill in time, "Finley, how is she? Is she-" He ignored the Professors completely. His eyes fixated on the door and he simply stepped towards it to turn the knob Keith was right behind him.

"Hold it," Palladium seized the boy's hand, "Let them do their job… You are no help in…" Trampling like a yellow boar stampede as without warning the whole Team E and Team A came storming towards them.

Avalon glared at them all, this wouldn't help anyone and they were agitated, to say the least.

"How is she?! Where did you find her? How did this happen?!" Julius addressed Finley who stood up.

"She…" a deep sigh, "I'm so sorry we were too late."

"Too late?!" Kai went pale, "Blade?!" He shouted he just wanted her to know they were there for her.

"Let go," Mercury pulled his hand away, "She's our team member step aside," He was so angry at the Elf. "I'm going in." He was ready to force himself in.

Wizgiz shook his head, "And we are her Professors we all want the same calm yourselves. Her magic presence is still strong, she's not in danger of dying. Or am I missing something?" the leprechaun looked to Mortimer. "Griffin here? My…"

"Wait, what?" Palladium looked over his shoulder he already could spot the silhouettes.

"STAY AWAY!" Blade screamed out of nowhere and even the walls could not dampen her panicked outcry.

"That's it!" Mercury wouldn't be held back any longer.

Palladium stepped in front of the door, "Stop." He commanded firmly, "Let them do their jobs." He presented as calmly as possible to the outside, 'What the heck is going on?'

Avalon equally irritated by the sudden outburst held back several of the other boys as the shoving match began.

"What did you leave out!?" Julius shouted at Finley but his makeshift team was equally confused.

"NO! LET GO!" Blade shrieked, "LEAVE ME ALONE!"

"What the heck are they doing!?" Frewin got scared as he heard the anxious outcry and stuff clanked on the floor inside. He got pushed around as the whole lot tried to enter and Avalon and Palladium did their best to prevent that.

"STOP!" Avalon demanded, 'Why would she scream? She's safe here…shit, I can't aura read her from here.' He looked to Wizgiz for help with the horde but he stared into nothingness tensing up.

Griffin with hastened yet steady steps had spotted the mess of turmoil next to the examination room, "Ediltrude…."

"Yes…" They were both flaring up their magic as Codatorta rushed past them.

"OY! What do you think you are doing!? BACK OFF!" He shouted so loud everyone flinched for a second.

"DON'T TOUCH ME! STAY AWAY!" Blade screeched terrified.

"Shit." Griffin ground her teeth. She burst out into dark magic, like raging dragon flames she was covered in it. "MOVE!" With a flick of her hand, she blew the whole testosterone crowd further into the corridor and away from the door. Her presence was overwhelming.

The Professors had braced for the hit yet the students tumbled over each other at the sudden push and only could watch as Griffin ripped the door open.

"They didn't dare…" Wizgiz uttered next to Avalon, who had various worst-case scenarios running through his head.

"IDIOTS!" the Headmistress hissed at the wizard students. "Get out!" She pointed out of the door. Two of them still tried to hold the redhead down, who was struggling as if her life depended on it to get away from them. Ediltrude closed the door for now behind them.

Wizgiz searched the crowd of boys and stepped towards Frewin flaring up so much magic everyone's breath caught because of the pressure that he created. He asked with the utmost polite voice, "Kindly tell me WHO and WHICH station she had contact with, yes, my boy…" The Leprechaun cracked his knuckles. He had heard stories… never face it in all his years as Professor at Alfea though. Yet there was only one reason why Blade would react like that to someone who simply tried to help and heal her. 'Those assholes, how dare they…'

Avalon gulped as Wizgiz's aura was pitch black and bright red as Griffins. He was ready to kill someone. Yet he himself had to really focus not to lose his composure, if they would, it would trigger one emotional havoc from the boys and that most certainly wouldn't help Blade.

Frewin went pale, "I… we… po-police…Et…Eth- Ethral-Str…." He looked to Finley for help.

"Out? Are you nuts? You get out of my examination room, Headmistress! She needs help. I'll," the head healer opposed her as his students tried to keep Blade on the examination table.

"LET GO!" Blade cried under pain and her struggled to get out of their hold. Her clothes were nearly completely removed so she could be properly inspected.

"Quick, get some sleeping potion…" One said to the other.

"OUCH!" One flinched backwards as Blade seriously bit him into the arm, "Calm down!"

"Well, of course, she needs help. But she doesn't want yours! OBVIOUSLY! Can't you even see that!?" Griffin bitched with the head healer and simply had enough and cast, "Crēscite!" And shadowy vines spread out from all around and seized the healers and pinned them to the wall firmly but not hurtfully to the wall.

Ediltrude opened her eyes again as she breathed out. With the guys, gone Blade had crashed down from the examination table, disoriented she tried to pull herself up. Shivering and sweaty she lost the grip too often as she coughed and convulsed. 'She has no idea where she is…' Slowly and with a calming voice Ediltrude approached Blade, "You are safe, Blade, it's me your Professor Ediltrude."

Yet Blade simply flinched back grabbing whatever she could find and threw it at her, "Leave me alone! GO AWAY! DON'T TOUCH ME; GO AWAY!" She sobbed scared to death and held her side this wasn't helping her broken rips at all. She flared up her dark magic. "Shatter!" yet the spear didn't even form correctly and it was just a dark magic explosion above her head that pressed her to the ground as she couldn't hold herself up.

