Chapter three
Once Quinn is settled they walk out of the room and close the door behind them then walk into the elder Fabray's room.
"I am going to fucking kill that sorry pathetic excuse of a human being for hurting my little sister."
"Fran, I'm mad too but we need to focus on helping Quinn through this, not focus on who hurt her," Judy told her.
"Where do we start?" Frannie asked, rubbing her forehead, hating that this was happening.
Judy sighs. "I have no idea. I just know that we have to be there for her. On top of everything else, this might be a breaking point for her."
"Don't tell me she's been struggling with depression?" Frannie ran a hand through her hair.
"Hasn't anyone noticed?" Frannie watched her mother look down. "Damnit. So who exactly is this kid who raped her?"
Judy looked down, "I think I told you in the hospital that he's a football player and he has it out for the Glee kids. A lot of people at that school do. Think they have it out for nerds in general."
"So nothing has changed from when I was a student then. Cool kids, cheerleaders, jocks against the rest of the school." Frannie shakes her head, "I hated it but there was nothing I could do myself." Frannie looks at Judy, ashamed for not doing more to make the school safer. "What's going to happen with the school now?"
"I'm going in for a meeting tomorrow, possibly going to sue them for not monitoring the halls more."
"Teachers can't be everywhere, Mom," Frannie told her, trying not to laugh. "The school does have CCTV cameras though. In every hall, there's at least one. I'm sure some have two."
"So with the CCTV footage, it should be enough for police, right? They won't make her go to trial or anything?"
"I have no idea how it works, Mom," Frannie replied.
"I'm going upstairs to get changed, any of the clothes you didn't take should still be in your room."
"I think I'm going to get changed and get some rest. I'm exhausted."
"You left your books in the car. If you need to grab them the car keys are by the door, the extra set." Judy told her oldest daughter. "I'm going to go take a shower and then go to bed." Frannie nodded and they both made their way to the stairs.
"Goodnight, Mom."
"Goodnight, Fran."
Both Fabray women make their way to their respective bedrooms while Quinn was finally falling asleep in her bed. Unfortunately, it wasn't as peaceful as she would've hoped.

She felt the first blow. It was crimping. She tossed in the bed, remembering how the attack started. The next blow happened and she couldn't help the whimper that escaped her mouth. She felt his hands go to her shirt and felt him rip it off. "No. stop. Please stop. I don't want this! Stop!" Quinn whimpered in her sleep. "No! Please don't!" she called out. "I said stop! Damnit Karasky please stop." David just smiled at her and continued punching her anywhere he could while throwing off her, now-ruined, shirt and starting to take off her bra. Throughout all of this Quinn was just trying to fight him off of her. "David please stop. I'll do anything." David just got an evil glint in his eye and raised his eyebrow. He just continued to put his hands all over the abs that she had worked years on and even after the pregnancy months ago she was able to get back in shape. She begged and pleaded with him to stop and to not go any further but she knew she wouldn't be able to once he started to take her skirt off. "Stop. please. Just stop" She felt herself getting weak and unable to fight him off any longer. Quinn was trembling in her sleep, She was tossing back and forth. "No! No!" "Just enjoy this. I know you're going to love it Quinnie."
"NO! STOP IT! PLEASE STOP!" Quinn yelled out in her sleep. She then heard the door open and sat up, shaking.
"Shh, shh. It's just me Quinn" Frannie said when she saw her sister startle. She moved closer to the bed and her heart broke when she watched her sister break down in tears. Frannie pulled her younger sister into a hug and heard her sister begin to sob. She wanted to comfort her, she wanted to tell her everything would be okay but knew that would take time. "It's going to be okay, Quinn. Just breathe, okay? You've got to breathe." Frannie hugged Quinn tighter when she felt Quinn begin to sob louder. "It'll get better Quinn."
"How do you know that?" Quinn managed to choke out. "I can-can't get wh-what happened out of my head." Quinn continued to cry. "Why did this happen to me? What the heck did I do?"
Frannie gets in the bed with Quinn, gets under the covers and pulls her closer than she was. "You did not do anything, okay? What happened was NOT your fault. It was his. Only his. You hear me?" Quinn nods but is still doubtful. She cuddled into Frannie more, needing that comfort right now. "I love you, Quinn, okay? I'll be in town as long as you need. I won't leave you." Quinn smiled but soon frowned.
"Why did it take me getting injured for you to come back?"
"It didn't. I heard what happened between you, Dad and Mom and I came back to check on you when Sue told me you were at the hospital. I will always come back to you, Quinn." Frannie told her, squeezing her, "Seriously though, my teachers said it was okay for me to come home if I keep up my work online."
"What did you tell them?" Quinn asked, yawning.
"That I had a family emergency." Frannie rubs her forehead, "Didn't think that would end up being the truth though." Frannie runs a hand through Quinn's hair. "Listen to me, Quinn." Frannie didn't get an answer. "Quinn?" still no answer. "Once a sleepy head always a sleepy head" Frannie chuckled to herself.
"I heard that," Quinn mumbled into Frannie's chest.
Frannie giggled. "Alright, sleepy head. Let me move down so I can sleep too." Quinn groans and moved off of Frannie for a moment before getting comfortable on her chest again. "Goodnight, Q."
"Goodnight, Fran."
Trying to update my stories as fast as I can. Going to be getting more busy with a second job and my last year of college soon though.
