From the world of Phineas and Ferb…
Phineas Flynn - A cheerful and optimistic young boy always coming up with a list of wild ideas and grand projects for summer vacation. He wants to give everyone the best summer ever and doesn't want to waste every moment or nor have nothing to do each day.
Ferbs "Ferb" Fletcher - Phineas and Candace's step-brother and the former's best friend. A quiet and stoic boy saying only one or two lines per episode, he knows that actions speak louder than words and is a mechanical genius.
Candace Flynn - Phineas and Ferb's older sister. She's obsessed with shopping, music, chatting on her phone, and boys – particularly Jeremy, along with "busting" her brothers for their schemes.
Perry the Platypus (Agent P) - The Flynn-Fletcher family's faithful pet platypus, whom the boys think that he doesn't do much. Unbeknownst to them, he actually lives a double life for OWCA (Organization Without a Cool Acronym) as a highly skilled – and their best – secret agent and the frenemy of Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
Heinz Doofenshmirtz - An evil scientist commonly mistaken for a pharmacist. The head of Doofenshmirtz Evil, Inc. and frenemy of Perry the Platypus, he had a neglectful childhood and seeks to rule the entire "Tri-State Area". In doing so, he buys all sorts of supplies for various schemes to rid himself of his brother, Roger. Although he almost always fails to do so each time with his -inators thanks to Perry, that doesn't stop him from being determined to take over.
Isabella Garcia-Shapiro - Phineas and Ferb's Jewish-Mexican friend and neighbor across the street. The leader of the sextet girl scout Fireside Girls, she has a not-so-secret crush on Phineas.
Baljeet Tjinder - A polite Indian boy who's too obsessed with studying – especially Math. However, he also likes to have fun and join Phineas and Ferb on their adventures.
Buford Van Stomm - Although the local bully, he appears harmless and eventually becomes a part of Phineas and Ferb's friend group. He also likes hanging out with Baljeet during their activities.
Linda Flynn-Fletcher and Lawrence Fletcher - The parents of Phineas, Ferb, and Candace. Linda was the pop star "Lindana" before raising her own family and is unaware of Phineas and Ferb's projects as they always disappear before she gets home each day. Lawrence, on the other hand, owns Flynn-Fletcher Antiques, loves ancient history, and sometimes joins the boy's antics.
Major Francis Monogram - Head of OWCA and immediate superior to Perry the Platypus, giving him missions each day. He makes sure things properly get done with a motivable attitude, and likes to simply be called Major as people often tease his name.
Carl Karl - Major Monogram's loyal unpaid college intern at OWCA with a lot to learn. He assists him whenever Perry the Platypus is sent on a mission to foil Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
Stacy Hirano - Candace's best friend, inseparable since childhood. She's more laid-back and reminds her – when she tries busting her brothers – to hang out and have fun.
Jeremy Johnson - Candace's mega-crush. A nice and easy-going teenager, he works for the Mr. Slushy Burger chain and is the lead singer of Jeremy and the Incidentals.
Vanessa Doofenshmirtz - Dr. Doofenshmirtz's goth and sarcastic teenage daughter – and one of Ferb and Candace's friends. She truly loves them despite her father's evil schemes.
Fireside Girls, Troop 46321 - A sextet of Isabella's friends who use skills to help Phineas and Ferb with their big ideas. This group includes Milly, Gretchen, Ginger Hirano (Stacy's sister with a crush on Baljeet), Holly, Katie, and Adyson Sweetwater.
Norm - A giant man-made robot created by Dr. Doofenshmirtz. He serves as an assistant and one of his best creations.
Vivian Garcia-Shapiro - Isabella's mother and one of Linda's best friends. She is Jewish-Mexican and talks very fast.
Jenny Brown - Django's older sister, Candace's second best friend, and a hippie.
Pinky the Chihuahua - The Garcia-Shapiro family's pet chihuahua. It's revealed that he, like Perry, is also an OWCA secret agent, under Admiral Acronym. His nemesis is Professor Poofenplotz.
Charlene Doofenshmirtz - The ex-wife of Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Although sharing custody of their daughter Vanessa, the two divorced due to a lack of common interests and different goals.
Roger Doofenshmirtz - Dr. Doofenshmirtz's younger brother – whom their parents expected to be a girl – and their mother's favorite son. A very good kickball player, he is the Mayor of Danville and considers himself as the Tri-State Area's most handsome man.
Irving Du Bois - Phineas and Ferb's biggest fan. He's nerdy and really obsessed with their antics.
Django Brown - Another of Phineas and Ferb's friends and Jenny's younger brother. He is good at surfing and making art.
Monty Monogram - Son of Major Monogram. Working at OWCA after his high school graduation, he shares a mutual attraction with Vanessa.