Ediltrude used her chance and touched her forehead, "Vis iubeo." She whispered and matched Blade's magic up-flare.

"Are you stupid?! Worst wounds first! Why do you go for the concussion?!" The head healer was trying to get loose but Griffin's magic simply was too powerful.

"Shut it," Griffin glared at him and moved a vine to muffle him like the rest.

Ediltrude pulled the hand away as Blade terrified lashed out again. She held her hands up, "Blade, can you hear me? Do you know where you are? Look around. You are safe. No one will do anything unless you want it." She looked into Blade's eyes who looked a bit lost and blinked.

"I…" She squinted her eyes so hard as she slung her arm around her aching chest.

Ediltrude took deep and long breaths, she wanted nothing more than to simply heal her, but Blade needed time and respect. 'How could they… not now… concentrated… I'm so sorry Blade, we should have…'

"Ediltrude…" Griffin stepped up once she was sure the rest of the gentlemen didn't try to free themselves again creating yet another fuss.

"Blade," Ediltrude reached out yet halted. 'She feels caged, threatened, flustered and scared…' She spoke even softer, "Blade, is it alright if I touch you?" The girl just stared at her, coughing, she had not regained the strength to hold herself up for so long. She sank to the floor holding her side. She tried so hard, fighting to stay awake and pull up again. 'Stop struggling, let us help, Blade…' Ediltrude balled her fist it was so hard not to just go for it. Ediltrude sighed as Blade glared upwards from the floor her willpower simply wasn't enough to overcome this. She whimpered and gasped trying and trying and failing. "Blade, please allow me to. I will not do anything YOU do NOT want." She looked to Griffin, 'We can't wait forever… shit…should we let her pass out…'

"Blade," Griffin kneeled down, "We want to help you, please let us or let them. Your injuries need treatment. You are safe. No one's going to do anything to you, I promise, you have my word." All she wanted to do was rant, shout and rip that asshole who did this to pieces. Yet Blade's well-being and sense of security were so much more important than revenge. They would have plenty of years to get to them. Blade needed them now. 'Again. Again…again. Why her? Why them, they are KIDS! They know nothing of war! What did we ever do to the world to…' She had to relax again Griffin's throat was dry, "Blade let us help you, please." She tried her hardest to stay composed but she couldn't hide her tears completely.

Blade let her head sink, she cried clawing along the ground. Heavily panting and moaning in her pain. Ediltrude tried anew. "Please tell us Blade, do you want these gentlemen to heal you or do you want to come to the Tower with all us girls? We can treat you just as well. Both works." She closed her eyes she wanted to hug her but that would freak her she knew that.

"Just nod if you want to come," Griffin troubled and looked at her student. 'How can I help you Blade? Please let me. Come on, Fairy, all you need is to ask…'

A short knock at the door before it opened a second later and closed directly afterwards. Avalon had slipped in. Outside the boys wouldn't calm down at all. And no way in Magix would he let a stampeding horde of juveniles in. So somehow, he had managed to convince them to go in and check for them. Everything had gone dead silent after some sort of dark magic explosion and he was eager himself to check if he could do anything to help, 'No… don't tell me….' He gazed at Blade's aura and his fears seemed to fester. He felt himself tremble in anger shortly before he found his composure again.

Ediltrude in disbelief gazed over her shoulder, glaring at him, 'GET THE FUCK OUT!' She couldn't believe it.

Griffin watched as Blade started to panic again as the noise from outside frightened her half to death. "Blade, you are fine, hey, Blad-"

"NO, GO AWAY; LEAVE…" She whimpered she tried to cover as much of herself as possible but for the treatment, most clothes were gone and only now she truly realised that "Get him out, get me out." She begged and pulled herself along Griffin's dress to hide.

Avalon faced with an extreme reaction was about to leave again, "I'm so sor-" He already turned on the spot. 'Don't tell me they…By the Great Dragon, how could this have happened?!' He froze as he held the door knob. He had seen many things in the White Jade Order. Black magic users did all kinds of things and her aura reminded him of a few cases he rather would forget but never would as long as he lived. Yet there was no way for him to differentiate how far the police had gone.

"Cloud Tower it is, are you sure? Just nod," Ediltrude wanted to be sure this was what she wanted and got the slightest nod. "I'll carry you if you let me… I need your permission." She quickly added. 'Griffin needs her hands free for the portal…. Come on, let's go Blade…'

"Yes…" The little Fairy curled into a ball and answered barely audible under tears.

Ediltrude summoned a blanket quickly and wrapped her inside and pulled her up and took her into a carry. She would heal her up completely she wasn't scared for her to bleed out or make things worse, those flesh wounds were the least of their problems.

Griffin rose swiftly and created some runes first, and then amassed magic and opened a portal and waited for Ediltrude to step through, "Look at me, Avalon."

The Paladin turned around again as the other healers wear gently dropped to the floor and the vines vanished.

"NO ONE is to approach that station, not you, not the students, not the Council, no Faragonda, no Saladin nor Codatorta, no police. IS THAT CLEAR? It is her decision and hers alone how to deal with this. If ANYONE drags this to the light without her permission. You will NEVER hear of them AGAIN," She warned him with a death glare.

Avalon nodded in agreement, "I'll make sure of it…did they?" He asked as Griffin was about to enter the portal.

"…What do you think?" She vanished in the portal.
