Author's Notes: Hello, and welcome to my first Star Wars X My Little Pony crossover story. Now, before you start reading, I just want to let you all know that these first nine chapters were written back in 2017, when I was in my second year of writing as my hobby. I tried my best to keep it up to date with my current writing style (six years later) in my eighth year of storytelling.

Anyway, onto the summary!

Summary: What if there was a different Chosen One in the Jedi prophecy that replaced Anakin Skywalker as the one who will bring balance to the Force? Join Sky Light, a human prince from the planet Equestria, who is discovered by Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi when their ship needs repairs from an attack by Trade Federation battleships after narrowly escaping their clutches with Queen Amidala.

Chapter 1

Turmoil has engulfed the Galactic Republic. The taxation of trade routes to

outlaying star systems is in dispute.

Hoping to resolve the matter with a blockade of deadly battleships, the

greedy Trade Federation has stopped all shipping to the small planet of

Naboo.

While the congress of the Republic endlessly debates this alarming chain of

events, the Supreme Chancellor has secretly dispatched two Jedi Knights,

the guardians of peace and justice in the galaxy, to settle the

conflict...

A Republic spaceship was flying toward its destination. Inside the cruiser were four people, two that control the ship, and two hooded figures behind them.

"Captain." The hooded figure said after a moment.

"Yes, sir?"

"Tell them, we wish to board at once." The hooded figure said. The captain of the ship pressed a button, and a screen appeared in the cockpit, revealing a new figure with red clothes.

"With all due respect, the ambassadors for the supreme chancellor wish to board immediately."

"Yes, of course," the figure on the screen nodded. "As you know our blockade is perfectly legal, and we'd be happy to receive the ambassadors."

The spaceship flew to the hangar bay. When it landed inside the hangar, many droids looked at it.

Two hooded figures walked to a door, where they were greeted by a protocol droid. "I'm TC-14 at your service." The droid greeted, leading them to the conference room. "This way, please." As they walked inside the conference room, TC-14 looked at them. "We are greatly honored by your visit, ambassadors. Make yourselves comfortable. My master will be with you shortly." Then, the droid walked out of the room, the doors closed as it was out.

The hooded figures removed the upper part of their capes. "I have a bad feeling about this." Obi-Wan said.

"I don't sense anything." Qui-Gon replied.

"It's not about the mission, Master."Obi-Wan answered. "It's something... elsewhere, elusive."

"Don't center on your anxieties, Obi-Wan." Qui-Gon told him. "Keep your concentration here and now, where it belongs."

"But Master Yoda said I should be mindful of the future." Obi-Wan said.

"But not at the expense of the moment." Qui-Gon scolded. "Be mindful of the living Force, young Padawan." The two walked over to a window of the room.

"Yes, Master." Obi-Wan said, when they got to the window, he asked, "How do you think this viceroy will deal with the chancellor's demands?"

Qui-Gon thought about it, before answering, "These Federation types are cowards. The negotiations will be short."

(Control Room)

In the control room, the gray protocol droid explained the ambassadors to the viceroy.

"What?" The viceroy demanded. "What did you say?"

The protocol droid answered, "The ambassadors are Jedi knights, I believe."

The gray and black robed figure looked at the viceroy. "I knew it." He said. "They're here to force a settlement."

"Distract them." Viceroy ordered. "I will contact Lord Sidious."

"Are you brain-dead?" The figure, Rune Haako, asked. "I'm not going in there with two Jedi." They looked at the protocol droid. "Send a droid." TC-14 was surprised.

(The Jedi)

In the meeting room, the Jedi waited patiently and rather impatiently.

"Is it in their nature to make us wait this long?" Obi-Wan asked.

"No." Qui-Gon responded. "I sense an unusual amount of fear for something as trivial as this trade dispute." TC-14 offered them drinks, which they accepted.

(Control Room)

In the control room, a hologram of a black hooded figure appeared in front of the viceroy.

"What is it?" It asked.

"This scheme of yours has failed, Lord Sidious." Rune replied fearfully. "The blockade is finished. We dare not go against these Jedi."

"Viceroy, I don't want this stunted slime in my sight again." The hologram, known as Sidious, spat. The grey robed person walked away. Viceroy looked back at Sidious. "This turn of events is unfortunate. We must accelerate our plans. Begin landing your troops."

Viceroy looked unsure. "My Lord, is that legal?"

"I will make it legal."

"And the Jedi?"

"The chancellor should never have brought them into this." Sidious snarled. "Kill them immediately."

Viceroy bowed. "Yes, yes, my Lord. Uh, as you wish." The hologram disappeared.