Dr. Hirano - Stacy and Ginger's mother, often referred to by conversations between Candace and Stacy.
Coltrane - Jeremy's friend and band-mate. He's the bassist in Jeremy and the Incidentals and has a crush on Stacy.
Albert Du Bois - Irving's older brother who learns about Phineas and Ferb, yet is uninterested. He has a collection of spy cameras.
Terry the Turtle - Another OWCA secret agent, this one a turtle coming from a parallel dimension.
Peter the Panda - A secret agent panda at OWCA from Seattle. He's met up with Doofenshmirtz and is the nemesis of Professor Mystery.
From the world of PAW Patrol…
Ryder - The leader of the PAW Patrol, living with the six main pups at the Lookout. He is called upon by Adventure Bay's residents for the team's missions, stating that "No job is too big, no pup is too small".
Chase - A German Shepherd serving as the group's police/spy pup and second in command. While doing his best to be professional on duty, he's allergic to cats – including Wild – and feathers. He was also abandoned on the streets of Adventure City as a stray before Ryder adopted him and started the team.
Marshall - A clumsy, funny, and excitable yet trustworthy Dalmatian who serves as the team's competent firefighter and medic pup. Almost always crashing into the Lookout's elevator – in which he always wants to get in first before the others – and stuff in the way, he isn't very good at keeping secrets and loves making countless puns.
Skye - A Cockapoo and the group's air force pup. A fangirl of Ace Sorensen, she has a fear of eagles and loves getting her fur styled at Katie's salon. She also has a long-lost cousin named Coral and was their sole female until Everest's first appearance in Season 2.
Rocky - An aqua-phobic mixed breed pup and the team's recycling/mechanic member. Despite having a dislike of getting wet, he's got various fixing materials and is best friends with Marshall and Zuma (the group's water-oriented members).
Rubble - An English Bulldog all about construction and the star of his own spin-off series "Rubble & Crew". The youngest of the original six pups (excluding Tracker, who debuted in Season 3) and known as DJ Rubble, he is also an accomplished digger and extreme fanboy of "Apollo the Super Dog".
Zuma - A chocolate Labrador and aquatic pup who loves to laugh and surf. He's usually called for backup on most missions and assigned for those water-related. While mispronouncing his Rs with Ws at first, he drops it altogether and refers to people as "dude".
Cap'n Turbot - The PAW Patrol's most frequent caller and best human friend. He is a marine biologist providing them with information on the bay's wildlife and owns "The Flounder" boat.
Everest - A hyperactive and reliable lavender Siberian husky introduced in Season 2's The New Pup. Initially having no one else to talk to, she resides at Jake's Snowboarding Resort and lives the best life a husky could ask for. She loves nature, liver, and pizza and is the first pup to join the team as their snow specialist and second female.
Tracker - A Jeep-driving chihuahua/potcake and super hearing jungle pup introduced in Season 3's Tracker Joins the Pups. Although afraid of the dark, he often faces this fear to help his teammates and is their only bilingual member, being fluent in Spanish and English.
The Mighty Twins (Tuck and Ella) - A pair of fraternal Golden Retriever twins introduced in Season 6's Mighty Pups: Super Paws: Pups Meet the Mighty Twins. They received superpowers via a meteor; Tuck can shrink and Ella can grow.
Mayor Goodway - The mayor of Adventure Bay living at City Hall. She is one of the PAW Patrol's most frequent callers.
Chickaletta - Mayor Goodway's pet chicken whom she carries in her purse and is unaware of what's going on around her.

Carlos - Tracker's caregiver and Ryder's pen-pal in the jungle.
Ace Sorensen - A skilled stunt pilot and Skye's idol.
Danny - A daredevil who does extreme sports and activities. Also known as Daring Danny X, he often gets into trouble in his stunts.
Sweetie - A White Highland Terrier and anti-hero owned by The Princess of Barkingburg. Secretly wanting to be the next Queen of Barkingburg, she's completely aware of her misdeeds and can act nice if she wants to.
Sid Swashbuckle - A kleptomaniacal pirate who is the Swashbuckle Sloop's captain and an anti-hero of the Sea Patrol.
Arrby - A Dachshund and Sid Swashbuckle's first-mate.
Mayor Humdinger - The Mayor of Foggy Bottom and biggest archrival of both Mayor Goodway and the PAW Patrol. He tries to screw them over whenever they thwart his plans and save him.
The Kitten Catastrophe Crew - A sextet of kittens owned by Humdinger with similar resemblance to the original six PAW pups.
Harold Humdinger - Mayor Humdinger's bizzare nephew with technopathy. Also a young inventor, his inventions don't always work and he often proves himself to be worse than his uncle.
