Oshawott's adventure continues throughout all of Mie as now he finds himself entering Yokkaichi, the largest city in the entire prefecture, filled with a number of attractions for sea loving tourists.

"Wow…this place…its so…amazing!" Oshawott said in awe. "This place keeps getting more and more…" he said before looking off to the side. He saw a large sea lion like creature near a stack of logs before drawing their shell like sword and swinging it downward, cleaving it all in a single slash before walking into a nearby gyoza place. Oshawott soon followed.

Inside, he saw the creature eating some gyoza as he ran up to him.

"What do you need, little otter?" the creature asked.

"Uh…I saw your moves and you were…straight awesome Mr…" Oshawott said.

"Samurott." the creature spoke.

"Samurott. I was wondering…could you…teach me a few things. See…I'm with Ginhana Sky and…" Oshawott said.

"Ah…that group that battled in Onigashima and on the Island of Killers." Samurott said. "If I recall…a small Oshawott was what beat the Otter."

"Yeah…that's me!" Oshawott said proudly.

"Hmm…you have some promise…but I'm uncertain if I wish to devote my time to one like you." Samurott said.

"What would I have to do to prove it?" Oshawott asked.

It was only a matter of minutes later that the two found themselves in a kendo ring.

"A Kendo match, huh?" Oshawott asked.

"Not quite. While we are playing by Kendo rules…we'll be using our own weapons." Samurott said holding his shell sword.

"Oh…" Oshawott said in woe as he drew his scalchop.

"Ready…" the ref called out as Oshawott shook. "Begin!"

Oshawott steeled himself as he ran in as did Samurott. The two of them then clashed before Oshawott was sent flying out of the arena after a single blade clash.

"Winner: Samurott!" the ref called out.

"Hmm…" Samurott pondered as he examined his blade only to see a small chip. "I see. You are still quite weak." he said.

"I know…but…" Oshawott said.

"So…it seems I must join this paradise of yours and train you to become stronger." Samurott said.

"Huh?!" Oshawott said in surprise.

"Its been sometime…since I've met someone who could actually chip my blade. Perhaps by harnessing your talent…you could surpass even me." Samurott chuckled.

"Yes!" Oshawott cheered. For now…he had now acquired a master in the art of swordsmanship.