(Hangar)

In the hangar bay, vulture droids and battle droids ran off in different directions. This alarmed the two that control the red space cruiser.

"Captain, look!" The captain looked just in time to see a cannon shooting in their direction, destroying the cruiser with them onboard, making a loud explosion.

(The Jedi)

In the meeting room, the Jedi heard the explosion and quickly ignited their blue and green blades. The protocol droid dropped the tray it was holding. "Sorry."

Smoke came into the room from the walls.

"Dioxis." Qui-Gon said.

They deactivated their lightsabers.

Outside the room, a group of battle droids, led by a yellow marking droid, walked in front of the door to the room. A hologram of Viceroy appeared in front of the group. "They must be dead by now." He told them. "Destroy what's left of them." The command droid opened the door in front of the troop.

They waited for the Jedi, but the protocol droid, TC-14, walked out instead. It gasped. "Oh! Excuse me." TC-14 then walked away from the place to another.

The commander of the group looked at a red battle droid. "Check it out, Corporal. We'll cover you."

The droid nodded, before it could walk inside, green and blue blades ignited in front of them.

"Uh-oh." The commander gasped. "Blast them."

The battalion began firing on the smoke that covered the Jedi, but they deflected the blasts with ease. Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon jumped out and began attacking them with their lightsabers, one by one, taking out.

(Control Room)

"What is going on down there?" Viceroy demanded, turning to the controller of the ship, his tone sharp.

"We lost the transmission, sir." One controller of the battleship answered.

(The Jedi)

Obi-Wan took out another battle droid by cutting it in half with his lightsaber, same as Qui-Gon. Obi-Wan noticed three other battle droids coming their way, but Obi-Wan used the Force to push them back, disable them when they landed on the ground.

(Control Room)

"Have you ever encountered a Jedi Knight before, sir?" Rune asked, walking alongside the Viceroy.

"Well, no, but I don't-Seal off the bridge." Viceroy ordered, the bridge's door get extra cover.

"Yes, sir."

"That won't be enough, sir." Rune reminds him.

"I want droidekas up here at once!" Viceroy ordered firmly.

"We will not survive this." Rune said fearfully.

(The Jedi)

Obi-Wan and Qui-gon had made their way up to the bridge as they fought against battle droids along the way. Obi-Wan deflected another shot from a battle droid, taking it out.

Qui-Gon began melting the doors with his lightsaber.

Obi-Wan took out another battle droid with his lightsaber, and took guard as his master began making a circle in the closed door of the bridge.

Inside the control room, Viceroy began panicking. "Close the blast doors!" The blast doors quickly appeared.

Outside, Qui-Gon heard the blast doors closing.

Inside, Viceroy called out to the control room. "That will hold them."

But, as he said that, Qui-Gon began thrusting his lightsaber in the middle of the blast doors, melting it even more.

"They are still coming through." Haako panicked.

"This is impossible!" Viceroy stuttered.

Outside, Qui-Gon was slowly melting the door a bit faster. A piece of the blast door fell to the ground.

"Where are those droidekas?" Rune demanded.

As he asked that, two ball-like forms of droids were rolling towards the Jedi and the bridge.

"Master! Destroyers!" Obi-Wan warned his master. At that, Qui-Gon abandoned his work to assist his apprentice in the fight with droidekas. The droidekas unfolded to their insect-like formation to battle the Jedi by blasting them, but the Jedi deflected the shots with their lightsabers.

"They have shield generators!" Qui-Gon observed as he noticed blue shields around the droids. They continued deflecting the blasts from the destroyers. "It's a standoff. Let's go." By a blink of an eye, the Jedi fled the battleground from the destroyers. But the droidekas continued firing the way where the Jedi fled.

Inside the control room, Viceroy and Haako began relaxing. "They're no match for droidekas." The latter noted.

"Sir!" They looked at the one that controls the ship. "They've gone up the ventilation shaft."

(In Another Hangar)

In the other hangar bay, a large troop of battle droids was getting ready for take off. Up in the ventilation shaft, two figures quietly jump down the shaft, taking cover behind two metal barrels.

"Battle droids." Qui-Gon noted quietly, noticing a large squad of droids.

"It's an invasion army." Obi-Wan added just as low.

"This is an odd plan for the Trade Federation." Qui-Gon noted in a whisper. "We've got to warn the Naboo and contact Chancellor Valorum. Let's split up. Stow aboard separate ships and meet down on the planet."

Obi-Wan was quiet for a moment, before noting, "You were right about one thing, Master." Qui-Gon looked at his Padawan. "The negotiations were short."
